Description
本发明属于产品表面处理技术领域,具体是一种激光雕刻多色加工工艺。
随着人们个性化需求的普遍提高,在个人物品上进行雕刻个性化图案及签名非常普遍,广泛的应用于工业生产和化妆品个性签名,工艺品签名等领域。例如在手机外壳、各类电子产品外壳、装饰品外壳上均有需求。现有技术中一般雕刻工艺普遍都在工厂内完成,都是批量的进行雕刻,难以满足快速制作取件的个性化零售订制的要求,而且现有的订制一般都是纯激光雕刻,雕刻后图案或者签名的颜色是金属的本身颜色,难以满足个性化颜色的需求;目前在工厂内加工时,如果需要满足多色加工的要求一般需要用到很多有毒有害难以控制的化学药剂。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供一种激光雕刻多色加工工艺,该种加工工艺一部分在工厂内完成制造,而另一部分能够在零售店完成,满足零售店内快速的加工个性签名及图案的需求,并且操作简单,无毒无害,快速制作取件。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种激光雕刻多色加工工艺,包括在工厂内完成的以下步骤:1、将铝材冲制成型;2、对铝材表面进行抛光;3、对铝材进行阳极氧化亮光处理,加工出高光亮面;还包括在零售店内完成的以下步骤:4、将个性化图案输入电脑;5、通过激光雕刻机在高光亮面上雕刻出个性化图案;6、在雕刻出的个性化图案外涂上油墨;7、待油墨干后在高光亮面上擦拭掉多余油墨。采用该种激光雕刻多色加工工艺,在工厂内加工出高光亮面,然后在零售店里通过激光雕刻机在高光亮面上图上 油墨,待油墨干之后进行擦拭能够非常方便的将高光亮面上的油墨擦除,而由于雕刻过的位置对油墨的吸附能力很强不会被擦除,该种加工工艺一部分在工厂内完成制造,而另一部分在零售店内完成,能够满足零售店内快速的加工个性签名及图案的需求,并且操作简单,无毒无害,适合零售电源操作,能够快速制作取件。
上述技术方案中,优选的,步骤6中的所述油墨为自干油墨。采用自干油墨使得油墨能够更快的变干,使得加工过程时间更短,加工效率提高,满足快速取件的需求。
上述技术方案中,优选的,步骤6与步骤7之间还包括有通过吹风机吹干油墨的步骤。通过吹风机吹干油墨,使得加工过程时间更短,加工效率提高,满足快速取件的需求。
上述技术方案中,优选的,在工厂内完成的步骤3之后,还包括将高光亮面喷砂处理,然后再进行一次阳极氧化处理。通过喷砂处理以及再一次的阳极氧化处理能够进一步提高高光亮面的光滑度,使得后续油墨更易擦去。
上述技术方案中,优选的,第二次阳极氧化处理时,电解抛光时间为3~5分钟。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:采用该种激光雕刻多色加工工艺,在工厂内加工出高光亮面,然后在零售店里通过激光雕刻机在高光亮面上图上油墨,待油墨干之后进行擦拭能够非常方便的将高光亮面上的油墨擦除,而由于雕刻过的位置对油墨的吸附能力很强不会被擦除,该种加工工艺一部分在工厂内完成制造,而另一部分在零售店内完成,能够满足零售店内快速的加工个性签名及图案的需求,并且操作简单,无毒无害,适合零售电源操作,能够快速制作取件。

- 一种激光雕刻多色加工工艺,其特征在于,包括在工厂内完成的以下步骤:1、将铝材冲制成型;2、对铝材表面进行抛光;3、对铝材进行阳极氧化亮光处理,加工出高光亮面;还包括在零售店内完成的以下步骤:4、将个性化图案输入电脑;5、通过激光雕刻机在高光亮面上雕刻出个性化图案;6、在雕刻出的个性化图案外涂上油墨;7、待油墨干后在高光亮面上擦拭掉多余油墨。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种激光雕刻多色加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤6中的所述油墨为自干油墨。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种激光雕刻多色加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤6与步骤7之间还包括有通过吹风机吹干油墨的步骤。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种激光雕刻多色加工工艺,其特征在于,在工厂内完成的步骤3之后,还包括将高光亮面喷砂处理,然后再进行一次阳极氧化处理。
- 如权利要求4所述的一种激光雕刻多色加工工艺,其特征在于,第二次阳极氧化处理时,电解抛光时间为3~5分钟。
