一种教育用黑板强力清洁装置 技术领域
本发明涉及教学设备技术领域，更具体地说，涉及一种教育用黑板强力清洁装置。
 背景技术
黑板用于教学时实现教师与学生之间的交互，在教学过程中具有十分重要的地位；黑板通常由木板、玻璃、复合材料等多种材料整板制成；目前对黑板清洁时大都依靠人力手动清洁，清洁强度大，尤其对配合油性笔书写的黑板，很难清洗干净。
 技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于，针对现有技术的上述缺陷，提供一种清洁效果好的教育用黑板强力清洁装置。
 技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
构造一种教育用黑板强力清洁装置，包括黑板；其中，所述黑板左侧或右侧设置有清洁板，所述清洁板背面纵向设置有滚轴和喷雾装置，所述滚轴上设置有清洁毛刷；所述清洁板上还设置有驱动所述滚轴滚动的第一转动电机；所述清洁板上下两端均设置有丝杆；还包括驱动所述清洁板延所述丝杆运动的第二转动电机和遥控装置；所述喷雾装置、所述第一转动电机和所述第二转动电机均受所述遥控装置控制。
本发明所述的教育用黑板强力清洁装置，其中，所述清洁板背面两侧还设置有清洁刷。
本发明所述的教育用黑板强力清洁装置，其中，所述黑板上下两端还设置有与所述丝杆配合的丝杆支架。
本发明所述的教育用黑板强力清洁装置，其中，所述清洁板背部下端还设置有回收框。
 有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于：通过喷雾装置进行喷洒雾状清洁剂，第一转动电机带动滚轴转动，清洁毛刷进行清理，同时第二转动电机带动丝杆转动，进而带动清洁板运动，清洁效果好，对难以清洁的油性笔迹也能快速清洁干净；通过遥控装置进行控制清洁，操作方便，大大节省了人力；整体结构简单，成本低。

为了使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚，下面将结合本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述，显然，所描述的实施例是本发明的部分实施例，而不是全部实施例。基于本发明的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明较佳实施例的教育用黑板强力清洁装置如图1所示，同时参阅图2，包括黑板1，黑板1左侧或右侧设置有清洁板2，清洁板2背面纵向设置有滚轴20和喷雾装置21，滚轴20上设置有清洁毛刷200；清洁板2上还设置有驱动滚轴20滚动的第一转动电机22；清洁板2上下两端均设置有丝杆23；还包括驱动清洁板2延丝杆23运动的第二转动电机24和遥控装置（图中未显示）；喷雾装置21、第一转动电机22和第二转动电机24均受遥控装置（图中未显示）控制；通过喷雾装置21进行喷洒雾状清洁剂，第一转动电机22带动滚轴20转动，清洁毛刷200进行清理，同时第二转动电机24带动丝杆23转动，进而带动清洁板2运动，清洁效果好，对难以清洁的油性笔迹也能快速清洁干净；通过遥控装置（图中未显示）进行控制清洁，操作方便，大大节省了人力；整体结构简单，成本低。
如图1和图2所示，清洁板2背面两侧还设置有清洁刷25，防止清洁时污渍飞溅，同时起到二次清洁作用。
如图1和图2所示，黑板1上下两端还设置有与丝杆23配合的丝杆支架10，提高了运行稳定性。
如图1和图2所示，清洁板2背部下端还设置有回收框26，便于清洁落下灰尘等杂物的收集。
应当理解的是，对本领域普通技术人员来说，可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换，而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种教育用黑板强力清洁装置，包括黑板；其特征在于，所述黑板左侧或右侧设置有清洁板，所述清洁板背面纵向设置有滚轴和喷雾装置，所述滚轴上设置有清洁毛刷；所述清洁板上还设置有驱动所述滚轴滚动的第一转动电机；所述清洁板上下两端均设置有丝杆；还包括驱动所述清洁板延所述丝杆运动的第二转动电机和遥控装置；所述喷雾装置、所述第一转动电机和所述第二转动电机均受所述遥控装置控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的教育用黑板强力清洁装置，其特征在于，所述清洁板背面两侧还设置有清洁刷。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的教育用黑板强力清洁装置，其特征在于，所述黑板上下两端还设置有与所述丝杆配合的丝杆支架。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的教育用黑板强力清洁装置，其特征在于，所述清洁板背部下端还设置有回收框。
