Abstract

Description
本发明是与发光装置有关,尤其是关于一种应用于鞋类制品的发光装置及其运作方法。
目前市面上已出现许多不同款式的发光鞋,通过设置于鞋子不同部位的发光二极管(LED)达到发光的效果。
然而,为了达到良好的发光效果,鞋子的各个部位均需分别设置有许多发光二极管,不仅会增加发光鞋的制造成本,也造成发光鞋的重量增加,使用者穿起来会觉得较笨重。此外,由于该些发光二极管为点光源,当其发出的光线直射至眼睛时,很可能会对视力造成损害。
发明的公开
有鉴于此,本发明提出一种应用于鞋类制品的发光装置及其运作方法,以有效解决现有技术所遭遇到的上述种种问题。
根据本发明的一具体实施例为一种应用于鞋类制品的发光装置。于此实施例中,发光装置包含至少一光纤及至少一发光单元。至少一光纤是设置于鞋类制品的一鞋面内。该至少一光纤包含一入光口及至少一出光口。至少一发光单元用以发出一光线。光线是通过入光口进入该至少一光纤内进行传递并通过该至少一出光口射出该至少一光纤之外。
于一实施例中,发光装置进一步包含至少一荧光物。该至少一荧光物是设置于该至少一出光口外,用以受到从该至少一出光口射出的光线的激发而发出荧光。
于一实施例中,该至少一光纤为塑胶光纤。
于一实施例中,该至少一光纤是通过针织方式织入鞋类制品的鞋面。
于一实施例中,该至少一光纤是通过热贴合方式嵌入鞋类制品的鞋面。
于一实施例中,该至少一发光单元为发光二极管(LED)。
于一实施例中,该至少一发光单元是受一电能驱动而发出光线,且电能是由一动能转换而得。
根据本发明的另一具体实施例为一种发光装置运作方法。于此实施例中,发光装置运作方法用以运作一发光装置。发光装置是应用于一鞋类制品。发光装置包含至少一光纤及至少一发光单元。发光装置运作方法包含下列步骤:
将该至少一光纤设置于鞋类制品的一鞋面内,其中该至少一光纤包含一入光口及至少一出光口;以及
该至少一发光单元发出一光线至入光口,光线通过入光口进入该至少一光纤内进行传递并通过该至少一出光口射出该至少一光纤之外。
于一实施例中,该发光装置进一步包含至少一荧光物,该至少一荧光物是设置于该至少一出光口外,用以受到从该至少一出光口射出的该光线的激发而发出荧光。
于一实施例中,该至少一光纤为塑胶光纤。
于一实施例中,该至少一光纤是通过针织方式织入该鞋类制品的该鞋面。
于一实施例中,该至少一光纤是通过热贴合方式嵌入该鞋类制品的该鞋面。

相较于现有技术,根据本发明的应用于鞋类制品的发光装置及其运作方法是通过针织方式将塑胶光纤织入鞋类制品的鞋面或通过热贴合方式将塑胶光纤嵌入鞋类制品的鞋面,使得发光单元发出的光线射入设置于鞋面内的塑胶光纤后能够通过塑胶光纤的折点射出,进而使得鞋面具有发光的效果。 此外,由于本发明的发光单元发出的光线并未直射至眼睛,甚至还可以通过贴合荧光膜或编织荧光线的方式,使得荧光膜或荧光线受从塑胶光纤的折点射出的光线的激发而发出较柔和的荧光,由以避免对于视力造成损害。

