Description
本发明涉及房屋建筑技术领域,特别是涉及一种卫生间。
传统的卫生间的结构楼板,相对于其它房间(例如卧室、客厅)的结构楼板,其结构楼板整体或结构楼板对应的沐浴湿区部分下沉300mm至500mm形成沉箱。卫生间建造方法包括如下步骤:在沉箱底部现浇砼做好防水层,然后将卫生间的排水管道埋入沉箱内,用轻质材料回填沉箱或者在沉箱内铺设架空板,最后铺设地面砖装饰面层即可。然而,传统的卫生间的建造方法工序较多,建造施工周期长,且当卫生间出现漏水缺陷时,需要破坏已装饰好的面层,维修较为麻烦。
发明内容
基于此,有必要克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种卫生间,它的建造施工工序简单,建造施工周期较短,维修方便。
其技术方案如下:一种卫生间,包括:卫生间结构楼板与卫生间管井;所述卫生间结构楼板包括湿区结构楼板,所述湿区结构楼板的上板面铺设有第一填充层;所述第一填充层表面上设有水槽,所述水槽第一端部通向至所述卫生间管井,且所述水槽第一端部设有排水壳;所述卫生间管井侧壁预留有第一通孔;所述排水壳通过所述第一通孔连通至所述卫生间管井。
上述的卫生间,湿区结构楼板对应卫生间湿区区域,卫生间湿区区域主要是用于淋浴洗澡,淋浴废水掉落至地上,会排放至水槽中,水槽内的水通过排水壳直接排放至卫生间管井中。如此,卫生间无需设置沉箱,也无需在沉箱中埋设排水管,不会涉及到破坏卫生间面板对沉箱进行相应维修处理,从而卫生间的建造施工工序更加简单,建造施工周期较短,维修方便。
在其中一个实施例中,所述卫生间结构楼板还包括干区结构楼板,所述湿 区结构楼板的上板面的第一标高h1低于所述干区结构楼板的上板面的第二标高h2,且第一标高h1比第二标高h2低30mm至80mm。
在其中一个实施例中,所述干区结构楼板的上板面上设有结构槽,所述结构槽端部通向至所述湿区结构楼板的上板面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述结构槽内设有排水盒与接水管,所述排水盒的出水口连通至所述水槽第二端部,所述排水盒的进水口与所述接水管一端连通,所述接水管的另一端部伸出至所述干区结构楼板的地面外部,所述排水盒外侧壁、所述接水管外侧壁与所述结构槽内侧壁之间设有第二填充层。
在其中一个实施例中,所述卫生间管井内设有排水管道及与所述排水管道相连通的止水节,所述排水壳的排水口与所述止水节连通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述卫生间管井侧壁预留有第二通孔,所述卫生间管井内设有与所述排水管道相连通的弯管,所述弯管用于与穿过所述第二通孔的洗手盆的废水管相连通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述水槽内设有防水槽壳,所述防水槽壳的侧壁与所述水槽侧壁相贴合,所述防水槽壳的底壁与所述水槽底壁相连。
在其中一个实施例中,所述水槽上设有盖板,所述盖板设有过水孔;所述水槽第一端部内还设有过滤件。

传统的卫生间的结构楼板下沉300mm至500mm后,会使得下一层楼房的卫生间的顶板标高低于下一层楼房其它房间顶板标高,并占用了下一层楼房的卫生间的使用空间。而在一实施例中,参阅图4,进一步地,所述卫生间结构楼板包括湿区结构楼板110与干区结构楼板120。干区结构楼板120对应卫生间干区区域150,卫生间干区区域150主要是放置洗手盆300、镜柜等。其中,所述湿区结构楼板110的上板面的第一标高h1低于所述干区结构楼板120的上板面的第二标高h2。第一标高h1比第二标高h2低30mm至80mm。如此,不再如传统的湿区结构楼板110或整体结构楼板下沉300mm至500mm沉箱,而是,湿区结构楼板110的上板面高度比干区结构楼板120上板面高度仅仅低30mm至80mm,从而卫生间结构楼板建筑时,可以使下一层楼房的卫生间的顶板面标高与下一层楼房其它房间顶板面标高相同,这样不再如传统设计的沉箱占用下一层楼房的卫生间的使用空间。可选地,第一标高h1比第二标高h2低50mm。在其它实施例中,卫生间结构楼板全部是湿区结构楼板110,无干区结构楼板120,且湿区结构楼板110上板面标高比同楼层其它房间(例如:客厅、卧室)的结构楼板上板面的标高低30mm至80mm。
