[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 7所述户外家具用的硅橡胶合成革的制造技术, 其特征 在于, 步骤一中, 将乙烯基硅橡胶基胶 100-200份、 高乙烯基硅油 5-1 0份、 乙烯基 MQ树脂 10-20份、 甲基 MQ树脂 5-15份、 含氢硅油 5-20份 、 增粘剂 1-2份、 钼金催化剂 0.1-0.5份、 色膏颜料 5-20份、 抑制剂 0.02- 0.1份投入到行星分散搅拌机中, 通冷却水, 打开真空设备, 分散搅 拌 10分钟即可。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 8所述户外家具用的硅橡胶合成革的制造技术, 其特征 在于, 步骤二中, 将乙烯基硅油 100- 120份、 乙烯基 MQ树脂 30-50份 、 乙烯基苯基硅树脂 30-50份、 含氢 MQ树脂 20-30份、 硅微粉 10-20份 、 消光粉 3-5份、 钼金催化剂 0.1-0.5份、 抑制剂 0.02-0.1份, 在分散机 中分散 10分钟即可。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 9所述户外家具用的硅橡胶合成革的制造技术, 其特征 在于, 步骤三中, 将户外家具用的哑光手感油原料涂覆于离型纸或皮 革纸上, 然后通过传送带将涂覆好的硅橡胶传送到隧道炉, 在 100-14 0°C的温度下硫化 5-10分钟, 形成户外家具用哑光手感油面层; 将户外家具用的硅橡胶原料涂覆于户外家具用哑光手感油面层上, 并 与基材布料贴合, 然后传送至隧道炉, 在 10(M40°C的温度下硫化 5-1 0分钟, 将离型纸或皮革纸剥离, 得到户外家具的硅橡胶合成革。
