Description

洗澡护理床 技术领域
本发明是有关一种洗澡护理床，尤指一种可在护理床上直接帮病人洗热水澡的洗澡护理床。
背景技术
随着人口逐渐高龄化，许多老人疾病亦随的增加，而许多行动不便、中风、脑部病变、中枢神经受损及瘫痪或长期卧病在床，都缺乏行动能力，必须长期躺在护理床，因此病患的移动，需仰赖家属、看护以较大力量来进行协助，亦造成家属、看护及病患的不便；此外，病患于家属或看护协助解决便溺的问题，使病患感觉失去尊严，并给予病患极大的心理负担。
次者，目前常见的护理床，并无简单又方便而可让病患直接在护理床上进行便溺的设计。一般都只是在护理床旁准备有尿桶，病患欲排尿时，就使用尿桶来排尿，若欲排便，便须到厕所进行排便，造成病患及照顾者的极度不便。
又，对长期卧床的病患来说，除了大小便感到困扰外，最困难的就是洗澡；但，有的病患呈瘫痪状态，有的体型很重，有的身上有插管，单是要帮他翻身就困难重重，更何况要帮他洗澡，且纵使勉强到了浴室洗澡，亦有滑倒之虞，但若久不洗澡会发出恶臭，病人也会不舒服。是以，家属或照护人员仅能用擦澡代替洗澡，然擦澡的干净度不足，亦滋生病菌引发皮肤炎或感染；因此究竟要如何帮病患沐浴，已成为医护人员及家属的困扰和痛苦。
虽然，在先前技术中揭露一种充气式的洗澡床结构，但该洗澡床的设计猷如小朋友的充气式游泳池，当病人在病床时不易铺设，且其洗澡设备及供水需另外准备，不是很方便。再者，现有洗澡床或病床结构，都是独立的个体，无法结合使用，因此较缺乏实用性。
是以，如何提供一种洗澡床与一种护理床互相结合，能让医护人员或是家属能快速架设使用，为本发明所欲解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题在于，克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷，而提供一种洗澡护理床，可以很快速的在护理床上铺设一洗澡浴盆，直接帮病人洗热水澡，具有使用方便且人性化的功效；当护理床未铺设洗澡床时，可供病人在床上直接大小便的功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种洗澡护理床，包括：一护理床，该护理床包括有：一床体，一设于该床体上的垫体，其中该垫体相对于人体臀部的预定位置，设有一排放口，该排放口底部装设有一集水槽；一洗澡装置，装设在该护理床底部，该洗澡装置包括有：一电热器，具有一进水管及一出水管；一水箱，连接该进水管，用以供给该电热器；一莲蓬头，连接该出水管；一控制器，用以控制该电热器的启闭及出水温度；以及一洗澡床，由可充气材质所构成，该洗澡床包括有：一底层，其底部相对于该排放口，设有一可导入的排水管；一面层，设在该底层上，并与该底层之间形成一薄层充气空间，该面层相对于该排水管设有一落水口，且该落水口与该排水管形成连通状态，并与该薄层充气空间阻隔开来，该面层以该落水口为最低点向四周呈一倾斜面扬起，又该面层上相对于人体头部、腰部及腿部的位置，设有充气后可膨胀凸起的一头枕体、一腰垫体及一腿垫体；一环圈层，环绕在该底层与该面层的四周围，并与该薄层充气空间形成连通结构，且该环圈层的外侧边设有至少一个充气或泄气用的气嘴；借此，当该洗澡床未充气时，成薄型体，能方便铺设在该护理床上；而充气时，使该环圈层饱满升高呈一围墙体，并高于该薄层充气空间，形成一可帮病人洗澡的浴盆形体；再者洗澡水会由该面层倾斜面流向该落水口汇集，经该底层的排水管导入该排放口而流至该集水槽；且该头枕体、该腰垫体及该腿垫体凸起于该面层上，得以将一病人撑高在该面层上，以便于清洗病人身体。
依据上揭特征，本发明还包括一充气饱满的背垫体，于该洗澡床未充气时置于该头枕体及腰垫体之间，以使病人背部垫高，而方便该洗澡床的铺设及充气。
