请参阅图1,一种用于佩戴呼吸面罩的立体头绑带100,为了适配所需佩戴的呼吸面罩和人体头型,主绑带由一个或者一个以上的具有一定弧度形状的曲线部件连接组配而成的一个立体环状或冠状结构。主绑带与其它头绑带部件连接组配成一个立体头绑带。这种头绑带通过立体裁剪拼接工艺得到立体头绑带,但是存在多个拼接位,工序多,制造成本较高。拼接部位接触皮肤会产生刮蹭的不舒适感,且存在断裂的风险;另外,此种头绑带中间的立体环状的主绑带大部分区域可在平面上展平,不能与面罩佩戴者头部后方完全贴覆,适配性不足。
请参阅图2a至图2d,一种头戴式固定装置1,包括主绑带10与两个第一绑带11a、11b,所述主绑带10为一体成型的环形绑带,所述主绑带10为立体构型以吻合佩戴者后脑部位,所述两个第一绑带11a、11b分别设置于所述主绑带10的相对两侧。
使用时,使用者将所述头戴式固定装置1的主绑带10戴设于后脑部位,并 利用所述两个第一绑带11a、11b系住,从而实现了佩戴。由于所述主绑带10为一体式立体造型,可以更好地贴覆佩戴者后脑部,佩戴更稳固。而且所述主绑带10一体成型,并非通过连接部拼接而成,其可靠性更好,表面完全平整,使得所述头戴式固定装置的佩戴更舒适,稳定性更高。
例如,本实用新型还提供一种主绑带10,所述主绑带10为一体成型的环形绑带,所述主绑带10为立体构型以吻合佩戴者后脑部位。由于所述主绑带10为一体式立体造型,可以更好地贴覆佩戴者后脑部,佩戴更稳固。而且所述主绑带10一体成型,并非通过连接部拼接而成,其可靠性更好,表面完全平整,使得所述主绑带10的佩戴更舒适,稳定性更高。
例如,为了更好地戴设所述头戴式固定装置100,所述两个第一绑带11a、11b通过车缝或者超声波焊接连接于所述主绑带10上。所述主绑带10包括第一绑带区域101、第二绑带区域102以及两个第三绑带区域103a、103b,所述第一绑带区域101位于所述主绑带10的顶部以吻合佩戴者头部顶骨位置,所述第二绑带区域102与所述第一绑带区域101相对设置,所述两个第三绑带区域103a、103b相对设置,每个所述第三绑带区域103a、103b的相对两端分别连接所述第一绑带区域101与所述第二绑带区域102。通过于所述主绑带10的两个第三绑带区域103a、103b设置两个第一绑带11a、11b,从而方便了使用者的佩戴。
例如,为了便于更好地与使用者的后脑部位相吻合,所述两个第一绑带11a、11b分别连接于所述两个第三绑带区域103a、103b的边缘,所述主绑带10内侧形成有环形内侧面105,所述环形内侧面105覆盖所述第一绑带区域101、所述第二绑带区域102以及所述两个第三绑带区域103a、103b,所述第一绑带区域101处的环形内侧面108的翘曲度以及所述第二绑带区域102处的环形内侧面108的翘曲度均大于所述第三绑带区域103a、103b处的环形内侧面108的翘曲度。所述环形内侧面108的相对两侧分别形成有内环形边缘105与外环形边缘104,所述内环形边缘105围绕形成露出后脑部位的开口100,所述内环形边缘105与所述外环形边缘104不共面。例如,所述主绑带10的厚度各处存在差异,即厚度并不均匀。所述第一绑带区域101的外环形边缘104处的材料厚度大于 所述第一绑带区域101的内环形边缘105处的材料厚度,所述第二绑带区域102的外环形边缘104处的材料厚度大于所述第二绑带区域102的内环形边缘105处的材料厚度。通过对所述第一绑带区域101及所述第二绑带区域102的翘曲度的设置,使得所述主绑带10形成立体构型,以吻合使用者的后脑部位,提高其佩戴舒适性。而且,通过使得所述第一绑带区域101的外环形边缘104处的材料厚度大于所述第一绑带区域101的内环形边缘105处的材料厚度,所述第二绑带区域102的外环形边缘104处的材料厚度大于所述第二绑带区域102的内环形边缘105处的材料厚度,因此使得所述主绑带10的特定部位的厚度较厚,与头部接触能够提高其支撑效果,而且在制造过程中也有利于所述主绑带的定位。
