作为优选,所述活动轮椅包括轮椅架和可移动式多功能坐便器,所述可移动式多功能坐便器与所述轮椅架固定连接,所述轮椅架为活动轮椅架。
作为优选,所述活动轮椅架的脚踏板部分设有2块活动床板,所述2块活动床板与所述活动轮椅架固定连接,所述2块活动床板活动连接。
作为优选,所述翻身机构包括背部翻身机构、臀部翻身机构和传动机构,所述背部翻身机构和臀部翻身机构分别与所述传动机构固定连接,所述传动机构连接臀部翻身机构的位置设置有万向节,所述万向节与所述传动机构固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的活动扶手架包括固定架部分、活动架部分和活动连接件,固定架部分各部件均为活动连接,活动架部分与固定架部分活动连接,可根据病人下床习惯调节活动架部分的角度,最大程度辅助病人活动。
(2)本发明的腰部支撑机构的支撑部分包括主平移支架和副平移支架,主平移支架和副平移支架交叉活动连接,推动腰部支撑杆做上下运动,避免了倾斜式抬起导致病人从床褥上滑下,并且腰部支撑机构利用腰部支撑杆直接撑起病人腰部,透气效果好,避免了褥疮的发生。
(3)本发明的翻身机构包括背部翻身机构、臀部翻身机构和传动机构,背部翻身机构和臀部翻身机构通过传动机构实现同步翻转,动作协调,并且能够为体重较重的病人翻身。
(4)本发明的翻身机构设有万向节,通过万向节可以实现翻身机构小角度翻转,实现了角度翻身,使得病人在翻身时更为舒适,并且翻身后病人背部透气性良好,不容易发生褥疮。

以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6和图7所示为本发明的实施例中的一种多功能护理床的结构示意图,包括床架1、床板2和床头板3,床架1与床板2螺钉连接,床头板3与床架1固定连接,还包括2个活动扶手架4、腰部支撑机构5、翻身机构6和活动轮椅7,2个活动扶手架4位于床架1的上端两侧,2个活动扶手架4与床架1螺钉连接,腰部支撑机构5位于床架1内部中间位置,腰部支撑机构5与床架1固定连接,翻身机构6位于床架1内部中间位置,翻身机构6与床架1螺钉连接,活动轮椅7位于床架1内部中间靠床尾位置,活动轮椅7与床架1卡扣连接。活动轮椅7与床架1卡扣连接,方便分离,整个多功能护理床采用电机提供运作的动力,方便护工护理。
如图2所示:活动扶手架4包括固定架部分41、活动架部分42和活动连接件43,固定架部分41与活动架部分42轴连接,活动连接件43分别与固定架部分41和活动架部分42螺钉连接,活动架部分42包括主活动支架421、扶手框架422和活动横梁423,主活动支架421包括主活动支架外壳4211、转动连接件4210和旋转轴4212,主活动支架外壳4211与旋转轴4212轴连接,转动连接件4210与旋转轴4212螺钉连接,转动连接件4210与主活动支架外壳4211轴连接。活动架部分42可围绕与固定架部分41的活动连接轴旋转,根据病人下床习惯调节活动架部分的角度,最大程度辅助病人活动。活动架部分42可围绕旋转轴4212做水平方向转动,可以最大程度的改变活动架的角度,增加病人的可活动范围。
如图3所示:活动连接件43包括固定块431、旋转块432和锁紧机构433,固定块431与固定架部分41螺钉连接,旋转块432与主活动支架外壳4211螺钉
连接,固定块431与旋转块432轴连接。锁紧机构433包括位于固定块431上的凹槽4331和位于旋转块432上的锁芯4332,凹槽4331与固定块431固定连接,锁芯4332与旋转块432活动连接。锁芯4332的上端为球状端处,球状的设计便于锁芯4332滑出凹槽4331,球状端处的大小与凹槽4331相匹配。锁芯4332的下端设置有复位弹簧,复位弹簧与锁芯4332固定连接,使用时只需轻推即可合上锁紧机构433,复位弹簧推动锁芯4332与凹槽4331卡紧,解锁时只需用力拨动活动架部分42,锁芯4332即可脱离凹槽4331,实现固定架部分41和活动架部分42的弯折。
如图4所示:腰部支撑机构5包括腰部支撑杆51、驱动部件52和支撑部分53,腰部支撑杆51位于支撑部分53的上端,腰部支撑杆51与支撑部分53螺钉连接连接,驱动部件52位于支撑部分53的一侧,驱动部件52与支撑部分53螺钉连接。驱动部件52倾斜放置,驱动部件52距离腰部支撑杆51的距离短,传动距离少,这样的结构使得护理床腰部支撑机构更加牢固,安全可靠。
