本发明涉及一种环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂及其制备方法。本发明的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:平滑剂80-92%,乳化剂5-10%,集束剂2-7%和抗静电剂1-3%。本发明提供的涤纶DTY油剂透明无色无味,无毒无害,不会黄变。本发明用于高速加弹工艺中,可纺性好,断头少,毛丝少,在相同工艺条件下可明显提高优等品率。本发明提供涤纶DTY油剂可洗性好,染色均匀,集束性佳,卷绕成型优良,抗静电性佳,后加工进行顺利。本发明的纤维产品存放时间长,不担心长途运输中纤维会变黄,对环境无污染,对人体无毒无害。
Description
本发明涉及合成纤维加工技术中的助剂制造领域,特别涉及一种环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂及其制备方法。
目前,由于我国涤纶DTY纤维工艺迅猛发展,已成为世界上最大的涤纶纤维生产国,所生产的加弹纤维不但在国内销售,而且不断向欧美发达国家出口,因此对产品的要求越来越高,在涤纶DTY纤维加工过程中应用的DTY油剂,不但要求能使生产过程顺利进行,减少加弹过程中的断头、毛丝、卷绕成型差和优等品率低的问题,而且要求纤维在长途运输过程中不会黄变,纤维上没有对人体和对环保有毒有害的物质。而现有普通的涤纶DTY油剂,只能满足一般涤纶DTY纤维的加工要求,无法达到欧美发达国家所需的高档涤纶DTY纤维的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的难题,提供一种环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:平滑剂80-92%,乳化剂5-10%,集束剂2-7%和抗静电剂1-3%。
进一步地,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:平滑剂80%,乳化剂10%,集束剂7%和抗静电剂3%。
进一步地,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:平滑剂88.2%,乳化剂
7.5%,集束剂2.5%和抗静电剂1.8%。
进一步地,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:平滑剂90%,乳化剂7%,集束剂2%和抗静电剂1%。
进一步地,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:平滑剂92%,乳化剂5%,集束剂2%和抗静电剂1%。
进一步地,所述平滑剂为二次加氢矿物油、三次加氢矿物油和二乙基己基硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种。

进一步地,所述抗静电剂为月桂醇磷酸酯甲盐、椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯甲盐和十八醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯甲盐中的一种或多种。
一种制备上述环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按上述所述的重量百分比称取组分平滑剂、乳化剂、集束剂和抗静电剂;
2)将步骤1)中称量准确的乳化剂、集束剂和抗静电剂加入到反应釜中,加热至50±5℃,并进行均匀搅拌,使各组分充分融合;
3)将剩余组分平滑剂加入到反应釜中,搅拌30-60分钟后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:
1)本发明提供的涤纶DTY油剂透明,无色无味,无毒无害,不会黄变。
2)本发明用于高速加弹工艺中可纺性好,断头少,毛丝少,在相同工艺条件下可明显提高优等品率。
3)本发明提供的涤纶DTY油剂可洗性好,染色均匀,集束性佳,卷
绕成型优良,抗静电性佳,后加工进行顺利。
4)本发明的纤维产品存放时间长,不担心长途运输中纤维会变黄,对环境无污染,对人体无毒无害。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
平滑剂80%,其中平滑剂为二次加氢矿物油75%和二乙基己基硬脂酸酯5%的混合;
乳化剂10%,其中乳化剂为椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚8%和硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯2%的混合;
集束剂7%,其中集束剂为丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚4%和山梨醇酐硬脂酸酯3%的混合;
抗静电剂3%,其为月桂醇磷酸酯甲盐。
以上所述的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)按上述所述的重量百分比称取组分平滑剂80%(二次加氢矿物油75%、二乙基己基硬脂酸酯5%)、乳化剂10%(椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚8%、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯2%)、集束剂7%(丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚4%、山梨醇酐硬脂酸酯3%)和抗静电剂3%(月桂醇磷酸酯甲盐3%);
2)将上述称取准确的组分乳化剂10%(椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚8%、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯2%)、集束剂7%(丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚4%、山梨醇酐硬脂酸酯3%)和抗静电剂3%(月桂醇磷酸酯甲盐3%)加入到反应釜中,加热至52℃,并进行均匀搅拌,使各组分充分融合;
3)将剩余组分平滑剂80%(二次加氢矿物油75%、二乙基己基硬脂
酸酯5%)加入到反应釜中,搅拌45分钟后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂。
实施例2
一种环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
平滑剂88.2%,其中平滑剂为三次加氢矿物油78.2%和二乙基己基硬脂酸酯酯10%的混合;
乳化剂7.5%,其中乳化剂为椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚4.5%和硬脂酸酸聚氧乙烯醚3%的混合;
集束剂2.5%,其中集束剂为丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚2%和季戊四醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5%的混合;
抗静电剂1.8%,其为椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯甲盐。
以上所述的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)按上述所述的重量百分比称取组分平滑剂88.2%(三次加氢矿物油78.2%、二乙基己基硬脂酸酯酯10%)、乳化剂7.5%(椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚4.5%、硬脂酸酸聚氧乙烯醚3%)、集束剂2.5%(丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、季戊四醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5%)和抗静电剂1.8%(椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯甲盐1.8%);
2)将上述称取准确的组分乳化剂7.5%(椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚4.5%、硬脂酸酸聚氧乙烯醚3%)、集束剂2.5%(丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、季戊四醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5%)和抗静电剂1.8%(椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯甲盐1.8%)加入到反应釜中,加热至50℃,并进行均匀搅拌,使各组分充分融合;
3)将剩余组分平滑剂88.2%(三次加氢矿物油78.2%、二乙基己基硬脂酸酯酯10%)加入到反应釜中,搅拌35分钟后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂。
实施例3
一种环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
平滑剂90%,其为二次加氢矿物油90%;
乳化剂7%,其中乳化剂为椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚5%和椰子油酸聚氧乙烯酯2%的混合;
集束剂2%,其中集束剂为丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚1%和山梨醇酐硬脂酸酯1%的混合;
抗静电剂1%,其为月桂醇磷酸酯甲盐。
以上所述的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)按上述所述的重量百分比称取组分平滑剂90%(二次加氢矿物油90%)、乳化剂7%(椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、椰子油酸聚氧乙烯酯2%)、集束剂2%(丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚1%、山梨醇酐硬脂酸酯1%)和抗静电剂1%(月桂醇磷酸酯甲盐1%);
2)将上述称取准确的组分乳化剂7%(椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、椰子油酸聚氧乙烯酯2%)、集束剂2%(丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚1%、山梨醇酐硬脂酸酯1%)和抗静电剂1%(月桂醇磷酸酯甲盐1%)加入到反应釜中,加热至55℃,并进行均匀搅拌,使各组分充分融合;
3)将剩余组分平滑剂90%(二次加氢矿物油90%)加入到反应釜中,搅拌30分钟后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂。
实施例4
一种环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
平滑剂92%,其为三次加氢矿物油92%;
乳化剂5%,其中乳化剂为椰子油酸聚氧乙烯酯2%和硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯3%的混合;
集束剂2%,其为山梨醇酐硬脂酸酯;
抗静电剂1%,其中抗静电剂为月桂醇磷酸酯甲盐0.8%和十八醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯甲盐0.2%的混合。
以上所述的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)按上述所述的重量百分比称取组分平滑剂92%(三次加氢矿物油92%)、乳化剂5%(椰子油酸聚氧乙烯酯2%、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯3%)、集束剂2%(山梨醇酐硬脂酸酯2%)和抗静电剂1%(月桂醇磷酸酯甲盐0.8%、十八醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯甲盐0.2%);
2)将上述称取准确的组分乳化剂5%(椰子油酸聚氧乙烯酯2%、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯3%)、集束剂2%(山梨醇酐硬脂酸酯2%)和抗静电剂1%(月桂醇磷酸酯甲盐0.8%、十八醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯甲盐0.2%)加入到反应釜中,加热至51℃,并进行均匀搅拌,使各组分充分融合;
3)将剩余组分平滑剂92%(三次加氢矿物油92%)加入到反应釜中,搅拌60分钟后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂。
通过上述实施例1-4可以得证本发明提供的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂可以达到以下质量指标:
本发明提供的涤纶DTY油剂与现有普通涤纶DTY油剂在不同时间存放后的色泽变化比较见表1:

