一种高效抽气马桶,包括马桶内腔(11),在马桶内腔(11)上部口沿处设有一圈向内突出的中空裙边(12),马桶内腔(11)后部的中空裙边(12)下设有冲水口(3),在中空裙边(12)朝向马桶内腔(11)的方向设有抽气口(41),抽气口(41)通过中空裙边(12)的抽气通道(4)连通至马桶内腔(11)外部。
Description
本发明涉及一种能够实现旋流流体自上而下冲洗马桶腔内面,又能将残留在马桶腔内的臭气排出的高效抽气马桶及卫生装置,属马桶制造领域。
CN201649235U、名称“一种抽排气式座便器”,包括座便器盆体和设置盆体上的水箱,在盆体内具有呈环形的且具有若干个冲水孔的冲水通道,所述的冲水通道与上述的水箱相连通,在盆体的底部还开设有下水口,其特征在于,所述的盆体内还具有呈环形的抽气通道,所述的抽气通道与一抽气机相连,在抽气通道的底部开设有一组抽气孔一,在抽气通道的侧部还开设有一组抽气孔二。其不足之处:一是由于该马桶的冲水口环形分布在腔内,只能形成自上而下冲洗,无法形成旋流冲洗,因而所产生的虹吸力小,进而导致腔内臭气多;二是由于负压抽气口分布在环形冲水口的侧部及下,因而不仅导致负压抽吸所需功率大,而且当负压抽吸力大时,极易发生冲水口水被吸入抽气通道内。
发明概述
问题的解决方案
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种能够实现旋流流体自上而下冲洗马桶腔内面,又能将残留在马桶腔内的臭气排出的高效抽气马桶。
本发明为实现上述发明目的而设计的方案是:这种高效抽气马桶包括马桶内腔,在所述马桶内腔上部口沿处设有一圈向内突出的中空裙边,所述马桶内腔后部一侧的中空裙边下设有冲水口,在所述中空裙边朝向马桶内腔的方向设有抽气口,所述抽气口通过中空裙边的抽气通道连通至马桶内腔外部。这样设计的目的在于:分布在马桶内腔后部的冲水口冲出的水流直接面对的是腔内面,由于腔内面自上而下为弧形弧度,该弧度引导水流形成旋流,该旋流沿腔内面自 上而下环形冲洗,不仅实现了对腔内面的完整冲洗后,而且在旋流的作用下所形成的负压能够将类便及部分臭气强行带入排污管道。2、在中空裙边上设置抽气口,是本发明的技术特征之二。这样设计的目的在于:由于抽压抽气口直接面对马桶内腔,它能够直接将马桶腔内的残留臭气快速抽走,并且其抽气口高于冲水口,因而不会发生冲水口流体吸入抽气通道的现象,而且这种设计便于马桶结构的整体设计,有效利用空间,抽气口位于上部接近马桶口沿处,防止臭气外溢,更好地实现抽气效果。
所述抽气口的开口方向朝向水平方向或开口方向朝下,所述抽气口至少为两个,分别连通抽气通道。
本发明为实现上述发明目的而设计的卫生装置包括上述的马桶,还包括连接所述抽气通道的排风扇,所述排风扇的出口通过管道连通室外。
发明的有益效果
本发明与背景技术相比,一是实现了单股水流绕马桶腔内面自上而下旋转冲洗马桶的目的,不仅冲洗效果好,而且省水;二是将抽气口设置在中空裙边内,简化马桶结构,降低成本,且抽气口更接近于马桶口沿,具有抽吸效果好,实现了马桶腔内臭气全尽排出的目的。

发明实施例
以下结合附图1至4说明本发明的具体实施例。
本发明中的高效抽气马桶包括马桶内腔11,在所述马桶内腔11上部口沿处设有 一圈向内突出的中空裙边12,所述马桶内腔11后部的中空裙边12下设有冲水口3,在所述中空裙边12朝向马桶内腔11的方向设有抽气口41,所述抽气口41通过中空裙边12的抽气通道4连通至马桶内腔11外部。在本发明的结构中,抽气口直接设置于中空裙边上,利用中空裙边作为抽风通道,便于马桶的整体结构设计,有效利用空间,减少附属配件,另外,抽气口接近马桶口沿处,更好地封闭马桶内腔,防止臭气外泄,提高抽气效果。
本发明中抽气口41的开口方向可以朝向水平方向,也可以开口方向朝下,而抽气口41至少为两个,还可以是更多个,分别连通抽气通道4。为提高抽气效果,所述抽气口41可以设置于马桶内腔11后部的位置,当然也可以在裙边上均布多个抽风口。
抽气通道的设计也可以采用预先烧结于马桶1内的预埋通道,还可以是抽气通道4为镶嵌在所述中空裙边12内的独立体,这样更加有利于拆卸和清洗等等,为防止异物进入,所述抽气口41处设有防护网。
本发明中的这种卫生装置包括上述的马桶1,还包括连接所述抽气通道4的排风扇,所述排风扇的出口通过管道连通室外。位于马桶内腔的陶瓷冲水管路2朝同一方向冲水,水流在马桶腔内面形成自上而下旋流冲洗面,该旋流冲洗面使马桶腔内面得到自上而下冲洗的同时且旋流流体将腔内的部分臭气带入排污管道,而位于陶瓷冲水管路2上相对一侧的陶瓷抽气通道4所产生的负压气流将马桶腔内残留的臭气快速排到排气管道或排到室外等。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,并不是局限本发明设计思路。任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均属于本发明的保护范畴。以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

- 一种高效抽气马桶,其特征在于:该马桶(1)包括马桶内腔(11),在所述马桶内腔(11)上部口沿处设有一圈向内突出的中空裙边(12),所述马桶内腔(11)后部的中空裙边(12)下设有冲水口(3),在所述中空裙边(12)朝向马桶内腔(11)的方向设有抽气口(41),所述抽气口(41)通过中空裙边(12)的抽气通道(4)连通至马桶内腔(11)外部。
- 根据权利要求1所述高效抽气马桶,其特征在于:所述抽气口(41)的开口方向朝向水平方向。
- 根据权利要求1所述高效抽气马桶,其特征是:所述抽气口(41)的开口方向朝下。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述高效抽气马桶,其特征在于:所述抽气口(41)至少为两个,分别连通抽气通道(4)。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述高效抽气马桶,其特征在于:所述抽气通道(4)为预先烧结于马桶(1)内的预埋通道。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述高效抽气马桶,其特征在于:所述抽气通道(4)为镶嵌在所述中空裙边(12)内的独立体。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述高效抽气马桶,其特征在于:所述抽气口(41)处设有防护网。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述高效抽气马桶,其特征在于:所述抽气口(41)设置于马桶内腔(11)后部的位置。
- 一种卫生装置,其特征在于:该卫生装置包括如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的马桶(1),还包括连接所述抽气通道(4)的排风扇,所述排风扇的出口通过管道连通室外。