如图4所示:支撑部分53包括支撑壳体531、主平移支架532和副平移支架533,主平移支架532和副平移支架533位于支撑壳体531内部,主平移支架532和副平移支架533的两端分别与支撑壳体531活动连接,主平移支架532与副平移支架533交叉活动连接。主平移支架532和副平移支架533交叉连接,节省空间便于安装。
如图4所示:主平移支架532的下端与支撑壳体531轴连接,主平移支架532上端与支撑壳体531内部上端滑动连接,副平移支架533上端与支撑壳体531轴连接,副平移支架533下端与支撑壳体531内部下端滑动连接。使用时主平移支架532和副平移支架533的同一端向内滑动,将驱动部件52倾斜方向的运动转化为主平移支架532和副平移支架533的上下方向运动。
如图5和图6所示:活动轮椅7包括轮椅架71和坐便器72,坐便器72与轮椅架71固定连接,轮椅架71为活动轮椅架71。坐便器72上端设有密封件721,仅当使用时,通过传动件723打开,并且密封件721为密封橡胶密封件,以确保密封无异味。活动轮椅7的背部还可设置安全带固定病人,使其更加安全可靠。
如图5所示:活动轮椅架71的脚踏板部分设有2块活动床板73,2块活动床板73与活动轮椅架71固定连接,2块活动床板73活动连接。脚踏板部分设
有活动床板73,结构牢固,方便病人放脚。
如图7所示:翻身机构6包括背部翻身机构61、臀部翻身机构62和传动机构63,背部翻身机构61和臀部翻身机构62分别与传动机构63固定连接,传动机构63连接臀部翻身机构62的位置设置有万向节635,万向节635与传动机构63固定连接。
如图7所示:背部翻身机构61包括2块背部翻身板611、背部翻身机构传动支架部分612和第一固定支座613,2块背部翻身板611位于第一固定支座613的两侧,2块背部翻身板611与第一固定支座613轴连接,2块背部翻身板611的背面分别与背部翻身机构传动支架部分612活动连接。背部翻身板611长度比普通护理床板宽度的一半稍短,并且背部翻身板611为矩形翻身板,翻身时背部翻身板611与病人背部的接触面积小,透气性好。
如图7所示:背部翻身机构传动支架部分612以其中心所在直线为对称轴成轴对称,背部翻身机构传动支架部分612包括2根第一传动副支架6121和2根第一传动主支架6122,第一传动副支架612的上端与背部翻身板611的背面轴连接,第一传动副支架6121和第一传动主支架6122活动连接。
如图7所示:臀部翻身机构62包括2块臀部翻身板621、臀部翻身机构传动部分622、第二固定支座623和臀部翻身机构固定框624,2块臀部翻身板621位于翻身机构固定框624中间部分的一端与翻身机构固定框624活动连接,2块臀部翻身板621的背面与臀部翻身机构传动部分622活动连接,第二固定支座623位于臀部翻身机构固定框624的下端,臀部翻身机构固定框624与第二固定支座623固定连接。
如图7所示:传动机构63还包括传动轴631、扭动件632、电动推杆633和驱动电机634,扭动件32位于传动轴631与背部翻身机构61连接处的外端,扭动件632下端与传动轴631固定连接,扭动件632的上端与电动推杆633末端固定连接,驱动电机634与电动推杆633底端固定连接。采用驱动电机634可以提供较大的动力,使得护理床翻身机构可以对体重较重的病翻身。

- 一种多功能护理床,包括床架(1)、床板(2)和床头板(3),所述床架(1)与所述床板(2)固定连接,所述床头板(3)与所述床架(1)固定连接,其特征在于:还包括2个活动扶手架(4)、腰部支撑机构(5)、翻身机构(6)和活动轮椅(7),所述2个活动扶手架(4)位于所述床架(1)的上端两侧,所述2个活动扶手架(4)与所述床架(1)固定连接,所述腰部支撑机构(5)位于所述床架(1)内部中间位置,所述腰部支撑机构(5)与所述床架(1)固定连接,所述翻身机构(6)位于床架(1)前半部分中间位置,所述翻身机构(6)与所述床架(1)固定连接,所述活动轮椅(7)位于床架(1)内部中间靠床尾位置,所述活动轮椅(7)与所述床架(1)活动