M E M O R I A D E S C R I P T I V A DISPOSITIVO MODULAR DE ALMACENAMIENTO
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La invención, tal como expresa el enunciado de la presente memoria descriptiva, se refiere a un dispositivo modular de almacenamiento, principalmente para venta, que presenta ventajas características de novedad, que se describirán en detalle más adelante, las cuales que suponen una alternativa en el estado actual de la técnica. El objeto de la presente invención recae, en un dispositivo que permite instalar un almacenamiento, para venta, alquiler, intercambio y análogos, de productos o bienes. Permite diseñar sistemas modulares, sencillos de instalar y configurar, incluso para instalaciones temporales, con una elevada flexibilidad. CAMPO DE APLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El campo de aplicación de la presente invención se enmarca dentro del sector de la industria dedicada a la fabricación de aparatos y dispositivos de venta a distancia, de paquetería o de vending, así como taquillas de centros comerciales, gimnasios, recintos deportivos, etc.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como referencia al estado actual de la técnica, cabe señalar que son conocidos sistemas de venta a distancia que parten de la creación de un dispositivo que guarda los paquetes hasta la llegada del comprador. Un ejemplo se aprecia en el documento US2008128444. El dispositivo descrito en este documento es razonablemente práctico, pero es complejo de instalar y no es escalable. Es decir, para aumentar o disminuir su capacidad se debe cambiar toda la estructura y equipamiento.
Pues bien, el objetivo de la presente invención es desarrollar otro dispositivo de almacenamiento, en este caso modular para poder definir y modificar en todo momento las dimensiones útiles del dispositivo, debiendo señalarse que, al menos por parte del solicitante, se desconoce la existencia de ningún otro dispositivo que presente características técnicas y estructurales ¡guales o semejantes a las que presenta el que ahora propone y según se reivindica.
EXPLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El dispositivo modular de almacenamiento que la invención propone, se configura, pues, como una novedad dentro de su campo de aplicación, estando los detalles caracterizadores que lo distinguen convenientemente recogidos en las reivindicaciones finales que acompañan a la presente memoria descriptiva.
Concretamente, lo que la invención propone es un dispositivo que nos da la posibilidad de comprar, alquilar, intercambiar, subastar, ó cualquier uso que le quiera dar. Al ser modular, es versátil y puede ser instalado estable o temporalmente en cualquier local comercial, bibliotecas, gimnasio, cafeterías, institutos, bares y análogos. Todo esto tanto en locales cerrados como en exteriores al aire libre.
El dispositivo modular de almacenamiento es del tipo que comprende al menos un espacio con al menos una abertura con cierre electrónico (cerradura electrónica o actuador electromagnético): Además es esencialmente novedoso por que comprende al menos un aparato electrónico (teléfono móvil, Tablet, o similar) con una entrada y salida de datos, un procesador, una memoria interna, una conexión a una red inalámbrica, conectado a una estructura modular que es la que comprende al menos un espacio. Cada aparato electrónico está conectado (por cableado o inalámbricamente) con todos los cierres electrónicos. Ventajosamente, la estructura está constituida por una serie de módulos, conectables entre sí.
Cuando la conexión entre cada aparato electrónico y los cierres electrónicos se produzca por cableado, cada módulo de la estructura puede disponer de conectores macho o hembra a una distancia predefinida entre sí en cada pared de contacto con el módulo adyacente. En una pared se dispondrá de conectores hembras y en la opuesta de macho para hacer la cadena de conectores. Para que estos conectores queden bien alineados, la altura y la anchura (en caso de colocación en vertical) de los módulos de será múltiplo de dicha distancia. Estos conectores forman una red de cableado conectada con los cierres electrónicos.
En algunas variantes concretas, los espacios dispondrán de aberturas con cierre electrónico en lados opuestos de la estructura y un aparato electrónico accesible desde cada lado de la misma. De este modo será posible acceder para la carga y la descarga desde puntos opuestos.
Para el control del contenido se podrá disponer una cámara en el interior de cada espacio, que permitirá ver toda la base o fondo del mismo. En este fondo se podrán colocar unas marcas reconocibles ópticamente.
Para facilitar las instalaciones temporales del dispositivo, es conveniente que posea una batería.
En una realización preferente, el aparato electrónico es un teléfono móvil, idealmente fijado por el interior a uno de los espacios de la estructura. Es igualmente preferido que cada uno de los espacios posea su propio teléfono móvil de control del cierre electrónico, simplificando cada instalación.