依据上揭特征，该洗澡床相对于人体手部的位置，于该环圈层的二内侧，在该面层上延伸一充气后可膨胀凸起的一手靠垫。
借助上揭技术手段，本发明使用简单，并能让医护人员或是家属能快速架设使用，可以很快速的在护理床上直接帮病人洗热水澡，具有使用便捷及人性化的功效。再者，该护理床未铺设洗澡床时，可供病人在床上直接大小便，因此护理床与洗澡床二者具有相辅相成的功效。
本发明的有益效果是，可以很快速的在护理床上铺设一洗澡浴盆，直接帮病人洗热水澡，具有使用方便且人性化的功效；当护理床未铺设洗澡床时，可供病人在床上直接大小便的功能。

该护理床10包括：一床体11，一设于该床体11上的垫体12，其中该垫体12相对于人体臀部的预定位置，设有一排放口13(如图5所示)，该排放口13底部装设有一集水槽14(如图7所示)。本实施例中，该床体11左右二侧各设有一护栏15，而控制垫体12升降及角度调整的控制按键151设在护栏15上表面，且护栏15底缘以一对活叶片152枢设在床体11上，亦即本发明要帮病人洗澡时，该护栏15可如图6所示，向外侧翻转180度，而方便家属或看护帮病人洗澡。

该洗澡床20是由可充气材质所构成，例如以PU材质所构成，不但无毒性，也容易生产应用，并能带给病人更为舒适的感受。该洗澡床20包括：一底层22，其底部相对于该排放口13，设有一可导入的排水管221；一面层21，设在该底层22上，并与该底层22之间形成一薄层充气空间23，该面层21相对于该排水管221设有一落水口211，且该落水口211与该排水管221形成连通状态，并与该薄层充气空间23阻隔开来，该面层21以该落水口211 为最低点向四周呈一倾斜面扬起，又该面层21上相对于人体头部、腰部及腿部的位置，设有充气后可膨胀凸起的一头枕体25、一腰垫体26及一腿垫体27；一环圈层24，环绕在该底层22与该面层21的四周围，并与该薄层充气空间23形成连通结构，且该环圈层24的外侧边设有至少一个充气或泄气用的气嘴241。
本实施例中，该洗澡床20相对于人体手部的位置，于该环圈层24的二内侧，在该面层21上延伸一充气后可膨胀凸起的一手靠垫28。
本实施例中，还包括一充气饱满的背垫体29，于该洗澡床20未充气时置于该头枕体27及腰垫体26之间，以使病人背部垫高，而方便该洗澡床20的铺设及充气。
借此，当该洗澡床20未充气时，成薄型体，能方便铺设在该护理床10上；而充气时，使该环圈层24饱满升高呈一围墙体，并高于该薄层充气空间23，形成一可帮病人洗澡的浴盆形体；再者洗澡水会由该面层21倾斜面流向该落水口211汇集，经该底层22的排水管221导入该排放口13而流至该集水槽14；且该头枕体25、该腰垫体26及该腿垫体27凸起于该面层21上，得以将一病人撑高在该面层21上，以便于清洗病人身体。
请参阅图9A-图9D所示，是揭示本发明洗澡床20如何铺设在护理床10的示意图，其中图9A显示将病人的上半身扶起，把未充气洗澡床20及背垫体29先置于护理床10前半段(头部那一侧)，就像在帮病人换床单一样；接着如图9B所示，让病人躺下，利用该背垫体29可以把病人的背部撑高，如此方便把未充气的洗澡床20往护理床10后半段拉(脚部那一侧)；图9C显示未充气洗澡床20已全部铺设在护理床10；最后如图9D所示把洗澡床20充气饱满，图4及图7是显示该洗澡床20充气饱满时的剖视图，由于本发明的环圈层24，环绕在该底层22与该面层21的四周围，并与该薄层充气空间23形成连通结构，因此只须由该气嘴241充气，即可使环圈层24、薄层充气空间23充满气体，并通过该头枕体25、腰垫体26、该腿垫体27及手靠垫28的高升隆起，而将病人撑高，有利于医护人员或是家属进行清洗的动作，尤其可以在不用翻动病人的情况下，就可以清洗到病人的背部，可使病人达到基本的清洁及舒适要求非常方便。最重要的是，可在原有的护理床10上进 行洗澡，不但不需要搬动病人，同时洗澡床20未使用时收纳也很方便，因此能减轻照顾者的负担，对病人而言，则可保持身体干净及自尊。
