Description
本発明は、被着者のウエスト部、下腹部及び臀部を被覆する伸縮性を有する生地からなるパンティ部と、前記被着者の下肢を被覆し、前記パンティ部と連続する伸縮性を有する生地からなる下肢部とを備える被服に関するものである。
被着者のウエスト部、下腹部及び臀部を被覆するパンティ部と被着者の下肢を被覆する下肢部とを、伸縮性を有する生地で構成する被服として、特許文献１に示す技術が開示されている。特許文献１に示す技術は、第１緊締部１１が、第１アンカー部２１の前部位置から大転子部位１５を経て、大腿部領域３の内側へ廻りこみ、更に大腿部領域３の前部へ延びて、第２アンカー部３２の前部位置に亘って、螺旋状に延設してあり、第２緊締部１２が、第１アンカー部２１の後部中置から大転子部位１５を経て、第２アンカー部３２の前部中央より少し内側の位置に亘って、半螺旋状に延設してあり、第１緊締部１１，１１と第２緊締部１２，１２とは、大転子部位１５及び大腿部領域３の前部の第２交差位置で交差しているものである。
特許文献１には、歩行などの着用者の大腿部の運動に伴って、緊締部が伸長するため、着用者の緊締部に対向する筋肉を増大させて、腹部、臀部の形状を良好にすることが記載されているが、緊締部が螺旋状に形成されているため、締め付け力は増大するものの、脚を開かせる方向に働かせることで内転筋や中臀筋などを刺激する効果や、歩行による蹴り上げ時などに生地の収縮作用で大臀筋、中臀筋、内転筋、腹横筋といった筋肉への活動量を十分に増大できるものではない。
本発明は、着用者の脚を開かせる方向に力を作用させつつ、歩行時における蹴り上げをサポートすることで、下半身からお腹までの筋肉の活動量を増大させて引き締める被服を提供する。
本発明に係る被服は、被着者のウエスト部、下腹部及び臀部を被覆する伸縮性を有する生地からなるパンティ部と、前記被着者の下肢を被覆し、前記パンティ部と連続する伸縮性を有する生地からなる下肢部とを備える被服において、前記下肢部が、前記下肢の付け根部分から足先方向に向かって、着用者の体の側面外側方向に拡開して形成されているものである。
このように、本発明に係る被服においては、被着者のウエスト部、下腹部及び臀部を被覆する伸縮性を有する生地からなるパンティ部と、前記被着者の下肢を被覆し、前記パンティ部と連続する伸縮性を有する生地からなる下肢部とを備える被服において、前記下肢部が、前記下肢の付け根部分から足先方向に向かって、着用者の体の側面外側方向に拡開して形成されているため、着用者が着用した場合に、着用者の脚に対して体の側面外側方向に引っ張られる力が作用することで、内転筋や中臀筋の活動量を増やして臀部の引き締め効果を得ることができる。
本発明に係る被服は、前記下肢部が、前記下肢の外側支持部に相当する生地を前記下肢の内側支持部に相当する生地より強い伸縮抵抗を有する生地で構成されるものである。
このように、本発明に係る被服においては、前記下肢部が、前記下肢の外側支持部に相当する生地を前記下肢の内側支持部に相当する生地より強い伸縮抵抗を有する生地で構成されるため、脚を外側方向に開かせるように作用することで、内転筋や中臀筋の活動量を増大させて引き締めることができるという効果を奏する。
本発明に係る被服は、前記下肢部の外側支持部が、前記被着者の正面側上方から背面側下方に向かって、配設領域を順次変化して形成されるものである。
このように、本発明に係る被服においては、下肢部の外側支持部が、前記被着者の正面側上方から背面側下方に向かって、配設領域を順次変化して形成されるため、着用者の歩行時における後方の蹴り出しに生地の収縮力が付加されて大股歩きとなるように促し、内転筋や中臀筋の活動量の増大に加えて、大臀筋、中臀筋及び腹横筋の活動量を増大させて引き締めることができるという効果を奏する。
以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。また、本実施形態の全体を通して同じ要素には同じ符号を付けている。
（本発明の第１の実施形態）
本実施形態に係る被服について、図１及び図２を用いて説明する。本実施形態に係る被服は、被着者のウエスト部、下腹部及び臀部を被覆する伸縮性を有する生地からなるパンティ部と、前記被着者の下肢を被覆し、前記パンティ部と連続する伸縮性を有する生地からなる下肢部とを備え、当該下肢部が、被着者の脚の付け根部分に相当する箇所から脚先方向に向かって拡開するように形成されているものである。
