为此中国专利公开号CN104248513A公开了一种粉针瓶用配药方法及单向阀式配药机构,如图1-6所示,该单向阀式配药机构,包括单向阀一6、单向阀二7,单向阀一6的一端、单向阀二7的一端分别连接导液管一8、导液管二9,单向阀一6另一端、单向阀二7另一端连接在过渡容器5上的接口一、接口二,其中单向阀一6的流向是从过渡容器5流向导液管一8,单向阀二7的流向是从导液管二9流向过渡容器5,过渡容器5的接口三连接气泵6;导液管一8端部设有针头一3,导液管二9端部设有针头二4。该配药机构在进行粉针瓶1配药时,包括准备,然后向粉针瓶1和输液袋2分别插针头一3与针头二4,抽吸输液袋2内药液至过渡容器5,将过渡容器5内药液注入粉针瓶1,同时拔出针头一3和针头二4,交换针位,向粉针瓶1和输液袋2分别 插入针头二4与针头一3,再次将粉针瓶1内药液抽吸至过渡容器5,最后将过渡容器5内药液注入输液袋2,完成配药。
该单向阀式配药机构存在的问题在于,在完成一次粉针瓶1和输液袋分别插入针头一3和针头二4,进行粉针瓶1药液注入后,需要拔出针头一3和针头二4,交换针位,再次分别插入粉针瓶1和输液袋2,才能将粉针瓶1内药液吸入输液袋2。在两次插拔针头时,不仅操作麻烦,增加了配药时间,影响了配药效率,而且插拔多次可能造成两个针头将粉针瓶1、输液袋2内药液喷洒出来造成浪费,配药量不准确,甚至如果针头插拔接触不良容易对针头造成损坏需要中途更换,提高了配药成本。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于:针对现有技术中通过该单向阀式配药机构进行粉针瓶配药时,需要两次或多次插拔针头,不仅操作麻烦,增加了配药时间,影响了配药效率,而且容易药喷洒药液,造成浪费,配药量不准确,甚至损坏针头提高了配药成本的问题,提供一种粉针瓶一体式配药机构,以及该配药机构的配药方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种粉针瓶一体式配药机构,包括输液袋针和粉针瓶针,所述输液袋针为包括通孔一和通孔二的双孔针,所述通孔一和通孔二分别连接导管一与导管二,所述粉针瓶针为包括通孔三和通孔四的双孔针,所述通孔三和通孔四分别连接导管三与导管四;所述导管一与导管三之间设有流体能够从导管一流向导管三的单向阀一,所述导管二与导管四之间设有流体能够从导管四流向导管二的单向阀二。
该粉针瓶一体式配药机构,通过单向阀一连接导管一、导管三形成流体的单向流动,单向阀二连接导管二、导管四形成流体的单向流动,其中导管一和 导管二连接输液袋针,导管三和导管四连接粉针瓶针,形成一个整体的配药机构,该配药机构直接连接输液袋和粉针瓶,配药过程中,并不需要再次拔出输液袋针和粉针瓶针,或交换输液袋和粉针瓶工位,能够一次性连接输液袋和粉针瓶。操作时,首先保持倒立输液袋和正立粉针瓶,挤压输液袋,输液袋内空气正压将药液通过通过导管一、单向阀一和导管三注入粉针瓶内混合药剂;然后放松输液袋,由于粉针瓶内注入有药液,粉针瓶内的空气压强增大,空气通过导管四、单向阀二和导管二回流至输液袋;多次重复挤压和放松输液袋,直到粉针瓶内填充所需药液容积;然后可将整个输液袋和粉针瓶翻转,即保持倒立粉针瓶和正立输液袋,并保持输液袋针与输液袋空气接触;再次交替挤压和放松输液袋,输液袋中空气通过导管一、单向阀一和导管三进入粉针瓶,粉针瓶内空气正压将药液通过导管四、单向阀二和导管二回流至输液袋,直至粉针瓶内药液全部回流至输液袋。因此,使用该配药机构,通过挤压和放松输液袋,空气在配药机构中的内循环,便能将输液袋内药液注入粉针瓶,并进一步将粉针瓶内药剂混合完毕后,其药液回流注入输液袋;该配药机构结构简单、连接方便,配药效率高;由于该配药结构为连接成一个整体,配药完成后的配药机构能够一次性进行整体更换,节约了更换时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明作详细的说明。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图7所示,一种粉针瓶一体式配药机构,包括输液袋针3和粉针瓶针4,其中输液袋针3为包括通孔一31和通孔二32的双孔针,如图8所示,通孔一31和通孔二32分别连接导管一9与导管二10;如图9所示,其中粉针瓶针4为包括通孔三41和通孔四42的双孔针,通孔三41和通孔四42分别连接导管三7与导管四8;导管一9与导管三7之间设有流体(包括液体和气体)能够从导管一9流向导管三7的单向阀一11,导管二10与导管四8之间设有流体(包括液体和气体)能够从导管四8流向导管二10的单向阀二12。
