相比于现有的按摩床或按摩椅等按摩设备,本实施例提供的膨胀垫按 摩装置在按摩层的上下两端设置了用于缓冲的第一膨胀囊和第二膨胀囊,通过按摩层的运行状态和停止状态的转换来调整第一膨胀囊和第二膨胀囊内的流体的量。当按摩层处于运行状态时,第二膨胀囊处于充盈状态而第一膨胀囊处于排空状态,当按摩层处于停止状态时,第二膨胀囊处于排空状态而第一膨胀囊处于充盈状态。通过第一膨胀囊和第二膨胀囊在充盈状态和排空状态之间转换,使得本实施例提供的膨胀垫按摩装置既可以用作按摩设备,具有按摩功能,又可以作为能供用户较舒适的使用的床或椅子。本实施例提供的膨胀按摩装置实现了一机多用的功能,达到了按摩健身与休息在同一设备上实现的目的,方便了用户使用,提高了用户体验。
当用户使用本实施例提供的膨胀垫按摩装置进行按摩时,按摩层处于工作状态,第一膨胀囊处于排空状态,第二膨胀囊处于充盈状态。处于充盈状态的第二膨胀囊将按摩层抬高以使得按摩层作用于用户身体某部位,对该部位进行按摩。
当用户结束按摩过程的时候,按摩层停止工作,设备就会将第二膨胀囊内的流体排空,而将第一膨胀囊内的流体充满,即使得第二膨胀囊处于排空状态,第一膨胀囊处于充盈状态。此时,膨胀垫按摩装置可以作为床或椅子等家具或器材来使用,由于第二膨胀囊处于排空状态,第一膨胀囊处于充盈状态,能够避免按摩层直接作用于人体,有效地保证了用户将膨胀垫按摩装置作为床或椅子等使用时的舒适感。
进一步的,本实施例提供的膨胀垫按摩装置的阀门设为两个,分别为与第一膨胀囊连接的第一阀门和与第二膨胀囊连接的第二阀门。两个阀门在设备运行过程中,通过与多功能泵的连接和配合,起到控制第一膨胀囊和第二膨胀囊内流体流向和通断的作用。当按摩层处于工作状态时,多功能泵启动,第二阀门打开使流体进入第二膨胀囊以使第二膨胀囊处于充盈 状态,第一阀门关闭同时使第一膨胀囊内流体排空以使第一膨胀囊处于排空状态。当按摩层处于停止状态时,第二阀门关闭同时使第二膨胀囊内流体排空以使第二膨胀囊处于排空状态,而第一阀门开启,流体进入第一膨胀囊内,以使第一膨胀囊处于充盈状态。按摩层的状态在工作状态和停止状态之间转换,使第一膨胀囊和第二膨胀囊相应地在充盈状态和排空状态之间转换,从而使按摩设备在工作和停止工作时整体的高度不会受到影响,同时还使得按摩设备在停止工作状态时具有一定的弹性,保证了用户将该按摩设备当做床或椅子等使用时的舒适性。
进一步的,第一膨胀囊和第二膨胀囊均设有压力传感器,分别为第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器,压力传感器的作用为监控膨胀囊内在输入流体时的压力;同时,通过压力传感器控制多功能泵的启动和停止,当膨胀囊内的压力达到预设的安全阈值时,膨胀囊所对应的阀门关闭同时多功能泵关闭,从而完成膨胀囊的流体输入过程。
进一步的,本实施例还在第一膨胀囊的上方设置了加热层,加热层可通电达到加热的效果,可使用户在体验设备的按摩功能同时,感受到按摩设备的加热效果,从而提高膨胀垫按摩装置的用户体验。
进一步的,本实施例还在加热层设置了温度传感器,通过温度传感器可监控加热层加热的温度,通过设置加热层温度的最低和最高的阈值,控制加热层加热的范围。
进一步的,本实施例提供的膨胀垫按摩装置设置了流体输入口和流体排出口,用于流体的手动输入和手动排出。上述流体可以为气体或液体,当使用气体时,可通过多功能泵对膨胀囊进行充气和排气;当使用液体,比如水时,可通过多功能泵对膨胀囊内部的水的流向进行导向。当膨胀囊内部流体需要手动排空或需要清洗时,则需要通过流体输入口和流体排出 口进行手动操作。
进一步的,本实施例提供的膨胀按摩装置设置了中控装置。中控装置包括处理模块、获取模块、输出模块、温度控制模块、多功能泵控制模块和阀门控制模块。通过获取模块获取到传感器传回的数据后,处理模块对数据进行处理,并通过输出模块输出相应的控制指令至温度控制模块、多功能泵控制模块和阀门控制模块,以对相应的部件进行控制。
进一步的,本实施例中按摩层包括按摩主机、移动装置和浮动装置。移动装置和浮动装置用于驱动按摩主机在预设的方向上移动同时上下往复浮动,从而达到良好的按摩效果。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种膨胀垫按摩装置,包括膨胀垫层1、按摩层2、阀门3和多功能泵4。
