清洗吸尘地刷作为吸尘器地刷中的一个特有品类,同时具备吸尘、吸水及清洗的功能。目前市场上的大部分产品,在清洗与吸尘两种功能之间很难做到平衡,无法兼顾。在现有技术中,清洗类地刷的风道与滚刷是彼此独立设置的,形成前后位置关系。位于后侧的滚刷清洗地面时留下的污水需要地刷向后运动时才能被风道吸入,而向前运动时则无法吸入污水。这样就需要地刷来回运动才能实现吸尘和吸水的功能,大大降低了清洁地面、回收污水的效率。一些产品将清水出口与滚刷腔分开设置,前端将水喷向地面后端进行清洗。这样就需要用户不停来回移动地刷,才能使滚刷利用上清水来清洗地面,工作效率低。同时,这类产品滚刷上残留的污水仅通过滚刷转动时离心甩出,不但甩干效果差,还容易造成二次污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种清洗吸尘地刷及其清洗吸尘机,双进风口、双风道和风道分隔片的设置,并配合前、后挡尘片和侧挡尘片,使得前、后进风口的流量、吸力均匀平衡,同时保证从前风道吸入的水能被吸收,避免沿后风道的内壁回流至地面,有利于提升地刷吸力,提高清洁效率。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种地刷,包括由地刷底座和面盖扣合而成的地刷本体,所述地刷本体内设有滚刷,所述地刷底座上开设有进风口,地刷本体内设有风道,所述风道的始端朝向进风口、末端与进风管相连,所述进风口包括分别设置在所述滚刷前、后两侧的前进风口和后进风口,所述风道对应设置为前风道和后风道,所述前风道和后风道在滚刷后方交汇后与所述进风管相连。
为了对前、后风道的气流量进行有效配比调整,从而使得前、后进风口的流量、吸力均匀平衡,另外,还可以保证从前风道吸入的水能被吸收,避免沿后风道的内壁回流至地面,所述前风道和后风道的交汇处设有风道分隔片,所述风道分隔片的末端靠近进风管。
为了便于固定,所述滚刷设置在滚刷腔内,所述滚刷腔由滚刷盖板与所述地刷底座扣合而成。
为了清洁彻底,所述前进风口的前端设有前挡尘片,所述后进风口的后端设有后挡尘片,所述前、后挡尘片至少部分与作业面接触,并随地刷的前后运动而发生转动,所述地刷底座上分别设有限制所述前、后挡尘片转动的限位机构,使所述前、后挡尘片能够保持垂直向下及倾斜两个状态。
具体来说,所述限位机构包括分别对应所述前、后挡尘片设置的限位槽,所述限位槽内设有限位腔;所述前、后挡尘片分别包括转动部和沿转动部向两端延伸的限位端和自由端;所述转动部设置在限位槽中,所述限位端凸伸入限位腔中,所述自由端朝向作业表面;更具体地,所述限位腔内包括垂直限位壁,以及分别与所述垂直限位壁形成夹角的倾斜限位壁,所述倾斜限位壁分别朝逆时针和顺时针方向设置。
根据需要,所述垂直限位壁和倾斜限位壁之间的夹角范围为0°-60°。
此外,所述地刷底座还包括位于左、右两侧的侧挡尘片,所述侧挡尘片至少部分与作业表面接触,为了提高地刷吸力,防止灰尘、废水泄露,有效提高清洁效率,所述前挡尘片、后挡尘片和侧挡尘片将所述滚刷及前进风口、后进风口包围住,形成密闭空间。
根据需要,所述地刷本体内还设有滚刷供水组件,包括依次相连的水泵、输水管和节水阀;所述滚刷腔的上方设有水渠,水渠上分别设有与节水阀相连的进水口和朝向滚刷腔的喷水口。
为了实现对滚刷的自我清理,所述滚刷腔内、滚刷后端朝滚刷中心凸设有搅拌头,所述搅拌头至少部分伸入滚刷的刷毛内;所述搅拌头优选使用硬质材料。
本发明还提供一种清洗吸尘机,包括相互连接的机体和地刷,所述地刷为如上所述的地刷。
综上所述,本发明提供一种地刷及其清洗吸尘机,双进风口、双风道和风道分隔片的设置,并配合前、后挡尘片和侧挡尘片,使得前、后进风口的流量、吸力均匀平衡,同时保证从前风道吸入的水能被吸收,避免沿后风道的内壁回流至地面,有利于提升地刷吸力,提高清洁效率。
下面结合附图和具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行详细地说明。

