Description
本申请要求于2017年9月21日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710857220.X、发明名称为“一种吸管”的中国专利申请的优选权,以及2017年9月21日提交中国专利局、申请号为201721262357.2、发明名称为“一种吸管”的中国专利申请的优先权,此两者的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及吸管技术领域,特别涉及盛装有易溶颗粒的一种吸管。
为了便于活性成分(例如益生菌)、调味剂等的保存,同时也为了方便使用,目前市场上存在一种盛装有易溶颗粒的吸管,当用户使用时,通过令容器中的液体(一般为水)进入到吸管中,并与吸管内腔中存储的易溶颗粒混合,使易溶颗粒溶解于液体中,并随同液体被吸入到用户的口腔中,实现用户的饮用。
上述结构的吸管,其内腔中设置有两个过滤器,此两个过滤器分别靠近吸管的两端设置,易溶颗粒位于两个过滤器之间,通过两个过滤器的阻挡,实现易溶颗粒的存储,且液体能够经过过滤器而从容器进入到用户的口腔中。但是,通过实际使用发现,上述结构的吸管存在一定的缺陷,即易溶颗粒往往无法充分的与液体实现混合,不仅影响了用户对有效成分的吸取,而且未溶解的易溶颗粒,在吸力作用下往往会堆积在过滤器(该过滤器指的是靠近用户口腔一侧的过滤器)的入口处,对流通通道形成堵塞,导致用户吸取时较为费力,严重时甚至无法吸取液体,严重影响了吸管的使用效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种新型的吸管,通过对现有结构进行改进,能够进一步提高液体与易溶颗粒的混合效果,提高了易溶颗粒的溶解程度,减少了易溶颗粒的存留,不仅能够使得用户充分吸取有效成分,而且也降低了吸管堵塞的几率,显著提高了吸管的使用效果。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种吸管,包括:
吸管本体,所述吸管本体的内腔中能够存储易溶颗粒;
设置在所述吸管本体上,阻挡所述易溶颗粒并允许液体通过的过滤部件;
设置在所述吸管本体上的导流部件,所述导流部件、所述吸管本体和所述过滤部件配合围成了容纳所述易溶颗粒的存储空间,并且所述导流部件能够导流进入所述吸管本体的液体,以使液体沿倾斜于所述吸管本体轴线的方向流入到所述存储空间中。
优选的,上述吸管中,所述导流部件为与所述吸管本体同轴设置,并位于所述吸管本体的内腔中的圆柱体,并且所述圆柱体上开设有相对于所述吸管本体的轴线倾斜延伸的导流通道。

用户在使用上述结构的吸管吸取液体时,令吸管设置有导流部件4的一端伸入到液体中,用户通过口含另一端开始对液体进行吸取,在吸力作用下液体会流经导流部件4而进入到易溶颗粒2的存储空间中,与易溶颗粒2混合而实现易溶颗粒2的溶解,由于液体在与易溶颗粒2混合之前,导流部件4对其进行了导流,使得液体在流入到存储空间中时不再沿着吸管本体1的轴向流动,而是倾斜于吸管本体1的轴线进行移动,使得液体可在吸管内壁的配合下形成旋转流(也可以将导流部件4称之为旋转流发生器),以对易溶颗粒2实现搅动,使得易溶颗粒2可以更加充分的溶解于液体中,不仅能够使得用户充分吸取有效成分,而且也减少了易溶颗粒2的残留,降低了吸管堵塞的几率,显著提高了吸管的使用效果。
此外,上述结构的吸管,由于各部件均可以预先成型,所以在生产过程中,不需要再对部件进行加工处理,只需要把各部件和易溶颗粒2按顺序组装就可实现快速组装,操作简单、快捷,令生产效率得以显著提高。并且,令益生菌等成分以颗粒状态保存,可以更好的保留其活性。
为了进一步优化技术方案,本实施例提供的吸管中,优选导流部件4为与吸管本体1同轴设置,并位于吸管本体1的内腔中的圆柱体,并且圆柱体上开设有相对于吸管本体1的轴线倾斜延伸的导流通道401,如图2和图3所示。为了实 现液体在吸管中的旋转流动,导流部件4的结构可以有多种选择,本实施例优选其为开设有导流通道401的圆柱体,是因为此种结构的导流部件4在能够满足工作要求的前提下,结构简单,加工方便,且体积较小,较为适合吸管本体1的狭窄安装空间,所以将其作为本实施例的优选结构。
