- the emphasis in horizontal and / or vertical direction may be increased symmetrically or asymmetrically and be rising, descending and / or curved.
- the horizontal emphasis 103 causes a correction of the static of the foot by an impulse on the heel bone. This leads to an erection of the bone triangle or the bone pyramid.
- the vertical emphasis 103 provides elasticity or test of stabilization of the lower ankle joint and movement motion.
- the central element 103 can also act alone as Gangjustier Anlagen.
- Figure 7 a supplement of the central element is shown, which deflects the force that results in the heel counter and rolling of the foot, so that the movement of the 4th and 5th beam steering is directed to the big toe gap.

- the heel nose is cupped to fit the foot and may include inward or outward elevations in the vertical and / or horizontal direction.
- Fig. 8 shows the two possible positions of a heel nose 104, which lead to the unlocking of the knee on appearance.
- the heel nose 104 is not centrally located, but eccentrically (inwardly or eccentrically).
- an innermost arrangement is proposed.
- the fall of the forefoot is slowed down by muscle work of the tibial musculature.
- the resulting muscle tension causes a flexion of the knee joint by about 1 5 °.
- Lack of muscle tension, anatomical deformities or muscular imbalances the knee remains stretched at the heel strike. If the knee is stretched, rather than slightly bent, the impact, which is approximately one-fifth of the body weight, can not be absorbed by the muscles in the thigh.
- the heel nose 104 provides controlled flexion of the knee at the heel strike, providing shock absorption and better knee stability. It is attached laterally or medially to the middle of the heel and may consist of a part that is attached like a wedge under the foot or a part with a short tongue up (max 2 cm).

- the heel nose 104 unlocks the knee before the load transfer of the stand.
- the emphasis 103 which can be referred to as the central element, tilts the heel bone before taking over the entire load.
- the highlighting 118 which may be referred to as a cuboid annunciator, directs the movement in the right direction so that the unrolling of the foot after load transfer is done correctly.
- the three adjusting elements 103, 104 and 1 18 are connected to each other via an example thin-walled connecting element.
- the latter is a dimensionally stable, long and thin web in the longitudinal and transverse direction.
- he has a fiberglass insert.
- the possibly existing web has a wall thickness of e.g. 0.5 to 2 mm.
- the connecting element is designed to be stiff in shape transversely to its wall thickness, so that the center of gravity of the Gangjustieretti almost no displacement - under load - arises, i. the elements do not shift against each other.

Likewise, it can contain a nose to the ground, so that the foot receives a larger contact surface and thus more stability.
- the resulting ground reaction force (response of the soil to the force that the body transmits to the ground via the foot) subsequently passes through the supporting leg in the direction of the axis. This allows the greatest possible restoring force and dynamic foot pressure to move the body to the opposite side. This results in a harmonic and power-optimized oscillating movement of the middle of the pelvis, see FIG. 16, and an economy-based, improved gait pattern according to a phase-shifted sine function, see FIG. 15.

- a footprint can be made by walking with the help of a blueprint. You can see the pressure during the unwinding, instabilities in the ankle joint, foot misalignments, side differences, track width and step size. Subsequently, a foot scan can be carried out on which the foot is scanned three-dimensionally and on which the foot support surface and the foot statics can be documented. Likewise, an EMG, an electromyography for recording the muscle activity during walking, a calculation of the angle (angle of incidence, knee angle and others) or a pressure measurement while walking can be performed.

- the fat pad under the sole of the foot supports the function of damping the arch of the foot when taking over the body load during the performance. When walking, this layer is compressed by half. By a displacement of the individual fat chambers, the pressure is distributed over the entire sole of the foot. For this reason, the bottom part of the physiotherapy variant, which runs under the foot and initiates the tilting and erection of the calcaneus, must have softer properties than the side flap or the ring. It can be made of silicone or a filament with less filling. The strength of the gait adjustment aid increases with the
