Abstract

L'invention concerne les équipements médicaux et notamment des dispositifs arthromédullaires destinés à assurer la reconstitution et la formation d'une liaison arthromédullaire, la prise d'une matière grasse osseuse, l'administration intraveineuse d'ingrédients pour traiter les articulations lésées, qui ont une forme de canules permettant l'ostéointégration, assurant une réduction et/ou une élimination d'un effet négatif d'un corps étranger sur le corps humain. Le dispositif comprend un canal traversant avec des orifices d'entrée et de sortie dont l'enveloppe est munie d'éléments filetés, est dotée d'orifices de perforation ou ne comporte pas d'orifices, est équipée d'un bouchon pour l'orifice d'entrée ou de sortie du canal traversant possédant une longueur réglable ou fixe ou réalisée sans bouchon, ou dotée au lieu de bouchon d'un capuchon dont l'orifice sert à réguler le flux de liquide, ou encore réalisée sans aucun capuchon et dotée d'une garniture qui étanchéifie l'orifice dans le tissu osseux et fixe le raccordement de l'enveloppe au bouchon ou au capuchon. Une des extrémités de l'enveloppe du canal traversant est munie d'un accessoire pour outil et d'un filet compatible avec le filet du bouchon ou du capuchon pour empêcher l'accroissement dans l'orifice du canal traversant d'un tissu cartilagineux fibreux ; à l'extrémité de l'enveloppe du canal traversant doté d'un accessoire pour outil on a réalisé une bague disposée perpendiculairement à l'enveloppe du canal traversant, le diamètre de cette bague coïncidant avec le diamètre extérieur de la coupe de l'enveloppe du canal traversant avec une largeur qui dépasse le diamètre du canal traversant.
