Description

一种智能锁驱动装置 技术领域
本发明涉及锁领域,特别是一种智能锁及智能锁的驱动装置。
背景技术
目前,智能门锁普遍用于家庭的门厅、办公室、仓库等的门上使用,其包括安装在锁体内部的插锁、安装在门的室内一侧的户内锁体及安装在门的室外另一侧的户外锁体。其中,插锁上有执行锁紧功能的门栓和用于门开闭的锁舌,在门栓及锁舌卡在门锁扣的状态下,通过户内锁体的打开按钮(或者转钮)或户内的把手或户外锁体的密码输入或安全锁的使用(钥匙状的手动锁或者安全卡)、指纹识别等,使得门栓被解锁,从而使用户内把手或户外把手,将锁舌引入插锁内部,则完成开门动作。
但是,现有的智能锁中零件较多、结构较为复杂,不利于力的传输和智能锁的小型化,且增大了内部零件卡接不好的概率。
中国专利号为201310144527.7,发明专利名称为一种门锁离合装置中公开了一种智能锁驱动装置,包括离合机构,还包括顶杆以及驱动顶杆伸缩的电磁驱动单元,顶杆相对电磁驱动单元另一端与离合推动弧片相配合设置。该专利通过电磁驱动单元实现智能锁的整体。
但是,这种方案在装配时更为繁琐,厂家在生产时无法模块化生产;且机构整体较大,使得锁体较大,目前市场上消费者对外观的要求越来越高,外观的美观程度也会影响消费者的选择。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是如何弥补上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可以模块化生产,且外观美观的智能锁驱动装置。
发明的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案解决:
一种智能锁驱动装置,包括锁体的外壳、方舌机构、斜舌机构及方棒,外壳侧边包括外壳侧壁,所述驱动装置包括电驱动机构及方棒驱动机构,所述方棒驱动机构包括离合部,所述离合部包括离合件,所述离合件包括固定端与自由端;所述电驱动机构可带动离合件的自由端以固定端为轴心发生旋转。
进一步,所述离合件内部包括离合孔,所述驱动装置还包括受所述电驱动机构带动的离合驱动机构,所述离合驱动机构包括与所述离合孔配合连接的驱动柱;所述电驱动机构带动所述离合驱动机构移动时,所述驱动柱带动所述离合孔使所述离合件的以固定端为轴心发生旋转。
进一步,所述离合部包括上离合部、下离合部,所述上离合部及所述下离合部包括与所述离合件固定端连接的离合连接部。
进一步,所述方棒驱动机构包括顶部插件、齿轮轴、移动插件、底部插件、固定插件。
进一步,所述齿轮轴包括齿轮,所述方舌机构包括与所述齿轮啮合的方舌齿轮;所述齿轮通过齿轮转动的方式带动所述方舌齿轮转动,进而使得所述方舌机构伸出或伸入所述外壳侧壁。
进一步,所述顶部插件包括顶部插件柱、顶部插件卡板、顶部插件凸起,所述底部插件包括底部插件柱、底部插件卡板、底部插件凸起;所述顶部插件柱与所述底部插件柱将所述离合部、所述齿轮轴、所述移动插件串联形成一个整体,所述顶部插件卡板与所述底部插件卡板中任意一个与所述离合部相接触。
进一步,所述齿轮轴包括齿轮凸起,所述移动插件包括移动插件柱,所述固定插件与所述移动插件柱固定连接,连接后,所述固定插件与所述底部插件凸起接触;所述移动插件柱两端分别与所述离合件与所述齿轮凸起接触。
进一步,所述离合驱动机构包括驱动连接部,所述驱动连接部包括驱动连接侧壁,所述驱动装置包括用于感应所述驱动连接侧壁的感应件;所述感应件感应到所述驱动连接侧壁时,所述感应件对所述电驱动机构产生电信号,所述电驱动机构(4)开始反向工作,反向工作相同工作量。
进一步,所述离合驱动机构包括驱动连接部、弹性部、及固定于所述外壳的驱动底座,所述驱动底座包括底座凸起,所述驱动连接部上包括容置所述底座凸起及所述弹性部的驱动连接槽,无外力作用下,所述弹性部自然张力使得所述驱动连接部始终存在远离方棒驱动机构的力。
进一步,所述驱动装置包括离合驱动机构,及两端分别与所述离合驱动机构及所述电驱动机构连接的杠杆机构。
进一步,所述杠杆机构包括杠杆部,所述外壳包括旋转轴,所述杠杆部中心的通孔以所述旋转轴为中心产生杠杆运动。
