一种柴油高压燃油喷射器导向套 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种导向套,具体涉及一种应用于柴油高压燃油喷射器的导向套。
背景技术
在汽车零件的生产装配中,导向套是不可缺少的一部分,尤其在柴油机高压然后喷射器内,需要采用导向套与高压燃喷系统柱塞配合支撑,现有的导向套一般采用低碳易切削钢1215MS材料,这种材料机械性能低,使用过程中容易出现损坏,同时现有的导向套其表面结构采用沟槽式或螺纹形式,这种结构毕竟加工难度大,成本高,而且装配精度低。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的:本实用新型为了解决现有技术的不足,提供了一种柴油高压燃油喷射器导向套,简化外形结构,采用光面作为外表面,不仅降低了加工难度,而且提高了装配精度,内孔采用三段式设计,在与高压燃喷系统柱塞配合时精度高,可以有效提高导向套使用寿命。
本实用新型采用的技术方案:一种柴油高压燃油喷射器导向套,包括导向套本体,所述导向套本体为光面直筒状结构,其内孔采用三段式内径结构,沿轴向依次为第一内孔段,第二内孔段及第三内孔段,其中第一内孔段与第二内孔段之间通过倾斜过渡面进行过渡,所述第一内孔段孔径为2.7~2.9cm,孔段长为3.2~3.4cm,第二内孔段孔径为2.49~2.5cm,孔段长为3.0~3.2cm,所述第三内孔段孔径为4.01~4.03cm,孔段长为1.2~1.5cm。
作为优选,所述第三内孔段外边缘具有45°倾斜面。
作为优选,所述倾斜过渡面与轴向的夹角为30±3°。
作为优选,所述导向套本体采用ETG100高碳合金钢材料。
有益效果:本实用新型所揭示的一种柴油高压燃油喷射器导向套,采用ETG100的高碳合金钢材料,使得导向套具有超强机械性能,同时满足汽车行业无铅环保要求,且切削性能得到提高;采用光面直桶式结构,使得外径加工精度增加至0.05mm,直接降低了加工成本,极大地提高产品清洁度,同时满足导向套在高压工作状态下的复杂环境;内孔采用三段式结构设计,且优化设计每一段内孔的孔径及孔段长,提高内孔精度至0.01mm,同心度为0.006mm,增加导向套与高压燃喷系统柱塞等配合精度,同时导向套寿命提升2倍以上。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型的附图,对本实用新型实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
如图1所示,本实用新型所揭示的一种柴油高压燃油喷射器导向套,安装在柴油高压燃油喷射器内与系统柱塞配合使用,其结构包括导向套本体1,导向套本体1采用ETG100高碳合金钢材料,为光面直筒状结构,光面形式降低了加工难度,提高产品的清洁度,同时外径加工精度得以提高。
导向套本体1内孔采用三段式内径结构,沿轴向依次为第一内孔段2,第二内孔段3及第三内孔段4,其中第一内孔段2与第二内孔段3之间通过倾斜过渡面5进行过渡,且该倾斜过渡面5与轴向的夹角α为30±3°,所述第一内孔段2孔径为2.7~2.9cm,孔段长为3.2~3.4cm,第二内孔段3孔径为2.49~2.5cm,孔段长为3.0~3.2cm,所述第三内孔段4孔径为4.01~4.03cm,孔段长为1.2~1.5cm,且第三内孔段外边缘具有45°倾斜面6,其与第二内孔段3连接端具有圆弧倒角。

  1. 一种柴油高压燃油喷射器导向套,包括导向套本体,其特征在于:所述导向套本体为光面直筒状结构,其内孔采用三段式内径结构,沿轴向依次为第一内孔段,第二内孔段及第三内孔段,其中第一内孔段与第二内孔段之间通过倾斜过渡面进行过渡,所述第一内孔段孔径为2.7~2.9cm,孔段长为3.2~3.4cm,第二内孔段孔径为2.49~2.5cm,孔段长为3.0~3.2cm,所述第三内孔段孔径为4.01~4.03cm,孔段长为1.2~1.5cm。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油高压燃油喷射器导向套,其特征在于:所述第三内孔段外边缘具有45°倾斜面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油高压燃油喷射器导向套,其特征在于:所述倾斜过渡面与轴向的夹角为30±3°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油高压燃油喷射器导向套,其特征在于:所述导向套本体采用ETG100高碳合金钢材料。
