Abstract

The present invention relates to a GSM payment system (1) for realizing payment of a shopping done by a customer by means of a password and/or code that s/he receives from a telecom operator via an electronic device (2) connected to a telecom operator.

Description

A GSM PAYMENT SYSTEM Technical Field
The present invention relates to a GSM payment system for realizing payment of a shopping done by a customer by means of a password and/or code that s/he receives from a telecom operator via an electronic device connected to a telecom operator.
Background of the Invention
Cash money, credit card or similar payment methods are used in order to make payment after a shopping done. However, shopping cannot be realized due to the fact that the customer does not carry the necessary cash or credit card. In today’s applications, it is enabled to realize the payment by reflecting the shopping invoices to the operators that the customer is connected by means of mobile device. But problems occur such as the operators cannot get in return for their goods and/or services for which payment is made because of realizing the payment without any restriction.
Therefore, in the state of the art, there is need for a system which enables to set a shopping limit and/or credit based on variations such as subscriber’s segment information, billing information, bill payment information, billing period of subscribers.
The Korean patent document no. KR20130040463, an application in the state of the art, discloses an electronic payment method that can be used in shopping. Credit card, cheque card, phone bill or bank account can be used as a payment method. Shopping to be done by means of an electronic device is authenticated by means of OTP method depending on the purchase method that can be selected by the user. This authentication transaction can be carried out over search made by any means, ARS or website.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to realize a GSM payment system which sets shopping limit of a subscriber by analysing subscriber information while realizing a payment by means of an electronic device connected to the GSM operator and enables payment by means of the electronic device by creating a password and/or code that corresponds to the limit set.