与现有技术相比,本发明达到的有益效果是:
本发明所述的一种智能锁驱动装置,结构简单,核心部件均可模块化生产,故装配便捷,更适合批量化生产;
驱动方式多样,电机或电磁等任意驱动方式都可以实现技术效果;
离合驱动时行程小,传动结构简单小巧,占用空间少,外观小巧美观,更受用户欢迎;
通过感应器确定电驱动机构的运动路径,提高了整体驱动装置的稳定性及准确性,降低了故障率,且不会重复运动,避免电机运动过程中的无故损耗。

对于说明本发明的智能锁锁体,为了便利,参照图1规定了大概的上下左右方向标准,以方舌机构5弹出的方向为正面,以正面观察的方向为准,重力作用的方向为下方,与其他图纸相关的发明的详细说明及权利要求书上没有特别的要求时,均按照这种方法确定方向。
以下,基于优选的实施方式并参照附图对本发明进行进一步说明。
本发明所述的一种智能锁驱动装置,外部设置有包裹锁体的外壳A,避免锁体暴露在外。锁体内部设置有方舌机构5和斜舌机构6,外壳A侧边的一侧设置有外壳侧壁S,外壳侧壁S上设置有孔位,用于使方舌机构5及斜舌机构6的头部在外壳侧壁S伸入及伸出,当方舌机构5及斜舌机构6的头部全部伸出外壳侧壁S时,锁体处于锁门状态,当方舌机构5伸入外壳侧壁S时,锁体处于开门状态,此时,斜舌机构6的伸入或伸出对锁体处于开门状态无影响。
请参考图1,本发明所述的一种智能锁驱动装置包括方棒驱动机构1、离合驱动机构2、杠杆机构3、电驱动机构4、感应件7。工作时,方舌机构5在方棒驱动机构1的作用下运动实现伸锁体的开门与锁门,驱动方棒驱动机构1的方式为:电驱动机构4驱动杠杆机构3进而带动离合驱动机构2运动,离合驱动机构2运动后,方棒驱动机构1在方棒的带动下发生旋转,此时,方舌机构5随之发生相应的移动。
请参考图1及图2,方舌机构5上包括与方舌机构5连接的方舌齿轮51,方舌齿轮51与方棒驱动机构1啮合。
电驱动机构4上包括电驱动柱41,在锁体处于开门状态或锁门状态时,电驱动柱41处于静止时的固定位置,当锁体需要从开门到锁门或从锁门到开门时,电驱动机构4接到开门信号时,电驱动机构4驱动电驱动柱41运动,按压杠杆机构3;当感应件7感应到信号时,电驱动机构4停止并反向运动,驱动电驱动柱41回到静止时的固定位置。
这里所说的开门信号包括指纹、智能门卡、数字密码锁等任意方式产生的电信号,本发明对电信号的产生方式不做限制。
电驱动机构4的电驱动方式,可以为电机驱动,也可以为电磁驱动等任意方式,只要能使电驱动柱41运动即可,本发明对其驱动方式本发明不做限制。
请参考图2、图3~图6,方棒驱动机构1包括顶部插件11、离合部12、齿轮轴13、移动插件14、底部插件15、固定插件16。顶部插件11及底部插件15将离合部12、齿轮轴13、移动插件14串联成一个整体;固定插件16与底部插件15固定连接。
顶部插件11包括凸出于顶部插件11本体的顶部插件柱111、与底部插件15相接触的顶部插件卡板112、侧面凸出于顶部插件11本体的顶部插件凸起113。
底部插件15包括凸出于底部插件15本体的底部插件柱151、与顶部插件11的顶部插件卡板112相接触的底部插件卡板152、侧面凸出于底部插件15本体的底部插件凸起153。
齿轮轴13包括用于容置顶部插件柱111或底部插件柱151的齿轮轴插芯孔131、与方舌机构5的方舌齿轮51相啮合的齿轮132、以及侧面凸出于齿轮轴13本体的齿轮凸起133。
齿轮132通过齿轮转动的方式带动方舌齿轮51转动。
移动插件14包括用于容置顶部插件柱111或底部插件柱151的移动插件插芯孔141、侧面伸出移动插件14本体、与离合部12相接触的移动插件柱142、以及侧面凸出于移动插件14本体的移动插件凸起143。
移动插件柱142上设置有用于容置固定插件16的移动插件柱孔1421。固定插件16插入移动插件孔1421内,插入后,固定插件16与移动插件14固定连接,此时固定插件16与底部插件凸起153相接触。
离合部12包括位于顶部插件11和齿轮轴13之间的上离合部121、位于齿轮轴13和移动插件14之间的下离合部122、以及位于上离合部121和下离合部122之间的,与上离合部121和下离合部122可旋转连接的离合件123。连接后,离合件123位于齿轮轴13外侧,其内壁可与齿轮轴13接触,侧壁可与移动插件柱142相接触。
