实施例1
本发明实施例提供了一种中继重选方法,该方法可以应用于中继设备,例如小区覆盖内的终端设备,其中,通过发现机制,该终端设备被某个远程终端选为中继,作为该远程终端的中继设备发挥作用。图4是该方法的流程图,请参照图4,该方法包括:
步骤401:所述中继设备监测通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件;
步骤402:所述中继设备判断通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件是否满足,如果满足则执行步骤403,否则回到步骤401;
步骤403:所述中继设备向以所述中继设备为中继的远程终端发送中继重选指示信息,触发所述远程终端进行中继重选。
在本实施例的一个实施方式中,通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件可以是所述中继设备的空口信道失步或者即将失步,在本实施方式中,当该中继设备检测到主小区(PCell)的物理层出现问题时,例如,该中继设备接收到N310(由网络配置的阈值)次连续失步指示,则启动T310计时器,而该T310计时器运行一段时间后,将会过期,因此,如果T310计时器启动、T310计时器正在运行、或T310计时器过期,则说明该中继设备的空口信道失步或者即将失步,从而可能导致以其作为中继的远程终端出现业务中断。因此,在本实施方式中,该中继设备一旦监测到T310计时器启动、或者T310计时器正在运行、或者T310计时器过期,也即通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件满足,则向以该中继设备作为中继的远程终端发送中继重选指示信息,以触发该远程终端进行中继重选。该中继重选指示信息可以是包含中继空口 暂时中断的发现信息。
在本实施例的另一个实施方式中,通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件可以是该中继设备接收到停止中继功能的通知。在本实施方式中,网络侧,例如eNB,可能通知中继设备停止中继功能,则本实施例的中继设备一旦接收到网络侧的该通知,则认为通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件满足,则向以该中继设备作为中继的远程终端发送中继重选指示信息,以触发该远程终端进行中继重选。该中继重选指示信息可以是包含中继功能暂时停止指示信息的发现信息。
在本实施例的又一个实施方式中,通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件可以是该中继设备的电量不足,电量不足可能导致关机,由此可能导致以其作为中继的远程终端出现业务中断。因此,在本实施方式中,该中继设备还可以监测自己的电池电量,一旦发现电池电量不足,则认为满足通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件,则向以该中继设备作为中继的远程终端发送中继重选指示信息,以触发该远程终端进行中继重选。该中继重选指示信息可以是包含电量不足指示信息的发现信息。
以上实施方式中的通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件只是举例说明,本实施例并不以此作为限制。
通过本实施例的方法,中继设备在通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件满足时,触发远程终端进行中继重选,避免了因中继设备发生链路失败而导致的远程终端的业务中断。
在本实施例的一个实施方式中,上述中继重选指示信息可以由上述中继设备通过边链路传输发送给所述远程终端。在该实施方式中,该中继重选指示信息可以包括:所述中继设备的中继标识,以及空口连接暂时中断和/或服务小区停止中继功能和/或中继设备的电量不足等。其中,该中继设备的中继标识用于告知该远程终端不能再以该中继设备作为中继,该中继设备的中继标识可以包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)等。其中,空口连接暂时中断和/或服务小区停止中继功能和/或中继设备的电量不足等用于告知该远程终端故障原因。
