Abstract

Description
本申请要求于2017年10月10日提交中国专利局,申请号为201710935658.5,发明名称为“机顶盒导光结构和机顶盒”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及数字电视设备,尤其涉及一种机顶盒导光结构和机顶盒。
导光结构是一种将光以较小的损耗从光源传输到距离该光源一定距离的一个点的装置。机顶盒导光结构主要是将LED灯的光传输到机顶盒面板上,显示机顶盒的运行状态,也可以聚集和指引光线用作LCD显示屏的背光,同时也可以用来照亮透过式窗口上的图案、纹理等。
但是,目前的机顶盒导光结构虽然能将LED灯的光线传到前面板上,但是光线传输分散且不均匀,不能很好的聚集光源的光线,影响显示效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要针对上述机顶盒导光结构光线传输分散不均匀,不能很好聚集光线的问题,提供一种机顶盒导光结构和机顶盒。
本发明提供一种机顶盒导光结构,包括导光柱和用来安装导光柱的导光柱安装组件;所述导光柱包括导光板和光源聚集件,所述导光板表面为光面,所述光源聚集件包括光源容置部和透光圆台,所述光源容置部为圆柱型,一端开设有用于放置光源的半球形容置腔,容置腔内壁为光面,另一端一体连接所述透光圆台外径大的一端,所述透光圆台外表面均为光面,外径均小于所述光源容置部的外径,所述透光圆台外径小的一端垂直穿出所述导光板,并在所述导光柱安装在所述导光柱安装组件上时穿出所述导光柱安装组件。
在进一步的方式中,所述导光柱采用透明的PC材料制成。
在进一步的方式中,所述导光板呈T型,左右两边各开设有定位安装用的安装孔。
在进一步的方式中,所述导光柱安装组件安装在机顶盒的壳体上,包括安装前板以及连接在安装前板上的安装柱、安装支板和安装卡板;所述安装前板上开设有透出孔,供所述透光圆台穿出,所述安装柱为两个,分别与两个安装孔相对应,所述安装支板为两个,均与所述安装前板垂直连接,用于支撑所述导光柱,所述安装卡板用于在导光柱安装时卡住导光板进行固定。
在进一步的方式中,所述安装支板与所述安装前板连接处凹陷形成卡槽,用于卡住所述导光板。
本发明提供的一种机顶盒,包括机顶盒导光结构,所述机顶盒导光结构包括导光柱和用来安装导光柱的导光柱安装组件;所述导光柱包括导光板和光源聚集件,所述导光板表面为光面,所述光源聚集件包括光源容置部和透光圆台,所述光源容置部为圆柱型,一端开设有用于放置光源的半球形容置腔,容置腔内壁为光面,另一端一体连接所述透光圆台外径大的一端,所述透光圆台外表面均为光面,外径均小于所述光源容置部的外径,所述透光圆台外径小的一端垂直穿出所述导光板,并在所述导光柱安装在所述导光柱安装组件上时穿出所述导光柱安装组件。

本发明涉及一种机顶盒导光结构和机顶盒,通过导光柱的设计,导光板可以防止光源光线的随意散射,以免形成光斑,光源聚集件的半球形光面容置腔和透光圆台的倾角设计能够很好的对光源光线进行聚集,减少光源发散,从而提高显示效果。

结合图1至图3,该机顶盒导光结构300包括导光柱100和用来安装导光柱100的导光柱安装组件200。导光柱100包括导光板110和光源聚集件120。导光板100表面为光面,光源聚集件120包括光源容置部121和透光圆台122。光源容置部121为圆柱型,一端开设有用于放置光源(优选用点状光源,例如LED光源)的半球形容置腔1211,容置腔1211内壁为光面,另一端一体连接透光圆台122外径大的一端。透光圆台122外表面均为光面,外径均小于光源容置部121的外径,透光圆台122外径小的一端垂直穿出导光板122,并在导光柱100安装在导光柱安装组件200上时穿出导光柱安装组件200。这样通过导光柱100 的设计,导光板110可以防止光源光线的随意散射,以免形成光斑,光源聚集件120的半球形光面容置腔1211和透光圆台122的倾角能够很好的对光源光线进行聚集,减少光源发散,提高显示效果。
进一步的,导光柱100采用透明的PC材料(聚碳酸酯)制成,具有更好的透光效果。
导光板110呈T型,左右两边各开设有定位安装用的安装孔111。
导光柱安装组件200安装在机顶盒400的壳体401上,包括安装前板210、以及连接在安装前板210上的安装柱220、安装支板230和安装卡板240。安装前板210上开设有透出孔211,供透光圆台122穿出。安装柱220为两个,分别与两个安装孔111相对应。安装支板230为两个,均与安装前板210垂直连接,用于支撑导光柱100。安装卡板240用于在导光柱100安装时卡住导光板110进行固定。进一步的,为更加稳定固定,安装支板230与安装前板210连接处凹陷形成卡槽2301,用于卡住导光板110。
该机顶盒导光结构300,通过导光柱110的设计,导光板110可以防止光源光线的随意散射,以免形成光斑,光源聚集件120的半球形光面容置腔1211和透光圆台122的倾角设计能够很好的对光源光线进行聚集,减少光源发散,从而提高显示效果。
同时,请一并参阅图4,本发明还提供一种机顶盒400,该机顶盒400包括机顶盒导光结构300和壳体401,机顶盒导光结构300设置于壳体401内,壳体侧壁设有通孔4011,通孔4011与下述透出孔211相对应,结合图1至图4,该机顶盒导光结构300包括导光柱100和用来安装导光柱100的导光柱安装组件200。导光柱100包括导光板110和光源聚集件120。导光板100表面为光面,光源聚集件120包括光源容置部121和透光圆台122。光源容置部121为圆柱型,一端开设有用于放置光源的半球形容置腔1211,容置腔1211内壁为光面,另一端一体连接透光圆台122外径大的一端。透光圆台122外表面均为光面,外径均小于光源容置部121的外径,透光圆台122外径小的一端垂直穿出导光板122,并在导光柱100安装在导光柱安装组件200上时穿出导光柱安装组件200。这样 通过导光柱100的设计,导光板110可以防止光源光线的随意散射,以免形成光斑,光源聚集件120的半球形光面容置腔1211和透光圆台122的倾角能够很好的对光源光线进行聚集,减少光源发散,提高显示效果。