具体地,例如,所述头戴式固定装置1为头绑带,所述头绑带1由位于中间的主绑带10和连接在该主绑带10两侧的两个第一绑带11a、11b,所述第一绑带11a、11b相对于主绑带10对称设置;所述第一绑带11a、11b绑带的末端均设置有射出钩搭扣(魔术勾)12。所述主绑带10是中心开口的立体对称环状结构,包括一外轮廓104(即外环形边缘)和内轮廓105(即内环形边缘),其中内轮廓105构成一个开口100,用于环绕面罩佩戴者后脑部;所述主绑带10包括位于顶部的第一绑带区域101(佩戴时贴覆在佩戴者头部顶骨位置)、与第一绑带区域101相对的位于下方的第二绑带区域102(佩戴时贴覆在佩戴者头部后下方枕骨或枕骨与颈部之间的区域)、位于主绑带10左、右侧对称设置的第三绑带区域103a和103b。上述主绑带10为一体式立体结构,不存在拼接部;所述两个第一绑带11a、11b分别设置在第三绑带区域103a和103b,所述主绑带10的相对两侧分别形成有连接部13,用于连接两个第一绑带11a、11b,连接方式包括但不限于车缝或超声波焊接。当头绑带1平铺在一水平面上时,主绑带10的外轮廓104和内轮廓105不在同一平面内,且其中一个轮廓线所处的平面或曲面高于另一轮廓线所处的平面或曲面;例如,在第一绑带区域101和第二绑带区域102的翘曲度(内外轮廓的高度差)较1其它区域要大,以匹配佩戴者头部后方的轮廓。
例如,主绑带10是将平面的多层复合织物材料通过热压工艺成型出主绑带 10的立体构型,然后通过刀模冲切、或超声波熔切、或高频波熔切工艺成型成一体式的立体主绑带;在另一实施方案中,由于主绑带10各部位所承受的压力分布不均匀,会使得主绑带10各区域的厚度存在差异,即不等厚的。
请参阅图3a及图3b,在一实施例中,为了更好地提高佩戴效果,所述头戴式固定装置2还包括两个第二绑带21a、21b,所述第二绑带21a、21b分别连接于所述两个第三绑带区域103a、103b的边缘上,所述第一绑带11a、11b邻近所述第一绑带区域101,所述第二绑带21a、21b邻近所述第二绑带区域102。设置所述两个第二绑带21a、21b,使得所述头戴式固定装置2能够戴设得更好、更稳定。具体地,所述头戴式固定装置2是在实施例一的基础上,在主绑带10上增加了两根对称设置的下绑带21a和21b(即第二绑带,其末端设置有魔术勾12),位于两侧第三主绑带区域103a、103b的下方,所述主绑带10的相对两侧分别形成有连接部13,用于连接两个第二绑带21a、21b,连接方式包括但不限于车缝、超声波焊接等
请参阅图4a及图4b,为了提高佩戴效果,所述两个第一绑带11a、11b一体成型于所述主绑带10上。具体地,本实施例中,头绑带1上取消了连接部13,得到头绑带3。当然,前述实施例中的带四根边带的头绑带2上的连接部13和22也可以取消,得到一体的具有立体主绑带10的头绑带3。由于所述两个第一绑带11a、11b一体成型于所述主绑带10上,因此使得所述第一绑带11a、11b与所述主绑带10的衔接处不会产生凸出的边缘,不会割伤使用者。
请参阅图5及图6,在一实施例中,为了提高所述头戴式固定装置的佩戴柔性,所述头戴式固定装置的材料为可热定型的弹性复合织物,所述弹性复合织物包括多个材料层,所述弹性复合织物的厚度2~5毫米。例如,所述弹性复合织物包括三个材料层,所述三个材料层分别为表层功能弹性织物501、中间层503以及内表面皮肤接触层织物502,所述中间层503的材料为聚氨酯海绵或EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)泡棉,所述内表面皮肤接触层织物502为单层针织布或弹性三明治布。又如,在另一实施例中,所述弹性复合织物包括四个材料层,所述四个材料层分别为表层弹性织物601、第二层功能织物层602、第三层603以及第四层皮肤接触织物层604,所述第二 层功能织物层602为非织造布层,所述第三层603为聚氨酯海绵或EVA泡棉。具体地,所使用的头绑带1的材料为可热定型的弹性复合织物可选的材料,包括但不限于三层及三层以上复合织物,主绑带10和主绑带两侧的边带(即第一绑带与第二绑带)可以用相同的材料,也可以用不同的材料。通过对所述头戴式固定装置的材料的选择和设置,可以提高所述头戴式固定装置1的柔性以及吸湿和透气性,提高其佩戴效果。
