Abstract

Description
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,特指一种板材及其板材连接结构。
目前,传统的板材一般是瓷砖或木板,其最大的缺点是防潮性能差尤其用于卫生间。在下雨天或雾天时,板材的表面上会出现回潮产生的水珠,因此长时间回潮会造成变形或霉变,尺寸不稳定。

本发明旨在克服上述缺陷,解决墙板板材的拼接缝隙明显,无法达到无缝连接的问题,能够改善拼接缝防水气、防霉菌、抗细菌的效果,同时使板材具有传统板材不具备的表面图案或涂层,并且板材表面设有交错的沟槽或平行的沟槽或其他几何图案,还解决了传统墙板施工慢,工序繁杂的问题,做到了真正意义上的快装及不停业施工。
提供一种结构简单,美观,价格低廉,适用性广,可以自主选择的板材及连接结构。

本发明创造所述板材的拼接缝形成沟槽,达到无缝连接的目的,并在连接处进行封蜡或压条处理,可以达到防水气、防霉菌、抗细菌的效果;同时,本发明的板基不限,可以根据自身的经济选择板基,并根据自身需求分割,使其视觉上为瓷砖或木板,并附以功能性的需求涂装。本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,美观,价格低廉,适用性广,快速施工及不停业施工,可以自主选择的板材及连接结构。
此外,本发明还提供了一种可弯折的方案,该板材上具有可以实现弯折的结构,能够使板材在安装的过程中,特别是医院等无菌等环境下,无需拼接安装的方式,即可实现墙角等弯折位置的安装,且能实现无缝安装。
在本发明中,为了避免板材弯折后导致的表面断裂等问题,本发明中采用一种特殊的基材层进行主体材料,该基材层中添加了弹性体等组分,该组分的加入能够加大板材的弹性弯曲性能,和对压力等的吸收性能,当板材受外力进行一定角度的弯折后,弯折张力被材料吸收形成自然弯曲效果,从而能增加板材的表面美感和内部的弯曲韧性和弯曲强度,当对该板材通过割开划痕或设置槽体进行弯折处理时,能够保持板体的强度,不会如传统木材等板材,在割裂的情况下出现损坏皲裂等问题。同时,在研发的过程中,研发人员发现如果在传统的配方中单纯的添加弹性体组分,会由于组分间性能上的差异,影响其混溶效果,最终影响板材挤出成型效果,一方面会造成无法挤出,另一方面还会导致板材变形的问题。针对该问题,在本发明中引入了弹性接联剂这一组分,通过该组分的加入,有效缓解了上述问题,能使弹性体组分、PVC组分和石料/木料等组分进行混溶,提高上述各组分之间的联结性和功能性,使其挤出成型产品能达到目标水平。

该基材1为条状面板,在安装方向上,两侧边部分别设有能够实现卡合安装关系的机构。
该基材1木板或竹板或金属板或石塑板或WPC板或PVC板或LVT板或硅酸钙板或铝塑板或塑料膜或PVC卷材或竹木复合板或玻镁板或生物复合材料或木塑板或石材板或火山石灰板或碳酸硅钙板,上述金属板包括钢板、铝板、合金板等具有金属特性的板材;上述SPC板为石塑板,包括LVT板(石塑地板),若基材1表面不做处理,优选为SPC板;上述WPC板为木塑板,上述木塑板通过木材与热塑材料混合均匀成型的材料,具有木材和塑料的特点,增加自然美观;上述PVC板是以PVC为原料制成的截面为蜂巢状网眼结构的板材,具有良好的化学稳定性,耐腐蚀性,硬度大,强度大,强度高,防紫外线(耐老化),耐火阻燃(具有自熄性),绝缘性能可靠,表面光洁平整,不吸水,不变形,易加工等特点,提高了实用性能,上述铝塑板以塑料为芯层,两面为铝材的3层复合板材,并在产品表面覆以装饰性和保护性的涂层或薄膜,具有装饰作用,可以根据不同的经济能力及需求选择不同的基材1。
该基材1的左侧(或右侧)开设有沟槽3,该沟槽3的内侧设有条形凹槽4,形成向板体内侧凹陷的L构型,上述沟槽3的边部设有凸条2,用于限制安装于 其内结构的移动。上述结构一般设置于基材1的上表面(或下表面)。
该基材1的右侧(或左侧)设有与沟槽3形状相适配的凸部7,该凸部7的外侧上设有与凹槽4形状相适配的卡条6,该凸部7上还设有与凸条2的形状相适配的凹槽条5,从而可以更好的限定两块板材之间上下左右的移动。上述结构一般设置于基材1的下表面(或上表面)。
上述基材1左侧和右侧的结构,可以使两块板材之间紧密的配合,达到无缝连接的目的,并且可以限定两块板材之间的移动,提高了实用性能。
本实施例还提供了上述板材的具体应用:
通过将上述板材的拼接能够获得一种大板幅的装饰面板,如图2所示,采用上述板材来安装的装饰面板,该装置面板由若干个板材顺序拼接成装饰面板,以其中的两个板材(板材一10和板材二20)的连接关系为例,该板材一10的沟槽3与板材二20的凸部7相互配合,上述板材一10和板材二20的拼接缝形成沟槽,上述其视觉上为瓷砖或木板,提升美感。