上离合部121与下离合部122形状相同,上离合部121及下离合部122分别设置有用于容置顶部插件柱111或底部插件柱151的上离合部插芯孔1211及下离合部插芯孔1221、以及侧面伸出于上离合部121本体及下离合部122本体的上离合部凸 壁1212及下离合部凸壁1222、上离合部凸壁1212及下离合部凸壁1222上设置有用于与离合件123连接的第一连接孔1213及第二连接孔1223。
离合件123包括与移动插件柱142相接触的离合件侧壁1231、与齿轮轴13侧面形状适配并可与之相接触呈弧形的离合件内壁1232、与第一连接孔1213及第二连接孔1223相连接的离合凸起1233、与离合驱动机构2相连接的离合孔1234。
离合件123与上离合件121及下离合件122连接后,其离合连接部即为第一连接孔1213、第二连接孔1223、及离合凸起1233连接处,本实施例中,离合连接部为固定端,具体的,离合凸起1233的一侧为固定端,离合件侧壁1231一侧为自由端。其自由端可以以固定端为轴心发生旋转。
本实施例中,装配后,顶部插件卡板112及底部插件卡板152相接触,顶部插件卡板112及底部插件卡板152可与离合部12、齿轮轴13、移动插件14侧边相接触。当然,顶部插件卡板112及底部插件卡板152也可以不接触,只要顶部插件卡板112及底部插件卡板152中任意一处与离合部12接触,即可实现本发明的功能。
顶部插件柱111及底部插件柱151将顶部插件11及底部插件15与离合部12、齿轮轴13、移动插件14串联到一起,并以顶部插件柱111或底部插件柱151为旋转轴旋转。
顶部插件卡板112及底部插件卡板152的两侧分别可以与齿轮132和离合部12相接触。
顶部插件卡板112及底部插件卡板152的两侧分别与齿轮132及离合部12相接触。
顶部插件卡板112及底部插件卡板152可以与齿轮132的侧面同时接触,故如有外力带动齿轮132旋转,齿轮132可带动顶部插件卡板112及底部插件卡板152同步旋转。
顶部插件卡板112及底部插件卡板152的另一侧与离合部12相接触,装配后,离合件123将上离合部121及下离合部122连接成为一个整体,故如有外力带动顶部插件卡板112及底部插件卡板152旋转时,顶部插件卡板112及底部插件卡板152接触上离合部121或下离合部122中任意一个,则离合部12也可发生旋转。
离合件123的离合件侧壁1231可以与移动插件柱142接触,这样,当离合部12旋转时,离合件侧壁1231触碰移动插件柱142,则可以带动移动插件柱142随之旋转。
移动插件柱142的另一侧可以与顶部插件凸起133接触,移动插件柱142旋转时,可以带动顶部插件凸起133随之旋转。
请参考图2、图7、图8,离合驱动机构2包括驱动底座21、驱动连接部22、驱动上盖23、驱动连接柱24、弹性部25。驱动底座21与驱动上盖23形成容置腔,用于容置驱动连接部22和弹性部25,驱动连接柱24穿过驱动上盖23将驱动连接部22与驱动底座21连接。
本实施例中,弹性部25优选的为压缩弹簧,当然,任何可以实现其功能的弹性体,如海绵、弹片等也在本发明的保护范围内,本实施例在此不做限制。
驱动底座21设置有凸出于驱动底座21本体表面的底座凸起211、凹陷于底座呈半弧形容纳弹性体25的底座凹槽212、两侧设置有凸出于驱动底座21本体表面的侧边棱底座侧边213、设置于底座侧边213一侧的凹陷于底座侧边213的底座侧边凹槽214、用于容置驱动连接柱24的底座连接柱孔215。
驱动连接部22设置有容置于离合孔1234内与离合件123连接的驱动柱221、用于容置底座凸起211及弹性部25的驱动连接槽222、与杠杆机构3接触并可以受其带动的驱动连接底壁223、容置于底座侧边凹槽214内并伸入感应件7内的驱动连接侧壁224、用于容置驱动连接柱24的驱动连接柱孔225。
本发明中,对感应件7的感应形式不做限制,感应件7可以为感应件感应或物理感应,凡是能达到本发明所说明的技术效果的结构,均应在本发明权利要求的保护范围内。本实施例中所指的感应件为光耦。