在本实施例的另一个实施方式中,上述中继重选指示信息可以由上述中继设备通过空口发送给基站,由基站转发给上述远程终端。在该实施方式中,该中继重选指示信息可以包括:所述远程终端的终端标识,以及空口连接即将中断和/或中继设备的 电量不足等。其中,该远程终端的终端标识用于告知该基站以上述中继设备作为中继的远程终端,该远程终端的终端标识可以包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的终端标识(ProSe relay UE ID)等。其中,该空口连接即将中断和/或中继设备的电量不足用于告知该基站故障原因。在该实施方式中,可选的,该中继重选指示信息还可以包括上述中继设备的中继标识,以告知该基站哪个中继设备不能再作为上述远程终端的中继,其中,在基站分配给该中继设备的传输资源确定的情况下,也可以不包含该中继设备的中继标识,根据接收上述信息的位置,该基站可以确定该中继设备。在该实施方式中,基站接收到该中继重选指示信息以后,即可将该信息通知给该远程终端,以触发该远程终端进行中继重选。其中,将该信息通知给该远程终端也是可选的,该基站可以通过其它方式触发该远程终端进行中继重选。
在本实施例中,为了进行中继发现,该中继设备还可以接收远程终端通过边链路传输广播的该远程终端的终端标识,并通过边链路传输向该远程终端发送自己的中继标识;或者,该中继设备主动通过边链路传输广播自己的中继标识,以便接收到该中继标识的远程终端以该中继设备作为自己中继的备选。其中,关于中继设备的中继标识,以及远程终端的终端标识,已经在前面做了说明,此处不再赘述。
通过本实施例的方法,避免了因中继设备发生链路失败而导致的远程终端的业务中断。
实施例2
本发明实施例提供了一种中继重选方法,该方法应用于远程终端,是对应实施例1的方法的远程终端侧的处理,其中,与实施例1相同的内容不再重复说明。该远程终端可以位于小区覆盖内,也可以没有小区覆盖,其可以通过边链路传输发现中继。图5是该方法的流程图,请参照图5,该方法包括:
步骤501:所述远程终端接收中继重选指示信息;
步骤502:所述远程终端在接收到所述中继重选指示信息后触发中继重选。
在步骤501中,该远程终端可以接收中继设备通过边链路传输发送的中继重选指示信息,该中继重选指示信息可以包含在中继设备发送的发现信息中;该远程终端也可以接收基站通过空口(专用信令)发送的中继重选指示信息,具体如前所述,其内 容被合并于此,在此不再赘述。一旦接收到上述中继重选指示信息,则触发该远程终端进行中继重选。
在步骤502的一个实施方式中,对于没有小区覆盖的远程终端,或者对于位于小区覆盖内的远程终端,可以通过图6的方法进行中继重选,请参照图6,该方法包括:
步骤601:通过边链路传输发现中继设备;
步骤602:测量所述远程终端与各中继设备之间的边链路信道;
步骤603:根据所述边链路信道的信道质量和电池余量选择一个中继设备。
在步骤601中,发现中继设备可以通过常规的发现机制实现,也可以通过本实施例的发现机制实现,以下对本实施例的发现机制进行说明。
在一个实施方式中,如前所述,各中继设备通过边链路传输广播自己的中继标识,则本实施例的远程终端接收各中继设备通过边链路传输广播的各中继设备的中继标识,由此发现各个中继设备。
在另一个实施方式中,如前所述,该远程终端通过边链路传输广播自己的终端标识,接收各中继设备通过边链路传输发送的各中继设备的中继标识,由此发现各中继设备。
其中,中继设备的中继标识和远程终端的终端标识已经在实施例1中做了详细说明,此处不再赘述。在本实施例中,该中继设备的中继标识和该远程终端的终端标识可以通过常规的发现信息来发送,除了上述标识以外,本实施例并不对该发现信息所包含的其它内容做限定,例如,该发现信息还可以包含PLMN ID(Public Land Mobile Network ID,公共陆地移动网络标识)、APN(Access Point Name,接入点名称)信息等。
在步骤602中,该远程终端测量其与各中继设备之间的边链路信道的信道质量,具体的测量方法不做限制。
在步骤603中,该远程终端可以根据测量出的各个边链路信道的信道质量以及自己的电池余量选择一个合适的中继设备作为自己的中继。