实现本发明的最佳方式
根据本发明的一具体实施例为一种应用于鞋类制品的发光装置。于实际应用中,鞋类制品可以是一发光鞋且发光鞋的鞋面具有发光的效果,但不以此为限。
于此实施例中,发光装置可包含至少一光纤及至少一发光单元。其中,该至少一光纤是设置于鞋类制品的一鞋面内。该至少一光纤包含一入光口及至少一出光口。该至少一发光单元是对应于该至少一光纤的入光口而设置,并是用以发出一光线至该至少一光纤的入光口。光线通过入光口进入该至少一光纤内进行传递并通过该至少一出光口射出该至少一光纤之外。
首先,请参照图1,图1为此实施例中的鞋类制品1的鞋面10内设置有光纤FB的外观示意图。如图1所示,光纤FB是设置于鞋类制品1的鞋面10内,并且光纤FB包含多个出光口ND。实际上,光纤FB的出光口ND可以是光纤FB的折点,但不以此为限。
亦请参照图2,图2为发光单元LED发出的光线L通过入光口IN进入光纤FB内进行传递以通过出光口ND射出的示意图。如图2所示,光纤FB包含入光口IN及多个出光口ND。发光单元LED是对应于光纤FB的入光口IN而设置,并且发光单元LED会发出光线L至光纤FB的入光口IN。光线L通过入光口IN射入光纤FB内进行传递。
需说明的是,在光线L于光纤FB内进行传递的过程中,光线L会持续被光纤FB的内壁所反射。当光线L被反射至光纤FB的出光口ND的位置时,光线L会从光纤FB的出光口ND射出至光纤FB之外,由以使得鞋类制品1的鞋面10具有发光的效果,如图3所示。
于实际应用中,光纤FB可以是塑胶光纤,但不以此为限;光纤FB可通过针织方式与织布线一起织入至鞋类制品1的鞋面10内,亦或通过热贴合方式嵌入至鞋类制品1的(针织)鞋面10内,但不以此为限;发光单元LED可以是发光二极管,但不以此为限;发光单元LED可以是受电能驱动而发出光线L,且电能可以是由动能(例如使用者穿着鞋类制品1行走或跑步时所产生的动能)转换而得,亦或从外部电源供电而得,并无特定的限制。
需说明的是,由于本发明的发光单元LED所发出的光线L并未直射至眼睛,而是通过光纤FB内传输并通过光纤FB的出光口ND射出,故可避免如同现有技术中的发光二极管(点光源)发出的光线直射至眼睛时对视力造 成的损害。
此外,本发明的发光装置1还可进一步在光纤FB的出光口ND外设置有至少一荧光物(图未示)。当光线L从光纤FB的出光口ND射出时,光线L会射至荧光物,致使荧光物受到从光线L的激发而发出较柔和的荧光,由以避免对于视力造成损害。实际上,本发明的发光装置1可通过贴合荧光膜或编织荧光线的方式于光纤FB的出光口ND外设置荧光物,但不以此为限。
于实际应用中,本发明的发光装置1亦可采用发出不同颜色的可见光的发光单元LED,例如发出红色光(R)、绿色光(G)及蓝色光(B)的发光单元LED,彼此互相搭配以发出各种不同颜色的可见光(例如红光、紫光等)通过入光口IN射入至光纤FB内,以通过光纤FB的出光口ND射出各种不同颜色的可见光,但不以此为限。
根据本发明的另一具体实施例为一种发光装置运作方法。于此实施例中,发光装置运作方法用以运作一发光装置。发光装置是应用于一鞋类制品。发光装置包含至少一光纤及至少一发光单元。
请参照图4,图4为本发明的发光装置运作方法的流程图。如图4所示,发光装置运作方法可包含下列步骤:
步骤S10:将该至少一光纤设置于鞋类制品的一鞋面内,其中该至少一光纤包含一入光口及至少一出光口;
步骤S12:该至少一发光单元发出一光线至入光口;以及
步骤S14:光线通过入光口进入该至少一光纤内进行传递并通过该至少一出光口射出该至少一光纤之外,由以使得鞋类制品的鞋面具有发光的效果。
相较于现有技术,根据本发明的应用于鞋类制品的发光装置及其运作方法是通过针织方式将塑胶光纤织入鞋类制品的鞋面或通过热贴合方式将塑胶光纤嵌入鞋类制品的鞋面,使得发光单元发出的光线射入设置于鞋面内的塑胶光纤后能够通过塑胶光纤的折点射出,进而使得鞋面具有发光的效果。此外,由于本发明的发光单元发出的光线并未直射至眼睛,甚至还可以通过 贴合荧光膜或编织荧光线的方式,使得荧光膜或荧光线受从塑胶光纤的折点射出的光线的激发而发出较柔和的荧光,由以避免对于视力造成损害。
由以上较佳具体实施例的详述,是希望能更加清楚描述本发明的特征与精神,而并非以上述所公开的较佳具体实施例来对本发明的范畴加以限制。相反地,其目的是希望能涵盖各种改变及具相等性的安排于本发明权利要求的范畴内。
工业应用性
本发明的应用于鞋类制品的发光装置及其运作方法,通过针织方式将塑胶光纤织入鞋类制品的鞋面或通过热贴合方式将塑胶光纤嵌入鞋类制品的鞋面,使得发光单元发出的光线射入设置于鞋面内的塑胶光纤后能够通过塑胶光纤的折点射出,进而使得鞋面具有发光的效果。由于发光单元发出的光线并未直射至眼睛,甚至还可以通过贴合荧光膜或编织荧光线的方式,使得荧光膜或荧光线受从塑胶光纤的折点射出的光线的激发而发出较柔和的荧光,由以避免对于视力造成损害。
Claims (14)
- 一种发光装置,是应用于一鞋类制品,其特征在于,该发光装置包含:至少一光纤,是设置于该鞋类制品的一鞋面内,该至少一光纤包含一入光口及至少一出光口;以及至少一发光单元,用以发出一光线,该光线是通过该入光口进入该至少一光纤内进行传递并通过该至少一出光口射出该至少一光纤之外。
- 如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其特征在于,进一步包含:至少一荧光物,是设置于该至少一出光口外,用以受到从该至少一出光口射出的该光线的激发而发出荧光。
- 如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其特征在于,该至少一光纤为塑胶光纤。

- 一种发光装置运作方法,用以运作一发光装置,该发光装置是应用于一鞋类制品,该发光装置包含至少一光纤及至少一发光单元,其特征在于,该发光装置运作方法包含下列步骤:将该至少一光纤设置于该鞋类制品的一鞋面内,其中该至少一光纤包含一入光口及至少一出光口;以及该至少一发光单元发出一光线至该入光口,该光线通过该入光口进入该至少一光纤内进行传递并通过该至少一出光口射出该至少一光纤之外。
- 如权利要求8所述的发光装置运作方法,其特征在于,该发光装置进 一步包含至少一荧光物,该至少一荧光物是设置于该至少一出光口外,用以受到从该至少一出光口射出的该光线的激发而发出荧光。
- 如权利要求8所述的发光装置运作方法,其特征在于,该至少一光纤为塑胶光纤。
- 如权利要求8所述的发光装置运作方法,其特征在于,该至少一光纤是通过针织方式织入该鞋类制品的该鞋面。
- 如权利要求8所述的发光装置运作方法,其特征在于,该至少一光纤是通过热贴合方式嵌入该鞋类制品的该鞋面。
- 如权利要求8所述的发光装置运作方法,其特征在于,该至少一发光单元为发光二极管。
- 如权利要求8所述的发光装置运作方法,其特征在于,该至少一发光单元是受一电能驱动而发出该光线,且该电能是由一动能转换而得。
