现有技术中,按摩器包括外壳、马达、偏心轮和配重,马达、偏心轮合配重均位于外壳内部,马达与外壳固定连接,偏心轮安装在马达的输出轴上,配重固定在偏心轮上,工作时,将外壳接触患者,通过马达驱动偏心轮快速旋转,偏心轮带动配重做往复的偏心运动,使得按摩器产生振动对患者进行按摩。
在实施本申请实施例的过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下技术问题:
现有技术中,按摩器整体按同一振动频率进行振动,马达输出的能量分布在整个按摩器上,无法提高患者接触位置振动频率,对患者按摩效果差。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种按摩器,以解决无法提高患者接触位置振动频率,对患者按摩效果差的问题。
为了实现上述目的,根据本申请提供了一种按摩器。
根据本申请的按摩器包括:
外壳,一端设有开口;
振动膜,包括鼓膜部和第一连接部,鼓膜部位于外壳包括的开口中,且鼓膜部的外表面延伸出外壳的外表面,第一连接部的上端连接在鼓膜部的边缘,第一连接部的下端固定在外壳内部;
驱动机构,固定在外壳内部,驱动机构输出端与鼓膜部中部连接,工作时,驱动机构驱动鼓膜部中部做上下往复运动。
可选地,鼓膜部的厚度由中部向边缘逐渐变薄。
可选地,鼓膜部的上端面为向外凸起的曲面,鼓膜部的下端面为向内凹陷的曲面。
可选地,振动膜还包括环形的过渡部,过渡部的内边缘连接在鼓膜部的边缘上,第一连接部的上端连接在过渡部的外边缘上;
过渡部的上端面和下端面均为向内凹陷的曲面。
可选地,还包括基座和压片;基座固定在外壳内,第一连接部下端设有凹槽,压片一端固定在基座上,压片的另一端嵌入第一连接部的凹槽中,压片将第一连接部固定在基座上。
可选地,振动膜还包括定位部,定位部的一端连接在第一连接部的下端;
基座上设有对应定位部的定位槽,定位部安装在定位槽中。
可选地,驱动机构包括马达、偏心轮和连杆;
马达固定在基座上,偏心轮套装在马达的输出轴上,连杆的一端与偏心轮连接,连杆的另一端连接在鼓膜部中部;
工作时,马达驱动偏心轮旋转,偏心轮带动连杆做往复运动,以使连杆带动鼓膜部中部做上下往复运动。
可选地,偏心轮上远离马达的端面边缘设有第二连接部,第二连接部与连杆连接。
可选地,振动膜还包括第三连接部,第三连接部的一端连接在鼓膜部下端面的中部,第三连接部的另一端与连杆的一端连接。
可选地,振动膜的材料和外壳的材料均包括硅胶。
在本申请实施例中,采用在外壳上设置一开口,并在开口上安装振动膜的方式,通过驱动机构驱动振动膜的鼓膜部做往返运动,使得鼓膜部高速振动,达到了振动膜快速振动的目的,从而实现了马达的输出能量主要集中在振动膜的鼓膜部上,提高了鼓膜部的振动频率,提高了按摩效果的技术效果,进而解 决了由于无法提高患者接触位置振动频率,对患者按摩效果差的技术问题。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请方案,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
如图1至图4所示,本申请涉及一种按摩器,包括:
外壳1,一端设有开口11;
振动膜2,包括鼓膜部21和第一连接部22,鼓膜部21位于外壳1包括的开口11中,且鼓膜部21的外表面延伸出外壳1的外表面,第一连接部22的上端连接在鼓膜部21的边缘,第一连接部22的下端固定在外壳1内部;
驱动机构3,固定在外壳1内部,驱动机构3的输出端与鼓膜部21连接,工作时,驱动机构3驱动鼓膜部21做上下往复运动。
在本实施例中,采用在外壳1上设置一开口11,并在开口11上安装振动 膜2的方式,通过驱动机构3驱动振动膜2的鼓膜部21做往返运动,使得鼓膜部21高速振动,达到了振动膜2快速振动的目的,从而实现了马达的输出能量主要集中在振动膜2的鼓膜部21上,极大地提高了鼓膜部21的振动频率,提高按摩效果的技术效果,进而解决了由于无法提高患者接触位置振动频率,对患者按摩效果差的技术问题。
