MULTI PURPOSE HAND TOOL
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to multi purpose hand tool for manual operation which combines pliers and automatic adjustable wrench to quickly clamp objects. Invented tool can replace multiple numbers of tools with one tool. It is suitable for loosening and tightening nuts, bolts, non standard profiles. The multifunction hand tool includes with hexagon keys, knife, pliers, wire and rod cutter, tool is suitable for SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) and Metric or Imperial units.
The present invention multipurpose hand tool is suitable and perfect for all industries & equipments, machinery , segment which contains bolts and nuts, Allen Screws, like, Aerospace, Aviation, Automotive Industries, Engineering companies, House hold Equipment, Boating, Gardening Equipment and Special Jobs Maintenance as well as assembly of industrial, equipments and machineries tool and machines and sub assemblies.
The present invention relates to a self-adjustable universal spanner Which can tighten or loose a bolt or nut simply, continuously and efficiently without the spanner head being deviated from the bolt or nut, by rotating the bolt or nut in just one direction When the spanner head is repeatedly rotated in clockwise or counterclockwise direction, like as a ratchet spanner, with the head being combined with the head of the bolt or nut. The invention may be applied to bolts or nuts having hexagonal heads or several flat dimensions. Same way for the Allen bolts present invention may fasten or loosen hexagon head bolt continuously and efficiently without the Allen key being deviated from the Allen bolt by rotating the tool just in one direction when the tool head is repeatedly rotated clockwise or counterclockwise direction such as ratchet spanner, due to designed single direction locking system.
Same way Plier can be utilized for offline electrical maintenance and also for pulling items by gripping with teeth profile on face of the plier, it can also be utilized to rotate some profiles and round diameter items by gripping at curved teeth surface. Also for removing the insulation from the electric cables.
Wire cutter can be utilize for parting off rods which can be affiliated in to the groove provided in to invented tool.
Knife can be utilized for miscellaneous purposes like cutting, etc.
Bottle opener can be utilized for opening the cold drinks bottles etc.
Background of the invention
With reference to the current scenario of industries facing lots of problems of storage of tools, handling of tools, Industries are wasting lot of valuable time in searching the right tool to do the maintenance. A single unit of machine or assembly is having different types of bolts nuts and screws etc which need different type of tools for fixing and maintenance purpose.
Describe the unmet need/problems; this is the current solutions of problems. This invention will solves.
When making use of a common hexagon key Industries are spending the large amount of money for storage and maintaining the tools at the work place. For fastening and loosening a hex head bolt with hexagonal Cavity, a bolt may be fastened and loosened by rotating the handle of the hexagon key in one direction. Thus, whenever rotated using said hexagon key, a hexagon key has to be detached from the hexagon cavity of the bolt head combined with the hexagonal head thereof. Thereafter, the combining position is adjusted and the work is repeated which fits and rotates the hex head bolt. As mentioned above, there are inconveniences in use. Since most sizes of the bolt insert grooves in the hexagon key heads are fixed according to the sizes of the hex head bolt, the hexagon key
which corresponds to the size of the bolt head must be prepared so that the preparation or use of the spanner become inconvenient. When, in the same work situation, the hexagon key is applied and used to several dimensions of the bolt heads, each hexagon key which corresponds to each size has to be replaced and used.
Therefore, there are inconveniences and trouble of preparing and replacing several sizes of spanner at work. There is a spanner so called monkey spanner, which may adjust the size of the spanner according to that of the bolt head or nut. This spanner has an advantage of to be made us of without limitation of the size of the bolt head. However, since the work of detaching and combining the spanner head from the bolt head or nut has to be also be repeated at every turns in fastening or loosening work of the bolts, the use of such a spanner had inconvenience demerit similar to a common spanner. In use, since the spanner has the which problem of gap between the fix jaw and the movable jaw is change with ease, the gap has to be readjusted frequently
Therefore, there are inconveniences and troubles of preparing and replacing several sizes of hexagon at work and so on therefore, in order to solve the inconveniences and demerits mentioned above, it has usually been prevailed that a hexagonal head fastened or loosened with the hexagon key repeating the clockwise and counter- clock wise rotation just like the ratchet type. Also in mechanical industries one unit contains lots of variety of screws, Allen bolts, wires etc. To operate whole unit it requires lots of tooling to operate. There is no tool available which is having all features which can operate bolts and nuts, screws, Allen bolts, wires,round rod cutter, cutter, plier. Etc

When, in the same work position, the spanner is applied and used to several adjoining sizes of the bolt heads and nuts, each spanner which corresponds to each size has to be replaced and used.
