一种基于物联网的转运车分拣系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一种基于物联网的转运车分拣系统。
背景技术
目前物联网发展迅速,而物流是当今社会必不可少的组成部分,人们网购的量越来越大。通过传统的人工分拣,效率低、成本高,还容易分错。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种高效率、成本低,不容易出错的一种基于物联网的转运车分拣系统。
技术方案:本发明一种基于物联网的转运车分拣系统,包括车本体,车本体上设有充电模块、数据存储模块、图形采集模块、无线发射模块,图形采集系统模块与数据存储模块相连,数据存储模块与无线发射模块相连,无线发射模块通过无线信号与现场安装的无线通讯接收模块相连,无线通讯接收模块与信息管理平台相连,信息管理平台与分拣系统相连。
本发明的进一步改进在于:充电模块为太阳能充电模块。
本发明的进一步改进在于:图形采集系统模通过摄像头扫描。
有益效果:
本发明的图形采集系统模块将扫描到的信息,存储在数据存储模块上留底备用,同时通过无线发射模块将扫描到的信息发送至无线通讯接收模块,无线通讯接收模块将信息发送至信息管理平台,信息管理平台对接收到的信息进行分析,信息管理平台将分析后的结果传送至分拣系统,转运车分拣系统即在分拣系统的控制下,在指定轨道运行。本发明分拣效率高效、成本低,不容易出错。

一种基于物联网的转运车分拣系统,包括车本体,车本体上设有充电模块、数据存储模块、图形采集模块、无线发射模块,图形采集系统模块与数据存储模块相连,数据存储模块与无线发射模块相连,无线发射模块通过无线信号与现场安装的无线通讯接收模块相连,无线通讯接收模块与信息管理平台相连,信息管理平台与分拣系统相连。
本发明的进一步改进在于:充电模块为太阳能充电模块。
本发明的进一步改进在于:图形采集系统模通过摄像头扫描。
本发明的图形采集系统模块将扫描到的信息,存储在数据存储模块上留底备用,同时通过无线发射模块将扫描到的信息发送至无线通讯接收模块,无线通讯接收模块将信息发送至信息管理平台,信息管理平台对接收到的信息进行分析,信息管理平台将分析后的结果传送至分拣系统,转运车分拣系统即在分拣系统的控制下,在指定轨道运行。本发明分拣效率高效、成本低,不容易出错。

  1. 一种基于物联网的转运车分拣系统,其特征在于:包括车本体,所述车本体上设有充电模块、数据存储模块、图形采集模块、无线发射模块,所述图形采集系统模块与数据存储模块相连,所述数据存储模块与无线发射模块相连,所述无线发射模块通过无线信号与现场安装的无线通讯接收模块相连,所述无线通讯接收模块与信息管理平台相连,所述信息管理平台与分拣系统相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的转运车分拣系统,其特征在于:充电模块为太阳能充电模块。
