本発明の粒状農薬組成物においては、その他の成分として、必要により補助剤が配合される。この任意成分である補助剤の例としては、農薬活性成分の薬害軽減剤や分解防止剤、結合剤、崩壊助剤などを挙げることができる。

ピリミスルファン2部、フェンキノトリオン12部およびフェントラザミド12部の農薬活性成分混合物(粒子径20.2μm)、アリールスルホン酸塩ホルマリン縮合物5部、アリールスルホン酸塩3部、ポリアクリル酸塩3部、リン酸架橋デンプン5部、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキニルグリコールエーテル2部、プラスチックバルーン2部、珪藻土15部、ベントナイト5部およびクレー34部を混合し、所定量の水を加えて混練した後、目開き径3mmのスクリーンより押出し造粒しながら、スクレーパーにて約6mmの長さに裁断した。得られた造粒物を横置きにしたドラムに入れ、曲面で構成された外的形状となるまでドラムを回転し造粒物に転がる動きを与えた後、熱風乾燥して篩分し、農薬活性成分を26質量%含有する短径3mmの粒状農薬組成物を得た。この粒状農薬組成物は粒径3mm以上のものが80%以上である粒度分布と、水面に浮遊する性質と、短径と長径の比が約2であり、粒子表面が曲面によりなる外的形状を有し、水面での崩壊に2分を要した。
ピリミスルファン2部、フェノキサスルホン8部およびベンゾビシクロン12部の農薬活性成分混合物(粒子径14.1μm)、アリールスルホン酸塩2部、ポリアクリル酸塩2部、カルボキシメチルセルロース塩1部、リン酸架橋デンプン5部、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキニルグリコールエーテル2部、ポリアルキレングリコール3部、プラスチックバルーン2部、珪藻土15部、ベントナイト5部、クレー41部を混合し、所定量の水を加えて混練した後、目開き径5mmのスクリーンより押出し造粒しながら、スクレーパーにて約10mmの長さに裁断した。得られた造粒物を横置きにしたドラムに入れ、曲面で構成された外的形状となるまでドラムを回転し造粒物に転がる動きを与えた後、熱風乾燥して、農薬活性成分を22質量%含有する短径5mmの粒状農薬組成物を得た。この粒状農薬組成物は粒径3mm以上のものが80%以上である粒度分布と、水面に浮遊する性質と、短径と長径の比が約2であり、粒子表面が曲面によりなる外的形状を有し、水面での崩壊に6分を要した。

農薬活性成分をピロキロン48部(粒子径6.2μm)とした以外は実施例3と同様にして、農薬活性成分を48質量%含有する短径5mmの粒状農薬組成物を得た。この粒状農薬組成物は粒径3mm以上のものが80%以上である粒度分布と、水面に浮遊する性質と、短径と長径の比が約2であり、粒子表面が曲面によりなる外的形状を有し、水面で崩壊しなかった。
実施例1および比較例1の粒状農薬組成物各1粒(約75mg)を水面に処理した。その後、処理地点と該地点から4m離れた地点の水を経時的にサンプリングし、該サンプリング水中のフェントラザミド濃度を指標として、粒状農薬組成物の拡散性を評価した。結果を表1に示す。
0.25m×8mの圃場を代掻きし、イヌホタルイ種子を播種し、更に2.1葉期のイネ苗を移植した後、水深4cmに湛水し、以降は試験終了まで水深4cmを維持した。実施例2および比較例2の粒状農薬組成物250mgを前記圃場の短辺片側1辺の水際に全量処理した。粒状農薬組成物処理7日後、14日後および21日後に調査を行い、処理地点からの距離別に、イヌホタルイへの薬効(除草効果)およびイネへの薬害(生育抑制)の程度を、指数0(薬効なしまたは薬害なし)から指数100(完全枯死)までの101段階で指数評価した。結果を表2および表3に示す。