To operate unit it requires lot of tooling to operator. There are no tools available which had all features which can operate bolts and nuts, screws, hexagon head bolts, wires and rods cutter , cutter, plier, etc .
To resolve such problems, the spanner is invented by the present inventor, wherein said spanner may be applied uniformly to several sizes of hexagonal bolts or nuts having a fine difference of dimension. However movable jaw of the tool is slideably installed with a spring by passing through the main body and fix jaw, in provided groove for the spring the cut-off groove formed in the spanner, and then passing through the Fix jaw, and Moving jaw.
Object of the invention
The present invention provides a spanner for automatic adjusting the fine dimension, which may easily be applied to several sized bolts or nuts with hexagonal heads having fine and adjoining dimensions using one spanner by resolving overall defects and demerits of above common spanners and ratchet spanner .
It is a further object of the invention to provide a spanner which may fasten or loosen a bolt or nut by rotating the bolt or nut in just one
direction by the rotation of the spanner clockwise and counter clockwise directions with the spanner being combined with the hexagonal head, without any time the spanner being detached from and combined with the hexagonal head, when the hexagonal head of the bolt or nut is fastened or loosened.
It is a still further object of the invention to provide a spanner which may improve the efficiency of work by having the spanner be slipped and idled in the movement of the spanner to the work position for combination and by having the spanner not be idled in rotation of the spanner for fastening or loosening the bolt or nut, When the bolt head or nut fastened or loosened.
It is still further object of the invention to provide a spanner of which structure is simplified so that there is no concern about mechanical trouble and which may easily be assembled and manufactured, so as to have common home as well as industrial field make use of ratchet type spanner easily and economically by cheaply supplying with the spanner for self-adjusting the Fine dimensions of several sizes.
These and other objects of the invention are achieved by providing a self-adjustable universal spanner comprising: a spanner head member having a fix jaw and moving jaw means for seating a bolt head and a feed groove means, Wherein the moving jaw means includes groove fit at curved groove contact surface which is in surface contact with the fit at surface of moving jaw.
The present invention is provide a hexagon key with unidirectional locking system with some specific sizes, which may easily be applied to several sized hexagon cavity bolts one spanner by resolving overall defects and demerits of above common spanners and ratchet action due to unidirectional locking system
It is a further object of the invention to provide a Hexagon key which may fasten or loosen a hexagon cavity bolt by rotating the hexagon key in just one direction by the rotation of the spanner clockwise and
counter clockwise directions with the spanner being combined with the hexagonal cavity bolt, without any work of the spanner being detached from and combined with the hexagonal cavity bolt, when the hexagonal key of the bolt is fastened or loosened.
It is a still further object of the invention to provide a spanner of which structure is simplified so that there is no concern about a mechanical trouble and which may easily be assembled and manufactured, so as to have common home as well as industrial field make use of ratchet type spanner easily and economically by cheaply supplying with the spanner for self-adjusting the Fine dimensions of several sizes.
These and other objects of the invention are achieved by providing a hexagon key spanner with unidirectional locking system comprising: a spanner head member sprag having a seating a hexagon key and a sprag groove, Wherein the roller fit at curved groove contact surface which is in surface contact with the main body of the spanner.
By invented multipurpose tool screw drivers T8 and T10 can be used for same functioning like hexagon key by pulling from main body.
Further one other object of invention achieved by providing a plier with combination of use with multifunction tool with mechanism by Pushing lock button moving slide lock button to release plier handle from tool for use and keeping close by sliding lock button return Back when it is not to be used.
Further one other object of invention achieved by providing curved faces on plier handle and main body for cutting wires and rods by fitting it in curved grooves to complete cutting or parting off operation.
Further one other object of invention is achieved with providing knife and bottle opener by pulling from groove of main body and sliding back in groove by sliding back after use in main body
Statement of the invention

Hex Head Bolts loosening and tightening with ratchet actions ranging of 6 to 25 mm or ¼" to 1".