该配药机构的输液袋针3和粉针瓶针4的位置可相互替换,即输液袋针3 可替换粉针瓶针4的位置连接导管三7与导管四8,同时粉针瓶针4可替换输液袋针3的位置连接导管一9与导管二10,相当于输液袋针3和粉针瓶针4的结构、大小相同并且用途可以互通,即配药机构包括的两个针,每个针均可插入输液袋1或粉针瓶2,不分方向,在配药时不用特别注意两个针的适配对象,提高了配药机构使用的便捷性。
上述的配药机构中还包括可将粉针瓶针4与粉针瓶2整体一起在竖直平面翻转的旋转部件,如图16、17所示,其中该旋转部件的结构包括支撑板6,图中未展示电机和转轴的结构,配药机构的所有部件,包括输液袋针3和输液袋1,粉针瓶针4和粉针瓶2,四个导管和两个单向阀均固定在支撑板6上,电机转轴连接支撑板,电机旋转带动支撑板6使整个配药机构的部件均发生180度正反方向翻转,分别可实现将已经注入有药液的粉针瓶2从正向旋转倒立,可将初始位置的输液袋1从倒立旋转位正向,同时粉针瓶针4插入粉针瓶2瓶盖位置,便于更加充分彻底的将粉针瓶2内药液全部注入输液袋1,以提高配药效率,可靠性较高。
上述配药装置还包括可挤压输液袋的挤压部件5,如图16、17所示,该挤压部件5包括用于固定在旋转装置上的挂板56,挂板56上连接有后夹板51,挂板56上固定有导轨54和电机55,电机55的转轴连接与丝杆53,丝杆53与导轨54平行设置,前夹板52穿过导轨54和丝杆53,并且与后夹板51平行;输液袋1则设于前夹板52和后夹板51之间,电机55带动丝杆53旋转,前夹板52则相对后夹板51相互靠近或远离,对输液袋1实现挤压或松压,因此该挤压部件5能够实现该配药装置配药过程中自动对输液袋1药液的挤压或松压,使药液能够顺利进入导管一9、单向阀一11和导管三7,最后注入粉针瓶2。
为了输液袋针3和粉针瓶针4便于夹持,实现自动化配药,在输液袋针3和粉针瓶针4上均设有夹头一33和夹头二43,便于适配的夹持装置能够实现自动化插拔输液袋针3和粉针瓶针4。
该粉针瓶一体式配药机构,通过单向阀一11连接导管一9、导管三7,单向阀二12连接导管二10、导管四8,其中导管一9和导管二10连接输液袋针3,如图10所示,导管三7和导管四8连接粉针瓶针4,形成一个整体地配药机构。该配药机构能够直接连接输液袋1和粉针瓶2,配药时,首先保持倒立输液袋1和正立粉针瓶2,挤压输液袋1,输液袋1内空气正压将药液通过通过导管一9、单向阀一11和导管三7注入粉针瓶2内混合药剂;然后放松输液袋1,由于粉针瓶2内注入有药液,粉针瓶2内的空气压强增大,空气通过导管四8、单向阀二12和导管二10回流至输液袋1;多次重复挤压和放松输液袋1,直到粉针瓶2内填充所需药液容积;然后将整个输液袋1和粉针瓶2翻转,即保持倒立粉针瓶2和正立输液袋1,并保持输液袋针3与输液袋1空气接触;再次交替挤压和放松输液袋1,输液袋1中空气通过导管一9、单向阀一11和导管三7进入粉针瓶2,粉针瓶2内空气正压将药液通过导管四8、单向阀二12和导管二10回流至输液袋1,直至粉针瓶2内药液全部回流至输液袋1。
因此,使用该配药机构,配药过程中,并不需要再次拔出输液袋针3和粉针瓶针4,或交换输液袋1和粉针瓶2工位,能够一次性连接输液袋1和粉针瓶2;通过挤压和放松输液袋1,空气在配药机构中的内循环,便能将输液袋1内药液注入粉针瓶2,并进一步将粉针瓶2内药剂混合完毕后,其药液回流注入输液袋1;该配药机构结构简单、连接方便,配药效率高;由于该配药结构为连接成一个整体,配药完成后的配药机构能够一次性进行整体更换,节约了更换时间。
需要说明的是,该一体式配药机构的一体式意思为各个部件为彼此已经相互连接完成的部件,使用时,只需要通过输液袋针3插入输入袋1,粉针瓶针4插入粉针瓶2即可,并不需要再完成如导管一9、导管二10与输液袋针3的连接即可直接配药使用。