El descrito dispositivo modular de almacenamiento consiste, pues, en una estructura innovadora de características desconocidas hasta ahora para el fin a que se destina, razones que unidas a su utilidad práctica, la dotan de fundamento suficiente para obtener el privilegio de exclusividad que se solicita. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, una hoja de planos en la que con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha representado lo siguiente: La figura número 1 y única, muestra una vista esquemática en perspectiva de un ejemplo del dispositivo de la invención, objeto de la invención, apreciándose las partes y elementos que comprende y la configuración y disposición de las mismas. REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de la descrita figura 1 , y de acuerdo con la numeración adoptada en ella, se puede apreciar cómo el dispositivo (1 ) de la invención se configura a partir de dos elementos, que pueden unirse y complementarse de formas muy diferentes y versátiles. Estos elementos pueden instalarse en cualquier lugar, como locales comerciales, instalaciones deportivas, cafeterías, aeropuertos, bares y análogos, haciendo la función de una minitienda. Por ejemplo, el dispositivo puede ser instalado en stands comerciales o promocionales en centros comerciales o deportivos, etc.
El dispositivo (1 ) es modular, en tanto que puede dimensionarse durante el ensamblado mediante la repetición de uno o de los dos elementos de la invención, resultando dispositivos de muy diferentes capacidades, formas, tamaños y materiales.
En concreto, los elementos que forman parte del dispositivo son: Un aparato electrónico (2), con capacidad y funciones de un teléfono, tableta o Smartphone: entrada y salida de datos (puede ser por teclado, pantalla táctil o por medios inalámbricos de un equipo en posesión del usuario o no (su móvil, vía NFC)), conexión a una red inalámbrica (principalmente de datos) procesador y memoria interna. Tiene que poder comunicarse tanto con el otro elemento del dispositivo (por USB, bluetooth, u otro sistema cableado o inalámbrico) como con una red de datos privada (intranet) o abierta (internet) por cualquier método convenientemente seguro: SSL, encriptación de clave privada o pública, etc.
Una estructura (3) cerrada, con una abertura controlada por una cerradura electrónica (4), y que será donde se aloje el producto que se ofrece a la venta. El tamaño y número de los espacios (5) y las dimensiones de la estructura (3) será variable, pudiendo definirse en el momento de crear el punto de venta. Preferiblemente, se define una estructura (3) básica, con las dimensiones estimadas para el tipo de producto, que pueda ser conectada entre sí varias veces para formar el dispositivo (1 ) de la invención.
Las cerraduras electrónicas (4) de las diferentes estructuras deben poder comunicarse, por el método señalado anteriormente (USB, bluetooth,... ), con el aparato electrónico (2), que será quién permita la apertura de la misma sí se cumplen las condiciones correctas. Sí la comunicación del aparato electrónico (2) con las cerraduras electrónicas (3) es por cableado, las estructuras (3) pueden tener en puntos fijos de la misma (cada N centímetros) un conector macho o hembra adecuado para conectarse con la estructura (3) adyacente (alineando un conector macho hacia uno hembra o viceversa) y conectar su propia red de cerraduras electrónicas (4) al aparato electrónico (2) de control. Para favorecer el uso de los conectores, las estructuras (3) están constituidas por módulos cuyas alturas serán múltiplos de esa distancia.
La forma de uso del dispositivo (1 ) una vez instalado en un punto es variable. En primer lugar, puede ser una compra realizada por un usuario, que utiliza su propio móvil para acceder a un servidor (por ejemplo, por una App). El servidor indica un número de usuario y/o clave para que el usuario ordene la apertura de la cerradura electrónica (4) correspondiente. La orden puede ser transmitida directamente en el aparato electrónico (2) de forma manual, desde el móvil del usuario o a través del servidor.
Igualmente, la compra puede ser realizada en el propio aparato electrónico (2), lo que permite al usuario aprovechar la conexión de datos del dispositivo. Un segundo uso es el alquiler de taquillas en parques temáticos o similares, donde el usuario queda liberado de sus objetos sin necesidad de disponer de una llave. Si además se "vende" ese servicio en taquillas centrales, basta con identificar su móvil en las taquillas de cada atracción. En ese caso, sería posible disponer dos aberturas en cada espacio, una para colocar su mochila antes de subir a la atracción, y otra para extraerla tras salir de la misma sin mezclarse con el flujo de gente que llega. Sería también necesario disponer un aparato electrónico (3) en cada lado.
