图7为本发明实施例所公开的一种双刷头电动牙刷的支撑套管的一个结构示意图。
下面将结合附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。
参见图1至图3所示,本发明实施例所公开的一种双刷头电动牙刷,包括手柄端1和刷头端2,二者为可拆卸连接。
具体来说,所述刷头端2包括一中空的壳体3和与该壳体3前端相连接的刷头盖4,壳体3后端连接该手柄端1且与该手柄端1为可拆卸连接,连接方式为插接或过盈配合等方式,所述刷头盖4上插接有两个滚刷轴5,滚刷轴5与刷头盖4为活动连接,滚刷轴5上植有若干刷毛,刷毛的软硬程度可根据不同洁齿需求进行布局设定和制作,其中,所述电动牙刷还包括有两个旋转传动杆6,所述旋转传动杆6一端连接所述手柄端1内的传动模块,所述旋转传动杆6从壳体3后端穿入壳体3内部,并从靠近刷头盖4的壳体3表面开设的两个通孔或者开设的槽穿出分别连接至对应的所述刷头端2的两个所述滚刷轴5上。两个旋转传动杆6分别受到手柄端1的传动模块在相反方向的两个力的作用,使得两个旋转传动杆6在转动时方向相反,进而带动滚刷轴5的旋转方向也相反,使得其上的刷毛分别在牙外侧面和牙内侧面同时进行从牙龈沟向牙冠方向的滚动拂刷和清洁,或分别在牙咀嚼面和牙内侧面同时进行滚动拂刷和清洁,或分别在牙外侧面和牙咀嚼面同时进行滚动拂刷和清洁,其中,滚刷轴上的刷毛在滚动拂刷牙内侧面或牙外侧面时,都是进行从牙龈沟向牙冠方向的滚动拂刷。
相比原有的旋转传动杆外置的方式,本发明将旋转传动杆6内置于壳体3中,一方面,避免了外置传动杆容易挤压摩擦牙龈和牙齿给用户带来不适感并带来潜在的伤害风险,也使得牙刷整体结构更美观更简洁;此外,本发明采用了两个刷头,使得牙齿内侧面和外侧面能同时实现从牙龈沟到牙冠的清洁,具有良好的顺应性。相比传统的牙刷,通过双刷头电动模式只需更短的时间达到更优的清洁效果,尤其是牙齿内侧面和牙缝处,清洁更为方便。刷头盖4可采用高科技硅胶材料,软硬适中,可以适应不同压槽弧度和牙齿形状,在牙龈和牙齿上的压力可以根据实际情况进行调节,对于佩戴整形牙箍的牙齿尤其适合,可以更完美的呵护牙龈和牙釉质。
作为本发明一个可选的实施方式,所述旋转传动杆6可以制作成硬质的传动杆,直接从壳体3内部斜向上穿出连接至滚刷轴5,为了配合旋转传动杆6的力的直线传动,在手柄端1内部与传动杆相连的传动对接部分可以斜向设置(斜向上或斜向下均可),与传动杆对接的滚刷轴5也略斜向倾斜设置,但前提是能保证力的直线传输,也即带动旋转传动杆的手柄端内的传动套与滚刷轴以及旋转传动杆在同一直线上,只不过略微倾斜。
作为本发明一个优选的实施方式,所述旋转传动杆6为采用柔性材料制成、且可曲线传动的传动软轴,对所述软轴的要求是,其具有一定的弹性且具有可延展性和伸缩性,能够将旋转运动力从一端传输到另一端,所述软轴的前端和后端均设有分别与所述滚刷轴5和手柄端1相配合连接的传动对接头(图4中的11和12所示),所述传动对接头的横截面积优选略大于所述软轴的横截面积。其中,与所述手柄端1相配合的所述软轴后端的传动连接头的截面呈矩形或方形,所述手柄端1内部设有与该截面呈矩形或方形的所述传动对接头相配合的矩形传动套,该传动套类似一个凹槽,该矩形状的传动对接头可伸入至该矩形状的传动套内部;与所述滚刷轴5相配合的所述软轴前端的传动连接头的截面呈圆柱形,传动对接头的横截面积设为略大于旋转传动杆的横截面积较好。
作为本发明一个优选的实施方式,所述传动软轴为扭力钢丝,还可以为尼龙绳或其他具有相关特性的高分子材料。所述扭力钢丝可采用单根或者相互缠绕绞合在一起的钢丝组成,扭力钢丝能够将从手柄端1内的传动模块传送的旋转力逐渐传输到滚刷轴5上,扭力钢丝打破了力的直线传导方式,使得力能够“曲线”传导,这样就不必将旋转传动杆6做成硬质的外置直线方式,相比原有的将旋转传动杆6设于壳体3外面的布置,本发明将旋转传动杆6设于壳体3内部,且优选通过扭力钢丝实现力的传送,避免了原有的传动杆外置带来的不适感和使用中的不便,以及不美观的情况。
参照图4所示,图4为本发明实施例所公开的一种双刷头电动牙刷的旋转传动杆的结构示意图,图中,省去了传动杆上的支撑套管和保护套管。所述旋转传动杆6在杆体的前端与滚刷轴5之间设有第一定位片11,在旋转传动杆6后端与矩形传动对接头之间还设有一第二定位片12。由于传动软轴
