Abstract
This invention is related to an accessory (1), which is attached to the body of the 5 jewelries, such as the necklace, badge and provides access to the smart devices like smart phones, smart watch or tablet computers by means of the Bluetooth (5.2) placed in its electronic circuit (5) within its case and displays the images or data within the smart devices on its own screen (6). This intelligent accessory device (1) attached to the jewelries facilitates communication of the disabled people, warns people against dangerous situations, harmonizes with the clothing of the users and offers functional uses in the form of ID card, badge in the work places and during conferences, meetings and seminars.

DESCRIPTION
AN INTELLIGENT ACCESSORY ATTACHED TO THE JEWELRIES
Technical Field
This invention is related to an accessory, which is attached to the body of the jewelries, such as the necklace, badge and provides access to the smart devices like smart phones, smart watch or tablet computers by means of the Bluetooth placed in its electronic circuit within its case and displays images or data within the smart devices on its own screen.
This intelligent accessory attached to the jewelries facilitates communication of the disabled people, warns people against dangerous situations, harmonizes with the clothing of the users and offers functional uses in the form of ID card, badge in the work places and during conferences, meetings and seminars.
Prior Art
Many different functional uses can be obtained by using the devices, such as smartphones, tablet computers, watches with various accessories. Different improvements are available regarding the subject matter of the invention.
In the Turkish Utility Model document no. TR 2015/06993, a jewelry is described, which can be matched with a mobile smartphone and enables transmission of the predefined warnings to the users through functioning of the light on the jewelry. However, this jewelry displays warning by using only the lighting system, which changes with respect to the tone of the light's color. Any visual function and data transfer are not available therein. Another development specified in the United States Patent document no. US 2013 0074543 explains display of the symbols on the jewelry screen after loading the
symbols from the computer to any smartphone by using a specific program and thereafter, transferring such symbols to the jewelry via the screen placed on the stone of the jewelry. However, aforementioned document describes that the symbols available in the jewelry are displayed by performing a process via the computer device beforehand. Furthermore, transmission of available image or data within the memory of the smart device to the jewelry without any prior process applied by means of any device and thereby, display of such image or data is not performed in the scope of this improvement.
Furthermore, aforementioned technique does not explain that the jewelry accessories functioning with the smart devices are unique and warn people against specific conditions, harmonize with the clothing of people, offer more functional use such as ID card, badge in business places or during the conferences, meetings and seminars.
Brief description of the invention The intelligent accessory device of the present invention attached to the jewelries is shown in enclosed figures.

The parts comprising the intelligent accessory device, which is attached to the jewelry models, are specified below:

The intelligent accessory device attached to the jewelry models and constituting the subject matter of the present invention comprises following items;
A case (4), which is placed on the body of any jewelry and inside of which the parts of the intelligent accessory device (1) are placed and which has a usb cable input socket (3) on its side to ensure battery (2) charging
A battery (2) placed on bottom side of the case (4) and transmitting operating power to the intelligent accessory device (1)
At least touchscreen with buttons (6) placed on the upper side of the case
(4) and displaying the images and/or the data transmitted by the circuit (5) and having on / off button
At least one circuit (5) placed between the screen (6) and the battery (2) inside of the case (4) and comprising a microprocessor (5.1) ensuring management of the electronic parts of the intelligent accessory device (1) and a Bluetooth processor (5.2) enabling wireless access to the smart devices or a wireless network processor (5.3)
To allow entry of the power supply cable for charging of the battery (2), a USB cable input socket (3) is available on side of the case (4) of the intelligent accessory (1) of the present invention attached to the jewelry models. USB cable input socket (3) has access to the battery (2), which is placed inside of the case (4).
The screen (6) of the intelligent accessory device (1) of the present invention attached to the jewelry models is touchscreen type on which button is available. The users can display the images and the data within the mobile smart devices on the screen (6).
The circuit (5) of the intelligent accessory (1) of the present invention attached to the jewelry models comprises a microprocessor (5.1) ensuring management of the electronic parts of the intelligent accessory device (1) and a Bluetooth processor (5.2) enabling wireless access to the smart devices.
Many different models of the intelligent accessory (1) of the present invention attached to the jewelry models can be improved; therefore, the present invention cannot be limited to the applications specified herein, but the actual invention is as explained in claims section.
Claims
1.) An intelligent accessory device attached to the jewelry models (1) comprising the parts forming the intelligent accessory device (1); a case (4) having USB cable input socket (3) on its side to allow charging of the battery (2); a battery (2) installed to the bottom side of the case (4) and transmitting operating power to the intelligent accessory device (1); at least touchscreen (6) placed on upper side of the case (4), displaying the images and/or information transmitted by the circuit (5) and having on/off button on its upper surface and characterized in that the invention further comprises at least one circuit (5), which contains a microprocessor (5.1) placed between the screen (6) and the battery (2) inside of the case (4) and ensuring management of the electronic parts of the intelligent accessory device (1); a Bluetooth processor (5.2) enabling wireless access to the smart devices or a wireless network processor (5.3).