ALLEN Keys in size of 3,4,5,6 MM and l/4",7/32",3/16",5/32", and 1/8" of Inch size Allen keys , Screw Driver small and big,T8 and T9, (+) Screw driver which is commonly use for mobile screws loosening and tightening. This all tools can be use with Ratchet actions due to single side locking system. Tool also Includes Knife and Bottle Opener, Plier, Wire Cutter, Small round bar cutter.
Spanner head member having a Fix jaw, moving jaw and feed profile single direction locking system, rollers, magnet, sprag holding area etc. Fix jaw and moving Jaw for gripping a bolt head for loosening and tightening. Sprag includes profile which includes the anti rotating mechanism which is holding the hexagon keys having unidirectional locking mechanism for loosening and tightening the Hexagon cavity bolts and screwdriver and T8 and T9 Spanner, round Magnet helps to hold the Hexagon keys bits during the functioning.
Spanner having the feed profile means it helps to guide and hold the moving jaw during the Functioning where in spring grooves includes a spring inserted in groove for holding the fix jaw and Handle or Feed groove portion. Fix jaw provides support to the
Moving jaw during the functioning to hold the contact surface of the bolts and nuts.
Therefore Present Invention may fasten and loosen bolt or nut simply, continuously, efficiently without spanner head being deviated from the bolt or nut, by rotating the bolt or nut just one direction when the spanner head is repeatedly rotated clock wise and counter clockwise, such as ratchet spanner, with the head being combined with the hexagonal head of the bolt or nut and the invention may be applied to bolts or nuts having hexagonal heads of the several adjoining dimensions.
Main body having the Sprag profile helps to guide and hold the hexagonal key during the Functioning of Hexagonal key for loosening and tightening the hexagon cavity bolts roller moves in to grooves includes a roller insert in groove of sprag with a holding the hexagonal key bits with is functioning as a single direction locking system. Main body provides support to the Sprag during the functioning to hold the contact surface of the hexagonal cavity bolts and functioning like ratchet for loose or tight the hexagon cavity bolts.
Therefore Present Invention may fasten and loosen as hexagon cavity bolt simply, continuously, efficiently without spanner head being deviated from the bolt or nut, by rotating the tool just one direction when the spanner head is repeatedly rotated clock wise and counter clockwise, such as ratchet spanner, with the head being combined with the hexagonal head of the bolt or nut and the invention may be applied to bolts or nuts having hexagonal cavity bolts of the several adjoin dimension.
There for present invention provides knife and bottle opener by pulling from groove of main body and sliding back in groove by sliding back after use in main body
Therefore present invention provides plier with combination of use with multifunction tool with mechanism by Pushing lock button moving slide lock button to release plier handle from tool for use and keeping close by sliding lock button back when it is not in use.
Therefore present invention provides curved faces in two parts one on plier handle and another on main body, For cutting wires and rods by fitting it in curved grooves to complete cutting or parting off operation.

Detailed description of the invention
Before explaining the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of the construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments, as depicted in different figures as described above and of being practiced or carried out in a variety of ways. It is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation.
The Fig.3 is assembly of below described fig. 4 and fig. 5.
As shown in Fig.4, fix jaw of the present invented multipurpose hand tool comprising of multiple tools in single device, wherein the flat gripping area (1) is in straight line to grip the hexagon shape nuts bolts or surface object for tightening and loosening across flat area which is having right angle (2) on the outer front flat straight area for increasing the strength of spanner at number of places and removing the sharp edge for safety of human being on fix jaw. The curved forms (3, 4, 5, and 6) are created to provide more strength to the spanner fix jaw area. The curved radius (7, 8, 9) created to locate the fix jaw at the time of opening up to 25 mm and also providing the strength to fix jaw to sustain the load from swivel point of the fix jaw of the present invented multi purpose tool spanner part wherein the bottom radius consideration of size, strength and usability. The curved (10 & 11) are created for resting a thumb for opening the spanner up to required size of hexagon nuts or bolts with support of (12,13,14) will be also in use for higher size spanner functioning. The flat surface (15) guides the moving jaw and functions to locate the moving jaw. The chamfer (16) is providing strength to big jaw to
avoid any breakage at the time of tightening or loosening function. The small holding hole (17) is provided on fix jaw to hold the spiral spring in the groove where one end of the spiral spring is to be fitted. The swivel point (18) is provided to fix jaw for clamping with main body where the main body and moving jaw are joint at swivel point (18).
