Abstract

一种减速装置,设置有传动组、第一传动轮(2)与第二传动轮(3),传动组具有轴杆(11)以及位移座(12),轴杆(11)穿设于位移座(12)内,使位移座(12)可于轴杆(11)上横向来回位移,并于位移座(12)表面设置有第一外螺纹(123)与第二外螺纹(124),且第二外螺纹(124)的导程大于第一外螺纹(123)的导程,而第一传动轮(2)具有第一内螺纹(21)螺合于第一外螺纹(123),第二传动轮(3)具有第二内螺纹(31)螺合于传动组的第二外螺纹(124),利用螺纹转换速度,进而简化减速装置,且方便维修以及降低使用成本。

Description

减速装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种减速装置,尤指利用螺纹作为速度转换的减速装置。
背景技术
按,在目前用于传递动力与运动的机构中,减速机的应用范围相当广泛,常见的减速机有齿轮减速机(Gear reducer)、蜗杆减速机(Worm wheel reducer)、行星减速机(Planetary gears)等,此些减速接都是应用齿轮或是齿轮与蜗杆,结构复杂且维修不易,使用成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的乃在于,利用螺纹转换速度,进而简化减速装置,且方便维修以及降低使用成本。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种减速装置,其特征在于,至少包含有:
一传动组,该传动组具有轴杆以及位移座,轴杆上设置有限位键,位移座设置有贯穿位移座两侧的穿孔,位移座于穿孔的内壁上设置有键槽,键槽平行于穿孔,而轴杆穿设于位移座的穿孔内,并使限位键位于键槽内,再者,位移座表面设置有第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹,第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹的轴向轴向平行于穿孔,第二外螺纹的导程大于第一外螺纹的导程;
一第一传动轮,该第一传动轮具有第一内螺纹,第一内螺纹螺合于传动组的第一外螺纹;
一第二传动轮,该第二传动轮具有第二内螺纹,第二内螺纹螺合于传动组的第二外螺纹;
所述的减速装置,其中:该传动组的第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹并排设置于位移座表面。
所述的减速装置,其中:该传动组的第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹重叠设置于位移座表面。
本发明还提供一种减速装置,其特征在于,至少包含有:
一传动组,该传动组具有轴杆以及位移座,轴杆上设置有限位键,位移座 设置有贯穿位移座两侧的穿孔,位移座在穿孔的内壁上设置有键槽,键槽平行于穿孔,而轴杆穿设于位移座的穿孔内,并使限位键位于键槽内,再者,位移座表面设置有第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹,第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹的轴向平行于穿孔,第二外螺纹的导程大于第一外螺纹的导程;
一第一传动轮,该第一传动轮具有第一内螺纹,第一内螺纹螺合于传动组的第一外螺纹;
一第二传动轮,该第二传动轮具有第二内螺纹,第二内螺纹螺合于传动组的第二外螺纹;
一座体组,该座体组设置有基座,以及基座内所设置的轴承,而传动组的轴杆两端固定于基座,第一传动轮与第二传动轮受轴承承托定位。
所述的减速装置,其中:该传动组的第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹并排设置于位移座表面。
所述的减速装置,其中:该传动组的第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹重叠设置于位移座表面。
凭借上述结构,当第一传动轮转动时,第一传动轮的第一内螺纹会推动第一外螺纹,使位移座于轴杆上位移,而于位移座移动的同时,位移座的第二外螺纹会推动第二传动轮的第二内螺纹,俾使第二传动轮转动,且因第二外螺纹的导程大于第一外螺纹的导程,使第二传动轮转动速率低于第一传动轮。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1与图2所示,由图中可清楚看出,本发明设置有传动组1、第一传动轮2、第二传动轮3与座体组4,其中:
该传动组1具有轴杆11以及位移座12,轴杆11上设置有限位键111,位移座12设置有贯穿位移座12两侧的穿孔121,位移座12于穿孔121的内壁上设置有键槽122,键槽122平行于穿孔121,而轴杆11穿设于位移座12的穿孔121内,并使限位键111位于键槽122内,再者,位移座12表面系并排设置有第一外螺纹123与第二外螺纹124,第一外螺纹123与第二外螺纹124的轴向平行于穿孔121,第二外螺纹124的导程大于第一外螺纹123的导程。
该第一传动轮2具有第一内螺纹21,第一内螺纹21螺合于传动组1的第一外螺纹123;
该第二传动轮3具有第二内螺纹31,第二内螺纹31螺合于传动组1的第二外螺纹124;