此外,进一步地,请一并参阅图4,所述干区结构楼板120的上板面上设有结构槽121。所述结构槽121端部通向至所述湿区结构楼板110的上板面。如此,卫生间干区区域150的洗手盆300中的废水可以通过管道排放至结构槽121中,由结构槽121排放至卫生间湿区区域140,并通过水槽112排放掉,而无需再将 洗手盆300废水通过预埋的管道排放至管井中,从而卫生间的建造施工工序更加简单,建造施工周期较短,维修方便。
进一步地,所述结构槽121内设有排水盒122与接水管123。所述排水盒122的出水口连通至所述水槽112第二端部,所述排水盒122的进水口与所述接水管123一端连通。所述接水管123的另一端部伸出至所述干区结构楼板120的地面外部。所述排水盒122外侧壁、所述接水管123外侧壁与所述结构槽121内侧壁之间设有第二填充层124。如此,接水管123伸出至干区结构楼板120的地面外部的端部可以用于与卫生间干区区域150的洗手盆300的排水管对接,这样能够较好地将洗手盆300的废水通过接水管123、排水盒122排放至水槽112中,且排水盒122能够避免废水向下一楼层渗透。
为了避免淋浴过程中,卫生间湿区区域140的废水喷向卫生间干区区域150中。本实施例在卫生间湿区区域140与卫生间干区区域150相邻的侧部上设有活动门板131,在卫生间干区区域150与卫生间湿区区域140相邻的侧部上设有固定门板132。活动门板131与固定门板132配合一起后,能实现将卫生间湿区区域140与卫生间干区区域150相互隔离开。进一步地,参见图5,卫生间湿区区域140的地表面的标高h3低于卫生间干区区域150的地表面的标高h4,这样能够避免卫生间湿区区域140的地表面上的废水流入至卫生间干区区域150的地表面上。具体地,h3比h4低5mm至30mm。
在一个实施例中,请一并参阅图5,洗手盆300的废水可以不经过水槽112排放至管井中,而是通过管道直接排放至管井中。具体地,所述卫生间管井200侧壁预留有第二通孔。所述卫生间管井200内设有与所述排水管道201相连通的弯管203。所述弯管203用于与穿过所述第二通孔的洗手盆300的废水管相连通。
本实施例中,进一步地,所述水槽112内设有防水槽壳410。所述防水槽壳410的侧壁与所述水槽112侧壁相贴合,所述防水槽壳410的底壁与所述水槽112底壁相连。如此,废水流入至防水槽壳410中后,防水槽壳410能够避免废水向下一楼层渗透,并能够顺利将废水通过排水壳113向卫生间管井200中排放。进一步地,防水槽壳410底壁具有坡度,也即防水槽壳410底壁相对于水 平面倾斜设置。具体地,由于水槽112底壁为水平设置的,防水槽壳410底壁相对于水槽112底壁倾斜设置即可形成坡度,从而能便于将废水排放至管井。或者,防水槽壳410底壁完全与水槽112底壁相贴合,防水槽壳410底壁厚度从一端至另一端逐渐变厚,这样也能形成坡度。具体地,防水槽壳410可以选用不锈钢槽壳、玻璃钢槽壳、铝槽壳或铜槽壳。可选地,水槽112底壁、水槽112侧壁上也可以贴设装饰瓷砖或现浇砼进行防水处理。
此外,请一并参阅图4,进一步地,所述水槽112上设有盖板420。所述盖板420设有过水孔。所述水槽112第一端部内还设有过滤件430。如此,能够防止例如头发、废屑或颗粒杂物进入到水槽112中,便于对水槽112进行清理维护,也能够防止例如手机、戒指等重要物件通过水槽112排入到管井中。