图1为本发明地刷外形结构示意图;图2为本发明地刷爆炸图;图3为本发明地刷剖视图。如图1至图3所示,本发明提供一种地刷,包括由地刷底座110和面盖120扣合而成的地刷本体100。所述地刷本体100内设有滚刷130,所述地刷底座110上开设有进风口,地刷本体100内设有风道,所述风道的始端朝向进风口、末端与进风管140相连,所述进风口包括分别设置在所述滚刷130前、后两侧的前进风口111和后进风口112,所述风道对应设置为前风道113和后风道114,所述前风道113和后风道114在滚刷130的后方交汇后与所述进风管140相连,使吸入的污物通过地刷接头300进入吸尘器,起到清洁功能。优选的,前、后进风口设置于滚刷的前后两侧,紧靠滚刷,双进风口的设置,使得滚刷前后两侧的污水、灰尘颗粒能够同时被吸入。无论地刷向前运动还是向后运动,都不会将污水残留在地面,大大提高了清洁效率。
所述前风道113和后风道114的交汇处设有风道分隔片115,所述风道分隔片115的末端靠近进风管140。风道分隔片的设置,可对前、后风道的气流量进行有效配比调整,从而使得前、后进风口的流量、吸力均匀平衡。另外,能有效的对前风道内流入的废水及灰尘起到引流作用,还可以保证从前风道吸入的水能被吸收,避免沿后风道的内壁回流至地面。
结合图2、图3所示,所述滚刷130设置在滚刷腔131内,且设置在地刷本体100的中前端,所述滚刷腔131由滚刷盖板132与所述地刷底座110扣合而成。所述前进风口111的前端设有前挡尘片1111,所述后进风口112的后端设有后挡尘片1121,所述地刷底座110上分别设有限制所述前、后挡尘片转动的限位机构,使所述前、后挡尘片能够保持垂直向下及倾斜两个状态。
图4为图3的A局部结构放大图。如图4所示,为对应前挡尘片1111的限位机构,包括限位槽101,所述限位槽内设有限位腔102;前挡尘片1111包括转动部01和沿转动部01向两端延伸的限位端02和自由端03。所述转动部01设置在限位槽101中,所述限位端02凸伸入限位腔102中,所述自由端03朝向作业表面,使所述前挡尘片1111能够随地刷运动的前、后方向旋转运动或者限制旋转运动。所述前挡尘片1111的转动范围为0°-60°。结合图3所示,由于图4中所示的限位机构为对应前挡尘片1111的限位槽101,因此,更具体来说,所述限位腔内包括垂直限位壁103,以及与所述垂直限位壁103形成夹角的倾斜限位壁104,所述倾斜限位壁104朝逆时针方向设置,所述垂直限位壁103和倾斜限位壁104之间的夹角范围为0°-60°。
为了能够达到地刷向前运动时,前挡尘片1111向后转动而后挡尘片1121保持垂直;地刷向后运动时,后挡尘片1111向前转动而前挡尘片1121保持垂直的效果,所述后挡尘片1121的限位机构刚好与前挡尘片1111的限位机构对称设置。图5为图3的B局部结构放大图。如图5所示,具体来说,对应后挡尘片1121的限位机构包括设置在地刷底座110上的限位槽101’,所述限位槽内设有限位腔102’;所述后挡尘片1121包括转动部01’和沿转动部向两端延伸的限位端02’和自由端03’;所述转动部01’设置在限位槽101’中,所述限位端02’凸伸入限位腔102’中,所述自由端03’朝向作业表面。更具体来说,所述限位腔102’内包括垂直限位壁103’,以及与所述垂直限位壁103’形成夹角的倾斜限位壁104’,所述倾斜限位壁104’朝顺时针方向设置,所述垂直限位壁103’和倾斜限位壁104’之间的夹角范围为0°-60°。
图6为本发明地刷前进时前、后挡尘片方向工作示意图;图7为本发明地刷后退时前、后挡尘片方向工作示意图。如图6并结合图7所示可知,地刷向前运动时,前挡尘片1111受地面的反向摩擦力,向后旋转运动打开,大颗粒灰尘及废水由此进入进风口及滚刷腔131。此时,后挡尘片1121同样会受到地面的反向摩擦力,要向后旋转运动,但由于受到地刷底座110上的限位机构的限制,限位端02’在限位腔102’腔壁的阻挡下,使后挡尘片1121被限定处于垂直状态。此时,后挡尘片1121垂直刮擦地面,将地刷内部未被及时清理的灰尘及废水阻挡在地刷内部,防止泄露流出。当地刷向后运动时,后挡尘片1121受地面的反向摩擦力,向前旋转运动打开。大颗粒灰尘及废水由此进入进风口及滚刷腔。此时,前挡尘片1111受地面的反向摩擦力,也要向前旋转运动,由于受到地刷底座110上的限位机构的限制,限位端02在限位腔102腔壁的阻挡下,使前挡尘片1111被限定处于垂直状态。此时,前挡尘片1111垂直刮擦地面,将地刷内部未被及时清理的灰尘及废水阻挡在地刷内部,防止泄露流出。
