Abstract

Accessory for lace-up shoe

Field of the invention

The field of the invention is that of accessories for lace-up shoes, more particularly for laced golf shoes.

More specifically, the invention relates to a lace shoe accessory, a method of manufacturing such an accessory and a use of said accessory.

Solutions of the prior art

Since forever, golfers have in their pocket or bag, a chip, a golf marker token they use to mark the location of their ball when it is on the green. Then he raises their ball. This is to free up space for other players or to clean their ball. In general, players lose time finding the marker in their pocket, bag or other place.

US 6578746 discloses the use of a golf shoe accessory comprising a marker. Said accessory is attached to the first lacing loop or lower lacing loop by sliding the lace between two tabs and receiving it in a groove. However, the shoe accessory as disclosed has the disadvantage of being bulky and extend beyond the lacing position on the side of the lace insertion zone.

Document US 2015/0216264 A1 discloses a shoe accessory attached to the lace knot, the upper lacing loop. The described accessory has several disadvantages. First, the positioning and attachment of the accessory on the loop of the node is not easy. In addition, the shape of the accessory has a discomfort related to its polygonal shape including angles in contact with the upper surface of the foot, especially when the lace tightens the shoe strongly. The invention particularly aims to overcome these disadvantages of the prior art.

More specifically, an object of the invention, in at least one of its embodiments, is to provide an accessory for lace-up shoe, more particularly for a lace-up golf shoe which is easily adjustable to the lace of said shoe, or removed. in an easy way and is not bulky.

Another object of the invention, in at least one of its embodiments, is to implement a method of manufacturing said lace shoe accessory, more particularly for laced golf shoe. The invention, in at least one of its embodiments, still aims to provide a preferred use of said lace shoe accessory, more particularly for laced golf shoe.

Presentation of the invention

According to a particular embodiment, the invention relates to a lace shoe accessory, preferably for laced golf shoe.

According to the invention, such an accessory comprises a first face intended to receive said lace, said first face, comprising at least one fixing means in the form of a first recess, said fixing means comprising at least one positioning means and a first retention means in the form of a groove for receiving said lace and at least two second retention means in the form of tongues, said two second retention means in the form of tongues partially covering said groove and being located at each end thereof, said groove comprising at least one lug, said lug being positioned between the two second tongue-shaped retaining means so as to leave a space between said lug and said second retaining means in the form of tongues for the insertion of said lash into said groove by passing under said tab-shaped retention means . Said tongue is defined, in the context of this invention, by a thin member, long and reported attached to the rest of said accessory by only one of its ends, the other end being free, allowing said lace to pass under said tabs.

The general principle of the invention is based on an accessory placed on a shoe, preferably on a golf shoe.

Said accessory is fastened to the lace of the boot, preferably on the lace of the golf shoe, by insertion of said lace into a fixing means in the form of a first recess, said fixing means comprising at least one means positioning device and a first retention means in the form of a groove for receiving said lace and at least two second retention means in the form of tongues. The lug included in the groove is preferably a fixed lug. By the term "fixed lug" is meant the fact that the lug is not likely to move in a vertical and / or horizontal plane.

Thus, the invention is based on an entirely new and inventive approach to the attachment method of the accessory on said lace of the shoe. The invention provides a solution to the technical problems presented above. Advantageously, the invention proposes a fastening system on the lower loop or first lacing loop of the shoe already laced less bulky. In addition, given its advantageous positioning, the accessory according to the invention has no angle in contact with the foot. It differs from the prior art in that it reduces the risk of losing the accessory by walking, running or jumping. Said accessory is preferably monobloc type and does not require the use of tool to fix it on the lace of the shoe. By the expression "at least one positioning means and a first retention means in the form of a groove for receiving said lace", it is meant that the groove simultaneously corresponds to the at least one positioning means and a first means of retention.

Preferably, said lug and said second retention means in the form of tongues are such that their upper faces are located in the same plane allowing a uniformity of the first face intended to receive said lace.

According to a preferred embodiment or in accordance with the invention, the accessory for lace-up shoe, preferably for laced golf shoe, is such that the at least one fastening means in the form of a first recess has a plane of lace. symmetry.

