Abstract
본 발명은 사출 금형장치를 개시한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명은 3단 금형장치에 다단의 핀 포인트 게이트(Pin Point Gate)를 구현한 것이며, 이에따라 서로 연관성을 가지는 제품을 동시에 사출 성형하면서 3단 금형의 장점인 사출 성형을 통한 제품을 대량 생산시 사출 성형의 사이클 타임(Cycle Time)을 짧게 하여 제품의 생산 효율성을 높이고, 2단 금형의 장점인 제품과 런너의 분리 효율성을 높이면서, 종래 2단 금형과 3단 금형이 가지는 장점을 동시에 충족시키고, 사출 성형되는 제품에 대한 치수 정밀도를 높이고, 제품에 대한 사출 성형시의 재료 낭비를 줄이며, 런너에 대한 크기를 자유롭게 조절함은 물론, 다양한 형태의 게이트를 선정할 수 있도록 하고, 플렉시블 컨디션 제어(Flexible Condition Control) 및 품질 재연성 즉, 제품에 대한 최초 사출 성형 후 동일한 제품을 다시 사출 성형시 각각의 제품에 대한 품질 편차를 줄이며, 융합 및 고급화 제품의 사출 성형을 가능하게 하는 한편, 제조 및 생산 원가를 절감할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