所述前、后挡尘片能够随地刷运动的前、后方向旋转运动或者限制旋转运动,运动范围的大小取决于限位端在限位腔中的可旋转范围的大小,即:限位腔102、102’内的垂直限位壁103、103’和倾斜限位/104、104’之间夹角的大小。通常情况下,限位端02、02’在限位腔102、102’腔壁的阻挡下,使所述前挡尘片1111、后挡尘片1121的转动范围为0°-60°。也就是说,前、后挡尘片都包括了垂直向下及向后侧、前侧旋转运动两个运动模式。由于前、后挡尘片的可旋转运动设置,尺寸较大的灰尘颗粒可轻松通过挡尘片进入地刷内部,从而被进风口吸入,有效提升了吸尘能力。
图8为本发明地刷底面结构示意图。如图8所示,除了上述的前挡尘片1111和后挡尘片1121,所述地刷底座110还包括位于左、右两侧的侧挡尘片1101,侧挡尘片的设置,有效阻挡了地刷内部的灰尘及废水从侧面泄露出,保持滚刷腔及进风口的高吸力。所述前挡尘片1111、后挡尘片1121和侧挡尘片1101将所述滚刷130及前进风口111、后进风口112包围住,形成密闭空间,有利于提升地刷吸力,防止灰尘、废水泄露,有效提高清洁效率。另外,所述前挡尘片1111、后挡尘片1121和侧挡尘片1101至少部分与作业表面接触,且所述前挡尘片1111和后挡尘片1121优选使用软质材料,有利于与地面刮擦时提高密封性同时保护地面。
图9为本发明地刷中的滚刷供水组件结构示意图;图10为本发明地刷中的滚刷供水组件剖视图。如图9并结合图10所示,所述地刷本体100内还设有滚刷供水组件,包括依次相连的水泵201、输水管202和节水阀203;所述滚刷腔131的上方设有水渠204,水渠上分别设有与节水阀相连的进水口205和朝向滚刷腔的喷水口206。为了方便给滚刷130供水,水渠204及喷水口206设置于地刷上端,且喷水口206设置在弧形滚刷盖板132的顶部,有利于清水在水渠内自然流动后均匀从喷水口喷出。为了便于使滚刷130快速、全面润湿,所述水渠204呈两侧低、中间拱起形状。
为了使滚刷130能够在工作过程中实现自洁,所述滚刷腔131内、滚刷130后端朝滚刷中心凸设有搅拌头133,所述搅拌头至少部分伸入滚刷的刷毛内,起到与滚刷毛碰撞、刮擦、挤压的作用。搅拌头的设置,使得滚刷毛上残留的灰尘、颗粒及废水被击落、挤落。所述搅拌头优选使用硬质材料,利于搅拌头的使用寿命及功能。
因此,由于喷水口、滚刷、搅拌头的前后相对位置设置,滚刷不仅能有效清洁地面,同时不断的进行自我清理。大大提高了滚刷的清洁效率,有效避免的滚刷污水的二次污染。
本发明还提供一种清洗吸尘机,包括相互连接的机体和地刷,所述地刷为如上所述的地刷。
如图2、图3并结合图6-图10所示,本发明的工作过程是这样的:
当吸尘器工作时,水泵201通过输水管202从置于吸尘器内的清水箱中吸入清水,通过节水阀203的流量控制,水泵201加压从进水口205进入水渠204。由于水渠204特有形状的设置,清水在水渠内自由均匀流动后,同时从喷水口206喷入滚刷腔131从而润湿滚刷130。此时,带有清水的滚刷130不停的高速旋转,与地面刮擦清洗,同时卷起地面的灰尘及颗粒。由于高速旋转刮擦地面,滚刷毛上残留着废水及灰尘颗粒,此时设置在滚刷腔131内的搅拌头133发挥了作用。搅拌头133不停地与滚刷毛进行刮擦挤压,通过刮擦挤压拍打,将滚刷毛上残留的废水及灰尘颗粒挤落刮下。被自清理后的滚刷毛继续向上运动,再次带上喷水口的清水继续清理地面,如此往复循环,既清理了地面,又进行了自我清理。
当地刷向前运动时,前挡尘片1111受地面的反向摩擦力,向后旋转运动打开,大颗粒灰尘及废水由此进入进风口及滚刷腔131。此时,由于地刷底座上的结构限位,后挡尘片1121被限定处于垂直状态,垂直刮擦地面,将地刷内部未被及时清理的灰尘及废水阻挡在地刷内部,防止泄露出去。
当地刷向后运动时,后挡尘片1121受地面的反向摩擦力,向前旋转运动打开。大颗粒灰尘及废水由此进入进风口及滚刷腔131。此时,前挡尘片1111受地面的反向摩擦力,向前旋转运动。由于地刷底座上的结构限位,前挡尘片1111被限定处于垂直状态,垂直刮擦地面,将地刷内部未被及时清理的灰尘及废水阻挡在地刷内部,防止泄露出去。
由于前、后挡尘片的可旋转运动设置,尺寸较大的灰尘颗粒可轻松通过挡尘片进入地刷内部,从而被进风口吸入,有效提升了吸尘能力。滚刷清理地面后留下的废水、灰尘以及搅拌头阻挡下的废水及颗粒通过前后进风口被吸入。废水及灰尘颗粒从前后进风口进入前后风道。最后从风道流入的废水及灰尘颗粒汇合进入进风管,再从地刷接头进入吸尘器。从而达到吸尘器及清洗吸尘地刷吸尘、吸水、清洗的使用功能。
