Provided is a controlled-atmosphere cold storage device for fruits and vegetables, comprising a refrigerator (1), an air conditioning cooler (2), an air pocket (3), a deodorizer (4), an N2 generator (5), a CO2 scrubber (6), a gas analyzer (7), and a cold storage body (8). The refrigerator (1) is provided below the left side of the cold storage body (8). The air conditioning cooler (2) is provided on the upper left of the cold storage body (8) and is connected to the refrigerator (1). The air pocket (3) is provided above the cold storage body (8). The deodorizer (4) is provided at the top-right corner in the cold storage body (8). The N2 generator (5) is provided on the right sidewall of the cold storage body (8), and the CO2 scrubber (6) is provided below the N2 generator (5). The downside of the cold storage body (8) is provided with the gas analyzer (7). The cold store is easy to operate and convenient to maintain.