The moving jaw is shown in Fig.5 wherein the flat surface (19) of the invented tool where hexagon nuts or bolts being gripped with across flat surfaces and angle cut (20) is created on flat surface to avoid sharp edge and provide strength at number of area of the moving jaw. The curved surface (21, 22, 23, 24) are created to provide strength to the moving jaw while it is functioning with the across flat area for fastening or loosening. Deep grooved surfaces (25, 26, 27, and 28) are provided which are functioning as sliding the main body part with moving jaw. Also it will provide holding area on the moving jaw for fastening and loosening function of the invented tool spanner. The flat surface (29) is provided for supporting the moving jaw for higher size of the spanner like 25 mm. To avoid sharp corner of the moving jaw, filled radius (30, 34) are created for safety purpose. The end portion (33) of the moving jaw is completing the jaw profile which is further supported by (35) which also provides more strength to the moving jaw which is needed to provide for fastening and loosening hexagon head nuts bolts and across flat surfaces. The chamfer surface (36) is created for providing strength to moving jaw and avoid breaking of the moving jaw at the time of load condition, where it is been used as spanner for fastening or loosening function.
The fig. 2 represents detailed layout for handle front view of the present invented multipurpose hand tool wherein the serration (37) in grooved radius form and serration (38) in straight form for gripping and pulling any kind of shape in application of Loosening and fastening. The straight line (39) provided which is at right angle to support of (37) and (38) which helps in removing the sharp edge of the surface of invented tool. Arc (40) formed on the section to
provide strength for uses of pliers handle in invented tool. The cutting function done by cutting part (41) which is supported by section (42, 43), wherein part line (43) is taper angle to build Sharpe edge for the cutting of some soft or hard round diameter which suits in to the cavity. On the outer surface of the handle front view small radius cutting edge (44) is provided where curved surface (45, 46, 47) is created to develop strength and functional shape of invented spanner with reference to the fulcrum point of the pliers end. The curvature form (48, 49, 50) is generated for resting on main body of (fig7) while it is in closed (not in use) condition. At the time of function opening and closing of handle getting grip with mentioned shape while using of invented tool as a pliers. The present invented tool has pliers handle with tale part (51) for forming shape and length consideration of strength and uses revered sharp edge for safety purpose. The outer shape curve (52) is provided to hold the hand while the invented tool is use as pliers and specific radius (53, 54, and 55) are created to develop functional strength of spanner. The curve (56, 57 and 58) are provided with consideration to be help to hold the pliers handle for better grip with hand at the time of using invented tool as pliers. The cut off portion (59) is provided to hand holding or gripping area and fulcrum point (60) is provided to reduce the load to use the pliers for different functioning also same portion is locating the pliers handle at the time of functioning and holding at the time of non functioning. The curved surface (61, 62) are provided for joining the spanner portion of one upper part and pillars portion of the invented tools. The curved shape (80) is generated on pliers handle for resting on main body where the end of the pliers tail (81) is fillet radius to remove sharp edge of the pliers end for safety purpose. The curved surface (76) is use for rotating the main body guide and fillet radius (79) is use to start the pliers handle portion for better resting at main body. The parting section (120, 121, 124) of swiveling area which locks pliers handle at the time of non functioning and when pin of screw released the portion (124) of pliers handle will be open automatically with the help of spring. The spring is located at (122, 130) for better movement of the pliers handle at the time of
functioning. Formed groove (123) as pocket is provided for resting of spring with clamping of two ends for holding pliers handle. The curved (125, 126) are created very specifically for plier handle resting at the time of nonfunctioning. The hole (127) is provided as release counter for better resting of pliers handle at the end of invented tool because a screw is near the same profile which may create inconvenience at the time of resting pliers handle at its desired position. The specific radiuses (128, 129) for locking of spring functional seating on handle which it is not in use.