该座体组4设置有基座41,以及基座41内所设置的轴承42,而传动组1的轴杆11两端固定于基座41,第一传动轮2与第二传动轮3系受轴承42承托定位。
请参阅图2与图3所示,由图中可清楚看出,由于座体组4的轴承42限制了第一传动轮2与第二传动轮3位移,让第一传动轮2与第二传动轮3仅能依轴承42枢转,且轴杆11的限位键111限制了位移座12仅能横向位移无法枢转,故第一传动轮2转动时,第一传动轮2的第一内螺纹21会推动第一外螺纹123,使位移座12于轴杆11上位移,而于位移座12移动的同时,第二外螺纹124会推动第二传动轮3的第二内螺纹31,俾使第二传动轮3依轴承42枢转,凭借第二外螺纹124的导程大于第一外螺纹123的导程,使第二传动轮3转动速率低于第一传动轮2,以达到减速的目的。
请参阅图4与图5所示,由图中可清楚看出,本发明第二实施例与前述的第一实施例差异在于,该传动组5的位移座52表面所设置的第一外螺纹523与第二外螺纹524为呈重叠状,同样的,第一外螺纹523与第二外螺纹524的轴向平行于穿孔521,第二外螺纹524的导程大于第一外螺纹523的导程。
请参阅图1与图6所示,由图6中可清楚看出,本发明第三实施例与前述的第一实施例差异在于,该第三实施例传动组6的位移座62,其第二外螺纹 624为凸螺纹,第二传动轮8的第二内螺纹81为凹螺纹,而第一实施例传动组1的位移座12,其第二外螺纹124为凹螺纹,第二传动轮3的第二内螺纹31为凸螺纹,且第三实施例同样可以达到相同于第一实施例减速的功效;由前述可得知,本案传动组1、6的第二外螺纹124、624与第二传动轮2、8的第二内螺纹21、81,只要为凹螺纹以及凸螺纹相互配合即可,并不限定一定是要外螺纹或一定是要内螺纹才可,传动组1、6的第一外螺纹123、623与第一传动轮2、7的第一内螺纹21、71也同。
是以,本发明为可解决现有的问题与缺失,其关键技术在于,本发明利用限制位移座12、52仅能横向位移,并于位移座12、52上设置不同导程的第一外螺纹123、523与第二外螺纹124、524,让第一传动轮2于转动时,利用第一内螺纹21推动第一外螺纹123、523使位移座12、52横向位移,并利用位移座12、52的横向位移,使第二外螺纹124、524推动第二内螺纹31,让第二传动轮3转动,且第二传动轮3转动速率低于第一传动轮2,以达到减速的目的,并可简化减速装置,方便维修且降低使用成本。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种减速装置,其特征在于,至少包含有:
    一传动组,该传动组具有轴杆以及位移座,轴杆上设置有限位键,位移座设置有贯穿位移座两侧的穿孔,位移座于穿孔的内壁上设置有键槽,键槽平行于穿孔,而轴杆穿设于位移座的穿孔内,并使限位键位于键槽内,再者,位移座表面设置有第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹,第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹的轴向平行于穿孔,第二外螺纹的导程大于第一外螺纹的导程;
    一第一传动轮,该第一传动轮具有第一内螺纹,第一内螺纹螺合于传动组的第一外螺纹;
    一第二传动轮,该第二传动轮具有第二内螺纹,第二内螺纹螺合于传动组的第二外螺纹;
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的减速装置,其特征在于:该传动组的第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹并排设置于位移座表面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的减速装置,其特征在于:该传动组的第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹重叠设置于位移座表面。
  4. 一种减速装置,其特征在于,至少包含有:
    一传动组,该传动组具有轴杆以及位移座,轴杆上设置有限位键,位移座设置有贯穿位移座两侧的穿孔,位移座在穿孔的内壁上设置有键槽,键槽平行于穿孔,而轴杆穿设于位移座的穿孔内,并使限位键位于键槽内,再者,位移座表面设置有第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹,第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹的轴向平行于穿孔,第二外螺纹的导程大于第一外螺纹的导程;
    一第一传动轮,该第一传动轮具有第一内螺纹,第一内螺纹螺合于传动组的第一外螺纹;
    一第二传动轮,该第二传动轮具有第二内螺纹,第二内螺纹螺合于传动组的第二外螺纹;
    一座体组,该座体组设置有基座,以及基座内所设置的轴承,而传动组的轴杆两端固定于基座,第一传动轮与第二传动轮受轴承承托定位。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的减速装置,其特征在于:该传动组的第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹并排设置于位移座表面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的减速装置,其特征在于:该传动组的第一外螺纹与第二外螺纹重叠设置于位移座表面。
