背景技术
随着电子科技的发展,目前大多数电子产品,如手机、数码相机、掌上游戏机、仪器等的键盘或鼠标已经逐渐被触摸屏替代,触摸屏的解决方案包含多种,例如外挂式和内嵌式等。
显示设备,例如手机,现有的手机等显示设备中,一般仅有显示部位具有触控功能,降低了显示设备的可利用面积,从而降低了客户的使用体验。

一种触控显示设备,包括:
背板;
显示屏体;
设置在所述显示屏体的显示区处的显示触控层;以及
边框;
其中,所述边框上设置有边框触控层;所述边框上与所述边框触控层对应的位置处设置有功能图标;所述边框包括平行于所述显示屏体的正边框以及位于所述显示屏体的侧部的侧边框,所述边框触控层设置在所述正边框或/和所述侧边框处。
进一步的,所述显示触控层与所述边框触控层相互独立。
进一步的,所述显示触控层与所述边框触控层一体成型。
进一步的,所述显示触控层为外挂式触控层。
进一步的,所述显示触控层延伸至与所述正边框对应的位置处,以形成所述边框触控层。

本发明的实施方式

本发明针对现有的触控显示设备中,一般仅有显示部位具有触控功能,降低了客户的使用体验的技术问题。本发明可以解决上述问题。
实施例一:
一种触控显示设备,如图1和图2所示,所述触控显示设备包括背板10、显示屏体20以及设置在所述显示屏体20的显示区处的显示触控层30;所述触控显示设备还包括绕所述显示屏体20周侧设置的边框,所述边框覆盖所述显示屏体20的边缘部位。
其中,所述边框上设置有与所述显示触控层30相互独立的边框触控层50。
通过在边框设置边框触控层50,增加触控显示设备的可触控面积,可以为用户提供更加广泛、更加舒适的使用体验。
进一步的,所述边框上与所述边框触控层50对应的位置处设置有功能图标60。
需要说明的是,在具体实施中,在显示设备的边框触控层50可按照需求设定触控功能,例如在手机的左、右边框部位设定触控功能以调节音量大小;例如在笔记本或者台式电脑的下边框位置设定触控功能以控制笔记本或者台式电脑的音量和亮度等功能。
所述显示设备上设置有唤醒边框触控层50的触控功能的设定唤醒功能;例如只有显示屏体20亮起时,边框触控层50的触控功能才能使用;或在同一个边框触控位置快速连续触摸2次或2次以上时,边框触控层50的触控功能才能被唤醒,手指的触摸动作才有效;或所述边框触控层50的触控功能经过手势触控后才可以将触控功能唤醒,从而防止显示设备的边框触控层50被误触控,例如手握住手机时边框触控位置被反复误触控,影响使用体验。
具体的,所述边框包括平行于所述显示屏体20的正边框41以及位于所述显示屏体20的侧部的侧边框42,所述边框触控层50设置在所述正边框41或/和所述侧边框42处。
如图3所示,显示设备的边框触控层50的设定部位可按照需求设定;需要说明的是,图1和图3仅示意了两种所述边框触控层50的设定位置的情况;在具体实施中,所述边框触控层50可以设置在显示设备的正边框41及侧边框42的一条边或者多条边、局部的或者全部的位置上。
需要说明的是,所述边框触控层50的触控类型与所述显示触控层30的触控类型相同或相异;例如所述显示触控层30的触控类型为电容式,所述边框触控层50的触控类型可以为电容式触控,也可以为电阻式触控或红外检测、表面声波检测、电磁感应检测、压力感应检测等方式的触控类型,在此不一一列举。
实施例二:
一种触控显示设备,如图4所示,其与实施例一的不同之处仅在于所述边框触控层50与所述显示触控层30在结构上的关系不同。
具体的,所述显示触控层30与所述边框触控层50一体成型,以便于生产加工,降低生产成本。
进一步的,所述显示触控层30为外挂式触控层;例如通过通过粘附层粘合所述显示触控层30与所述显示屏体20,所述显示触控层30还可以形成在显示设备的盖板的内表面或外表面。
其中,所述显示触控层30延伸至与所述正边框41对应的位置处,以形成所述边框触控层50。
实施例三:
一种触控显示设备,如图5和图6所示,其与实施例二的不同之处仅在于所述边框触控层50的位置不同。

一种触控显示设备,如图8所示,其与实施例四的不同之处在于所述边框触控层50和所述显示屏体20的位置不同。
具体的,所述显示屏体20的边缘延伸至与所述侧边框42对应的位置处,以形成非显示部位;所述显示触控层30延伸至与所述侧边框42对应的位置处,以形成所述边框触控层50,并且,所述边框触控层50部分覆盖或全部覆盖或超出所述非显示部位。
进一步的,所述显示触控层30可优选为内嵌式触控层;显示屏体20的边缘被设定延伸至边框预设位置,以便显示触控层30也延伸至边框,即此时显示屏体20的非显示部位作为显示触控层30的载体延伸至边框预设位置,此时所述边框触控层50部分覆盖或全部覆盖或超出所述非显示部位。
本发明的有益效果为:在显示设备的正边框41或/和侧边框42设置边框触控层50,边框触控层50与显示触控层30可以相互独立,也可以一体成型,从而将触控功能延伸至显示设备的边框处,增加触控显示设备的触控可利用面积,可以为用户提供更加广泛、更加舒适的使用体验。

    其中,所述边框上设置有边框触控层;所述边框上与所述边框触控层对应的位置处设置有功能图标;所述边框包括平行于所述显示屏体的正边框以及位于所述显示屏体的侧部的侧边框,所述边框触控层设置在所述正边框或/和所述侧边框处。