另外,通过本按摩器的鼓膜部可以对患者一些特定部位(例如穴位等)进行按摩,从而达到治疗效果。
其中,在鼓膜部21高频率振动的同时,也会有振动能量通过第一连接部22传递给外壳1等其他部件,使得外壳1等部件也会振动,但是由于该振动是由鼓膜部21振动通过第一连接部22传导的,因此,外壳1等其他部件振动频率低于鼓膜部21。
可选地,振动膜2的材料和外壳1的材料均可以包括硅胶。外壳1和振动膜2采用硅胶材料,人体接触更加舒适,另外,振动膜2采用硅胶材料,也可以通过硅胶材料具有良好的弹性形变能力,提高振动膜2的振动效果。
参见图2,可选地,鼓膜部21的厚度由中部向边缘逐渐变薄。
在本实施例中,鼓膜部21的厚度由中部向边缘逐渐变薄,而驱动机构3与鼓膜部21的中部连接,即驱动机构3直接作用在鼓膜部21的最厚处,使得鼓膜部21中部动能最大,在鼓膜部21做上下往复运动时,鼓膜部21中部形变量较大,鼓膜部21更容易振动,且振动效果更好,对患者的刺激效果更好。
可选地,鼓膜部21的上端面为向外凸起的曲面,鼓膜部21的下端面为向内凹陷的曲面。
在本实施例中,鼓膜部21的上端面为向外凸起的曲面,鼓膜部21的下端面为向内凹陷的曲面,即鼓膜部21对驱动机构3的能量释放更均匀,并降低了振动产生的噪音,使得本按摩器在工作时,极其安静,鼓膜部21的上端面更容易接触患者。
参见图1至图4,可选地,振动膜2还包括环形的过渡部23,过渡部23的内边缘连接在鼓膜部21的边缘上,第一连接部22的上端连接在过渡部23 的外边缘上。
过渡部23的上端面和下端面均为向内凹陷的曲面。
在本实施例中,过渡部23的中部最薄,因此,鼓膜部21更容易产生更大的形变量,同时也降低了鼓膜部21向第一连接部22的能量传递,提高了鼓膜部21的振动效果,加强了对患者的刺激,提高了对患者的治疗效果。
其中,可选地,过渡部23最薄处的厚度为鼓膜部21的最薄处的厚度的30%至50%。
参见图2,可选地,还包括基座4和压片5;基座4固定在外壳1内,第一连接部22下端设有凹槽221,压片5一端固定在基座4上,压片5的另一端嵌入第一连接部22的凹槽221中,压片5将第一连接部22固定在基座4上。
在本实施例中,通过在第一连接部22下端设有凹槽221,并通过压片5对凹槽221进行固定,通过凹槽221可以更加牢固地将第一连接部22固定在基座4上,同时,压片5的一端嵌入第一连接部22的凹槽221中,也可以提高压片5和第一连接部22之间的密封效果,放置水或尘土等进入外壳1内部,对驱动机构3造成损伤。
可选地,压片5的材料和基座4的材料可以包括ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)等塑料,通过塑料材料减轻本按摩器的重量。
参见图3和图4,可选地,振动膜2还包括定位部24,定位部24的一端连接在第一连接部22的下端。
基座4上设有对应定位部24的定位槽,定位部24安装在定位槽中。
在本实施例中,振动膜2包括的鼓膜部21形状和过渡部23形状可以为圆形或椭圆形等,当为圆形或椭圆形时,在安装时,需要通过一个定位部24确定振动膜2的安装方向,从而更快快速、准确地完成装配。
参见图2,可选地,驱动机构3包括马达31、偏心轮32和连杆33。
马达31固定在基座4上,偏心轮32套装在马达31的输出轴上,连杆33 的一端与偏心轮32连接,连杆33的另一端连接在鼓膜部21中部。
工作时,马达31驱动偏心轮32旋转,偏心轮32带动连杆33做往复运动,以使连杆33带动鼓膜部21中部做上下往复运动。
在本实施例中,通过马达31驱动偏心轮32做偏心旋转,偏心轮32带动连杆33做往复运动,以使连杆33带动鼓膜部21中部做上下往复运动,从而实现振动膜2包括的鼓膜部21振动。
参见图2,可选地,偏心轮32上远离马达31的端面边缘设有第二连接部321,第二连接部321与连杆33连接。
在本实施例中,通过第二连接部321为连杆33提供了安装位置,第二连接部321位于偏心轮32的端面边缘,进而第二连接部321的运动范围最大,提高了鼓膜部21的振动幅度。