实施例2
本发明还提供了一种粉针瓶一体式配药机构的配药方法,包括上述的粉针瓶一体式配药机构,其配药方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、准备,如图10所示,即将输液袋针3插入输液袋1,将粉针瓶针4插入粉针瓶2,此时输液袋1保持瓶口朝下的倒立状态,粉针瓶2处于瓶口朝上的正立状态,并且输液袋针3保持接触输液袋1内药液状态;
步骤二、将药液注入粉针瓶2,如图11、12所示,即采用挤压输液袋1和放松输液袋1的至少一次挤压和放松输液袋1的循环动作,输液袋1内药液依次通过导管一9、单向阀一11和导管三7流入粉针瓶2;
步骤三、翻转输液袋1和粉针瓶2,如图13所示,即将翻转输液袋1使其瓶口为朝上的正立状态,翻转粉针2瓶使其瓶口为朝下的倒立状态,并且将输液袋针3调节为针尖接触输液袋1内空气状态;
步骤四、若干次挤压和放松输液袋1,如图14所示,即每次挤压输液袋1时,输液袋1内的空气依次进入导管一9、单向阀一11和导管三7并流入粉针瓶2;每次放松输液袋1时,粉针瓶2内空气正压将粉针瓶2内药液通过导管四8、单向阀二12和导管二10依次注入输液袋1内,通过若干次挤压和放松输液袋1的循环动作,直到粉针瓶2内药液全部被注入输液袋1内;
步骤五、取下粉针瓶2和输液袋1,完成配药,如图15所示。
为了全部或彻底的溶解粉针瓶2内药剂,使其全部输入到输液袋1中多次向粉针瓶2内注入输液袋1内药液,可重复步骤二和步骤四,直至将粉针瓶2内药剂完全溶解并输入输液袋1中,便于其全部输入到输液袋中。
在上述步骤二和步骤四中每次挤压输液袋1的持续时间为0.5-2s,每次放松输液袋1的持续时间为0.5-3s,挤压输液袋1和放松输液袋1交替进行,加快四个导管内药液或空气内循环的流动速度,提高配药效率。另外,采用在步骤二和步骤四中每次挤压输液袋1的持续时间和每次放松输液袋1的持续时间相等,均为1-2s,便于挤压部件5以相同的频率对输液袋1挤压或松压,提高配药过 程中的稳定性。
该粉针瓶一体式配药机构的配药方法,首先保持倒立输液袋1和正立粉针瓶2,挤压输液袋1,输液袋1内空气正压将药液通过通过导管一9、单向阀一11和导管三7注入粉针瓶2内混合药剂;然后放松输液袋1,由于粉针瓶2内注入有药液,粉针瓶2内的空气压强增大,空气通过导管四8、单向阀二12和导管二10回流至输液袋1;多次重复挤压和放松输液袋1,直到粉针瓶2内填充所需药液容积;然后将整个输液袋1和粉针瓶2翻转,即保持倒立粉针瓶2和正立输液袋1,并保持输液袋针3与输液袋1空气接触;再次交替挤压和放松输液袋1,输液袋1中空气通过导管一9、单向阀一11和导管三7进入粉针瓶2,粉针瓶2内空气正压将药液通过导管四8、单向阀二12和导管二10回流至输液袋1,直至粉针瓶2内药液全部回流至输液袋1。
该一体式配药机构的配药方法,通过挤压和放松输液袋1,空气在配药机构中的内循环,便能将输液袋1内药液注入粉针瓶2,并进一步将粉针瓶2内药剂混合完毕后,其药液回流注入输液袋1;使用该方法再进行配药的整个过程中,并不需要再次拔出输液袋针3和粉针瓶针4,或交换输液袋1和粉针瓶2工位,能够实现一次性连接输液袋1和粉针瓶2,并使输液袋1内药液顺利注入粉针瓶2,配药方法简单,操作方便,配药工序得到了简化,大大提高了配药效率,而且也避免了配药过程中药液的流失喷洒出来。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种粉针瓶一体式配药机构,包括输液袋针(3)和粉针瓶针(4),其特征在于,所述输液袋针(3)为包括通孔一(31)和通孔二(32)的双孔针,所述通孔一(31)和通孔二(32)分别连接导管一(9)与导管二(10),所述粉针瓶针(4)为包括通孔三(41)和通孔四(42)的双孔针,所述通孔三(41)和通孔四(42)分别连接导管三(7)与导管四(8);所述导管一(9)与导管三(7)之间设有流体能够从导管一(9)流向导管三(7)的单向阀一(11),所述导管二(10)与导管四(8)之间设有流体能够从导管四(8)流向导管二(10)的单向阀二