当上述两块板材通过卡扣的方式完成安装后,在其衔接位置的沟槽内通过安装封蜡层或压条9,从而提高防水气防细菌效果,适用于医院等特殊场所。
如需将上述板材以装饰面板的形式安装于墙面或底面等平面时,本实施例还提供了上述板材的具体安装工艺,如图3-6所示,其具体工艺方法如下所示:
步骤一、如图3和4所示,在板材背面粘贴双面胶和其他胶黏剂,面胶的材质为泡棉或PET或PVC膜或无纺布或薄膜,双面胶纵向或横向间隔相同的距离或间隔不同的距离,粘贴在板材背面,双面胶的长度略短于板材长度。
在本实施例中,每副板材背面均向的黏贴有4条双面胶,在双面胶的胶条 四周用硅胶枪每个4-40cm打硅胶,将板材粘接于墙面的最左侧;
步骤二、如图5所示,在同一平面内,将多片板材从一端向另一端铺设,每块板材采用拼装装饰面板的方式,在沟槽拼接处实现无缝拼接安装;
步骤三、如图5所示,在沟槽拼接处使用钉枪进行固定。
步骤四、在板材的独立边缘处,用如图6所示的收边条和胶黏剂进行封边。
当需要安装转角的墙面时:
方案一、如图7所示,使用收边条和胶黏剂将两片互相垂直的板材粘连到一起。
方案二、如图8所示,在直角面处用钉枪安装转角阀30;
该转角阀30由呈弧形角板31、平面侧挡板32和垂直面侧挡板33组成;
该两块侧挡板分别安装于角板的两侧边部,并在侧边部预留有凸起于侧挡板的挡片34和35;
该平面侧挡板32与平面板材40粘接安装,另一侧的垂直面侧挡板33与垂直面板50粘接安装。
方案三、在板材背面划出弯折槽体,将该板弯折后形成直角,安装在墙脚,其他板体继续进行拼接安装。
上述实施例的作用和效果:
本实施例中,能通过沟槽、凸部、条形凹槽和卡条之间的配合,使其肉眼于1.5米外距离无法看出接缝,达到无缝连接的目的,并在其连接处进行封蜡或压条处理,提高防水气防细菌效果,上述板基表面进行涂装处理,达到自身所需要的功能目的,并且增加自身的美观;同时,可以根据自身的经济,选择 不同的板基,节约成本,但其视觉上为瓷砖或木板,提升美感。
上述实施例的变形例:
变形例一、在上述涂层8上设有图案,提高美观,同时也可以在上述涂层8上赋以颜色,进一步提高美观。
变形例二、在上述基材1的外表面设置有交错的细沟或几何图案,增加美感,同时细沟也有利于水滴的滑落,提高了实用性。
变形例三、在上述细沟或几何图案中涂覆有涂料,隔绝空气,提高使用寿命。
变形例四、在上述装饰面板的表面均涂覆有涂料,提高整体的使用寿命。
变形例五、该基材1由如下质量份数比的物质通过板材挤压成型机制造而成:
弹性接联剂5#:将1eq乙二醇、2eq烯丙酸依次投入聚合反应釜内,在相 转移催化剂的催化作用下,于120℃的反应温度下反应0.5小时后,升温至160℃,投入5eq苯乙烯、5eq氯乙烯和碱剂反应1小时后,升温至240℃的反应温度下聚合反应1.5小时后获得弹性接联剂5#。
该种基材在安装的过程中特别适用于转角的材料,在使用的过程中,在需要的位置进行划槽后进行固定角度的弯折,采用粘胶剂和钉枪等设施将其固定后,继续进行另一面墙体的板材铺设。
变形例六、该基材1由如下质量份数比的物质通过板材挤压成型机制造而成,其厚度为0.5mm:
弹性接联剂6#:将1eq丙二醇、2eq烯丙酸依次投入聚合反应釜内,在浓硫酸的催化作用下,于100℃的反应温度下反应0.2小时后,升温至120℃,投入10eq苯乙烯、15eq氯乙烯和引发剂反应1小时后,升温至200℃的反应温度下聚合反应3小时后获得弹性接联剂6#。
该种基材在安装的过程中特别适用于转角的材料,在使用的过程中,在需要的位置进行划槽后进行固定角度的弯折,采用粘胶剂和钉枪等设施将其固定后,继续进行另一面墙体的板材铺设。
变形例七、该基材1由如下质量份数比的物质通过板材挤压成型机制造而成,其厚度为0.3mm:
弹性接联剂7#:将1eq二缩乙二醇、2.5eq烯丙酸依次投入聚合反应釜内,在浓硫酸的催化作用下,于100℃的反应温度下反应0.2小时后,升温至160℃,投入15eq苯乙烯、5eq氯乙烯和引发剂反应1小时后,升温至240℃的反应温度下聚合反应1.2小时后获得弹性接联剂7#。
该种基材在安装的过程中特别适用于转角的材料,在使用的过程中,在需要的位置进行划槽后进行固定角度的弯折,采用粘胶剂和钉枪等设施将其固定后,继续进行另一面墙体的板材铺设。
Claims (25)
- 一种板材,其特征在于:包括基材;所述基材的外表面设置有涂层或者花纹纸或者覆膜或者蜡;所述基材的一侧开设沟槽,所述沟槽的内侧设有条形凹槽;所述基材的另一侧设有与沟槽形状相适配的凸部,所述凸部的外侧上设有与凹槽形状相适配的卡条。
