Estas aletas (1 1) son desmontables y se encajan con un simple movimiento.  or slots (15) for attaching fins (1 1), where said fins (1 1) allow the use of the needle (1) as an epidural needle. These fins (1 1) are removable and fit with a simple movement.

Figure 1 shows the needle (1) with and without fins (1 1). Generally, when the needle (1) is used without fins (11) it is being used as a spinal needle, while if the fins (11) are placed it is used as an epidural needle. Obviously, to insert an anesthetic medication through the syringe, the mandrel must first be removed (8).

The upper surface of the mandrel (8) is rough to facilitate its removal. The mandrel (8) also comprises a tongue (10) that indicates the correct position in which the needle (1) must be inserted and in turn, said tongue (10) indicates the numbering of the needle to be used since there are different sizes .

The different colors of the mandrel (8) facilitate the identification of the diameter of the needle that is needed at all times. The needles are in standardized colors that allow them to be quickly identified.

The first handle (6) and the mandrel (8) are larger than the existing models in the market, to adapt to the different types of hands. When placing the thumb on the emptying (14), resting in turn on the stop Anti-slip (13) and the index finger on the bottom of the first handle (6), greater control of the needle (1) is obtained. While at the time of extraction, the index and thumb fingers are preferably placed on the sides of the first handle (6), where the reliefs (16) of said sides increase friction and therefore help to extract the needle ( 1) more easily.

Both the area between the top of the first handle (6) and the anti-skid stop (13), called the first joining zone (19), and the area between the anti-skid stop (13) and the front tip (12) , called second junction zone (20), have convex geometry.

In a particular embodiment, the needle (1) of the present invention comprises an introducer needle (2) comprising a second handle (3) holding a second cannula (4), where the needle (1) is configured to engage said introducer needle (2).

It is known that when the needle (1) is used as a spinal needle, it is necessary to place the introducer needle (2), which is larger, to prevent cells from being dragged with the next needle puncture (1). skin inside the spinal cord.

This second handle (3) of the introducer needle (2) is identical to the first handle (6) of the needle (1), and therefore comprises the same elements, as shown in figure 3.0 optionally, the introducer needle (2) could incorporate a mandrel identical to the mandrel (8).