The separate layout for main body back view of the present invented multipurpose hand tools shown in Fig. 7. The chamfered shape edge (41, 73) are created for performing the function of cutting small items. The round plain surface (74) is generated to help /grip some small round rough surface for loosening and tightening function. The straight line (67) is provided at right angle to support (38, 39), which helps to remov the sharp edge of the surface. The curved surface (68) is generated with serration for holding small round or curved surface for fastening and tightening . The curve radius (66) is generated to provide strength to the pliers area fix end in main body part of the invented tool. The curved fillet radius (63, 65) is generated to provide strength to (78) and removing the sharp edge of (78) which may help to avoid breakage after heat treatment process where (78) is highlighted curved surface to visualize the ratcheting action single side locking system of alien key functioning. The curved surface (53,61,62, 82) is generated for joining the spanner portion of one upper side and pliers portion of the invented tool. The hexagon shape (78) for sliding the alien keys and screw drivers holding area, shown tooling in Fig. 6 being rested in shape (78) with sliding and gripped with two round magnets to function for fastening and loosening of screw drivers and alien keys. Re-leave surface (77) is allowed for rotating action of the alien keys and screw drivers. The deep groove (71) is formed for guiding and fitting of round sprag for rotating and functioning single side locking fastening and loosening actions of invented spanner. The curved surface ( 70 , 72 ) are generated for cover fastening of sprag which
preventing the function of sprag to come out at the time of functioning of the invented tool. The joining portion (76 and 54) of fix end of pliers with tool which is support for providing strength to the pliers fix end. The form (55, 59, 114) is generated in depth from top surface which includes tapping to hold locking stripe one and another end with screw threaded portion of locking stripe for functioning the movement of pliers handle for fixing it with help of screw locking and keep locked at the time of non function. The (112, 116) is swiveling area , where (112) is parting section of swiveling area which lockets plier handle at the time of nonfunctioning and when support of pin when screw release the portion of (113 ) plier handle will be open automatically with help of spring and (115) a small size threaded hole which suits the one end of locating stripe to perform locking and unlocking function of the plier handle. The curved support (57,58) is supported for support the hand while functioning . The curved surface (49,50,80,81) is generated curved surface for resting area of the plier handle which suits to the plier handle radius for better resting of the plier handle which it is in not functioning condition. The plier handle end portion(51,56) which is support hand for plier hand while functioning also generated radius for removing the sharp edges to considering the safety. The curved (113) is generated through cavity which helps to hold the plier handle with support of lockting stripe and screw by moving the screw left to right plier handle is release from 112 no and with help of spring it opens to start performing. From (83 to 104) whole generated form is mechanism for spanner moving jaw sliding and gripping the hexagonal nuts & bolts and across flat surface are being supports with the generated curved surface. The surface (83,84,85,86,87 ) is the surface which is providing the strength to the main body for spanner area invented tool. The male generated curved surface (88,89,90,91,92) is to guiding the moving jaw deep grooved surface to perform fastening and loosening function of the invented tool. The female cavity area ( 93,94,95,96,97 ) which helps to locate and grip the moving jaw to perform fastening and loosening functioning of the invented tool. The curved surface (97,98,99,100,101,102,103,104 ) is generated to support moving jaw at
the time of fastening and loosening function as well providing strength to the curved surface to prevent breakage and bending of the curved surfaces. The hole (107) is guiding the rived which is join the fix jaw with main body also support to rivet rotating and guiding while functioning the invented spanner. The through hole (108) ,where spiral spring second end is resting by fixing the second end of the spiral spring it helps to opening and closing of invented spanner and ratcheting actions at the time of fastening and loosening actions of invented tool. The deep groove (109) is fit spring for better movement of fix jaw and moving jaw with main body. The curved surface (105, 106) is generated which is providing the strength to the spanner portion of the invented tool. The curved surface (110) is generated which is joining the plier end and spanner end from bottom side of the invented tool. The curved shape (111) is generated shaped cavity which is allow the magazine and tools like alien keys and screw drivers, it is holding the all parts in it user has to remove the require parts from the magazine which is fitted in cavity no (111) . The curved surface (48, 80) is generated to support the hand at the time of functioning fastening and loosening of the invented tool. The curve shape radius (79, 47) to remove sharp edge and strength provision to cavity (111). The curved radius (46) to guide and support to plier handle at the time of functioning. The deep grooved surface (45) to perform cutting action of small diameter round bars and wires. With support of plier handle grooved surface (119) is through hole to affiliate the second end of the spring of plier to perfom spring actions of the plier, at the time of functioning the invented tool. The Fulcrum point (60) of the spanner to reducing the load to use the plier for different functioning. Also same portion is locating the plier handle at the time of functioning and holding at the time of non functioning. The formed circular grove and pocket (117, 118) is for resting spring with clamping of two ends for holding plier handle for functioning of plier handle spring action of the invented tool. The curved shaped (44) where plier hand resting at the time of fastening and loosening function of the invented tool.