在步骤502的另一个实施方式中,对于位于小区覆盖内的远程终端,还可以通过图7的方法进行中继重选,请参照图7,该方法包括:
步骤701:通过边链路传输发现中继设备;
步骤702:测量所述远程终端与各中继设备之间的边链路信道;
步骤703:将测量结果和各中继设备的中继标识发送给基站;
步骤704:接收所述基站发送的中继设备指示信息;
步骤705:根据所述中继设备指示信息确定基站为所述远程终端选择的中继设备。
在步骤701-702与图6所示实施方式的步骤601-602相同,其内容被合并于此,此处不再赘述。
在步骤703中,该远程终端将测量结果和各中继设备的中继标识发送给基站,由该基站为其选择合适的中继。其中,关于中继设备的中继标识如前所述。
在步骤704中,该远程终端可以接收基站返回的中继设备指示信息,该基站可以通过专用信令将该信息发送给该远程终端。
在步骤705中,该远程终端根据接收到的基站返回的指示信息可以确定该基站为其选择的中继设备。
在本实施例中,通过图6和图7描述了远程终端进行中继重选的过程,在具体实施过程中,该远程终端可以通过图6和图7的方法进行中继选择,具体实施过程如前所述,此次不再赘述。
在本实施例中,远程终端成功选到一个新的中继以后,该远程终端可以向选中的中继发送建立连接请求,以与该中继建立连接。而后,该远程终端在成功接入新的中继后,可以释放与旧中继的链接。
通过本实施例的方法,在远程终端的中继设备无法继续作为其中继使用时,该远程终端可以重新选择到一个合适的中继,避免了因原中继链路故障而导致了业务中断。
实施例3
本发明实施例提供了一种中继重选方法,该方法应用于基站,是对应实施例1和实施例2的方法的基站侧的处理,其中,与实施例1和实施例2相同的内容不再重复说明。图8是该方法的流程图,请参照图8,该方法包括:
步骤801:接收远程终端发送的所述远程终端与各中继设备之间的边链路信道的信道测量结果和各中继设备的中继标识;
步骤802:根据所述信道测量结果和所述中继标识为所述远程终端选择中继设 备;
步骤803:将选择的中继设备通知给所述远程终端。
在本实施例中,该基站在接收到远程终端发送的上述信道测量结果以及各中继设备的中继标识后,据此为该远程终端选择合适的中继设备,并告知该远程终端,由此帮助远程终端完成了中继重选,避免了因原中继链路故障导致的业务中断。
在步骤801中,远程终端可以通过之前的中继发送上述信道测量结果和中继标识。
在步骤802中,基站可以根据该远程终端与各中继设备之间的边链路的信道测量结果为该远程终端选择合适的中继设备,具体的选择策略不做限制。
在步骤803中,可选的,该基站可以通过专用信令通知上述远程终端为其选择的中继设备,但本实施例并不以此作为限制。
在本实施例中,如前所述,该基站还可能协助中继设备指示远程终端进行中继重选,则该基站还可以接收中继设备发送的中继重选指示信息,所述中继重选指示信息包括:空口连接暂时中断和/或中继设备的电量不足,以及远程终端的终端标识;将所述中继重选指示信息发送给所述远程终端,指示所述远程终端进行中继重选。其中,该中继重选指示信息还可以包括上述中继设备的中继标识,以便基站识别该中继设备。并且,该中继重选指示信息可以由该基站通过专用信令发送给该远程终端。
在本实施例中,如前所述,该基站还可以指示中继设备停止中继功能,则该基站还可以向中继设备发送停止中继功能的指示信息,以指示该中继设备停止中继功能。其中,该基站可以通过RRC信令发送上述信息,也可以通过其它信令发送所述信息。
在本实施例中,中继设备的中继标识和远程终端的终端标识已经在实施例1中做了详细说明,此处不再赘述。
通过本实施例的方法,基站可以协助中继设备指示远程终端进行中继重选,并协助远程终端重选中继,避免了因中继链路故障导致的业务中断。
图9是本实施例的中继重选方法的信息交互示意图,从图9可以看出基站、中继设备、以及远程终端各自的处理过程。
实施例4
本发明实施例提供了一种中继重选装置,该装置应用于中继设备,例如小区覆盖内的终端设备,其被某一个远程终端选定为中继,由于该装置解决问题的原理与实施例1的方法类似,因此其具体的实施可以参照实施例1的方法的实施,内容相同之处不再重复说明。
图10是该中继重选装置的组成示意图,请参照图10,该装置1000包括:监测单元1001、判断单元1002以及发送单元1003,其中:
监测单元1001用于监测通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件;
判断单元1002用于判断通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件是否满足;
发送单元1003用于在中继通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件满足时,向以所述中继设备为中继的远程终端发送中继重选指示信息,触发所述远程终端进行中继重选;
其中,所述中继重选触发条件为所述中继设备的空口信道失步或者即将失步,或者接收到停止中继功能的通知,或者所述中继设备的电量不足。
在一个实施方式中,发送单元1003可以通过边链路传输向所述远程终端发送所述中继重选指示信息,触发所述远程终端进行中继重选。其中,所述中继重选指示信息包括:所述中继设备的中继标识,以及空口连接暂时中断和/或服务小区停止中继功能和/或中继设备的电量不足。其中,所述中继设备的中继标识包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。

在一个实施方式中,如图12所示,该选择单元1102可以包括:第一发现模块1201、第一测量模块1202、第一选择模块1203。其中,该第一发现模块1201用于通过边链路传输发现中继设备;该第一测量模块1202用于测量所述远程终端与各中继设备之间的边链路信道;该第一选择模块1203用于根据所述边链路信道的信道质量和电池余量选择一个中继设备。
其中,该第一发现模块1201可以通过接收中继设备通过边链路传输广播的所述中继设备的中继标识,来发现所述中继设备。其中,该中继设备的中继标识为:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
其中,该第一发现模块1202也可以通过边链路传输广播所述远程终端的终端标识,接收中继设备通过边链路传输发送的所述中继设备的中继标识,以发现所述中继设备。其中,所述远程终端的终端标识为:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的终端标识(ProSe UE ID)。其中,所述中继设备的中继标识为:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
在另一个实施方式中,如图13所示,该选择单元1102可以包括:第二发现模块1301、第二测量模块1302、发送模块1303、接收模块1304、以及确定模块1305。其中,该第二发现模块1301用于通过边链路传输发现中继设备;该第二测量模块1302用于测量所述远程终端与各中继设备之间的边链路信道;该发送模块1303将测量结果和各中继设备的中继标识发送给基站;该接收模块1304用于接收所述基站发送的中继设备指示信息;该确定模块用于根据所述中继设备指示信息确定基站为所述远程 终端选择的中继设备。
其中,该第二发现模块1301可以通过接收中继设备通过边链路传输广播的所述中继设备的中继标识,来发现所述中继设备。其中,该中继设备的中继标识为:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
其中,该第二发现模块1302也可以通过边链路传输广播所述远程终端的终端标识,接收中继设备通过边链路传输发送的所述中继设备的中继标识,以发现所述中继设备。其中,所述远程终端的终端标识为:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的终端标识(ProSe UE ID)。其中,所述中继设备的中继标识为:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。

在本实施例的一个实施方式中,接收单元1401还用于接收中继设备发送的中继重选指示信息,所述中继重选指示信息包括:空口连接即将中断和/或中继设备的电 量不足,以及远程终端的终端标识。发送单元1403还用于将所述中继重选指示信息发送给所述远程终端,触发所述远程终端进行中继重选。其中,该远程终端的终端标识包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的终端标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。可选的,该中继重选指示信息还包括:所述中继设备的中继标识。