其中,膨胀垫层1包括第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12。第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12分别设置于按摩层2的上下两端。也就是说,第一膨胀囊11设置于按摩层2的上方,第二膨胀囊12设置于按摩层2的下方。具体的,如图1所示,第一膨胀囊11、按摩层2以及第二膨胀囊12层叠设置,按摩层2夹设于第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12之间。需要说明的是,假设用户使用本膨胀垫按摩装置时,膨胀垫按摩装置与人体接触的表面为接触面,上述的按摩层2的上方是指以按摩层2为基准、向着该接触面的方向,按摩层2的下方是指以按摩层2为基准、背离该接触面的方向。
第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12通过阀门3与多功能泵4连接。当按摩层2处于运行状态时,第二膨胀囊12通过多功能泵4而充满流体并膨胀,并通过阀门3使第一膨胀囊11内流体排空。也就是说,此时第二膨胀囊12处于充盈状态,第一膨胀囊11处于排空状态。当按摩层2处于停止状态时,第一膨胀囊11通过多功能泵4而充满流体并膨胀,并通过阀门3使第二膨胀囊12内流体排空。也就是说,此时第一膨胀囊11处于充盈状态,第二膨胀囊12处于排空状态。
上述,本实施例提供的膨胀垫按摩装置在按摩层2的上下两端设置了用于缓冲的第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12,通过按摩层2的运行状态和停止状态之间的转换来调整第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12内的流体的量。当膨胀垫按摩装置处于运行状态时,第二膨胀囊12充盈而第一膨胀囊11排空,当膨胀垫按摩装置处于停止状态或关机状态时,第二膨胀囊12排空而第一膨胀囊11充盈。
通过膨胀垫层1的充盈状态或排空状态的转换使膨胀垫按摩装置可以在作为按摩设备的状态或作为普通床或普通椅子的状态间来回转换。用户使用本实施例提供的膨胀垫按摩装置进行按摩时即按摩层2处于运行状态时,第一膨胀囊11处于排空状态,第二膨胀囊12处于充盈状态。处于充盈状态的第二膨胀囊12将按摩层2抬高以使得按摩层2作用于用户身体某部位,以对该部位进行按摩,有利于补偿由于第一膨胀囊11的状态转换所带来的膨胀垫按摩装置的高度差异。
当用户结束按摩过程的时候,关闭按摩层2。此时,设备就会将第二膨胀囊12内的流体排空,而将第一膨胀囊11内的流体充满,即使得第一膨胀囊11处于充盈状态,第二膨胀囊12处于排空状态,此时本膨胀垫按摩装置可以作为普通的床或椅子等家具或器材来使用。同时由于第一膨胀囊11内充满流体的原因,能够避免较坚硬的按摩层2直接作用于人体,使膨胀垫按摩装置具有类似于床垫或椅垫的弹性,有效地保证了用户将膨胀垫按摩装置作为床或椅子等使用时的舒适性。
本实施例通过设置第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12,并控制第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12在充盈状态和排空状态之间转换,使本膨胀垫按摩装置在按摩设备与普通的床或椅子之间转换。并且在作为普通的床或椅子进行使用时,能够有效地保证舒适性。因此,本实施例提供的膨胀按摩装置实现了一机多用的功能,提高了舒适度从而提高了用户体验,达到了按摩健身与休息在同一设备上均能实现的目的。
需要说明的是,第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12处于充盈状态和排空状态时的厚度可以根据需要设置。例如,第一膨胀囊11处于充盈状态时的厚度与第二膨胀囊12处于充盈状态时的厚度之间的差值在一预设范围内,且第一膨胀囊11处于排空状态时的厚度与第二膨胀囊12处于排空状态时 的厚度之间的差值也在一预设范围内。其中,上述的预设范围仅包括零和接近于零的数值。这样能够使得膨胀垫按摩装置在作为按摩设备使用时的高度和作为普通的床或椅子使用时的高度基本保持不变,有利于进一步提高用户体验。当然,即使上述厚度之间的差值为该预设范围内的除零以外的接近于零的数值,该膨胀垫按摩装置在作为按摩设备使用时的高度和作为普通的床或椅子使用时的高度差异较小,用户无法从感观上识别出该差异。
