在上述步骤中,建立洗衣机与智能终端的连通是指智能终端可以实时监测洗衣机端的状态信息,比如程序进行到哪一步,滚筒的转速,水位线的高度等,但是区别于远程控制功能为开启的状态,洗衣机与智能终端的连通,则智能终端并不能发送控制执行至洗衣机,或智能终端发送的控制指令至洗衣机,但洗衣机并不执行,只有当洗衣机的远程控制功能为开启状态,该智能终端才可以发送控制指令控制洗衣机执行所述的指令。
优选的,在步骤S3中,所述控制洗衣机执行用于等待本机下达控制指令的待机过程中,洗衣机还执行提示用户选择重新控制洗衣机或继续洗衣机断电前的程序的提示程序,并根据用户选择结果控制洗衣机执行相应的动作。
优选的,在所述的提示程序中,所述的洗衣机检测到用户选择重新控制洗衣机则执行用于等待用户输入控制指令的待机过程,所述的洗衣机检测到用户选择继续洗衣机断电前的程序则获取洗衣机断电前的进程,根据该进程控制洗衣机继续执行断电前的程序。
优选的,所述的洗衣机包括有触控显示屏,所述的提示程序包括:洗衣机通过触控显示屏弹出供用户选择是否继续洗衣机断电前的程序的对话框;
优选的,所述的对话框包括有文字信息和对应文字信息的确认和取消选项,洗衣机检测到确认选项被选择,则继续执行断电前的程序,所述的洗衣机检测到取消选项被选择,则执行用于等待用户输入控制指令的待机过程。
优选的,在步骤S2中,还包括以下步骤:
S101、调取洗衣机断电前的洗衣机进程,判断洗衣机断电时刻是否处在脱水阶段,若判断结果为是,则进入步骤S102,若判断结果为否,则进入步骤S103;
S102、控制洗衣机重新进行脱水程序并执行后续程序,进入步骤S4;
S103、根据洗衣机断电前的设置参数,控制洗衣机由断电时点继续执行断电前的程序,进入步骤S4。
优选的,在上述步骤中,若判断洗衣机断电时刻处在脱水阶段,则不能像断电时刻在其他阶段一样,洗衣机在通电重启后继续由断电时点执行断电前的程序,因为脱水中,要达到脱水的转速需要一定的时间,因此可直接控制洗衣机重新执行脱水程序,当然的,洗衣机可以调取断电时点,脱水筒的转速和时间,而在洗衣机重启后,则不是重新执行脱水程序,而 是控制脱水筒的转速到达断电时点的转速,然后计时,控制洗衣机执行剩余时间的脱水过程。
优选的,所述的洗衣机包括有下洗涤筒和设置在下洗涤筒顶部的上洗涤筒,所述的洗衣机重启后,根据上洗涤筒和/或下洗涤筒的门锁状态控制远程控制功能的开启/关闭;
优选的,所述的洗衣机重启后,根据下洗涤筒的门锁状态控制远程控制功能的开启/关闭。
在上述方案中,考虑到下洗涤筒位置较低,是安全防范区。因此本实施例中可设计根据下洗涤筒的门锁状态控制远程控制功能的开启/关闭,上洗涤筒的门锁状态跟远程控制功能的开启/关闭状态没有关系。
优选的,所述的洗衣机可通过智能终端远程控制,所述的智能终端与洗衣机通信连接时,所述的智能终端实时显示洗衣机的状态信息,智能终端要发送远程控制指令控制洗衣机工作状态需获取洗衣机端的授权;
优选的,所述的洗衣机断电前通过智能终端远程控制,则在断电重启后,根据门锁的开/关状态,授权/禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机。
通过采用上述技术方案,本实施例具有以下有益效果:
本实施例的洗衣机控制方法主要限定了洗衣机在远程控制功能中时,洗衣机断电重启后的控制方法。其中,所述的远程控制功能的关闭/开启具体表示:洗衣机授权/禁止断电前控制该洗衣机的智能终端在洗衣机通电重启后继续控制该洗衣机。本实施例的洗衣机控制方法适用于物联网洗衣机领域,适用于洗衣机意外断电后再重启的控制,可有效地保证了物联网洗衣机在远程控制中的安全性,避免了安全事故的发生:当所述的洗衣机处于远程控制中时,突然意外断电,则在洗衣机重启后,若直接继续授权智能终端远程控制该洗衣机则会存在安全隐患,比如洗衣机在断电中,有人打开了洗衣机的门盖,进行了操作(取出衣物,不再洗涤)则在洗衣机重启后,智能终端直接被授权继续控制该洗衣机,远程用户并不知道衣物已被取出,则可能造成洗衣机空转,存在安全隐患,因此洗衣机重启后,是否继续授权智能终端远程控制洗衣机,需要检测洗衣机在断电中,是否被人操作过,而是否被人操作过(有人打开门盖取出衣物),可通过洗衣机门锁的状态判断。因此本实施例的洗衣机控制方法的设计充分的考虑到了用户和洗衣机的安全,可有效地保证了物联网洗衣机在远程控制中的安全性,避免了安全事故的发生。