驱动连接柱孔225的直径大于驱动连接柱24的直径,底座侧边凹槽214的长度也大于驱动连接侧壁224,使得当驱动连接柱24固定驱动底座21及驱动上盖23时,为驱动连接部22留有可移动空间。
装配时,驱动连接部22装配于驱动底座21上,此时,弹性体25的一部分容置于底座凹槽212内,另一部分及底座凸起211共同容置于驱动连接槽222内;整个驱动连接部22位于左右底座侧边213的包裹内,使其只能在底座侧边213的导向方 向下竖直移动;驱动连接侧壁224从底座侧边凹槽214处伸出底座侧边凹槽213的包裹,伸入感应件7内。
驱动连接柱24穿过驱动上盖23上的驱动上盖孔231、驱动连接柱孔225、底座连接柱孔215后与外壳A连接,使整个离合驱动机构2为一体,此时,在弹性体25的张力作用下,驱动连接部22始终存在将驱动连接部22远离方棒驱动机构1的力。由于驱动连接底壁223与杠杆机构3接触,故驱动连接部22始终存在按压杠杆机构3方向的力。
而驱动连接部22的另一侧驱动柱221伸入离合件123的离合孔1234内,与离合件123连接。使得驱动连接部22移动时,会带动离合件123以离合凸起1233为轴心旋转。当驱动连接部22向上移动时,带动离合件123向上运动,使离合件内壁1232与齿轮轴13侧边接触;当驱动驱动连接部22向下移动时,带动离合件123向下运动,使离合件内壁1232远离齿轮轴13。
请参考图8及图9,杠杆机构3包括两侧对称的杠杆部31、与外壳A固定连接的杠杆底座32、杠杆顶座33。杠杆部31的对称中心设有孔位,用于容置杠杆底座32上的凸起。杠杆顶座33用于避免杠杆部3与杠杆底座32脱落。连接后,杠杆部31以杠杆底座32为中心发生杠杆作用,即以杠杆底座32为旋转轴。
杠杆部31两侧设有杠杆部凸起311,杠杆部凸起311可以直接与外壳A侧边接触,但由于杠杆底座32对杠杆部31的杠杆作用,两侧的杠杆部凸起311不能同时与外壳A的侧边相接触。
杠杆部31的两侧分别与电驱动柱41及驱动连接底壁223接触,当电驱动柱41按压杠杆部31的杠杆部凸起311时,与驱动连接底壁223接触的另一侧杠杆部凸起311会远离外壳A的侧边;反之,当电驱动柱41未施压于杠杆部凸起311时,驱动连接部22在弹性部25的自然张力作用下处于靠近外壳A侧边的状态。即驱动连接底壁223会按压杠杆部凸起311,此时,接触电驱动柱41一侧的杠杆部凸起311会远离外壳A的侧边。
以下,对本发明驱动装置的工作流程做进一步说明。
请参考图1~图2,图10~图11,本发明中所述的驱动装置,其锁体主要处于2种状态,即开门状态与锁门状态。
开门状态时,斜舌机构6伸出外壳侧边A外。此时,电驱动柱41处于固定位置,驱动连接部22在弹性部25的自然张力作用下处于靠近外壳A侧边的状态,驱动连接底壁223会按压一侧杠杆部凸起311,使按压侧的杠杆部凸起311与外壳A侧边接触;离合件123在驱动连接部22的带动下,离合件内壁1232脱离齿轮轴13侧壁,离合件侧壁1231不与移动插件柱142接触。
此时,由于离合件侧壁1231不与移动插件柱142接触,故即使方棒旋转带动顶部插件11或底部插件15旋转,离合部12也无法带动齿轮轴13旋转,继而无法带动与之相啮合的方舌齿轮51移动,方舌机构处于位置固定状态。
当需要锁门时,电驱动机构4接收到电信号,驱动电驱动柱41移动,按压与之相接触侧的杠杆部凸起311接触外壳A侧边,由此使得另一侧的杠杆部凸起311远离外壳A侧边。
此时,驱动连接底壁223被按压,使得驱动连接部22整体向上移动,弹性部25被压缩,驱动连接侧壁224与感应件7开始接触,驱动柱221向上移动带动离合件123旋转,离合件内壁1232与齿轮轴13接触。
外力使方棒旋转,带动顶部插件11或底部插件15发生旋转,进而顶部插件卡板112或底部插件卡板152带动离合部12旋转,离合件侧壁1231接触移动插件柱142,由此带动移动插件14旋转,移动插件柱142接触齿轮凸起133,由此带动齿轮轴13旋转,齿轮132带动方舌齿轮51移动,并最终带动方舌机构5伸出外壳侧壁S外。