Thus, this symmetry allows a perfect balance of the accessory on the shoe.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the lace shoe accessory, preferably for a lace-up golf shoe, according to the invention is such that the at least one positioning means and a first retention means in the form of a groove for receiving said lace are located in the middle of the first face.

Thus, this said groove allows a first easy introduction of said lace.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the accessory for lace-up shoe, preferably for laced golf shoe, according to the invention is such that the upper face of the lug and said second retaining means in the form of tongues are in the same plane.

Thus, this same plan makes it possible to obtain a perfect retention as well as a perfect balance of the whole. According to an advantageous embodiment, the accessory for lace-up shoe, preferably for laced golf shoe, according to the invention is such that it comprises a second face intended to be oriented opposite the lace, said second face comprising at least one blind hole for receiving a third retention means. Thus, this blind hole makes it possible on the one hand to gain space and on the other hand to conceal as much as possible the third retention means that said blind hole will receive.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the previous mode, the lace shoe accessory, preferably for laced golf shoe, according to the invention is such that the at least one third retention means is a magnet.

Thus, said magnet keeps the marker on the accessory.

It also makes it easy to remove the marker and replace it just as easily.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the lace shoe accessory, preferably for laced golf shoe, according to the invention is such that the second face comprises a second recess intended to accommodate a piece of substantially equal or smaller dimensions, preferentially a piece of substantially equal or smaller diameter. By the term "substantially equal" is meant the fact that the dimensions of the part are such that they allow maintenance of said part within the second recess without necessarily having recourse to the third retention means in the form of a magnet. The maintenance of the part within the second recess is done by geometric effect.

Thus, said second recess provides a space for receiving and taking back a piece such as a chip, a token or a marker in golf terms. Said accessory is mounted on said lace of the shoe and supports a piece such as a chip, a token or a marker in the case of a golf shoe.

In the case of a golf shoe, the player must at a certain time raise his ball and thus mark it. When the player bends down, he can easily access his shoes, he takes the marker that is on the accessory, the place behind the ball and takes the said ball. Thus, said two facets allow easy recovery of the inserted part within the second recess. According to an advantageous embodiment, the lace shoe accessory, preferably for laced golf shoe, according to the invention is such that it is of monobloc type.

Thus, the fact that the accessory is monobloc type allows simplification of manufacturing and minimize the cost of manufacturing and packaging. According to an advantageous embodiment, the lace shoe accessory, preferably for laced golf shoe, according to the invention is such that it is made of plastic or metal material.

Thus, the choice of the plastic material makes it possible to obtain an extremely light weight while keeping the strength necessary for the use of the accessory.

In the case of plastics, manufacturing by an injection process makes it possible to obtain large series with high speeds and thus reduce the cost of manufacture. The choice of the metallic material would make it possible to obtain accessories in limited series in a more luxurious matter.

The invention also relates to methods of manufacturing accessories for lace-up shoes, preferably for laced golf shoes, as described above. More particularly, the invention relates to the implementation of a method of manufacturing the lace shoe accessory according to the invention, such that said method comprises a molding step, more particularly an injection molding step.

The invention also aims to provide a use of the lace shoe accessory according to the invention. According to a preferred use, said accessory is attached to a lacing loop, preferably the first lacing loop. More particularly, the laced golf shoe accessory according to the invention makes it possible to provide a marker fastened to the lace of the player's shoe and therefore very close, close to the ball to be marked.

Description of an embodiment of the invention

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the accessory 1 placed on the first lacing loop 17 of a lacing loop 16 as close as possible to the end of the shoe 2 as well as a part 13 placed on said accessory 1 and ready for use. This figure shows a block diagram of the use of the accessory 1 when it is attached to the lacing loop 16 of the shoe 2 and accommodates the part 13. FIG. 2 shows a perspective view showing the first face 3 of the accessory 1 intended to receive said lacing loop 16 of the shoe 2. It also shows the advantageous form of the lug 8, the first means fixing in the form of a recess 4, the groove 5 provided as the first retention means. It also shows the two second retaining means in the form of tabs 6 and 7. Said two second retaining means in the form of tabs are thin, long and attached elements attached to the rest of said accessory by one of their ends, the another end being free, allowing said lace to pass under said tabs. The groove 5 is preferably provided to receive and retain the first lacing loop 17. Said lacing loop is positioned under said two second retaining means in the form of tabs 6 and 7 and is retained by said tongues 6 and 7. The surface 15 defining the second recess 12 is preferably inclined from its center towards the ends, thus defining a conical surface of revolution thus facilitating the extraction of the part 13. The advantageous forms of the peripheral flange 14 and the second recess 12 are also presented. The hole blind 10 to accommodate the magnet 11 is illustrated. Finally, the recess 4, the lug 8 and the tongue 6 are distinguished from the side. The favorable arrangement and arrangement of these three elements which are the accessory 1, the magnet 11 and the part 13 are part of of the advantageous solution described by the invention.