从表1中可以看出,随着日数的变化,现有普通涤纶DTY油剂会逐渐变黄,最终变成棕色,而本发明提供的涤纶DTY油剂的颜色一直为无色透明,没有任何变化,所以本发明提供的涤纶DTY油剂抗黄变能力强,长期存放不会变色。
本发明提供的涤纶DTY油剂中的可溶性金属检测结果(上海SGS检测)见表2:

从表2中可以看出,本发明提供的涤纶DTY油剂是对环境无污染、对人体无毒无害的油剂。
因此,本发明提供的涤纶DTY油剂透明无色无味,无毒无害,不会黄变。本发明用于高速加弹工艺中,可纺性好,断头少,毛丝少,在相同工艺条件下可明显提高优等品率。本发明提供涤纶DTY油剂可洗性好,染色均匀,集束性佳,卷绕成型优良,抗静电性佳,后加工进行顺利。本发明的纤维产品存放时间长,不担心长途运输中纤维会变黄,对环境无污
染,对人体无毒无害。
本发明提供的环保抗黄变涤纶DTY油剂适用于高速加弹机上生产细且超细或出口欧美国家等高档次涤纶DTY纤维加工工艺,其上油均匀,运转正常稳定,加工过程中断头极少,毛丝很少,卷绕成型好,优等品率高,经多家加弹厂实用,反应良好,能满足用户要求,已成为长期客户。

Claims (10)
- 一种环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:平滑剂80-92%,乳化剂5-10%,集束剂2-7%和抗静电剂1-3%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:平滑剂80%,乳化剂10%,集束剂7%和抗静电剂3%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:平滑剂88.2%,乳化剂7.5%,集束剂2.5%和抗静电剂1.8%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:平滑剂90%,乳化剂7%,集束剂2%和抗静电剂1%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:平滑剂92%,乳化剂5%,集束剂2%和抗静电剂1%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,其特征在于,所述平滑剂为二次加氢矿物油、三次加氢矿物油和二乙基己基硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰子油酸聚氧乙烯酯和硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯中的一种或多种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,其特征在于,所述集束剂为丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇酐硬脂酸酯和季戊四醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂,其特征在于, 所述抗静电剂为月桂醇磷酸酯甲盐、椰子醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯甲盐和十八醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯甲盐中的一种或多种。
- 一种制备权利要求1-9中任一项所述的环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:1)按权利要求1-5中任一项中所述的重量百分比称取组分平滑剂、乳化剂、集束剂和抗静电剂;2)将步骤1)中称量准确的乳化剂、集束剂和抗静电剂加入到反应釜中,加热至50±5℃,并进行均匀搅拌,使各组分充分融合;3)将剩余组分平滑剂加入到反应釜中,搅拌30-60分钟后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得环保抗黄变的涤纶DTY油剂。