上述,为本实施例提供的膨胀垫按摩装置的第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12的使用情况。本实施例提供的膨胀垫按摩装置可以用作按摩床垫,也可设置于按摩床整体、按摩椅、按摩浴房或其他类别的按摩设备中。
需要理解的是,流体,是与固体相对应的一种物体形态,是液体和气体的总称,由大量的、不断地做热运动而且无固定平衡位置的分子构成,它的基本特征是没有一定的形状并且具有流动性。此外,流体都有一定的可压缩性,液体可压缩性很小,而气体的可压缩性较大,在流体的形状改变时,流体各层之间也存在一定的运动阻力(即粘滞性)。当流体的粘滞性和可压缩性很小时,可近似看作是理想流体,它是人们为研究流体的运动和状态而引入的一个理想模型。是液压传动和气压传动的介质。本实施例提供的膨胀按摩装置的第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12中的流体,可设置为液体或气体。当设置为液体时,可以为水、水与其他防腐剂混合物或其他液体,当设置为气体时,可以为普通空气或其他气体。
进一步的,如图1所示,阀门3包括第一阀门31和第二阀门32。第一阀门31与第一膨胀囊11连接,第二阀门32与第二膨胀囊12连接。
具体的,本实施例提供的膨胀垫按摩装置中,阀门3设为两个,分别为与第一膨胀囊11连接的第一阀门31和与第二膨胀囊12连接的第二阀门 32。两个阀门通过与多功能泵4的连接和配合,起到控制第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12内流体流向和通断的作用。当按摩层2处于工作状态时,多功能泵4启动,第二阀门32打开,使流体输入第二膨胀囊12,且第一阀门31关闭同时使第一膨胀囊11内流体排空;当按摩层2处于停止状态时,第二阀门32关闭同时使第二膨胀囊12内流体排空,第一阀门31开启,流体流入第一膨胀囊11内。按摩层2在工作状态和停止状态之间的转换,使第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12在处于充盈状态和排空状态之间转换,从而使膨胀垫按摩装置在按摩层2工作和停止工作时整体的高度不会受到影响,同时还使得膨胀垫按摩装置在停止工作状态时具有一定的弹性,可以当做普通床垫使用。
本实施例中,上述阀门3,可设置为电连接控制的三通或电控阀门连接单向阀等,从而达到控制流体流向、流动和节流的目的。
进一步的,如图1所示,本实施例提供的膨胀垫按摩装置还包括与第一膨胀囊11连接的第一压力传感器5和与第二膨胀囊12连接的第二压力传感器6。
进一步的,第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12均设有压力传感器,分别为第一压力传感器5和第二压力传感器6,压力传感器的作用为监控膨胀囊内在输入流体时的压力。同时,通过压力传感器控制多功能泵4的启动和停止,当膨胀囊内的压力达到预设的安全阈值时,膨胀囊所对应的阀门3关闭,同时多功能泵4关闭,从而完成流体输入的流程。
进一步的,如图1所示,本实施例提供的膨胀垫按摩装置还包括加热层111。加热层111设置于第一膨胀囊11的上方并与第一膨胀囊11贴合。
上述,本实施例在第一膨胀囊11的上方设置了加热层111,加热层111可通电达到加热的效果,可使用户在体验设备的按摩功能同时,感受到按 摩设备的加热效果,从而提高膨胀垫按摩装置的用户体验。
进一步的,如图1所示,加热层111还包括设于加热层111侧方位的温度传感器1111。
上述,本实施例在加热层111设置了温度传感器1111,通过温度传感器1111可监控加热层111加热的温度,通过设置加热层111温度的最低和最高的阈值,控制加热层111加热的范围。
进一步的,如图2所示,第一膨胀囊11还包括设置于其侧方位的流体输入口112和流体排出口113。
