Description
本申请要求于2017年06月26日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710493669.2、发明名称为“一种通信网络系统移动性管理的方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种通信网络系统移动性管理的方法及装置。
MuLTEfire是在LTE R13 LAA下行传输方法的基础上,新定义上行传输方法,分别支持PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络)模式以及Neutral Host(中立主机模式,简称NH)。根据系统服务运营商的类型不同,将移动通信系统架构及相关用户标识分成两类:第一类,当服务提供商PSP为PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络)类型时,用户的数据最终将会接入运营商的PDN GW,用户的认证将基于传统的3GPP AAA(3rd Generation Partnership Project,3G技术规范),系统中将会使用IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity,国际移动用户识别码)作为用户标识;第二类,当服务提供商PSP为非PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络)类型时,用户的数据最终将会接入NH GW,用户的认证将基于PSP AAA,系统中将会使用统一的user name作为用户标识。
为了保证用户终端在移动的过程中仍然可以持续提供通信服务能力,现有技术中移动性通信管理针对于同一移动通信系统中的基站间的跨基站切换与位置更新、核心网与核心网之间的切换与位置更新。
在实现本申请的过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:
PSP为PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络)类型时其用户标识为IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity,国际移动用户识别码),PSP为非PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络)类型时用户标识为用户名,由于不同类型移动通信系统中用户标识不同,而移动通信系统只能识别指定的用户标识,因此对于不同类型的移动通信系统架构之间很难实现移动性管理。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供了一种通信网络系统移动性管理的方法及装置,能够实现通信系统中不同系统间的移动性管理。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种通信网络系统移动性管理的方法,适用于移动通信系统,所述方法包括:
获取位置更新请求消息,所述位置更新请求消息携带有第一用户标识;
响应于位置更新请求消息,当判断出根据第一用户标识未在所述移动通信系统中获取到用户信息时根据所述第一用户标识以及预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系获取第二用户标识,以及获取与所述第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址;
根据所述第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址,从具有第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址的归属服务器中获取用户数据,以使得用户终端实现移动性管理。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种通信网络系统移动性管理的方法,适用于移动通信系统中,所述方法包括:
获取位置更新请求消息,所述位置更新请求消息携带有第一用户标识;

本申请实施例提供的通信网络系统移动性管理的方法及装置,通过在用户名归属服务器中或者移动通信系统中预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系,移动通信系统根据这种映射关系可以获取到其他类型的用户标识,从而获取到其他类型移动通信系统中归属服务器地址或移动性管理实体的地址,根据获取到的归属服务器地址或者移动性管理实体的地址,实现两个不同类型移动通信系统的交互,进而获得用户数据,实现异系统间的移动性管理。与现有技术相比, 本申请实施例可以根据移动通信系统用户标识的映射关系从异系统中获取用户信息,实现异系统间的移动性管理。