本実施形態に係る被服について、図１及び図２を用いて説明する。本実施形態に係る被服は、被着者のウエスト部、下腹部及び臀部を被覆する伸縮性を有する生地からなるパンティ部と、前記被着者の下肢を被覆し、前記パンティ部と連続する伸縮性を有する生地からなる下肢部とを備え、当該下肢部が、被着者の脚の付け根部分に相当する箇所から脚先方向に向かって拡開するように形成されているものである。
図１は、本実施形態に係る被服の六面図であり、図２は、本実施形態に係る被服の使用状態を示す図である。本実施形態に係る被服１は、着用者のウエスト部、下腹部及び臀部を被覆し、伸縮性を有する生地からなるパンティ部２と、このパンティ部２に連続する伸縮性を有する生地からなる下肢部３とを備える。
パンティ部２は、着用者のウエスト部分に固着するために強い収縮性を有する帯状の第１アンカー部２１と、着用者の腰部の周囲全体を覆う部分であり、伸縮性を有するパンティ２２と、着用者の股の添え生地であるマチ部２３とを備え、第１アンカー部２１から身部切替えまでの部分の総称である。
下肢部３は、足首、膝下又は膝上のいずれかの箇所（図１に示す被服の例の場合は膝下の箇所）で固着するために強い収縮性を有する帯状の第２アンカー部３１と、第２アンカー部３１からパンティ部２に連続する脚部３２とからなるものである。
パンティ部２と下肢部３とは伸縮性を有する生地で連続して形成されており、脚部３２におけるパンティ２２側から第２アンカー部３１に向かって拡開するように形成されている。すなわち、着用者の脚の付け根部分から足先方向に向かって、着用者の体の側面外側方向に拡開するように脚部３２が形成される。この状態で形成された被服を着用者が着用した場合、第１アンカー部２１と第２アンカー部３１が所定の位置で固定され、着用者の脚に対して体の側面外側方向に引っ張られる力が作用する（図２の矢印αを参照）。つまり、例えば普通に直立している状態では、つま先を真っ直ぐにするより少し開いた方が中臀筋が刺激されるのと同じで、着用者の脚に対して体の側面外側方向に引っ張られる力が作用することで、中臀筋の活動量を増やして臀部の引き締め効果を得ることができる。
なお、脚部３２の形状は、図１（Ａ）に示すように、湾曲しながら拡開して形成されてもよいし、１回以上屈曲することで拡開して形成されてもよい。
（本発明の第２の実施形態）
本実施形態に係る被服について、図３及び図４を用いて説明する。本実施形態に係る被服は、前記第１の実施形態に係る被服において、下肢部３が、被着者の脚の外側支持部に相当する生地を脚の内側支持部に相当する生地より強い伸縮抵抗を有する生地で構成されると共に、外側支持部が、被着者の正面側上方から背面側下方に向かって、配設領域を順次変化して形成されるものである。
本実施形態に係る被服について、図３及び図４を用いて説明する。本実施形態に係る被服は、前記第１の実施形態に係る被服において、下肢部３が、被着者の脚の外側支持部に相当する生地を脚の内側支持部に相当する生地より強い伸縮抵抗を有する生地で構成されると共に、外側支持部が、被着者の正面側上方から背面側下方に向かって、配設領域を順次変化して形成されるものである。
図３は、本実施形態に係る被服の六面図であり、図４は、本実施形態に係る被服の使用状態を示す図である。図３（Ａ）は正面図、図３（Ｂ）は背面図、図３（Ｃ）は平面図、図３（Ｄ）は底面図、図３（Ｅ）は（左又は右）側面図であり、図４（Ａ）は使用状態における正面側から見た斜視図、図４（Ｂ）は使用状態における背面側から見た斜視図である。
被服１において、下肢部３の被着者の脚の外側支持部３３に相当する生地が、脚の内側支持部３４に相当する生地より強い伸縮抵抗を有する生地となっている。つまり、外側支持部３３の収縮力が内側支持部３４の収縮力よりも強くなっているため、上記第１の実施形態の場合と同様に、着用者の脚の付け根部分から足先方向に向かって、着用者の体の側面外側方向に拡開するように脚部３２が形成される。

なお、パンティ部２においては、骨盤まわり、下腹、ヒップをサポートして被着者のスタイルをサポートする構成とするようにしてもよい。具体的には、例えば、外側支持部３３を下肢部３からパンティ部２の外側側面領域２４にまで延在させると共に、パンティ２２の正面領域２５を伸縮抵抗が大きい生地で形成することで、外側から骨盤やお腹を押さえて、肉が広がらないようにサポートして被着者のスタイルをサポートするようにしてもよい。