优选的,导流通道401为开设在圆柱体外周面上的直线形导流凹槽,导流凹槽为多个,并围绕圆柱体的轴线均匀分布,如图2和图3所示。优选导流通道401为开设在圆柱体外周壁上的导流凹槽,不仅便于加工,而且可以精确控制导流凹槽的倾斜角度,提高了导流部件4的导流效果。而令导流凹槽为均匀分布的多个,可以将流经导流部件4的液体分割成多道沿导流凹槽行进的液流,从而均匀形成多条旋转的液流,以更进一步的提高溶解易溶颗粒2的效果。优选的,导流凹槽的倾斜角度均为45度。此外,导流通道401也可以为其他结构,例如令其为围绕圆柱体的轴线螺旋延伸的螺旋通道等。
如图1和图9所示,吸管本体1的内壁上设置有多个凸环5,凸环5的设置数量优选为两个,导流部件4被卡紧固定在两个凸环5之间,并且凸环5凸出吸管本体1内壁的高度,小于导流凹槽的深度。本实施例中,优选通过多个凸环5的配合,实现导流部件4在吸管本体1中的轴向定位,而凸环5的结构较为简单,且能够与吸管本体1一体成型,加工简单、方便,所以作为优选固定方式。而令凸环5的凸出高度小于导流凹槽的深度,是为了避免凸环5对导流凹槽形成封堵,以保证液体能够正常的流入到存储空间中。此外,也可以采用其他方式将导流部件4固定在吸管本体1的内腔中,例如粘接、螺纹连接等。
如图1、图4和图5所示,优选过滤部件3为设置在吸管本体1的内腔中,并且开设有导液孔301的挡板,导液孔301的孔径小于易溶颗粒2的粒径。之所以优选过滤部件3为板状件,是因为板状件结构较为简单,且体积较小,便于在吸管本体1中进行安装。而令导流孔的孔径小于易溶颗粒2的粒径,是为了避免未溶解的易溶颗粒2穿过过滤部件3而进入到用户的口腔中,而混合后的溶液则可通过导液孔301进入到用户的口腔中,以保证吸管的正常工作。
本实施例提供的吸管,还包括与吸管本体1的一端连接,并与吸管本体1的内腔导通的吸嘴6,吸管本体1连接吸嘴6的一端,为设置有过滤部件3的一端,如图1、图6、图7和图8所示。设置专门的吸嘴6,能够更加方便的使用户通过 吸管吸取液体,提升用户的使用感受。
在另一种设置方式中,可以不再设置挡板,而是将吸嘴6作为能够拦截易溶颗粒2的过滤部件3,作为过滤部件3的吸嘴6,其设置方式与设置有挡板时的设置方式相同,即连接在吸管本体1的远离导流部件4的一端,未完全溶解的易溶颗粒2能够在吸力作用下随着液体一同进入到吸嘴6中,但却无法流出吸嘴6。此种设置方式,同样可以对易溶颗粒2起到过滤作用。
吸嘴6起到过滤作用的方式,是令吸嘴6的出液端602的开口宽度小于易溶颗粒2的粒径,从而使出液端602的开口能够实现对易溶颗粒2的拦截,而液体则可以从此开口中正常流出。
此外,本实施例提供的吸管,还可以在设置有挡板的同时,令吸嘴6也能够对易溶颗粒2实现过滤(可以理解为设置有多个过滤部件3),即通过挡板和吸嘴2的双重过滤,能够最大程度的提高对易溶颗粒2的过滤效果,避免易溶颗粒2进入到用户口腔而影响口感,令吸管的使用效果得到进一步提升,因此将此种设置方式作为本实施例的最优选方案。
进一步的,优选吸嘴6的进液端601为与吸管本体1配合连接的圆口端,开口宽度小于溶颗粒2粒径的出液端602,则为开口面积小于进液端601的扁口端,如图6-图8所示。此种结构的吸嘴6,更加便于用户的嘴唇包裹吸嘴6的开口,使得用户可以更加省力的对液体进行吸取。
