[权利要求 1] 一种超净台用磁力底座试管架、 收纳盘, 其特征是: 包括产生吸附磁 力的磁性座, 磁性座的侧面为将磁性底座吸附在超净台内铁质的垂直 边板上的磁性座吸附面, 磁性座底面与超净台内的底面接触, 磁性座 上表面固装立柱底盘, 立柱底盘上设置立柱; 在立柱上装上、 下二个 定位锁, 上、 下二个定位锁上方分别设置套装在立柱上、 可在立柱上 水平转动的收纳盘水平构件、 试管架水平构件; 所述收纳盘水平构件包括收纳盘连接套筒, 收纳盘连接套筒用于将收 纳盘水平构件套在磁性底座的立柱上, 并帮助收纳盘水平构件实现在 水平方向的大角度移动, 收纳盘连接套筒通过水平臂与收纳盘连接, 收纳盘上设有高于收纳物放置板板面 lcm的边框, 用于防止收纳物的 脱落; 所述收纳盘用于收纳根据实验需要在收纳盘中放入或取出的实 验用小器材;
所述试管架水平构件包括试管架连接套筒, 试管架连接套筒用于将试 管架水平构件套在磁性底座的立柱上, 并帮助试管架水平构件实现在 水平方向的大角度移动, 试管架连接套筒通过试管架水平臂与试管架 板连接, 试管架板上设有不同直径的试管下挂孔, 可向下垂直放置不 同规格的带盖塑料微型试管;
所述收纳盘水平构件、 试管架水平构件为热塑性弹性体材料, 由下列 重量份的成分组成:
相对密度为 1.38g/cm 3的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 120份
美国陶氏 8401聚烯烃弹性体 200份
聚丙烯 50份
增韧剂为 LLDPE 25份
硬脂酸锌 6份
硅酮母粒 8份
抗氧剂 1010 2份。

预处理: 用消毒液对磁力底座试管架、 收纳盘各构件部分进行擦拭灭 菌, 以确保安装在超净台内的磁力底座试管架、 收纳盘不会改变超净 台内的无菌环境; 如频繁使用, 可将其长期放置在超净台中, 可免除 用消毒液的擦拭灭菌;

试管架水平构件的安装: 选择所需的高度, 安装试管架水平构件高度 定位锁; 具体步骤如下: 松幵定位锁紧固螺丝, 将定位锁中间的柱形 孔套入立柱, 选择所需的高度, 拧紧定位锁紧固螺丝, 使定位锁的硅 胶垫与立柱紧紧抱合; 高度定位锁安装完毕后, 取试管架水平构件, 将试管架连接套筒套进立柱, 连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘 , 完成试管架水平构件的安装和高度定位;
收纳盘水平构件的安装: 选择所需的高度, 安装收纳盘水平构件高度 定位锁, 其安装方法与安装试管架水平构件高度定位锁的方法相同; 高度定位锁安装完毕后, 取收纳盘水平构件, 将该构件的连接套筒套 进立柱, 连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘, 完成高度定位; 完 成收纳盘水平构件的安装和高度定位;