As shown in Fig. 8 the hexagonal shape (131) is generated, which allows tools to fits in to the cavity to perform the fastening and loosening function of the invented tool, where small cavity (132) is provided which keeps roller (133) into the same position or push the roller always front side to maintain the position of the roller. The roller (133) is rotating along with motion of the sprag movement and generated form (135) in to the sprag which is providing the movement while sprag moves in to clockwise direction it will travel on to the slope (136) and lock with cavity generated in main body and provide force during the tightening action from the front side to fasten the alien bolts or screw.
Same way when sprag moves anti clockwise direction from front side roller will be not travel on the slope provided for (136) and spring affiliated in cavity (132) will always push the roller in to the forward direction which allows the roller smooth movement at anti clock wise direction as roller is not lock with cavity generated in main body it will not lock at the time of anti clock wise direction. The round through hole to affiliate the magnets for holding the tools which has been fitted in to cavity (131) to prevent the tools falling down due to gravity from the invented tool. The round magnets (139) which are holding the tools during the fastening and loosening function of invented tool.
As shown in Fig. 9 the External diameter (139) of the face cover which prevents single direction locking system to come out from cavity at the time of functioning of the invented tool. The clearance hole (140) to suit screw for locking face cover with main body 2 nos. as shown in figure and the external profile (141) is external profile to provide strength to face cover in respect to clamping hole , where the clearance hole (142) is allow rotating action of hexagon profile of tools.
In the front part of the invented tool, Spanner is provided having flexibility to hold nuts or bolts or any other object. Spanner head member having a fix jaw(FIG 4), Moving jaw(FIG 5) ,Plier handle(FIG 2) and feed profile, Sprag , rollers, magnet, sprag
holding area etc(INCLUDED IN MAIN BODY FIG 7). The spanner consists of fix jaw and moving jaw. Fix jaw and Moving Jaw are for gripping a bolt head for loosening and tightening. As shown in FIG .7 Spanner having the feed profile which helps to guide and hold the moving jaw during the functioning where in spring grooves means includes a spring insert groove with a holding with the fix jaw (1) and Main Body or Feed groove portion. Spring helps to operate the ratcheting action during the fastening or loosing of bolts or nuts, Fix jaw provides support to the Moving jaw during the functioning to hold the contact surface of the bolts and nuts. The fix and moving jaw adjusts the space between two jaws to hold objects (i.e. nuts and bolts) automatically with provided circular arc shaped escape curved surface (28,29, 30, 31 , 32 ) which is out of contact with the fix jaw (1) and moving jaw (2). The circular arc shaped escape curve is fix between the curved shape fixture (16,17,18,19,20,21,22) and the outer extrude (23, 24) gives more support strength which will not allow the circular arc shaped escape curved surface to come out from the fixture (16-22).
In the top parts of the device , the Knife (74) and bottle opener (75) are pivotally (105) connected with the device which is fixed on the upper slot part of the multipurpose hand tool which can be easily brought out whenever required to use. Moreover stopping guide stripe (76) is prevent to enter further from their slot provided the knife (74) and bottle opener (75), which allows only to bring out knife (74) and bottle opener (75) from their connection. The entire upper part is covered with front (102) and back (103) cover.
In the rear part of the device Sprag includes profile which includes the anti rotating mechanism which is holding the ALLEN keys and having unidirectional locking mechanism for loosening and tightening the ALLEN bolts and screwdriver and T8 and T9 Spanner Magnet helps to hold the ALLEN keys during the functioning. Moreover Plier (86, 87, 88, 89,90) is available to use for offline electrical cable maintenance.