(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的粉针瓶一体式配药机构,其特征在于,所述输液袋针(3)和粉针瓶针(4)的位置可相互替换,即所述输液袋针(3)连接所述导管三(7)与导管四(8),同时所述粉针瓶针(4)连接导管一(9)与导管二(10)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的粉针瓶一体式配药机构,其特征在于,还包括可将整个配药机构旋转的旋转部件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的粉针瓶一体式配药机构,其特征在于,所述旋转部件包括用于固定整个配药机构的支撑板(6),所述支撑板(6)通过电机驱动可在竖直平面内旋转。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的粉针瓶一体式配药机构,其特征在于,还包括可挤压输液袋(1)的挤压部件(5)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的粉针瓶一体式配药机构,其特征在于,所述挤压部件(5)包括用于固定的挂板(56),所述挂板(56)上连接有后夹板(51),所述挂板(56)上固定有导轨(54)和电机(55),所述电机(55)转轴连接与所述导轨(54)平行设置的丝杆(53),所述前夹板(52)穿过所述导轨(54)和丝杆(53);输液袋(1)设于所述前夹板(52)和后夹板(51)之间,所述电机(55)带动所述丝杆(53)旋转,所述前夹板(52)相对所述后夹板(51)靠近或远离,对输液袋(1)实现挤压或松压。
  7. 一种粉针瓶一体式配药机构的配药方法,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-6任一所述的粉针瓶一体式配药机构,其配药方法包括以下步骤:
    步骤一、准备,即将所述输液袋针(3)插入输液袋(1),将所述粉针瓶针(4)插入粉针瓶(2),此时输液袋(1)保持瓶口朝下的倒立状态,粉针瓶(2)处于瓶口朝上的正立状态,此时所述输液袋针(3)保持接触输液袋(1)内药液状态;
    步骤二、将药液注入粉针瓶(2),即采用若干次挤压输液袋(1)和放松输液袋(1)的循环动作,输液袋(1)内药液依次通过所述导管一(9)、单向阀一(11)和导管三(7)流入粉针瓶;
    步骤三、翻转输液袋(1)和粉针瓶(2),即将输液袋(1)翻转保持瓶口朝上的正立状态,粉针瓶(2)保持瓶口朝下的倒立状态,此时所述输液袋针(3)调节为针尖接触输液袋(1)内空气状态;
    步骤四、若干次挤压和放松输液袋(1),即当输液袋(1)挤压时,输液袋(1)内的空气依次进入所述导管一(9)、单向阀一(11)和导管三(7)并流入粉针瓶(2);当每次放松输液袋(1)时,粉针瓶(2)内空气正压将粉针瓶(2)内药液通过导管四(8)、单向阀二(12)和导管二(10)依次注入输液袋(1),通过若干次挤压输液袋(1)和放松输液袋(1)的循环动作,直到粉针瓶(2)内药液全部注入输液袋(1)内;
    步骤五、取下粉针瓶(2)和输液袋(1),完成配药。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的粉针瓶一体式配药机构的配药方法,其特征在于,多次重复步骤二,直到粉针瓶(2)瓶内空间全部充满药液。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的粉针瓶一体式配药机构的配药方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二或/和步骤四中的每次对输液袋(1)的挤压时间为0.5-2s。
  10. 根据根据权利要求9所述的粉针瓶一体式配药装置的配药方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二和步骤四中每次挤压输液袋(1)的持续时间和每次放松输液袋(1)的持续时间相等,均为1-2s。
