Description
本实用新型涉及多功能直尺,尤其是中小学生画图、工程人员绘图和教师教学画图。
多功能直尺是日常生活中常用到的文具用品。目前市场上的直尺功能单一,容易损坏,不美观,使用不便。普通的直尺只能画直线,需要画等行距的平行线很难,画垂直线也受到直尺拐角磨损的影响,不能很好的画出两条相交的垂直;需要画常用角度线和圆时往往要借助两个三角尺、量角器和圆规来完成,不能用直尺直接画出常用的角度线和圆。
专利申请号:201010270057.5,多用直尺,在使用过程中,尚存在以下缺陷:画圆定位不稳;画圆半径的数值尺寸单一;无英制测量数值;不能充分利用尺子两边的空余距离测量标的物;尺子在不透明情况下无法使用角度辅助线快速定位角度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了克服现有技术存在的以上问题,现提出以下技术方案:
多功能直尺,包括尺身(1)、公制刻度线(5)、英制刻度线(7)、圆孔(8);其特征在于:所述的尺身(1)上设有平行线(2)、角度线(4)、垂直线(6);所述的尺身(1)设有一个或两个以上形状一致的锥孔(3),所述的锥孔(3)的锥面(10)与A笔尖(9)及B笔尖(11)的锥面的锥度一致;所述的在尺身(1)上锥孔(3)

该多功能直尺,包括尺身1、公制刻度线5、英制刻度线7、圆孔8;其特征在于:所述的尺身1上设有2条与直尺上下直边相平行的平行线2;尺身中间位置以及两头位置设置有与两直边相垂直的垂直线6;在中间垂直线6与尺身直角边之间设置有角度线4,且由5条角度线4等分;所述的尺身1设有一个或多个形状一致的锥孔3,
所述的锥孔3的锥面10与铅笔的锥度面配合,正好让使用者易于将铅笔插入锥孔内,且便于固定铅笔。所述的多个锥孔3之间在0-15cm部分按等差数列递增分布,相邻锥孔之间孔距分别为1cm、2cm、3cm、4cm和5cm;所述的锥孔3设置在18cm处也设置一锥孔。
画圆时,任意两孔插入一只铅笔并可以画圆;如在0刻度线处向孔内插入A铅笔13,在1cm刻度线处向孔内插入孔B铅笔12,以A铅笔13上的笔尖9为定点,以0刻度线至1cm刻度线的距离为半径,360度转动B铅笔12,用B笔尖11画出1cm半径的圆。反之也可。同理,可画出以2cm,3cm,4cm,5cm,6cm,7cm,9cm,10cm,12cm,14cm,15cm为半径的圆。
进一步的,所述的锥孔3设置在18cm处。在10cm刻度线处向孔内插入A铅笔13,在18cm刻度线处向孔内插入B铅笔12,以、A铅笔13上的A笔尖9为定点,以10cm刻度线至18cm刻度线的距离为半径,360度转动B铅笔12,用B笔尖11画出半径为8cm的圆。反之也可。
测量尺寸时,所述的尺身1两端设有辅助刻度线14,所述的辅助刻度线14数值每端为5mm。如果所测量的标的物在空间上量取不便时,需将直尺一端抵着固定端时,即可借助于辅助刻度线14量取读数。读取数值为刻度线上的读数再加上5mm。
画角度线时,当使用者需要以某一直线为基准画出常用角度线时,可以将尺身1上的角度线4对齐压在所要画的基准线上,然后沿直尺的长边划线,就可以画出以该直线为基准所需要画的角度线。所
述的角度线4为将所述的平行线2与垂直线6之间的直角等分,等分份数为6份或9份。若等分份数为6份,则将90度直角分成每份15度,可量取15度、30度、45度、60度、75度、90度。同理,若等分份数为9份,则将90度直角分成每份10度,可量取10度、20度、30度、40度、50度、60度、70度、80度、90度。
同理,角度线4可以在该尺子的中间的垂直线6的左边也以同样的方式设计,角度线4的角度值成180°角度分布,可以采用多条角度线进行均分。
画平行线时,当使用者用画完一条直线后,需要再画一条平行线时,可以将尺身1上的平行线2对齐压在刚才所画的那条直线上,然后沿直尺的长边划线,所画的这条直线就与刚才所画的那条直线平行了。
画垂直线时,当使用者需要画某一直线的垂直线时,可以将尺身1上的垂直线6重合在所要画的直线上,然后沿直尺的长边划线就可以得到一条与该直线相垂直的垂直线。
工厂钢板下料时,当该多功能直尺为不透明钢尺时,可以采用本实用新型设计的角度线槽15或角度定位孔16的设计方案来实现工厂绘制钢板下料的实际应用,具体使用方法是,当使用者沿直尺的直边画出一条直线时,如果还需要沿此直线画出一条30度的角度线,这时可以直接在尺子不动的情况下,找到第二条30°的角度线4,然后沿着该角度线的角度线槽15或角度定位孔16划线或作定位标志,然后在将尺子的直边对着刚才所作的标志的角度线位置划线就可以画
出所需要的角度线了。