(比如扭力钢丝或者尼龙绳)本身在传动力的过程中,由于其本身特质,力会来回传动,会出现“往复伸缩和摆动”现象,以便于力的“反复”传导,而为了防止扭力钢丝被“拉扯”,使其两端不能从手柄端1和刷头端2出来,故设置了两个定位片,该定位片截面呈圆形,其截面直径应大于其侧部(其侧旁)的直径,更具体来说,第一定位片11的截面直径要大于下述所述的滚刷轴后端轴套的内径,第二定位片12的截面直径要大于传动软轴后端轴套的内径,以防止扭力钢丝从两端被拉扯出来。其中,在图5中,该旋转传动杆开始弯曲的那一部分为从壳体穿出的那一部分。
所述软轴在手柄端1的传动模块的带动下将进行旋转运动,本发明在所述软轴外部还套设有支撑套管7,所述支撑管7为弹性套管,每一根传动软轴都套接在一根弹性套管的内部。支撑套管7一方面起到耐磨保护作用,避免软轴的旋转运动损坏洁齿器外壳或伤害用户;二是起到一定支撑作用,使得软轴的旋转运动在支撑套管内部进行得更加顺畅,此外支撑套管7还具有弹性,无论其被拉伸还是压缩后均可以恢复原状。且该支撑套管7优选采用质地坚韧的钢丝弹簧管,形状如图7所示,组成弹簧管的钢丝本身直径可设为较小,以确保其弹性,钢丝弹簧管本身具有可弯曲性、弹性和可伸缩性。传动软轴(扭力钢丝)和支撑套管(钢丝弹簧管)二者相互配合,能够使得该传动软轴的旋转运动在支撑套管的内部进行得更顺畅。当选用钢丝弹簧管作为支撑套管时,可在该钢丝弹簧管的外面再包覆住一根保护套管,或者,至少在从壳体表面穿出并连接至刷头端的该段所述软质钢丝弹簧或扭力钢丝的外部还套设有保护套管,其余段的钢丝弹簧管或扭力钢丝由于本身就在壳体内部受到保护,故可以不设置保护套管,此时该保护套管其中一端的管口应当与壳体前端开设的孔或槽大小和形状相同,堵封住该壳体上的开孔或者开槽,另一端应束缚住钢丝弹簧管,防止在刷牙过程中的异物或水落入壳体内;外层的保护套管可以进一步起到保护和隔离的作用,增加传动模块的安全性和外部质感的舒适性,外层的保护管可由橡胶或硅胶或塑料或其他类似质感的材料构成。
参照图5所示,所述刷头盖4由两个一体成型的弓形支架41组成,各个所述弓形支架的前、后两端设有一通孔状的轴套,在所述滚刷轴的两端各
设有一个两端高中间低的轴承,所述轴承刚好卡合在该轴套的通孔内,二者形成活动连接。优选地,该轴承设有两个,且该两个轴承均为如图6所示的“工字轴承”,或者一个为“工字轴承”,另一个为“T字轴承”(靠近传动杆的一端)。该轴承可绕该轴套两端的通孔进行旋转,轴套的作用主要在于限制或者防止滚刷轴前后移动影响客户体验,确保其只能做圆周运动。更具体地,前述的第一定位片11是设置在滚刷轴后端轴套的前侧,第二定位片12是设置在传动软轴后端轴套的后侧、矩形传动套的前侧。
两个所述弓形支架具有一连接部42,在该连接部的中央还开设有一圆孔43,该结合部还留有供壳体3穿入的开口槽,所述壳体3从壳体3后端至壳体3前端逐渐变细,所述壳体3呈扁铲型,所述壳体3前端设有一圆形的凸起8,所述壳体3前端插入所述结合部的开口槽内,所述凸起卡合在所述圆孔内,使得刷头盖4和壳体3的连接更为牢固。当然,开孔不限于本实施例中的圆孔状,凸起的大小和圆孔的大小相等或者凸起的大小略大于圆孔的大小。
在所述刷头盖4的左右两端还设有软性包覆膜,其中,该软胶包覆膜形成于该两个弓形支架朝外的两个左右端部。刷头盖4的包覆膜与弓形支架一体成型。刷头盖4整体对各个滚刷轴5形成半包围式包覆。软性包覆膜的内表面光滑,且呈曲线形,软性包覆膜到滚刷轴5的中心轴之间的距离刚好等于或者略大于刷毛的长度,这使得刷头在贴近牙齿转动时,因软性包覆膜的阻隔,刷毛既能有效刷拂牙齿,又不会过多接触到口腔的其他部分给用户造成不适感。刷头盖4可由硅胶材料构成,既有良好的柔软质感,又有一定的坚韧性。该包覆膜也采用高科技硅胶材料,质软,即使触碰到口腔也不容易给口腔造成伤害。
具体来说,所述手柄端1包括手柄外壳,手柄外壳表面设有开关,手柄外壳内部设有传动模块、电动模块以及供电模块(参照图3),电动模块分别连接所述传动模块和供电模块。所述传动模块的顶端设有至少两个转动套,该转动套横截面呈矩形,并对应与前述的外壳后端的长方体传动对接头配合,当供电开关闭合时,在电动模块的驱动下,所述电动模块还设有与其相配合的无线充电底座,传动模块运转带动矩形的转动套也旋转,进而带动插入在该转动套内的矩形的传动对接头旋转,力将通过旋转传动杆传动至滚刷轴5,