此时,感应件7给电驱动机构4发出信号,电驱动机构4驱动电驱动柱41反向移动并恢复固定位置,在弹性部25的自然张力作用下,驱动连接部22向下移动,驱动连接底壁223按压与之接触一侧的杠杆部凸起311直至接触外壳A侧边;驱动柱221随驱动连接部22向下移动,带动离合件123远离移动插件柱142及齿轮轴13侧壁。
由此,锁门动作完成。
以上,通过电驱动机构4按压杠杆机构3,带动离合驱动机构2拉动离合件123运动。当然,可以想象的,当将离合件123延长,使得离合件123的固定端为轴心,推动或拉动延长部分也可以实现同样的功能,本发明在此不做赘述。

    所述驱动装置包括电驱动机构(4)、方棒驱动机构(1),
    所述方棒驱动机构(1)包括离合部(12),所述离合部(12)包括离合件(123),所述离合件(123)包括固定端与自由端;
    所述电驱动机构(4)可带动离合件(123)的自由端以固定端为轴心发生旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能锁驱动装置,其特征在于:
    所述离合件(123)内部包括离合孔(1234),
    所述驱动装置还包括受所述电驱动机构(4)带动的离合驱动机构(2),所述离合驱动机构(2)包括与所述离合孔(1234)配合连接的驱动柱(221);
    所述电驱动机构(4)带动所述离合驱动机构(2)移动时,所述驱动柱(221)带动所述离合孔(1234)使所述离合件(123)的以固定端为轴心发生旋转。

    所述离合部(12)包括上离合部(121)、下离合部(122),所述上离合部(121)及所述下离合部(122)包括与所述离合件(123)固定端连接的离合连接部。

    所述方舌机构(5)包括与所述齿轮(132)啮合的方舌齿轮(51);

  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种智能锁驱动装置,其特征在于:
    所述齿轮轴(13)包括齿轮凸起(133),
    所述移动插件(14)包括移动插件柱(142),所述固定插件(16)与所述移动插件柱(142)固定连接,连接后,所述固定插件(16)与所述底部插件凸起(153)接触;
    所述移动插件柱(142)两端分别与所述离合件(123)与所述齿轮凸起(133)接触。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能锁驱动装置,其特征在于:
    所述离合驱动机构(2)包括驱动连接部(22),所述驱动连接部(22)包括驱动连接侧壁(224),
    所述驱动装置包括用于感应所述驱动连接侧壁(224)的感应件(7);
    所述感应件(7)感应到所述驱动连接侧壁(224)时,所述感应件(7)对所述电驱动机构(4)产生电信号,所述电驱动机构(4)开始反向工作,反向工作相同工作量。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能锁驱动装置,其特征在于:
    所述离合驱动机构(2)包括驱动连接部(22)、弹性部(25)、及固定于所述外壳(A)的驱动底座(21),
    所述驱动底座(21)包括底座凸起(211),所述驱动连接部(22)上包括容置所述底座凸起(211)及所述弹性部(25)的驱动连接槽(222),无外力作用下,所述弹性部(25)自然张力使得所述驱动连接部(22)始终存在远离方棒驱动机构(1)的力。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能锁驱动装置,其特征在于:
    所述驱动装置包括离合驱动机构(2),及两端分别与所述离合驱动机构(2)及所述电驱动机构(4)连接的杠杆机构(3)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种智能锁驱动装置,其特征在于:
    所述杠杆机构(3)包括杠杆部(31),所述外壳(A)包括旋转轴,所述杠杆部(31)中心的通孔以所述旋转轴为中心产生杠杆运动。