- 如权利要求1所述的板材,其特征在于:所述沟槽内设有凸条;所述凸部上与凸条形状相适配的凹槽条。
- 如权利要求1所述的板材,其特征在于:所述基材两侧的构型被替换为任何能实现锁紧功能的结构。
- 如权利要求1所述的板材,其特征在于:所述基材为木板或竹板或金属板或石塑板或WPC板或PVC板或LVT板或硅酸钙板或铝塑板或塑料膜或PVC卷材或竹木复合板或玻镁板或生物复合材料或木塑板或石材板或火山石灰板或碳酸硅钙板。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种板材,其特征在于:所述涂层上有图案或没有图案。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种板材,其特征在于:所述涂层上有立体纹路或平面。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种板材,其特征在于:所述涂层的涂布量为5-500g/㎡。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种板材,其特征在于:所述基材的上表面或下表面设置有交错的细槽,或平行的细槽,或其他几何图案。
- 如权利要求8所述的一种板材,其特征在于:所述细槽或其他几何图案的深度为0.1-8mm,宽度为0.1-10mm。
- 如权利要求8所述的一种板材,其特征在于:所述细槽或其他几何图案的边缘设有倒角。
- 如权利要求8所述的一种板材,其特征在于:所述细槽或其他几何图案中涂覆有涂料。
- 如权利要求11所述一种板材,其特征在于:所述涂料在细槽或其他几何图案内的涂覆面积占细槽或其他几何图案面积的百分比为1%-100%。
- 如权利要求13所述一种板材,其特征在于:所述板材上设有可实现板材弯折的结构;其中,所述可实现板材弯折的结构为至少一条可弯折的槽或待刻槽痕;所述可弯折的槽或待刻槽痕的深度不大于板材的厚度。
- 如权利要求13所述一种板材,其特征在于:所述弹性接联剂的制备方法如下所示:步骤一、将多元醇、烯丙酸依次投入聚合反应釜内,在酸催化作用下,于80-120℃的反应温度下反应0.1-0.5小时后,排水获得混合物;步骤二、将混合物在120-160℃的反应温度下,于引发剂的作用下与苯乙烯或其衍生物,以及氯乙烯反应1-2小时后,升温至200-240℃的反应温度下聚合反应1-3小时后获得弹性接联剂。
- 如权利要求15所述一种板材,其特征在于:所述多元醇、烯丙酸、苯乙烯或其衍生物和氯乙烯的摩尔比为1:2-6:5-15:5-15。
- 如权利要求15所述一种板材,其特征在于:所述多元醇选自乙二醇、1,2一丙二醇、二丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、新戊二醇、二缩二乙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇和甘油中的一种或几种。
- 一种装饰面板,其特征在于:由若干个如权利要求1-16任一所述的板材顺序拼接而成;其中,相邻板材之间,通过将一块板材的沟槽与另一块板材的凸部相互配合安装,其拼接缝形成沟槽。
- 如权利要求18所述的一种装饰面板,其特征在于:所述沟槽内设置有封蜡层或压条。
- 如权利要求18所述的一种装饰面板,其特征在于:由若干个板材顺序拼接成装饰面板的边缘处设置收边条;所述收边条的形状和结构与装饰面板的边缘相匹配,封闭装饰面板的边缘。
- 如权利要求18所述的一种装饰面板,其特征在于:所述收边条的材质为PVC或WPC或SPC或瓷砖或金属或硅酸钙或木质。
- 一种板材安装工艺,其特征在于,通过如下工艺步骤进行安装:步骤一、在如权1-21所述的任一板材背面粘贴胶黏剂;步骤二、在同一平面内,将多片板材从一端向另一端,在沟槽拼接处实现无缝拼接安装;步骤三、在沟槽拼接处使用钉枪进行固定。步骤四、在板材的独立边缘处,用收边条和胶黏剂进行封边。
- 如权利要求22所述的一种板材安装工艺,其特征在于:在安装过程中,遇到直角连接处时,使用收边条和胶黏剂将两片互相垂直的板材连接到一起。
- 如权利要求22所述的一种板材安装工艺,其特征在于:在安装过程中,遇到直角连接处时,将一侧的板材进行弯折后与另一侧的板材进行拼接安装。
- 如权利要求22所述的一种板材安装工艺,其特征在于:在安装过程中,遇到直角连接处时,在直角面处设置转角阀;所述转角阀由呈弧形/直角的角板和两块侧挡板组成;所述两块侧挡板安装于角板的两侧边部;所述两侧边部均预留有凸起于侧挡板的挡片;直角连接处两侧的待安装板材分别安装于侧挡板上,通过侧挡板限位。