Figures 8 to 11 show the different steps that the golf player in this case performs to score his ball using the accessory 1.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments mentioned above.

In particular, the skilled person may provide any variant in the execution of the manufacture, the methodology of the latter, dimensions, materials. Similarly, the accessory 1 as well as the part 13 are not limited to the aforementioned materials and to the latter, the composite, wood, nylon, plastics of any type, resin, zamak, ceramics , copper, bronze and precious metals. The accessory 1 and the piece 13 are not limited by their size or by their different shapes.

The invention also applies to the toy industry, sport, jewelery and goldsmith.

In addition, the invention applies to any application that would require the use of a fastening means as described by the accessory 1 described above.

Claims

1. Accessory (1) for lace shoe (2), preferably for lace golf shoe, comprising a first face (3) for receiving said lace, said first face (3) comprising at least one fastening means under form of a first recess (4), said fixing means (4) comprising at least one positioning means and a first retention means in the form of a groove (5) intended to receive said lace and at least two second means tongue-shaped retaining means (6, 7), said two second tab-shaped retention means (6, 7) partially covering said groove (5) and being located at each end thereof, said groove comprising at least a lug (8), said lug (8) being positioned between the two second tongue-like retention means (6, 7) so as to leave a space between said lug (8) and said second retention means in the form of tabs (6, 7) for insertion said lace within said groove (5) passing under said second retaining means in the form of tabs (6, 7).

2. Accessory (1) for shoe lace (2) according to claim 1, such that the at least one fixing means in the form of a first recess (4) has a plane of symmetry (A).

3. Accessory (1) for lace shoe (2) according to any one of the preceding claims, such that the at least one positioning means and a first retention means in the form of a groove (5) for receiving said lace are located in the middle of the first face (3).

4. Accessory (1) for lace shoe (2) according to any one of the preceding claims, such that the upper face of the lug (8) and said second retention means in the form of tongues (6, 7) are in the same plane.

5. Accessory (1) for shoe lace (2) according to any one of the preceding claims, such that it comprises a second face (9) intended to be oriented opposite the lace, said second face (9). comprising at least one blind hole (10) for receiving at least a third retention means.

6. Accessory (1) for lace shoe (2) according to claim 5, wherein the at least one third retention means is a magnet (11).

7. Accessory (1) for lace shoe (2) according to any one of claims 5 to 6, such that the second face (9) comprises a second recess (12) for receiving a workpiece (13) of substantially equal or less, preferably a diameter substantially equal to or greater than the part (13).

8. Accessory (1) for shoe lace (2) according to claim 7, such that the piece (13) of substantially equal size is a token, preferably a metal token, more preferably a ferromagnetic token.

9. Accessory (1) for lace-up shoe (2) according to any one of claims 7 to 8, such that the second face (9) intended to be oriented opposite the lace comprises at least one peripheral flange (14) whose height is substantially equal to the thickness of the piece (13).

Accessory (1) for lace-up shoe (2) according to any one of claims 7 to 9, such that the second recess (12) comprises a surface (15) comprising two facets located at different heights with respect to the first face (3) intended to receive said lace, preferably said at least two facets are located in parallel planes.

11. Accessory (1) for lace shoe (2) according to any one of the preceding claims, such that it is monobloc type.

12. Accessory (1) for lace-up shoe (2) according to any one of the preceding claims, as it is made of plastic or metal material.

13. A method of manufacturing the accessory (1) lace (2) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, as it comprises a molding step, a molding step, more particularly an injection molding step.

14. Use of the accessory (1) for lace shoe (2) as defined in any one of claims 1 to 12, such that said accessory is attached to a lacing loop (16), preferably the first lacing loop (17).