El dispositivo también puede ser utilizado para intercambio de bienes, por ejemplo para compras de segunda mano por internet. El vendedor puede alquilar un espacio (5) en la estructura (3), en función del tamaño del objeto que vende e indica al comprador el lugar y número identificativo del espacio (5). El comprador realiza el pago por cualquier vía y recoge el objeto en el dispositivo. Preferiblemente, en el interior de la estructura se dispone una cámara que permite reconocer previamente qué hay en el interior del espacio (5) que se va a comprar. Así, si es una venta de segunda mano, se podrá observar si el contenido parece corresponder a lo comprado. Igualmente permitirá a un controlador del sistema reconocer a distancia qué espacios (5) están vacíos y cuáles llenos al final de la jornada o para rellenar los espacios de venta. Así se puede obviar la necesidad de disponer de otros tipos de sensores que son menos eficaces. Si en el fondo de cada espacio (5) se sitúan unas marcas, un sistema de reconocimiento óptico será quien decida en qué espacios (5) no se pueden leer esas marcas y por lo tanto "están ocupados".
Opcionalmente el dispositivo (1 ) es autónomo. Dispone de una batería propia y por lo tanto no requiere de una alimentación externa. Es especialmente eficaz para instalaciones temporales, como en stands promocionales.
En la figura 1 se muestra la realización preferida, donde el aparato electrónico (2) es un teléfono móvil, idealmente fijado por el interior a uno de los espacios (5) de la estructura (3). Es igualmente preferido que cada uno de los espacios (5) posea su propio teléfono móvil de control del cierre electrónico, simplificando cada instalación.
En ese caso, la cámara que permite ver el interior del espacio (5) puede ser la propia cámara del móvil. Para ello puede ser necesario disponer un espejo de orientación de la imagen capturada que permita a la cámara cubrir la zona de interés.
Descrita suficientemente la naturaleza de la presente invención, así como la manera de ponerla en práctica, no se considera necesario hacer más extensa su explicación para que cualquier experto en la materia comprenda su alcance y las ventajas que de ella se derivan, haciéndose constar que, dentro de su esencialidad, podrá ser llevada a la práctica en otros modos de realización que difieran en detalle de la indicada a título de ejemplo, y a las cuales alcanzará igualmente la protección que se recaba siempre que no se altere, cambie o modifique su principio fundamental.

Claims

R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S 1.- Dispositivo modular de almacenamiento que, comprendiendo al menos un espacio (5) con al menos una abertura con cierre electrónico, está caracterizado por comprender al menos un aparato electrónico (2) con una entrada y salida de datos, un procesador, una memoria interna y una conexión a una red inalámbrica, conectado a una estructura (3) modular que comprende al menos un espacio (5), estando conectado cada aparato electrónico (2) con todos los cierres electrónicos.
2. - Dispositivo modular, según la reivindicación 1 , cuyos cierres electrónicos son sendas cerraduras electrónicas (4).
3. - Dispositivo modular, según la reivindicación 1 , cuya estructura (3) está formada por una serie de módulos.
4. - Dispositivo modular, según las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, cuya conexión entre cada aparato electrónico (2) y los cierres electrónicos se produce por cableado, disponiendo cada módulo de la estructura de conectores macho o hembra a una distancia predefinida en cada pared, siendo los módulos de altura y anchuras múltiplo de dicha distancia.
5.- Dispositivo modular, según la reivindicación 1 , cuyos espacios (5) presentan unas aberturas con cierre electrónico en lados opuestos de la estructura (3) y un aparato electrónico (3) accesible desde cada lado de la estructura (3).
6. - Dispositivo modular, según las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, que posee una cámara en el interior de cada espacio (5).
7. - Dispositivo modular, según las reivindicaciones 1 , 5 y 6, cuyo espacio (5) comprende unas marcas reconocibles ópticamente en su fondo.
8.- Dispositivo modular, según la reivindicación 1 , que posee una batería.
9.- Dispositivo modular, según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, donde el aparato electrónico (2) es un teléfono móvil.
10.- Dispositivo modular, según la reivindicación 9, que dispone un teléfono móvil en cada espacio (5).
1 1 .- Dispositivo modular, según la reivindicación 6 y 10, donde la cámara es la cámara del móvil y comprende un espejo de orientación de la imagen capturada.
