Abstract
L'invention concerne un instrument d'insertion de lentille intraoculaire grâce auquel l'efficacité fonctionnelle d'un piston est améliorée. L'instrument d'insertion de lentille intraoculaire, selon la présente invention, est équipé : d'un corps d'instrument sensiblement cylindrique comprenant, sur une extrémité distale de ce dernier, un cylindre d'insertion permettant l'insertion d'une lentille intraoculaire dans un œil ; d'un élément d'extrusion de lentille intraoculaire destiné à presser une lentille intraoculaire, à déplacer la lentille intraoculaire vers le cylindre d'insertion, et à pousser la lentille intraoculaire dans l'œil, l'élément d'extrusion de lentille intraoculaire étant disposé de façon à pouvoir coulisser à l'intérieur du corps d'instrument ; d'un élément cylindrique fixé sur le corps d'instrument ; d'un moyen d'alimentation en fluide pour acheminer un fluide dans l'élément cylindrique ; et d'un élément mobile pour déplacer du fait de la pression du fluide acheminé, l'élément mobile étant prévu dans l'élément cylindrique ; l'élément d'extrusion de lentille intraoculaire étant conçu de façon à coulisser à l'intérieur du corps d'instrument en étant poussé par l'élément mobile.