上述,本实施例提供的膨胀垫按摩装置设置了流体输入口112和流体排出口113,用于流体的手动输入和手动排出。流体包括气体和液体,在膨胀按摩装置使用气体时,可通过多功能泵4对膨胀囊进行充气和排气。当膨胀按摩装置使用液体,比如水时,可以通过流体输入口112预先在膨胀囊内输入液体,通过多功能泵4对膨胀囊内部液体的流向进行导向,以使膨胀囊在充盈状态和排空状态之间转换。当内部流体需要手动排空或需要清洗膨胀囊时,则需要通过流体输入口112和流体排出口113进行手动操作。

上述,本实施例中的流体排出口113设置了输出泵1131,可在对膨胀囊内流体进行排出时提高排出速度。输出泵1131可依据膨胀囊内的具体的流体种类设置为水泵或排气泵。
进一步的,如图2所示,实施例提供的膨胀垫按摩装置还包括中控装置7。如图3所示,中控装置7包括处理模块71、获取模块72以及输出模块73。温度传感器1111、第一压力传感器5和第二压力传感器6均与获取 模块72电连接。
其中,获取模块72,用于获取上述温度传感器1111和压力传感器输出的数据。处理模块71,用于对获取模块72获取的数据进行处理和判断。输出模块73,用于对处理模块71处理和判断后的数据进行输出。
进一步的,如图3所示,所述中控装置7还包括温度控制模块74、多功能泵控制模块75以及阀门控制模块76。温度控制模块74、多功能泵控制模块75和阀门控制模块76均与输出模块73电连接。并且,温度控制模块74与上述加热层111电连接,多功能泵控制模块75与上述多功能泵4电连接,阀门控制模块76与上述阀门3电连接。
其中,温度控制模块74,用于接收所述输出模块73输出的第一指令并根据该第一指令对加热层111进行控制。多功能泵控制模块75,用于接收所述输出模块73输出的第二指令并根据该第二指令对多功能泵4进行控制。阀门控制模块76,用于接收输出模块73输出的第三指令并根据该第三指令对第一阀门31和第二阀门32进行控制。

进一步的,所述按摩层2包括按摩主机21、移动装置22和浮动装置23。如图2所示,本实施例中,所述浮动装置23设置于按摩主机21的下端,用于使按摩主机21上下浮动。所述移动装置22设置于所述浮动装置23的下端,用于使按摩主机21在预设的轨道内往复移动。
上述,膨胀垫按摩装置包括设置于第一膨胀囊11和第二膨胀囊12之间的按摩层2。按摩层2的移动装置22和浮动装置23用于在预设的方向上移动同时上下往复浮动,从而达到按摩的效果。
综上所述,本实施例提供的膨胀按摩装置既可以用作按摩设备,具有按摩功能,又可以作为能供用户较舒适的使用的床或椅子等家具,实现了一机多用的功能,达到了按摩健身与休息在同一设备上实现的目的,方便了用户使用,提高了用户体验。此外,处于充盈状态的第二膨胀囊12能够将按摩层2抬高以便于按摩层作用于用户身体某部位并对该部位进行按摩,有利于补偿由于第一膨胀囊11的状态转换所带来的膨胀按摩装置的高度差异,进一步方便了用户使用,提高用户体验。
需要说明的是,在本发明的其他实施方式中,膨胀垫按摩装置中的膨胀垫层也可以不包括上述的第二膨胀囊12。此时,第一膨胀囊11设置于按摩层2的上方,第一膨胀囊11通过阀门3与多功能泵4连接。按摩层2处于运行状态的情况下,通过阀门3使第一膨胀囊11内流体排空而构造成排空状态。按摩层2处于停止状态的情况下,第一膨胀囊11通过多功能泵4而充满流体并构造成充盈状态。当按摩层2处于运行状态,且第一膨胀囊11处于排空状态时,该膨胀垫按摩装置可以作为按摩设备供用户使用。当按摩层2处于停止状态,且第一膨胀囊11处于充盈状态时,该膨胀垫按摩装置可以作为普通的床或椅子等供用户使用,处于充盈状态的第一膨胀囊 11能够有效地避免较坚硬的按摩层2作用于人体,保证该膨胀垫按摩装置作为普通的床或椅子等使用时的舒适性。
另外,本发明实施例还提供了一种膨胀垫按摩装置的控制方法。其中,该膨胀垫按摩装置包括膨胀垫层、按摩层、阀门和多功能泵。膨胀垫层包括第一膨胀囊和第二膨胀囊,第一膨胀囊设置于按摩层的上方,第二膨胀囊设置于按摩层的下方,第一膨胀囊和第二膨胀囊均通过阀门与多功能泵连接。该控制方法包括以下步骤S101和步骤S102。

    所述膨胀垫层包括第一膨胀囊和第二膨胀囊;所述第一膨胀囊和所述第二膨胀囊分别设置于所述按摩层的上下两端;
    所述第一膨胀囊和所述第二膨胀囊通过所述阀门与所述多功能泵连接;
    当所述按摩层处于运行状态,所述第二膨胀囊通过所述多功能泵而充满流体并膨胀,并通过所述阀门使所述第一膨胀囊内流体排空;