综上所述,本发明提供一种地刷及其清洗吸尘机,在滚刷的前后两侧设有双风道,无论地刷前、后哪个方向运动,均能同时回收滚刷清洗后的废水;同时滚刷腔集成喷水口,滚刷在清洁地面的同时进行自我清洗,确保没有二次污染;滚刷腔后端设有搅拌头,完成清洗后的滚刷毛与搅拌头碰撞挤压,自行去除滚刷毛残留的废水,集清洗去污于一体。另外,本发明在双风道的前后两侧还提供了活动式挡尘片,既能将运动方向上的灰尘、废水引入地刷,又能将清洗中的污水阻挡在地刷内部而不流出,同时 在引导、阻挡功能上能够自动识别工作。因此,本发明在结构简单的基础上实现了产品的多样化,有效提升了产品的清洁能力、清洁效率,且能够实现清洗吸尘兼顾。
Claims (10)
- 一种地刷,包括由地刷底座(110)和面盖(120)扣合而成的地刷本体(100),所述地刷本体内设有滚刷(130),所述地刷底座上开设有进风口,地刷本体内设有风道,所述风道的始端朝向进风口、末端与进风管(140)相连,其特征在于,所述进风口包括分别设置在所述滚刷前、后两侧的前进风口(111)和后进风口(112),所述风道对应设置为前风道(113)和后风道(114),所述前风道和后风道在滚刷后方交汇后与所述进风管相连。
- 如权利要求1所述地刷,其特征在于,所述前风道(113)和后风道(114)的交汇处设有风道分隔片(115),所述风道分隔片的末端靠近所述进风管(140)。
- 如权利要求2所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述滚刷(130)设置在滚刷腔(131)内,所述滚刷腔由滚刷盖板(132)与所述地刷底座(110)扣合而成。
- 如权利要求2所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述前进风口(111)的前端设有前挡尘片(1111),所述后进风口(112)的后端设有后挡尘片(1121),所述前、后挡尘片至少部分与作业面接触,并随地刷的前、后运动而发生转动,所述地刷底座(110)上分别设有限制所述前、后挡尘片转动的限位机构,使所述前、后挡尘片能够保持垂直向下及倾斜两个状态。
- 如权利要求4所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述限位机构包括分别对应所述前挡尘片(1111)、后挡尘片(1121)设置的限位槽(101,101’),所述限位槽内设有限位腔(102,102’);所述前、后挡尘片分别包括转动部(01,01’)和沿转动部向两端延伸的限位端(02,02’)和自由端(03,03’);所述转动部设置在限位槽中,所述限位端凸伸入限位腔中,所述自由端朝向作业表面;所述限位腔内包括垂直限位壁(103,103’),以及分别与所述垂直限位壁形成夹角的倾斜限位壁(104,104’),所述倾斜限位壁分别朝逆时针和顺时针方向设置。
- 如权利要求5所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述垂直限位壁(103,103’)和倾斜限位壁(104,104’)之间的夹角范围为0°-60°。
- 如权利要求4所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷底座(110)还包括位于左、 右两侧的侧挡尘片(1101),所述侧挡尘片至少部分与作业表面接触,所述前挡尘片(1111)、后挡尘片(1121)和侧挡尘片将所述滚刷(130)及前进风口(111)、后进风口(112)包围住,形成密闭空间。
- 如权利要求2所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷本体(100)内还设有滚刷供水组件,包括依次相连的水泵(201)、输水管(202)和节水阀(203);所述滚刷腔(131)的上方设有水渠(204),水渠上分别设有与节水阀相连的进水口(205)和朝向滚刷腔的喷水口(206)。
- 如权利要求8所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述滚刷腔(131)内、滚刷(130)后端朝滚刷中心凸设有搅拌头(133),所述搅拌头至少部分伸入滚刷的刷毛内;所述搅拌头优选使用硬质材料。
- 一种清洗吸尘机,包括相互连接的机体和地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷为如权利要求1-9任一项所述的地刷。