また、パンティ２２の背面領域２６を、被着者の臀部の中心部分から臀部全体を同心円状に複数の略円形状（又はハート型状）に形成された伸縮抵抗が強い生地で囲い込むように配設して構成することで、お尻の肉を骨盤や腰の方に持ち上げつつ、円形状の生地内（ハート型のヒップゾーン）に集めて包み込み、丸みを帯びた女性らしいスタイルを維持することが可能となる。同時にお尻の脂肪が下垂するのを防止することも可能となる。
さらに、本実施形態に係る被服は、全体を丸編材又は横編材等の編材により編成され、メッシュ編み、タック編み、フロート編み、ゴム編み及びリブ編み等を任意に組み合わせ、もしくは選択的に組み合わせて編み立てられるようにしてもよい。一例として、被着者の腰部外側側面に相当する外側側面領域２４及び脚部外側側面に相当する外側支持部３３は、リブ編みにより編成されてもよい。特に、この外側側面領域２４及び外側支持部３３を強圧リブ編みとすることにより、骨盤部及び股関節部の歪みや緩みをバランス良く前後上下に引き締めることが可能となる。
また、腰領域の開口部周辺では、ゴム編みにより編成することで、ウエストを滑らかなラインとして形成することができる。さらに、上記強圧リブ編みは、大腿部を覆う形状で展開されることから、大腿部を内側から引き締めて滑らかなラインを形成することとなり、臀部に生じやすい段差のあるラインを解消することができる。
さらに、上記図１ないし図４に示す被服１は、いずれも被着者のウエスト部分から膝下部分までを被覆する形状であるが、図５及び図６に示すように、下肢部３の長さを膝上までとしてもよいし、図７及び図８に示すように、下肢部３の長さを足首までとしてもよい。下肢部３の長さを膝上までとすることで、ウエスト部分から大腿部までを重点的に引き締めることができる。また、下肢部３の長さを足首までとすることで、着用者の膝への負担を軽減しつつ、脹脛まで含めた被着者の脚全体を引き締める効果を得ることができる。
さらにまた、図３、図４、図７及び図８において、被着者の膝蓋骨に合わせる位置には略円形状のマークが配設されており、被着者の正面となる位置には裾口に菱形状のマークが配設されているため、被着者が被服１を被着する際にこれらの位置合わせをすることで、上記に示す効果を最大限に発揮することが可能となる。
さらにまた、上記各実施形態における被服は、例えば、丸編み、横編み、適正な形状に裁断された布地の縫製等により形成されるようにしてもよい。
本発明に係る被服を着用した場合の筋肉活動量の増加について、以下の測定を行った。３人の被験者（被験者Ａ；身長１５７ｃｍ、体重４２ｋｇ、年齢４１歳／被験者Ｂ；身長１６４ｃｍ、体重６０ｋｇ、年齢４８歳／被験者Ｃ；身長１６３ｃｍ、体重５４ｋｇ、年齢４３歳）に対して、本発明の被服を着用した場合と未着用の場合とのそれぞれで、歩行時の大臀筋、中臀筋、内転筋、腹横筋の筋肉活動量を測定した。また、腹横筋については、歩行に加えて踏み台昇降における筋肉活動量を測定した。以下の表に測定結果を示す。
上記の結果から、腹横筋に関してのみ個人差があるものの、被服１を未着用時に比べて着用時の方が、全体的に各筋肉の活動量が大幅に増大していることがわかる。すなわち、本発明に係る被服１を着用して歩行を行うことで、筋肉の活動量が大幅に増大し引き締め効果を得ることが可能であることが明らかである。

Claims (3)
- 被着者のウエスト部、下腹部及び臀部を被覆する伸縮性を有する生地からなるパンティ部と、前記被着者の下肢を被覆し、前記パンティ部と連続する伸縮性を有する生地からなる下肢部とを備える被服において、
前記下肢部が、前記下肢の付け根部分から足先方向に向かって、着用者の体の側面外側方向に拡開して形成されていることを特徴とする被服。 - 請求項１に記載の被服において、
前記下肢部が、前記下肢の外側支持部に相当する生地を前記下肢の内側支持部に相当する生地より強い伸縮抵抗を有する生地で構成されることを特徴とする被服。 - 請求項２に記載の被服において、
前記下肢部の外側支持部が、前記被着者の正面側上方から背面側下方に向かって、配設領域を順次変化して形成されることを特徴とする被服。