本申请实施例提供了一种通信网络系统移动性管理的方法,适用于移动通信系统中,如图1所示,该方法包括:
101、获取位置更新请求消息,所述位置更新请求消息携带有第一用户标识。
用户标识是用户终端身份认证信息,位置更新请求消息携带的第一用户标识是由用户终端以及用户终端附着的目标移动通信系统PSP(Participating Service Provider,参与业务提供商)类型共同决定的。当用户终端附着的移动通信系统PSP为PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络)类型,则系统使用IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity,国际移动用户识别码)作为用户标识;当用户终端附着的移动通信系统PSP为非PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络)类型时,则系统使用user name或者其他统一的用户名作为用户标识。
补充说明的是,位置更新请求是由用户终端发出的,然后移动通信系统中的移动性管理实体获取到该位置更新请求,并将该位置更新请求消息发送给移动通信中的归属服务器。
102、响应于位置更新请求消息,当判断出根据第一用户标识未在所述移动通信系统中获取到用户信息时,根据所述第一用户标识以及预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系获取第二用户标识,以及 获取与所述第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址。
其中,预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系可以保存在移动通信系统中的归属服务器中,也可以保存用户名归属服务器中。
需要说明的是,在预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系当第一用户标识与多个不同类型的用户标识存在映射关系时,则上述获取到位置更新请求消息中还携带有用于指示第一用户标识与某一个用户标识的映射关系的指示信息,以方便快速准确地获取到与该指示信息相对应的第二用户标识。
第二用户标识是用户终端发生位置更新或者网络接入点发生切换之前,与该用户终端连接的移动通信系统的PSP类型所决定的用户标识。具体说明,若用户终端在发生位置更新之前,为该用户终端提供网络通信服务的移动通信系统的PSP类型为非PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络),则获取到的第二用户标识为user name;若用户终端在发生位置更新之前,为该用户终端提供网络通信服务的移动通信系统的PSP类型为PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络),则获取到的第二用户标识为IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity,国际移动用户识别码)。
每一类用户标识都有与其对应的归属服务器。当用户标识为IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity,国际移动用户识别码)时,则与该用户标识对应的归属服务器为3GPP AAA(3rd Generation Partnership Project,3G技术规范)或者HSS(Home Subscriber Server,归属签约用户服务器);当用户标识是非PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络)类型PSP系统用户标识时,其对应的归属服务器为PSP AAA。与用户标识对应的归属服务器地址可以与用户标识存在同一存储空间中,也可以存储在不同存储空间中,即归属服务器地址可以存储在移动通信系统中的归属服务器中,也可以保存用户名归属服务器中。
结合预设的不同类型的用户标识映射关系以及归属服务器地址 存储空间,本申请实施例提供了四种获取第二用户标识以及与第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址的方法。
方式一、适用于当不同类型用户标识映射关系存储在用户名归属服务器中,而归属服务器地址存储在用户终端附着的目标移动通信网络系统的归属服务器中的情形:
步骤1、向用户名归属服务器发送标识请求消息,该标识请求消息中携带有第一用户标识,以使得用户名归属服务器根据预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系以及第一用户标识获取第二用户标识。
步骤2、获取用户名归属服务器发送的标识请求应答消息,该标识请求应答消息携带有第二用户标识。
步骤3、根据所述第二用户标识,从目标移动通信系统中的归属服务器中获取与所述第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址。
方式二、适用于当不同类型用户标识映射关系以及归属服务器地址都存储在用户名归属服务器中的情形:
步骤1、向用户名归属服务器发送标识请求消息,所述标识请求消息中携带有第一用户标识,以使得用户名归属服务器根据预设的不同类型用户标识以及第一用户标识获取第二用户标识之后还包括:
步骤2、获取用户名归属服务器发送的标识请求应答消息,所述标识请求应答消息携带第二用户标识以及与第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址。
方式三、适用于不同类型用户标识映射关系以及归属服务器地址都存储在用户终端附着的目标移动通信网络系统中的归属服务器中的情形:
步骤1、根据所述第一用户标识以及预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系,从所述移动通信系统中的归属服务器中获取第二用户标识。
步骤2、根据所述第二用户标识,从所述移动通信系统中的归 属服务器中获取与所述第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址。
方式四、适用于当不同类型用户标识映射关系存储于用户终端附着的目标移动通信网络系统中的归属服务器中,而用户标识对应的归属服务器地址存储在用户名归属服务器中的情形:
步骤1、根据所述第一用户标识以及预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系,从所述移动通信系统中的归属服务器中获取第二用户标识。
步骤2、向所述用户名归属服务器发送归属服务器请求消息,所述归属服务器请求消息携带有第二用户标识。
步骤3、获取用户名归属服务器发送的归属服务器请求应答消息,所述归属服务器请求应答消息携带有与第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址。
103、根据所述第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址,从具有第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址的归属服务器中获取用户数据,以使得用户终端实现移动性管理。
上述第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址为该归属服务器的公网地址,从而移动性管理装置能够根据这个地址,与该地址对应的归属服务器进行信息交互,获取到用户数据。
需要补充说明的是,在与上述归属服务器地址对应的归属服务器进行交互的过程中,以获取到的第二用户标识作为用户数据的索引,可以快速从归属服务器的数据库中获取到用户数据。
其中,用户数据是用户终端在与移动通信网络系统进行签约、认证时的认证信息。
本申请实施例提供的通信网络系统移动性管理的方法,通过在用户名归属服务器中或者移动通信系统中预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系,移动通信系统根据这种映射关系可以获取到其他类型的用户标识,从而获取到其他类型移动通信系统中归属服务器地址或移动性管理实体的地址,根据获取到的归属服务器地址,实现两个不同类型移动通信系统的交互,进而获得用户数据,实现异系统 间的移动性管理。与现有技术相比,本申请实施例可以根据移动通信系统用户标识的映射关系从异系统中获取用户信息,实现异系统间的移动性管理。
进一步地,为了完成异系统间的移动性管理,基于上述操作,本申请实施例提供了另一种可能的实现方式,如图2所示,在执行步骤103根据所述第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址,从具有第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址的归属服务器中获取用户数据之后,还需要执行步骤104和105,具体包括:
104、与用户终端建立用户面通信通道。
105、向与第二用户标识对应的归属服务器发送资源释放消息,以使得与第二用户标识对应的归属服务器删除与用户终端建立的用户面通信通道。

需要说明的是,上述提供的本申请提供的移动性管理的方法的应用仅为其中一种具体应用,不能作为对本申请技术方案的限定,上述应用中目标移动通信系统与源移动通信系统以及实现移动性管理时,信息交互主体以及方向都是基于应用情况确定的。