Claims (9)
- 農薬活性成分と、界面活性剤と、粒子径が1-600μmの中空体と、固体担体とを含有してなり、粒径3mm以上のものが80%以上である粒度分布と、水面に浮遊し、かつ30分以内に水面で崩壊する性質を有する粒状農薬組成物であって、前記農薬活性成分の粒子径が10μm以上かつ粒状農薬組成物短径の1/10未満であることを特徴とする粒状農薬組成物。
- 農薬活性成分の粒子径が10-300μmである請求項1に記載の粒状農薬組成物。
- 粒状農薬組成物全量基準で、農薬活性成分の配合割合の合計が8質量%以上である、請求項1または2に記載の粒状農薬組成物。
- 粒状農薬組成物全量基準で、農薬活性成分の配合割合の合計が16質量%以上である、請求項1-3のいずれかに記載の粒状農薬組成物。
- 農薬活性成分が、アジムスルフロン、アゾキシストロビン、アニロホス、イソプロチオラン、イプフェンカルバゾン、イマゾスルフロン、イミダクロプリド、インダノファン、エチプロール、エトキシスルフロン、オキサジアルギル、オキサジクロメホン、カフェンストロール、カルタップ塩酸塩、カルフェントラゾン・エチル、キノクラミン、クミルロン、クロメプロップ、シアントラニリプロール、シクロスルファムロン、シクロプロトリン、ジノテフラン、シハロホップ・ブチル、ジメタメトリン、スルホキサフロル、ダイムロン、テニルクロール、テフリルトリオン、トリアファモン、トリシクラゾール、トリフルメゾピリム、ハロスルフロン・メチル、ピラクロニル、ピラゾキシフェン、ピラゾスルフロン・エチル、ピラゾリネート、ピリフタリド、ピリブチカルブ、ピリミスルファン、ピリミノバック・メチル、ピロキロン、フェノキサスルホン、フェンキノトリオン、フェントラザミド、ブタクロール、フルセトスルフロン、プレチラクロール、プロピリスルフロン、プロベナゾール、ブロモブチド、ベンスルタップ、ベンスルフロン・メチル、ベンゾビシクロン、ベンゾフェナップ、チオベンカルブ、ペントキサゾン、メタゾスルフロン、メトミノストロビンおよびメフェナセットよりなる群から選ばれる1種または2種以上を含有するものである、請求項1-4のいずれかに記載の粒状農薬組成物。
- 農薬活性成分が、イマゾスルフロン、エチプロール、オキサジクロメホン、カフェンストロール、クロメプロップ、ジノテフラン、スルホキサフロル、テフリルトリオン、トリアファモン、トリフルメゾピリム、ハロスルフロン・メチル、ピラクロニル、ピラゾスルフロン・エチル、ピリミスルファン、ピリミノバック・メチル、ピロキロン、フェノキサスルホン、フェンキノトリオン、フェントラザミド、ブロモブチド、ベンスルフロン・メチル、ベンゾビシクロン、ベンゾフェナップ、ペントキサゾン、メトミノストロビンおよびメフェナセットよりなる群から選ばれる1種または2種以上を含有するものである、請求項1-4のいずれかに記載の粒状農薬組成物。
- 農薬活性成分が、エチプロール、カフェンストロール、クロメプロップ、ジノテフラン、スルホキサフロル、テフリルトリオン、ピラクロニル、ピロキロン、フェノキサスルホン、フェンキノトリオン、フェントラザミド、ブロモブチド、ベンゾビシクロン、ベンゾフェナップ、ペントキサゾン、メトミノストロビンおよびメフェナセットよりなる群から選ばれる1種または2種以上を含有するものである、請求項1-4のいずれかに記載の粒状農薬組成物。
- 短径と長径の比が1-3である、請求項1-7のいずれかに記載の粒状農薬組成物。
- 粒子表面が曲面によりなる外的形状を有する、請求項1-8のいずれかに記載の粒状農薬組成物。