In bottom part of the device, magazine is provided to hold multiple Allen keys with different size, which is further covered with front and back covers.
While, the invention has been described with respect to the given modifications and other applications of the invention may be made. However, it is to be expressly understood that such modifications and adaptations are within the scope of the present invention, as set forth in the following claims.
Claims
1. MULTI PURPOSE HAND TOOL consists with adjustable ratchet spanner, alien key, screw driver, pliers, wire cutter, chisel cutter a multipurpose self-adjustable universal spanner, knife and bottle opener, plier, wire cutter, small round bar cutter wherein hex head bolts loosening and tightening with ratchet actions ranging of 6 to 25 mm or ¼" to 1", wherein alien keys in size of 3,4,5,6 MM and l/4",7/32",3/16",5/32", and 1/8" of Inch size Allen keys , wherein screw driver small and big including T8 and T9, wherein spanner head member having a fix jaw, moving jaw and feed profile single direction locking system, rollers, magnet, sprag holding area.
2. MULTI PURPOSE HAND TOOL is comparing with following constructional features:
(a) sprag includes the anti rotating mechanism which is holding the hexagon keys having unidirectional locking mechanism for loosening and tightening the Hexagon cavity bolts and screwdriver and T8 and T9 Spanner;
(b) round magnet hold the hexagon keys bits during the functioning,
(c) spanner having the feed profile to guide and hold the moving jaw and spring grooves includes a spring inserted in groove for holding the fix jaw and handle or feed groove portion,
(d) spanner head member having a fix jaw, moving jaw , plier handle and feed profile, sprag , rollers, magnet, sprag holding area, where the spanner consists of fix jaw and moving jaw,
(e) each tools can be use with ratchet actions due to single side locking system;
(f) fix jaw and moving jaw for gripping a bolt head for loosening and tightening;
(g) the flat gripping area (1) is in straight line to grip the hexagonshape nuts bolts or surface object for tightening and loosening across flat area which is having right angle (2) on the outer front flat straight area for increasing the strength of spanner at number of places and removing the sharp edge for safety of human being on fix jaw;
(h) the curved forms (3, 4, 5, and 6) are created to provide more strength to the spanner fix jaw area;
(i) the small holding hole (17) is provided on fix jaw to hold the spiral spring in the groove where one end of the spiral spring is to be fitted;
(j) the swivel point (18) is provided to fix jaw for clamping with main body where the main body and moving jaw are joint at swivel point (18);
(k) deep grooved surfaces (25, 26, 27, and 28) are provided which are functioning as sliding the main body part with moving jaw;
(1) formed groove (123) as pocket is provided for resting of spring with clamping of two ends for holding pliers handle and the hole (127) is provided as release counter for better resting of pliers handle , which is further provided radiuses (128, 129) for locking of spring functional seating on handle when it is not in use;
(m) bottom part of the device, magazine is provided to hold multiple Allen keys with different size, which is further covered with front and back covers;
(n) sprag includes profile which includes the anti rotating mechanism which is holding the ALLEN keys and having unidirectional locking mechanism for loosening and tightening the ALLEN bolts and screwdriver and T8 and T9 Spanner;
plier (86, 87, 88, 89,90) is provided to use for offline electrical cable maintenance;
the top side of the device , the knife (74) and bottle opener (75) are pivotally (105) connected with the device which is fixed on the upper slot part of the multipurpose hand tool which can be easily brought out whenever required to use;
stopping guide stripe (76) is prevent to enter further from their slot provided the knife (74) and bottle opener (75), which allows only to bring out knife (74) and bottle opener (75) from their connection and the entire upper part is covered with front (102) and back (103) cover;
the male generated curved surface (88,89,90,91,92) is to guiding the moving jaw deep grooved surface to perform fastening and loosening function and the female cavity area ( 93,94,95,96,97 ) which helps to locate and grip the moving jaw to perform fastening and loosening functioning;
the hole (107) is guiding the rived which is join the fix jaw with main body also support to rivet rotating and guiding while functioning and the through hole (108) ,where spiral spring second end is resting by fixing the second end of the spiral spring it helps to opening and closing .