当用户终端处于空闲态时,用户终端与通信系统之间无业务通信,移动通信接收不到用户发送的用户数据。因此,当用户终端处于空闲态时,移动通信系统中的移动性管理实体利用用户上下,与用户终端建立通信连接,实现对用户终端的移动性管理。基于此,本申请实施例提供了一种通信网络系统移动性管理的方法,适用于移动通信系统中,如图4所示,该方法包括:
301、获取位置更新请求消息,所述位置更新请求消息携带有第一用户标识。
302、响应于位置更新请求消息,当判断出根据第一用户标识未在所述移动通信系统中获取到用户信息时,根据所述第一用户标识以及预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系获取第二用户标识,以及获取与所述第二用户标识对应的移动性管理实体的地址。
其中,预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系可以保存在移动通信系统中的移动性管理实体中,也可以保存用户名归属服务器中。
需要说明的是,在预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系当第一用户标识与多个不同类型的用户标识存在映射关系时,则上述获取到位置更新请求消息中还携带有用于指示第一用户标识与某一个用户标识的映射关系的指示信息,以方便快速准确地获取到与该指示信息相对应的第二用户标识。
每一类用户标识都有与对应的移动性管理实体。当用户标识为IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity,国际移动用户识别码)时,则与该用户标识对应的移动性管理实体为MME或者NH MME(Neutral Host,中立主机)(Mobility Management Entity,移动性管理实体);当用户标识是非PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络)类型PSP系统用户标识时,其对应的移动性管理实体为NH MME(Neutral Host,中立主机)(Mobility Management Entity,移动性管理实体)。与用户标识对应的移动性管理实体地址可以与用户标识存在同一存储空间中,也可以存储在不同存储空间中,即移动性管理实体地址可以存储在移动通信系统中的移动性管理实体中,也可以保存用户名归属服务器中。
结合预设的不同类型的用户标识映射关系以及移动性管理实体的存储空间,本申请实施例提供了四种获取第二用户标识以及与第二用户标识对应的移动性管理实体的方法。
方式一:适用于当不同类型用户标识映射关系存储在用户名归属服务器中,而移动性管理实体地址存储在用户终端附着的目标移动通信网络系统的移动性管理实体中的情形:
步骤1、向用户名归属服务器发送标识请求消息,所述标识请求消息中携带有第一用户标识,以使得用户名归属服务器根据预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系以及第一用户标识获取第二用户标识。

步骤2、向所述用户名归属服务器发送移动性管理实体请求消息,所述移动性管理实体请求消息携带有第二用户标识。
步骤3、获取用户名归属服务器发送的移动性管理实体请求应答消息,所述移动性管理实体请求应答消息携带有与第二用户标识对应的移动性管理实体地址。
303、根据所述第二用户标识对应的移动性管理实体地址,从具有第二用户标识对应的移动性管理实体地址的移动性管理实体中获取用户上下文,以使得用户终端实现移动性管理。
需要补充说明的是,在从上述移动性管理实体地址对应的移动性管理实体中获取用户上下文过程中,以获取到的第二用户标识作为用户上下文的索引,可以快速从移动性管理实体的数据库中获取到用户上下文。
其中,用户上下文是用户终端在与移动通信网络系统进行签约、认证时的认证信息。用户上下文包括鉴权信息、eNodeB ID、承载信息等用于网络认证签约的信息。
本申请实施例提供的通信网络系统移动性管理的方法,通过在 用户名归属服务器中或者移动通信系统中预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系,移动通信系统根据这种映射关系可以获取到其他类型的用户标识,从而获取到其他类型移动通信系统中移动性管理实体的地址,根据获取到的移动性管理实体的地址,实现两个不同类型移动通信系统的交互,进而获得用户数据,实现异系统间的移动性管理。与现有技术相比,本申请实施例可以根据移动通信系统用户标识的映射关系从异系统中获取用户信息,实现异系统间的移动性管理。
进一步地,为实现上述操作,本申请实施例提供了另一种可能的实现方式,如图5所示,在执行步骤303根据所述第二用户标识对应的移动性管理实体地址,从具有第二用户标识对应的移动性管理实体地址的移动性管理实体中获取用户上下文之后还包括:

本申请实施例提供的通信网络系统移动性管理的方法,通过在用户名归属服务器中或者移动通信系统中预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系,移动通信系统根据这种映射关系可以获取到其他类型的用户标识,从而获取到其他类型移动通信系统中移动性管理实体的地址,根据获取到的移动性管理实体的地址,实现两个不同类型移动通信系统的交互,进而获得用户数据,实现异系统间的移动性管理。与现有技术相比,本申请实施例可以根据移动通信系统用户标识的映射关系从异系统中获取用户信息,实现异系统间的移动性管理。
用户终端的移动性切换是双向性的,即用户终端还可以从LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进技术)系统/MF PLMN(MuLTEfir,上行传输方法)(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络)模式系统/MF NH模式中PLMN类型PSP的系统切换到MF NH模式中非PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络)类型PSP的系统中,其实现切换的方法如图6B所示,具体过程如下:401B、NH MME接收用户终端发送的位置更新请求消息。
402B、响应于位置更新请求消息,当判断出根据user name未在所述移动通信系统中获取到用户信息时,NH MME根据用户标识user name以及预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系获取源移动通信网络系统中相应的用户标识IMSI,以及获取源移动通信网络系统移动性管理实体MME/NH MME的地址。

第一获取单元51,用于获取位置更新请求消息,所述位置更新请求消息携带有第一用户标识。
第二获取单元52,用于响应于位置更新请求消息,当判断出根据第一用户标识未在所述移动通信系统中获取到用户信息时根据所述第一用户标识以及预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系获取第二用户标识,以及获取与所述第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址。

- 一种通信网络系统移动性管理的方法,其特征在于,适用于移动通信系统中,所述方法包括:获取位置更新请求消息,所述位置更新请求消息携带有第一用户标识;响应于位置更新请求消息,当判断出根据第一用户标识未在所述移动通信系统中获取到用户信息时,根据所述第一用户标识以及预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系获取第二用户标识,以及获取与所述第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址;根据所述第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址,从具有第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址的归属服务器中获取用户数据,以使得用户终端实现移动性管理。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址,从具有第二用户标识对应的归属服务器地址的归属服务器中获取用户数据之后包括:与用户终端建立用户面通信通道;向与第二用户标识对应的归属服务器发送资源释放消息,以使得与第二用户标识对应的归属服务器删除与用户终端建立的用户面通信通道。

- 一种通信网络系统移动性管理的装置,其特征在于,适用于移动 通信系统中,所述装置包括:第一获取单元,用于获取位置更新请求消息,所述位置更新请求消息携带有第一用户标识;第二获取单元,用于响应于位置更新请求消息,当判断出根据第一用户标识未在所述移动通信系统中获取到用户信息时,根据所述第一用户标识以及预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系获取第二用户标识,以及获取与所述第二用户标识对应的移动性管理实体的地址;第三获取单元,用于根据所述第二用户标识对应的移动性管理实体地址,从具有第二用户标识对应的移动性管理实体地址的移动性管理实体中获取用户上下文,以使得用户终端实现移动性管理。
- 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:建立单元,用于与用户终端建立用户面通信通道;发送单元,用于向与第二用户标识对应的归属服务器发送资源释放消息,以使得与第二用户标识对应的归属服务器删除与用户终端建立的用户面通信通道。
- 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二获取单元包括:发送模块,用于向用户名归属服务器发送标识请求消息,所述标识请求消息中携带有第一用户标识,以使得用户名归属服务器根据预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系以及第一用户标识获取第二用户标识;第一获取模块,用于获取用户名归属服务器发送的标识请求应答消息,所述标识请求应答消息携带有第二用户标识;第二获取模块,用于根据所述第二用户标识,从移动通信系统中的移动性管理实体中获取与所述第二用户标识对应的移动性管理实体地址。
- 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二获取单元还包括:第三获取单元,用于获取用户名归属服务器发送的标识请求应答消息,所述标识请求应答消息携带第二用户标识以及与第二用户标识对应的移动性管理实体地址。
- 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二获取单元还包括:第四获取单元,用于根据所述第一用户标识以及不同类型用户标识的映射关系,从所述移动通信系统中的移动性管理实体中获取第二用户标识;第五获取单元,用于根据所述第二用户标识,从所述移动通信系统中的移动性管理实体中获取与所述第二用户标识对应的移动性管理实体地址。
- 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二获取单元还包括:第六获取模块,用于根据所述第一用户标识以及预设的不同类型用户标识的映射关系,从所述移动通信系统中的移动性管理实体中获取第二用户标识;第二发送模块,用于向所述用户名归属服务器发送移动性管理实体请求消息,所述移动性管理实体请求消息携带有第二用户标识;第七获取模块,用于获取用户名归属服务器发送的移动性管理实体请求应答消息,所述移动性管理实体请求应答消息携带有与第二用户标识对应的移动性管理实体地址。
- 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法。
- 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求7-12任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,所述计算机程序包括程序 指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求7-12任一项所述的方法。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被设置为用于执行上述权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被设置为用于执行上述权利要求7-12任一项所述的方法。
