- 如权利要求5所述的卷筒组件,其特征在于,所述第一端盖设有轴向延伸的穿孔,所述穿孔供所述轴杆穿过,所述第一端盖包括外径依次减少的基底、套环及套管,所述套环与所述卷筒的内表面贴合,所述凸块设于所述套环外围,所述卷筒设有所述卡槽,所述基底之面对所述套环的台阶面与所述卷筒的端面相对。
- 如权利要求6所述的卷筒组件,其特征在于,所述套管之临近所述套环的位置设有固定孔,所述固定孔用于固定所述弹簧。
- 如权利要求1所述的卷筒组件,其特征在于,所述第二端盖设有轴向延伸的穿孔,所述穿孔供所述轴杆穿过,所述第二端盖包括外径依次减小的基底、套环及套管,所述套环与所述卷筒的内表面贴合,形成转轴结构,所述基底之面对所述套环的台阶面与所述卷筒的端面相对,所述穿孔内侧面包括限位 面,所述限位面与所述轴杆配合以将所述第二端盖在圆周方向上固定至所述轴杆。
- 如权利要求8所述的卷筒组件,其特征在于,所述基底的外表面包括圆柱面,所述圆柱面连接至所述卷筒的一端且所述卷筒的外表面共面。
- 如权利要求8所述的卷筒组件,其特征在于,所述套管包括远离所述套环一端的套管端面及连接在所述套管端面和所述套环之间的套管侧面,所述套管侧面设有固定孔和导向槽,所述固定孔用于固定所述弹簧,所述导向槽自所述固定孔延伸至所述所述套管侧面与所述套管端面交汇处。
- 如权利要求1所述的卷筒组件,其特征在于,所述支撑组件包括相对设置的第一安装部和第二安装部,所述弹簧、所述第一端盖、所述卷筒和所述第二端盖设于所述第一安装部和所述第二安装部之间,所述轴杆穿过所述第一安装部、所述第一端盖、所述弹簧和所述卷筒及所述第二端盖,并固定至所述第二安装部。
- 如权利要求11所述的卷筒组件,其特征在于,所述轴杆包括杆件和设于所述杆件一端的头端,所述杆件之远离所述头端的一端为固定端,所述头端限位于所述第一安装部之背离所述第二安装部的一侧,所述固定端与所述第二安装部固定连接。
- 如权利要求12所述的卷筒组件,其特征在于,所述头端之背离所述杆件的端面设有条形槽,用于配合锁紧工具使用。
- 如权利要求12所述的卷筒组件,其特征在于,所述固定端设有环形槽,用于与扣片配合,实现所述轴杆轴向方向的定位,以防所述轴杆从所述支撑组件上脱落。
- 如权利要求14所述的卷筒组件,其特征在于,所述固定端设有缺口和开槽,所述缺口和所述开槽设置在所述固定端径向方向上相背的两侧,所述卷筒组件还包括卡扣,所述卡扣包括一对扣脚,所述一对扣脚分别与所述缺口和所述开槽配合,以实现所述轴杆圆周方向的定位。
- 如权利要求15所述的卷筒组件,其特征在于,所述缺口的底面形成第一止位面,所述开槽的底面形成第二止位面,所述第一止位面与所述第二止位面平行。
- 如权利要求16所述的卷筒组件,其特征在于,所述第二端盖设有轴 向延伸的穿孔,所述穿孔供所述轴杆的所述固定端穿过,所述穿孔内侧面包括限位面,所述限位面与所述第二止位面配合以将所述第二端盖在圆周方向上固定至所述轴杆。
- 如权利要求15所述的卷筒组件,其特征在于,所述第二安装部设有卡扣槽和内凹部,所述内凹部位于所述第二安装部之远离所述第一安装部的一侧,所述内凹部和所述卡扣槽之间设有隔板,所述第二安装部设有沿着所述轴杆轴向方向延伸的通孔,所述卡扣槽和所述内凹部均与所述通孔相连通,所述卡扣收容于所述卡扣槽中,所述扣片收容于所述内凹部。
- 一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括柔性屏、支撑组件及如权利要求1至权利要求18任意一项所述的卷筒组件,所述卷筒组件安装至所述支撑组件,所述卷筒组件用于缠绕所述柔性屏,所述支撑组件用于承载所述柔性屏。
- 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括如权利要求19所述的显示装置。