具体的,吸管本体1连接吸嘴6的一端上,设置有凸出吸管本体1内壁的安装凸台7,当挡板为过滤部件3时,过滤部件3可以通过安装凸台7和吸嘴6的挤压,实现在吸管本体1上的固定安装,如图1和图9所示。挡板的具体安装方式,也有多种选择,例如固定在吸管本体1上,或者固定在吸嘴6的进液端601上,而本实施例为了进一步简化结构,并为了更加方便的实现吸管的拆装,优选在吸管本体1上设置阶梯状的环形安装凸台7,此安装凸台7可以在吸管本体1的轴向上对挡板实现阻挡,在安装吸嘴6时,使吸嘴6的圆口端601插入到吸管本体1的内腔中,并对挡板施加挤压力,最终将挡板挤压固定在安装凸台7和吸嘴6的进液端601之间。吸嘴6在插入到位后,通过设置在吸管本体1上的卡块和开设在吸嘴6上的卡槽,实现与吸管本体1的密封连接,保证两者连接的牢固性,同时也避免了漏液。此外,在易溶颗粒2溶解溶尽后,可以将吸嘴6和挡板拆下, 重新装填易溶颗粒2到存储空间,再重新安装吸嘴6和挡板,可实现吸管的多次重复使用。
如图1和图9所示,本实施例提供的吸嘴6中,还优选吸管本体1靠近过滤部件3的一端为斜口端101。设置斜口端101,能够使得本实施例提供的吸管更易刺穿容器的薄膜、锡纸等,为用户的使用提供了方便。
本实施例中,吸管本体1的长度和粗细可根据易溶颗粒的量加以确定,其材料优选为聚乳酸或塑料,并且该聚乳酸或塑料应具有一定的硬度。
本说明书中对各部分结构采用递进的方式描述,每个部分的结构重点说明的都是与现有结构的不同之处,吸管的整体及部分结构可通过组合上述多个部分的结构而得到。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本发明。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。
Claims (11)
- 一种吸管,其特征在于,包括:吸管本体,所述吸管本体的内腔中能够存储易溶颗粒;设置在所述吸管本体上,阻挡所述易溶颗粒并允许液体通过的过滤部件;设置在所述吸管本体上的导流部件,所述导流部件、所述吸管本体和所述过滤部件配合围成了容纳所述易溶颗粒的存储空间,并且所述导流部件能够导流进入所述吸管本体的液体,以使液体沿倾斜于所述吸管本体轴线的方向流入到所述存储空间中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸管,其特征在于,所述导流部件为与所述吸管本体同轴设置,并位于所述吸管本体的内腔中的圆柱体,并且所述圆柱体上开设有相对于所述吸管本体的轴线倾斜延伸的导流通道。
- 根据权利要求2所述的吸管,其特征在于,所述导流通道为开设在所述圆柱体外周面上的导流凹槽,所述导流凹槽为多个,并围绕所述圆柱体的轴线均匀分布。
- 根据权利要求3所述的吸管,其特征在于,所述吸管本体的内壁上,设置有多个凸环,所述导流部件被卡紧固定在多个所述凸环之间,并且所述凸环凸出所述吸管本体内壁的高度,小于所述导流凹槽的深度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸管,其特征在于,所述过滤部件为设置在所述吸管本体的内腔中,并且开设有导液孔的挡板,所述导液孔的孔径小于所述易溶颗粒的粒径。
- 根据权利要求5所述的吸管,其特征在于,还包括与所述吸管本体设置有所述过滤部件的一端连接,并与所述吸管本体的内腔连通的吸嘴。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸管,其特征在于,所述过滤部件为吸嘴,并连接在所述吸管本体远离所述导流部件的一端。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的吸管,其特征在于,所述吸嘴的出液端的开口宽度小于所述易溶颗粒的粒径。
- 根据权利要求8所述的吸管,其特征在于,所述吸嘴的进液端为与所述吸管本体配合连接的圆口端,所述出液端为开口面积小于所述圆口端的扁口 端。
- 根据权利要求6所述的吸管,其特征在于,所述吸管本体连接所述吸嘴的一端上,设置有凸出所述吸管本体内壁的安装凸台,所述过滤部件通过所述安装凸台和所述吸嘴的挤压,实现在所述吸管本体上的固定安装。
- 根据权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的吸管,其特征在于,所述吸管本体靠近所述过滤部件的一端为斜口端。