图10是本发明的一使用状态参考图，该护理床10的床体11上设有四个对称的定位孔16，一淋浴防护装置40可架设在该护理床10之上，但不限于此；其包括四支撑杆41，该撑杆41底端嵌入该定位孔16，顶端固定一框形导轨42，可供一浴帘43装设并拉动。借此，要帮病人洗澡时，装上该淋浴防护装置40，即可防止洗澡水飞溅，亦可使病人保有隐私。
以上所述，仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已，并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制，凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰，均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
综上所述，本发明在结构设计、使用实用性及成本效益上，完全符合产业发展所需，且所揭示的结构亦是具有前所未有的创新构造，具有新颖性、创造性、实用性，符合有关发明专利要件的规定，故依法提起申请。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种洗澡护理床，其特征在于，包括：
    一护理床，该护理床包括有：一床体、一设于该床体上的垫体，其中该垫体相对于人体臀部的预定位置，设有一排放口，该排放口底部装设有一集水槽；
    一洗澡装置，装设在该护理床底部，该洗澡装置包括有：一电热器，具有一进水管及一出水管；一水箱，连接该进水管，用以供给该电热器；一莲蓬头，连接该出水管；一控制器，用以控制该电热器的启闭及出水温度；以及
    一洗澡床，是铺设在该护理床上，其由可充气材质所构成，该洗澡床包括有：一底层，其底部相对于该排放口，设有一可导入的排水管；一面层，设在该底层上，并与该底层之间形成一薄层充气空间，该面层相对于该排水管设有一落水口，且该落水口与该排水管形成连通状态，并与该薄层充气空间阻隔开来，该面层以该落水口为最低点向四周呈一倾斜面扬起，又该面层上相对于人体头部、腰部及腿部的位置，设有充气后可膨胀凸起的一头枕体、一腰垫体及一腿垫体；一环圈层，环绕在该底层与该面层的四周围，并与该薄层充气空间形成连通结构，且该环圈层的外侧边设有至少一个充气或泄气用的气嘴；
    借此，当该洗澡床未充气时，成薄型体，能方便铺设在该护理床上；而充气时，使该环圈层饱满升高呈一围墙体，并高于该薄层充气空间，形成一可帮病人洗澡的浴盆形体；再者洗澡水会由该面层倾斜面流向该落水口汇集，经该底层的排水管导入该排放口而流至该集水槽；且该头枕体、该腰垫体及该腿垫体凸起于该面层上，得以将一病人撑高在该面层上，以便于清洗病人身体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗澡护理床，其特征在于，还包括一充气饱满的背垫体，于该洗澡床未充气时置于该头枕体及腰垫体之间，以使病人背部垫高，而方便该洗澡床的铺设及充气。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的洗澡护理床，其特征在于，所述洗澡床相对于人体手部的位置，于该环圈层的二内侧，在该面层上延伸一充气后可膨胀凸起的一手靠垫。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗澡护理床，其特征在于，所述护理床的床体上设有四个对称的定位孔，一淋浴防护装置可架设在该护理床的上，其包括四支撑杆，该支撑杆底端嵌入该定位孔，顶端固定一框形导轨，该框形导轨可供一浴帘装设并拉动。
