Abstract

La présente invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés acoustophorétiques de séparation de cellules biologiques (particulièrement de cellules T) d'autres liquides/matériaux au moyen d'ondes stationnaires acoustiques multi-dimensionnelles. Les dispositifs comprennent un orifice d'entrée, au moins deux orifices de sortie, et une chambre d'écoulement présentant une paire de transducteur-réflecteur ultrasonores. Spécifiquement, les cellules T, les cellules B, ou les cellules NK peuvent être séparées d'autres constituants sanguins. Un système acoustophorétique à double passage comprenant deux dispositifs acoustophorétiques disposés en série et raccordés de manière fluidique l'un à l'autre est également illustré.