例如,本实用新型还提供一种面罩,包括如上所述的头戴式固定装置。本实用新型还提供一种鼻罩,包括如上所述的头戴式固定装置。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施方式仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (15)
- 一种主绑带,其特征在于,所述主绑带为一体成型的环形绑带,所述主绑带为立体构型以吻合佩戴者后脑部位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的主绑带,其特征在于,所述主绑带包括第一绑带区域、第二绑带区域以及两个第三绑带区域,所述第一绑带区域位于所述主绑带的顶部以吻合佩戴者头部顶骨位置,所述第二绑带区域与所述第一绑带区域相对设置,所述两个第三绑带区域相对设置,每个所述第三绑带区域的相对两端分别连接所述第一绑带区域与所述第二绑带区域。
- 根据权利要求2所述的主绑带,其特征在于,所述主绑带内侧形成有环形内侧面,所述环形内侧面覆盖所述第一绑带区域、所述第二绑带区域以及所述两个第三绑带区域,所述第一绑带区域处的环形内侧面的翘曲度以及所述第二绑带区域处的环形内侧面的翘曲度均大于所述第三绑带区域处的环形内侧面的翘曲度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的主绑带,其特征在于,所述环形内侧面的相对两侧分别形成有内环形边缘与外环形边缘,所述内环形边缘围绕形成露出后脑部位的开口,所述内环形边缘与所述外环形边缘不共面。
- 根据权利要求4所述的主绑带,其特征在于,所述主绑带的厚度不均匀设置,所述第一绑带区域的外环形边缘处的材料厚度大于所述第一绑带区域的内环形边缘处的材料厚度,所述第二绑带区域的外环形边缘处的材料厚度大于所述第二绑带区域的内环形边缘处的材料厚度。
- 一种头戴式固定装置,其特征在于,包括两个第一绑带与如权利要求1所述的主绑带,所述两个第一绑带分别设置于所述主绑带的相对两侧。
- 根据权利要求6所述的头戴式固定装置,其特征在于,所述两个第一绑带一体成型于所述主绑带上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的头戴式固定装置,其特征在于,所述两个第一绑带通过车缝或者超声波焊接连接于所述主绑带上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的头戴式固定装置,其特征在于,所述主绑带包括第一绑带区域、第二绑带区域以及两个第三绑带区域,所述第一绑带区域位于所述主绑带的顶部以吻合佩戴者头部顶骨位置,所述第二绑带区域与所述第一 绑带区域相对设置,所述两个第三绑带区域相对设置,每个所述第三绑带区域的相对两端分别连接所述第一绑带区域与所述第二绑带区域,所述两个第一绑带分别连接于所述两个第三绑带区域的边缘。
- 根据权利要求9所述的头戴式固定装置,其特征在于,还包括两个第二绑带,所述第二绑带分别连接于所述两个第三绑带区域的边缘上,所述第一绑带邻近所述第一绑带区域,所述第二绑带邻近所述第二绑带区域。
- 根据权利要求6所述的头戴式固定装置,其特征在于,所述头戴式固定装置的材料为可热定型的弹性复合织物,所述弹性复合织物包括多个材料层,所述弹性复合织物的厚度2~5毫米。
- 根据权利要求11所述的头戴式固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性复合织物包括三个材料层,所述三个材料层分别为表层功能弹性织物、中间层以及内表面皮肤接触层织物,所述中间层的材料为聚氨酯海绵或EVA泡棉,所述内表面皮肤接触层织物为单层针织布或弹性三明治布。
- 根据权利要求11所述的头戴式固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性复合织物包括四个材料层,所述四个材料层分别为表层弹性织物、第二层功能织物层、第三层以及第四层皮肤接触织物层,所述第二层功能织物层为非织造布层,所述第三层为聚氨酯海绵或EVA泡棉。
- 一种面罩,其特征在于,包括如权利要求6-13中任一项所述的头戴式固定装置。
- 一种鼻罩,其特征在于,包括如权利要求6-13中任一项所述的头戴式固定装置。