参见图4,可选地,振动膜2还包括第三连接部25,第三连接部25的一端连接在鼓膜部21下端面的中部,第三连接部25的另一端与连杆33的一端连接。
在本实施例中,通过第三连接部25位连杆33提供安装位置。
参见图4,可选地,第三连接部25可以为凹槽,其中,拉杆与第三连接部25之间可以通过粘接方式连接。
在本实施例中,当外壳1内部空间不足时,连杆33可以采用弯曲连杆。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本申请实现了如下技术效果:
在本实施例中,采用在外壳1上设置一开口11,并在开口11上安装振动膜2的方式,通过驱动机构3驱动振动膜2的鼓膜部21做往返运动,使得鼓膜部21高速振动,达到了振动膜2快速振动的目的,从而实现了马达31的输出能量主要集中在振动膜2的鼓膜部21上,提高了鼓膜部21的振动频率,提高治疗效果的技术效果,进而解决了由于无法提高患者接触位置振动频率,对患者治疗效果差的技术问题。

本申请通过在外壳上设置一开口,并在开口上安装振动膜的方式,通过驱动机构驱动振动膜的鼓膜部做往返运动,使得鼓膜部高速振动,达到了振动膜快速振动的目的,从而实现了马达的输出能量主要集中在振动膜的鼓膜部上,提高了鼓膜部的振动频率,提高了按摩效果的技术效果,进而解决了由于无法提高患者接触位置振动频率,对患者按摩效果差的技术问题。
Claims (10)
- 一种按摩器,包括:外壳,一端设有开口;振动膜,包括鼓膜部和第一连接部,所述鼓膜部位于所述外壳包括的开口中,且所述鼓膜部的外表面延伸出所述外壳的外表面,所述第一连接部的上端连接在所述鼓膜部的边缘,所述第一连接部的下端固定在所述外壳内部;驱动机构,固定在所述外壳内部,所述驱动机构的输出端与所述鼓膜部连接,工作时,所述驱动机构驱动鼓膜部做上下往复运动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的按摩器,其中,所述鼓膜部的厚度由中部向边缘逐渐变薄。
- 根据权利要求2所述的按摩器,其中,所述鼓膜部的上端面为向外凸起的曲面,所述鼓膜部的下端面为向内凹陷的曲面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的按摩器,其中,所述振动膜还包括环形的过渡部,所述过渡部的内边缘连接在所述鼓膜部的边缘上,所述第一连接部的上端连接在所述过渡部的外边缘上;所述过渡部的上端面和下端面均为向内凹陷的曲面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的按摩器,其中,还包括:基座和压片;所述基座固定在外壳内,所述第一连接部下端设有凹槽;所述压片一端固定在所述基座上,所述压片的另一端嵌入所述第一连接部的凹槽中,所述压片将所述第一连接部固定在所述基座上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的按摩器,其中,所述振动膜还包括:定位部,所述定位部的一端连接在所述第一连接部的下端;所述基座上设有对应所述定位部的定位槽,所述定位部安装在所述定位槽中。
- 根据权利要求5所述的按摩器,其中,所述驱动机构包括:马达、偏心轮和连杆;所述马达固定在基座上,所述偏心轮套装在所述马达的输出轴上,所述连 杆的一端与所述偏心轮连接,所述连杆的另一端连接在所述鼓膜部中部;工作时,所述马达驱动所述偏心轮旋转,所述偏心轮带动所述连杆做往复运动,以使所述连杆带动鼓膜部做上下往复运动。
- 根据权利要求7所述的按摩器,其中,所述偏心轮上远离所述马达的端面边缘设有第二连接部,所述第二连接部与所述连杆连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的按摩器,其中,所述振动膜还包括:第三连接部,所述第三连接部的一端连接在所述鼓膜部下端面的中部,所述第三连接部的另一端与所述连杆的一端连接。
- 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的按摩器,其中,所述振动膜的材料和所述外壳的材料均包括硅胶。