导致滚刷轴5旋转做圆周运动使得刷毛连续对牙齿进行拂刷。该传动模块包括至少两个相啮合的传动齿轮,两个传动齿轮在运动时,刚好反向旋转,使得两根传动杆反向旋转,符合巴氏刷牙法特性。
此外,在所述壳体内部靠近底端的边缘处还设有一卡扣(图中未示出),对应地,在手柄端顶端设有与该卡口配合的卡槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用双刷头技术,牙齿内外侧面可以被同时拂刷清洗,可以显著提升刷牙的效率和洁齿效果,特别是原来往往被忽略掉的牙齿内侧和牙缝。此外,通过把旋转传动杆6内置在壳体3里头,避免了原有的外置式传动杆容易给口腔造成可能的伤害和不适问题,且更美观。
当然,本领域技术人员应当理解的是,该双刷头牙刷可扩展到多个刷头,比如三刷头的牙刷等。
根据以上特点,本发明适用的用户群体如下:
1)、佩戴牙齿矫正器的人士。
2)、希望刷牙更加便捷高效、轻松舒适的人士。
虽然以上结合优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,但本领域的技术人员应该理解,本发明所述的方法和系统并不限于具体实施方式中所述的实施例,在不背离由所附权利要求书限定的本发明精神和范围的情况下,可对本发明作出各种修改、增加、以及替换。
Claims (11)
- 一种双刷头电动牙刷,包括手柄端和刷头端,所述刷头端包括一中空的壳体和与该壳体前端相连接的刷头盖,壳体后端连接该手柄端,所述刷头盖上插接有两个滚刷轴,滚刷轴上植有刷毛,其特征在于,所述电动牙刷还包括有两个旋转传动杆,其中,所述旋转传动杆伸入所述壳体内,所述旋转传动杆的后端连接所述手柄端,所述旋转传动杆的前端从靠近刷头盖的所述壳体表面开设的孔或槽穿出分别连接至对应的所述刷头端的所述滚刷轴上。
- 如权利要求1所述的双刷头电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述旋转传动杆为采用柔性材料制成、且可曲线传动的传动软轴。
- 如权利要求2所述的双刷头电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述传动软轴为扭力钢丝或为尼龙绳。
- 如权利要求2或3所述的双刷头电动牙刷,其特征在于,在所述传动软轴的前后两端还设有分别与所述滚刷轴和手柄端配合连接的传动对接头。
- 如权利要求4所述的双刷头电动牙刷,其特征在于,在所述传动软轴前端与滚刷轴之间设有一第一定位片,在所述软轴后端与手柄端之间还设有一第二定位片。
- 如权利要求2或3所述的双刷头电动牙刷,其特征在于,在所述传动软轴的外部还套有支撑套管,所述支撑套管为弹性套管。
- 如权利要求6所述的双刷头电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述支撑套管至少在从壳体表面穿出并连接至刷头端的该段的外部还套设有保护套管。
- 如权利要求1至3任一所述的双刷头电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述刷头盖由两个一体成型的弓形支架组成,各个所述弓形支架的前、后两端设 有一通孔状的轴套,在所述滚刷轴的两端各设有一个两端高中间低的轴承,所述轴承刚好卡合在该轴套的通孔内并可绕该通孔旋转。
- 如权利要求8所述的双刷头电动牙刷,其特征在于,在所述刷头盖的左右两端还设有软性包覆膜,所述包覆膜对所述刷毛形成半包围式包覆,其中,该软性包覆膜形成于该两个弓形支架朝外的两个左右端部。
- 如权利要求8所述的双刷头电动牙刷,其特征在于,两个所述弓形支架具有一连接部,在该连接部的中央还开设有一开孔,所述壳体前端设有一凸起,所述壳体前端插入所述连接部内,所述凸起卡合在所述开孔内。
- 如权利要求4所述的双刷头电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述手柄端和壳体后端为可拆卸连接,与所述手柄端相配合的所述软轴后端的传动连接头的截面呈矩形或方形,所述手柄端内部设有与该截面呈矩形或方形的所述传动对接头相配合的传动套。