实施例二
本实施例公开了一种采用实施例一中的洗衣机控制方法的洗衣机;
该洗衣机包括:上洗涤筒、下洗涤筒、控制器、智能终端;
其中,所述的上洗涤筒设置在下洗涤筒的顶部,该上洗涤筒和下洗涤筒之间可相互配合使用,也可以相互独立使用。
所述的控制器连接有无线模块,用于与智能终端无线连接。
所述的智能终端用于远程控制该洗衣机。
洗衣机可与智能终端之间建立连通,当洗衣机与智能终端建立连通时,智能终端可以实时监测洗衣机端的状态信息,比如程序进行到哪一步,滚筒的转速,水位线的高度等,但是区别于远程控制功能为开启的状态,洗衣机虽然与智能终端的连通,则智能终端并不能发送控制执行至洗衣机,或智能终端发送的控制指令至洗衣机,但洗衣机并不执行,只有当洗衣机的远程控制功能为开启状态,该智能终端才可以发送控制指令控制洗衣机执行所述的指令。
进一步的,所述的洗衣机设置有所述的洗衣机上设置有激活装置,洗衣机通过激活装置控制授权/禁止所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。即智能终端向该洗衣机发送远程控制申请,洗衣机接收到该申请后,检测该激活装置是否被激活,若检测结果为是,则当洗衣机的状态信息为安全时,则授权开启远程控制功能,否则保持远程控制功能为关闭状态。
而当洗衣机断电前,远程控制功能为开启状态,则在洗衣机断电重启后,则不需要再通过该激活装置控制授权/禁止所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制,而是洗衣机直接检测本机的状态信息是否符合远程控制的安全要求,如判断结果为是,则直接开启远程控制功能,否则,继续控制远程控制功能为关闭状态。其中,所说的本机的状态信息是否符合远程控制的安全要求至少包括下洗涤筒的门锁的状态是否为关闭状态,下洗涤筒的门锁的状态为关闭状态,则认为本机的状态信息符合远程控制的安全要求,下洗涤筒的门锁的状态为开启状态,则认为本机的状态信息不符合远程控制的安全要求。
优选的,所述的激活装置可拆卸的设置在洗衣机上,或放置在洗衣机周围一定范围内,当需要远程控制该洗衣机时,只能通过预控制者亲自或其他人在洗衣机前跟或附近触发该激活装置方可得到洗衣机授权预控制者进行远程控制该洗衣机,即要想远程控制该洗衣机,必须有人亲自在洗衣机附近激活该激活装置,从而强制在洗衣机被远程控制之前,得到安全的检查,从而提高了洗衣机远程控制的安全性。
优选的,所述的激活装置包括近场识别单元,所述的智能终端处在近场识别单元识别范围内时,所述洗衣机授权智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。
具体的,所述的激活装置包括NFC读卡器,所述的智能终端上设置有NFC标签,所述的NFC标签处于NFC读卡器的读取范围后,所述NFC读卡器处于触发状态,则洗衣机授权该智能终端远程控制洗衣机。当然的,本实施例中,所述的激活装置不限于使用NFC技术,也可 是洗衣机上设置有RFID读卡器,所述的移动终端上设置有RFID标签,具体原理与上述相同,在此不再赘述。当然的所述的NFC读卡器也可以设置在洗衣机上。
优选的,所述洗衣机的控制器与NFC读卡器通信相连,所述的控制器周期性检测所述的触发单元,若所述的触发单元处于触发状态,则控制器授权该智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。
优选的,所述的激活装置包括激活按键,所述的洗衣机包括有控制器,所述的激活按键与控制器有线或无线连接,激活按键包括有用于与控制器通信连接的通信模块和用于检测按键是否被触发的检测模块,检测模块检测到激活按键被触发则通过通信模块发送信号给控制器,控制器接收该信号后授权所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
所述的激活装置包括设置在洗衣机箱体上的激活按键,所述的激活按键与洗衣机的控制器通信连接,触发所述的激活按键,则洗衣机的控制器授权该智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。为了防止误操作,比如被小孩子误操作,所述的洗衣机上设置有可打开和关闭的盒体,所述的激活按键可放置在该盒体内,从而能够有效的防止了小孩子的误操作。
