Abstract
一种雨洒除尘装置,包括若干个除尘腔体(1),除尘腔体(1)依次相通,除尘腔体(1)设有进风口(2)和出风口(3);在进风口(2)和出风口(3)均设置有过滤网(4);除尘腔体(1)包括中空的主体除尘装置(11)和中空的除尘灰斗(12),主体除尘装置(11)固接于除尘灰斗(12);除尘灰斗(12)上安装有传感装置(13),传感装置(13)包括温度传感器(131)和显示装置(132),温度传感器(131)插装于除尘灰斗(12)上,温度传感器(131)一端置于除尘灰斗(12)中,另一端连接显示装置(132);主体除尘装置(11)内设有雨洒装置(14),雨洒装置(14)包括一通水管道(141)和设于通水管道(141)上的喷头(142)。该雨洒除尘装置结构简单,可及时排除除尘灰斗(12)中的灰尘,避免堵塞除尘灰斗(12),造成不必要的损失。
Description
本发明涉及净化装置技术领域,具体涉及一种一种雨洒除尘装置。
目前在一些工厂,在生产过程中会产生大量的废气,直接排入空气中会带来大量的环境污染,譬如灰尘或杂质等,会造成大气的污染,因此在气流进入空气之前必须要进行除尘净化过程,目前使用的除尘装置的灰斗中容易积压灰尘,大量的灰尘积压会造成灰斗的堵塞和局部温度的提升,因此容易造成生产效率的低下或不必要的损失,目前的解决办法基本靠人工定时去开启排灰口的阀门来进行排灰,费时费力,工作效率低且容易造成事故,且目前的除尘装置内部清洗复杂,使用不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种雨洒除尘装置,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一种雨洒除尘装置,包括若干个除尘腔体,除尘腔体依次相通,除尘腔体设有进风口和出风口;在进风口和出风口均设置有过滤网;除尘腔体包括中空的主体除尘装置和中空的除尘灰斗,主体除尘装置固接于除尘灰斗;除尘灰斗上安装有传感装置,传感装置包括温度传感器和显示装置,温度传感器插装于除尘灰斗上,温度传感器一端置于除尘灰斗中,另一端连接显示装置;主体除尘装置内设有雨洒装置,雨洒装置包括一通水管道和设于通水管道上的喷头。
本发明所采用的一种雨洒除尘装置,结构简单,在除尘灰斗上安装传感装置,可以实时监控除尘灰斗中的灰尘积压程度,及时排除除尘灰斗中的灰尘,避免堵塞除尘灰斗,造成不必要的损失;又可以监测判断布袋除尘单元漏风量,降低厂用电率。
在一些实施方式中,所述除尘灰斗呈倒锥状体,所述除尘灰斗上安装有两个传感装置。此设计便于除尘灰斗排除灰尘,有效监控,及时排尘
在一些实施方式中,所述除尘灰斗下部还设有出灰口。设置出灰口是方便排除灰斗中的灰尘。

下面结合说明书附图,对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种雨洒除尘装置,包括若干个除尘腔体1,除尘腔体1依次相同,每个除尘腔体1之间通过螺栓或焊接方式固定,除尘腔体1设有进风口2和出风口3;在进风口2和出风口3均设置有过滤网4,过滤网4采用金属制网面,网目直径小于5毫米,过滤网4能有效去除进入除尘装置内的大型材质;出风口3设有净化装置5,净化装置5包括一紫外照射装置51和光触媒发生装置52,紫外照射装置51安装于过滤网4,光触媒发生装置52安装于所述出风口3管道内,紫外照射装置51和光触媒发生装置52可以杀除过滤后的气体中的细菌及其他有害物质,使得排出的气体无毒无害;除尘腔体1包括主体除尘装置11和除尘灰斗12,主体除尘装置11为矩形或圆柱形中空主体,避免气流中的灰尘及各种杂质进入空气中污染大气;主体除尘装置11通过焊接固接于除尘灰斗12,除尘灰斗12呈中空倒锥状体,此设计便于除尘灰斗排除灰尘,除尘灰斗12底部还设有出灰口15,便于排除灰斗中的灰尘,在出灰口15上还安装有电磁阀,电磁阀能及时排除除尘灰斗12中的灰尘。
主体除尘装置11内设有雨洒装置14,雨洒装置14包括一通水管道141和通过法兰固定连接于通水管道141上的喷头142,通水管道141连通外部水源,喷头142的数量根据实际使用而定,可以有效去除空气中的微细杂质。
除尘灰斗12上安装有两个传感装置13,其中一个传感装置13安装于除尘灰斗12上部,另一个传感装置13安装于除尘灰斗12下部,传感装置13用于监控除尘灰斗12中的温度;传感装置13包括温度传感器131和显示装
置132,温度传感器131套装于套管132中,套管132通过焊接方式或法兰固定安装于除尘灰斗12外壁上,温度传感器131一端置于除尘灰斗12内部,另一端连接显示装置132,显示装置132可以连接到控制系统方便读出除尘灰斗12中的温度,此设计简单有效,实用,能及时知晓除尘灰斗12中的温度。
在实际使用中,含杂质空气通过进风口2进入除尘腔体1,并通过除尘布袋111进行过滤除尘步骤,工作人员可根据控制系统画面的数据及时知道除尘灰斗12内部的温度,通过温度的变化能知晓除尘灰斗12的积压情况,从而可以控制电磁阀及时排放内部的积压灰尘,不会造成除尘灰斗12的堵塞,从而避免了安全事故。
本发明所采用的一种雨洒除尘装置,结构简单,在除尘灰斗上安装传感装置,可以实时监控除尘灰斗中的灰尘积压程度,及时排除除尘灰斗中的灰尘,避免堵塞除尘灰斗,造成不必要的损失。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
- 一种雨洒除尘装置,其特征在于,包括若干个除尘腔体(1),所述除尘腔体(1)依次相通,所述除尘腔体(1)设有进风口(2)和出风口(3);在所述进风口(2)和所述出风口(3)均设置有过滤网(4),所述出风口(3)设有净化装置(5),所述净化装置(5)包括一紫外照射装置(51)和光触媒发生装置(52),所述紫外照射装置(51)安装于所述过滤网(4),所述光触媒发生装置(52)安装于所述出风口(3)管道内;所述除尘腔体(1)包括中空的主体除尘装置(11)和中空的除尘灰斗(12),所述主体除尘装置(11)固接于所述除尘灰斗(12);所述除尘灰斗(12)上安装有传感装置(13),所述传感装置(13)包括温度传感器(131)和显示装置(132),所述温度传感器(131)插装于所述除尘灰斗(12)上,所述温度传感器(131)一端置于所述除尘灰斗(12)中,另一端连接所述显示装置(132);所述主体除尘装置(11)内设有雨洒装置(14),所述雨洒装置(14)包括一通水管道(141)和设于所述通水管道(141)上的喷头(142)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种雨洒除尘装置,其特征在于,所述除尘灰斗(12)呈倒锥状体,所述除尘灰斗(12)上安装有两个传感装置(13)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种雨洒除尘装置,其特征在于,所述除尘灰斗(12)下部还设有出灰口(15)。
