Abstract
The present invention relates to a device for mounting a rotary electrical cabinet doors in the form of a hinge whose design allows full opening of the door and protects them from slipping out of the mount and in addition does not cause spontaneous closing or opening the door during maintenance. The device has a hinge (2) which has two sides of a rod (6) on which are mounted two rolling elements (7), which are in the holes sleeve (4) of Teflon, and are fit closely to the rod (6) base member hinge (2), wherein the side of the element (8) with a rod (6) is rounded and the other side (9) mounting holes (10), and rotating (3) are fastened to the cabinet walls by means of screws (11) and are opening in which is mounted a rod (6) base hinge (2), and a fixed element (12) is tapered and the movable elements are rounding (13), channels top and bottom of the housing has an opening with a contour of a rectangle (14), wherein is a rod (15) a locking (5), wherein the locking mechanism (16) is mounted on the opposite side of the hinge, halfway up the door.

The present invention relates to a device for mounting a rotary electrical cabinet doors in the form of a hinge whose design allows full opening of the door and protects them from slipping out of the mount and in addition does not cause spontaneous closing or opening the door during maintenance.
The design solves the problem of loss door hinges with strong they are opened. In addition, it reduces dysfunction involving the arbitrary closing the door. Balancing hinge makes the door remains open when it left such as the operator. They do not close involuntarily.
There are known solutions cabinets on standard hinges that prevent the full opening of the door, but only up to a certain limit point. The essence of the solution is the hinge door, solves a problem that is hanging off the hinges and as a result slipped door. Balancing hinge makes the door does not close and do not open spontaneously. They remain in the position where the operator left them.