需要注意的是,本发明中,所述门锁的开/关状态指门锁的解锁状态或门锁的闭锁的状态。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机控制方法,所述的洗衣机具有远程控制功能,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机断电重启后,根据门锁的开/关状态控制远程控制功能的关闭/开启。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的根据门锁的开/关状态控制远程控制功能的关闭/开启,包括:洗衣机在重启后检测门锁是否为关闭状态,若判断结果为是,则开启所述的远程控制功能,若判断结果为否,则控制所述的远程控制功能为关闭状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的控制方法包括以下步骤:
    S1、洗衣机重启后判断门锁是否为关闭状态,若判断结果为是,则进入步骤S2,若判断结果为否,则进入步骤S3;
    S2、控制所述的远程控制功能为开启状态,并继续执行洗衣机断电前的程序,进入步骤S4;
    S3、控制所述的远程控制功能为关闭状态,控制洗衣机执行用于等待本机下达控制指令的待机过程,进入步骤S4;
    S4、控制结束。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,在步骤S3中,所述控制洗衣机执行用于等待本机下达控制指令的待机过程中,洗衣机还执行提示用户选择重新控制洗衣机或继续洗衣机断电前的程序的提示程序,并根据用户选择结果控制洗衣机执行相应的动作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,在所述的提示程序中,所述的洗衣机检测到用户选择重新控制洗衣机则执行用于等待用户输入控制指令的待机过程,所述的洗衣机检测到用户选择继续洗衣机断电前的程序则获取洗衣机断电前的进程,根据该进程控制洗衣机继续执行断电前的程序。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机包括有触控显示屏,所述的提示程序包括:洗衣机通过触控显示屏弹出供用户选择是否继续洗衣机断电前的程序的对话框;
    优选的,所述的对话框包括有文字信息和对应文字信息的确认和取消选项,洗衣机检测到确认选项被选择,则继续执行断电前的程序,所述的洗衣机检测到取消选项被选择,则执行用于等待用户输入控制指令的待机过程。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,在步骤S2中,还 包括以下步骤:
    S101、调取洗衣机断电前的洗衣机进程,判断洗衣机断电时刻是否处在脱水阶段,若判断结果为是,则进入步骤S102,若判断结果为否,则进入步骤S103;
    S102、控制洗衣机重新进行脱水程序并执行后续程序,进入步骤S4;
    S103、根据洗衣机断电前的设置参数,控制洗衣机由断电时点继续执行断电前的程序,进入步骤S4。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机包括有下洗涤筒和设置在下洗涤筒顶部的上洗涤筒,所述的洗衣机重启后,根据上洗涤筒和/或下洗涤筒的门锁状态控制远程控制功能的开启/关闭;
    优选的,所述的洗衣机重启后,根据下洗涤筒的门锁状态控制远程控制功能的开启/关闭。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机可通过智能终端远程控制,所述的智能终端与洗衣机通信连接时,所述的智能终端实时显示洗衣机的状态信息,智能终端要发送远程控制指令控制洗衣机工作状态需获取洗衣机端的授权;
    优选的,所述的洗衣机断电前通过智能终端远程控制,则在断电重启后,根据门锁的开/关状态,授权/禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机。
  10. 一种采用权利要求1-9任一所述的洗衣机控制方法的洗衣机。