具体地,所述水槽112设置在所述第一填充层111靠近卫生间墙体500的侧部上。所述第一填充层111上铺设有第一地砖层114。所述第一地砖层114表面上的一部分区域贴设有第二地砖层115。如此,由于第二地砖层115贴设在第一地砖层114表面上,第二地砖层115表面处的标高高于第一地砖层114表面上未贴第二地砖层115的表面处的标高,这样在淋浴过程中,第二地砖层115表面上废水向低区流放,第二地砖层115表面废水较少,防滑效果较好。在其它实施例中,水槽112可以纵向或横向地从第一填充层111表面一侧贯穿设置于第一填充层111表面上的相对侧,水槽112也可以呈S形状、W形状等弯曲形状。
更具体地,所述第二地砖层115设置在所述第一填充层111中部,所述第二地砖层115中部表面处的标高至所述第二地砖层115周部表面处的标高逐渐降低。如此,第二地砖层115表面中部位置处的废水会流入至第二地砖层115表面周部位置处,然后进入到第一填充层111侧部的水槽112中,这样第二地砖层115中部表面废水较少,沐浴者通常站在第二地砖层115中部淋浴,防滑效果较好。
本实施例中,进一步地,第一填充层111、第二填充层124为混泥土填充物或砂浆填充物。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技 术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种卫生间,其特征在于,包括:卫生间结构楼板与卫生间管井;所述卫生间结构楼板包括湿区结构楼板,所述湿区结构楼板的上板面铺设有第一填充层;所述第一填充层表面上设有水槽,所述水槽第一端部通向至所述卫生间管井,且所述水槽第一端部设有排水壳;所述卫生间管井侧壁预留有第一通孔;所述排水壳通过所述第一通孔连通至所述卫生间管井。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卫生间,其特征在于,所述卫生间结构楼板还包括干区结构楼板,所述湿区结构楼板的上板面的第一标高h1低于所述干区结构楼板的上板面的第二标高h2,且第一标高h1比第二标高h2低30mm至80mm。
- 根据权利要求2所述的卫生间,其特征在于,所述干区结构楼板的上板面上设有结构槽,所述结构槽端部通向至所述湿区结构楼板的上板面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的卫生间,其特征在于,所述结构槽内设有排水盒与接水管,所述排水盒的出水口连通至所述水槽第二端部,所述排水盒的进水口与所述接水管一端连通,所述接水管的另一端部伸出至所述干区结构楼板的地面外部,所述排水盒外侧壁、所述接水管外侧壁与所述结构槽内侧壁之间设有第二填充层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卫生间,其特征在于,所述卫生间管井内设有排水管道及与所述排水管道相连通的止水节,所述排水壳的排水口与所述止水节连通。
- 根据权利要求5所述的卫生间,其特征在于,所述卫生间管井侧壁预留有第二通孔,所述卫生间管井内设有与所述排水管道相连通的弯管,所述弯管用于与穿过所述第二通孔的洗手盆的废水管相连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卫生间,其特征在于,所述水槽内设有防水槽壳,所述防水槽壳的侧壁与所述水槽侧壁相贴合,所述防水槽壳的底壁与所述水槽底壁相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卫生间,其特征在于,所述水槽上设有盖板,所述盖板设有过水孔;所述水槽第一端部内还设有过滤件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卫生间,其特征在于,所述水槽设置在所述第一 填充层靠近卫生间墙体的侧部上,所述第一填充层上铺设有第一地砖层,所述第一地砖层表面上的一部分区域贴设有第二地砖层。
- 根据权利要求9所述的卫生间,其特征在于,所述第二地砖层设置在所述第一填充层中部,所述第二地砖层中部表面处的标高至所述第二地砖层周部表面处的标高逐渐降低。