    当所述按摩层处于停止状态,所述第一膨胀囊通过多功能泵而充满流体并膨胀,并通过所述阀门使所述第二膨胀囊内流体排空。

  7. 如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的膨胀垫按摩装置,其特征在于,所 述第一膨胀囊还包括设置于所述第一膨胀囊侧方位的流体输入口。
  8. 如权利要求7所述膨胀垫按摩装置,其特征在于,所述第一膨胀囊还包括设置于所述第一膨胀囊侧方位的流体排出口。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的膨胀垫按摩装置,其特征在于,所述流体排出口还包括设于所述流体排出口的出口端的输出泵。
  10. 如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的膨胀垫按摩装置,其特征在于,所述第一膨胀囊处于充盈状态时的厚度与所述第二膨胀囊处于充盈状态时的厚度之间的差值在一预设范围内,且所述第一膨胀囊处于排空状态时的厚度与所述第二膨胀囊处于排空状态时的厚度之间的差值也在一预设范围内。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的膨胀垫按摩装置,其特征在于,还包括中控装置、与所述第一膨胀囊连接的第一压力传感器以及与所述第二膨胀囊连接的第二压力传感器;所述中控装置包括处理模块、获取模块和输出模块,所述温度传感器、所述第一压力传感器和所述第二压力传感器均与所述获取模块电连接;
    所述获取模块,配置成获取所述温度传感器和所述压力传感器的数据;
    所述处理模块,配置成对所述获取模块获取的数据进行处理和判断;
    所述输出模块,配置成对所述处理模块处理和判断后的数据进行输出。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的膨胀垫按摩装置,其特征在于,所述中控装置还包括温度控制模块、多功能泵控制模块和阀门控制模块,所述温度控制模块、多功能泵控制模块和阀门控制模块均与所述输出模块电连接,所述温度控制模块与所述加热层电连接,所述多功能泵控制模块与所述多功能泵电连接,所述阀门控制模块与所述阀门电连接;
    所述温度控制模块,配置成接收所述输出模块输出的第一指令并根据 所述第一指令对所述加热层进行控制;
    所述多功能泵控制模块,配置成接收所述输出模块输出的第二指令并根据所述第二指令对所述多功能泵进行控制;
    所述阀门控制模块,配置成接收所述输出模块输出的第三指令并根据所述第三指令对所述阀门进行控制。
  13. 如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的膨胀垫按摩装置,其特征在于,所述按摩层包括按摩主机、移动装置和浮动装置;
    所述浮动装置设置于所述按摩主机的下端,配置成驱动所述按摩主机上下浮动;
    所述移动装置设置于所述浮动装置的下端,配置成驱动所述按摩主机在预设的轨道内往复移动。
  14. 一种膨胀垫按摩装置,其特征在于,包括膨胀垫层、按摩层、阀门和多功能泵;
    所述膨胀垫层包括第一膨胀囊,所述第一膨胀囊设置于所述按摩层的上方;
    所述第一膨胀囊通过所述阀门与所述多功能泵连接;
    所述按摩层处于运行状态的情况下,通过所述阀门使所述第一膨胀囊内流体排空而构造成排空状态;
    所述按摩层处于停止状态的情况下,所述第一膨胀囊通过所述多功能泵而充满流体并构造成充盈状态。
  15. 一种膨胀垫按摩装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述膨胀垫按摩装置包括膨胀垫层、按摩层、阀门和多功能泵,所述膨胀垫层包括第一膨胀囊和第二膨胀囊,所述第一膨胀囊设置于所述按摩层的上方,所述第二膨胀囊设置于所述按摩层的下方,所述第一膨胀囊和所述第二膨胀囊均通过 所述阀门与所述多功能泵连接,所述方法包括:
    所述按摩层处于运行状态的情况下,控制所述多功能泵将所述第二膨胀囊构造成充满流体的充盈状态,控制所述阀门使所述第一膨胀囊内流体排空而构造成排空状态;
    所述按摩层处于停止状态的情况下,控制所述多功能泵将所述第一膨胀囊构造成充满流体的充盈状态,控制所述阀门使所述第二膨胀囊内流体排空而构造成排空状态。