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能护理床,其特征在于:所述活动扶手架(4)包括固定架部分(41)、活动架部分(42)和活动连接件(43),所述固定架部分(41)与所述活动架部分(42)活动连接,所述活动连接件(43)分别与所述固定架部分(41)和活动架部分(42)固定连接,所述活动架部分(42)包括主活动支架(421)、扶手框架(422)和活动横梁(423),所述主活动支架(421)包括主活动支架外壳(4211)、转动连接件(4210)和旋转轴(4212),所述主活动支架外壳(4211)与所述旋转轴(4212)活动连接,所述转动连接件(4210)与所述旋转轴(4212)固定连接,所述转动连接件(4210)与所述主活动支架外壳(4211)活动连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能护理床,其特征在于:所述活动连接件(43)包括固定块(431)、旋转块(432)和锁紧机构(433),所述固定块(431)与所述固定架部分(41)螺钉连接,所述旋转块(432)与所述主活动支架外壳(4211)螺钉连接,所述固定块(431)与所述旋转块(432)活动连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能护理床,其特征在于:所述锁紧机构(433)包括位于固定块(431)上的凹槽(4331)和位于旋转块(432)上的锁芯(4332),所述凹槽(4331)与所述固定块(431)固定连接,所述锁芯(4332)与所述旋转块(432)活动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能护理床,其特征在于:所述腰部支撑机构(5)包括腰部支撑杆(51)、驱动部件(52)和支撑部分(53),所述腰部支撑杆(51)位于所述支撑部分(53)的上端,所述腰部支撑杆(51)与所述支撑部分(53) 固定连接,所述驱动部件(52)位于所述支撑部分(53)的一侧,所述驱动部件(52)与所述支撑部分(53)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能护理床,其特征在于:所述支撑部分(53)包括支撑壳体(531)、主平移支架(532)和副平移支架(533),所述主平移支架(532)和副平移支架(533)位于所述支撑壳体(531)内部,所述主平移支架(532)和副平移支架(533)的两端分别与所述支撑壳体(531)活动连接,所述主平移支架(532)与副平移支架(533)交叉活动连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能护理床,其特征在于:所述主平移支架(532)的下端与所述支撑壳体(531)轴连接,所述主平移支架(532)上端与所述支撑壳体(531)内部上端滑动连接,所述副平移支架(533)上端与所述支撑壳体(531)轴连接,所述副平移支架(533)下端与所述支撑壳体(531)内部下端滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能护理床,其特征在于:所述活动轮椅(7)包括轮椅架(71)和可移动式多功能坐便器(72),所述可移动式多功能坐便器(72)与所述轮椅架(71)固定连接,所述轮椅架(71)为活动轮椅架(71)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种多功能护理床,其特征在于:所述活动轮椅架(71)的脚踏板部分设有2块活动床板(73),所述2块活动床板(73)与所述活动轮椅架(71)固定连接,所述2块活动床板(73)活动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能护理床,其特征在于:所述翻身机构(6)包括背部翻身机构(61)、臀部翻身机构(62)和传动机构(63),所述背部翻身机构(61)和臀部翻身机构(62)分别与所述传动机构(63)固定连接,所述传动机构(63)连接臀部翻身机构(62)的位置设置有万向节(635),所述万向节(635)与所述传动机构(63)固定连接。