在本实施例的一个实施方式中,发送单元1403还用于向中继设备发送停止中继功能指示信息,以指示所述中继设备停止中继功能。
通过本实施例的装置,基站可以协助中继设备触发远程终端进行中继重选,并协助远程终端重选中继,避免了因中继链路故障导致的业务中断。
实施例7
本发明实施例还提供了一种中继设备,该中继设备可以是小区覆盖内的终端设备(UE),其中,该中继设备包括实施例4所述的中继重选装置。
图15是本发明实施例的中继设备的组成示意图。如图15所示,该中继设备1500可以包括中央处理器1501和存储器1502;存储器1502耦合到中央处理器1501。值得注意的是,该图是示例性的;还可以使用其它类型的结构,来补充或代替该结构,以实现电信功能或其它功能。
在一个实施方式中,中继重选装置的功能可以被集成到中央处理器1501中,由中央处理器1501实现实施例4所述的中继重选反馈装置的功能,其中关于中继重选装置的功能被合并于此,在此不再赘述。
在另一个实施方式中,中继重选装置可以与中央处理器1501分开配置,例如可以将中继重选装置配置为与中央处理器1501连接的芯片,通过中央处理器1501的控制来实现中继重选装置的功能。
如图15所示,该中继设备1500还可以包括:通信模块1503、输入单元1504、音频处理单元1505、显示器1506、电源1507。值得注意的是,中继设备1500也并不是必须要包括图15中所示的所有部件;此外,中继设备1500还可以包括图15中没有示出的部件,可以参考现有技术。
如图15所示,中央处理器1501有时也称为控制器或操作控件,可以包括微处理器或其它处理器装置和/或逻辑装置,该中央处理器1501接收输入并控制中继设备 1500的各个部件的操作。
其中,存储器1502,例如可以是缓存器、闪存、硬驱、可移动介质、易失性存储器、非易失性存储器或其它合适装置中的一种或更多种。可储存各种信息,此外还可存储执行有关信息的程序。并且中央处理器1501可执行该存储器1502存储的该程序,以实现信息存储或处理等。其它部件的功能与现有类似,此处不再赘述。用中继设备1500的各部件可以通过专用硬件、固件、软件或其结合来实现,而不偏离本发明的范围。
通过本实施例的中继设备,可以触发远程终端进行中继重选,避免了因中继链路故障导致的业务中断。
实施例8
本发明实施例还提供了一种远程终端,该远程终端可以为小于覆盖内,也可以没有小区覆盖,其中,该远程终端包括实施例5所述的中继重选装置。
图16是本发明实施例的远程终端的组成示意图。如图16所示,该远程终端1600可以包括中央处理器1601和存储器1602;存储器1602耦合到中央处理器1601。值得注意的是,该图是示例性的;还可以使用其它类型的结构,来补充或代替该结构,以实现电信功能或其它功能。
在一个实施方式中,中继重选装置的功能可以被集成到中央处理器1601中,由中央处理器1601实现实施例5所述的中继重选反馈装置的功能,其中关于中继重选装置的功能被合并于此,在此不再赘述。
在另一个实施方式中,中继重选装置可以与中央处理器1601分开配置,例如可以将中继重选装置配置为与中央处理器1601连接的芯片,通过中央处理器1601的控制来实现中继重选装置的功能。
如图16所示,该中继设备1600还可以包括:通信模块1603、输入单元1604、音频处理单元1605、显示器1606、电源1607。值得注意的是,远程终端1600也并不是必须要包括图16中所示的所有部件;此外,用户设备1600还可以包括图16中没有示出的部件,可以参考现有技术。
如图16所示,中央处理器1601有时也称为控制器或操作控件,可以包括微处理器或其它处理器装置和/或逻辑装置,该中央处理器1601接收输入并控制远程终端 1600的各个部件的操作。
其中,存储器1602,例如可以是缓存器、闪存、硬驱、可移动介质、易失性存储器、非易失性存储器或其它合适装置中的一种或更多种。可储存各种信息,此外还可存储执行有关信息的程序。并且中央处理器1601可执行该存储器1602存储的该程序,以实现信息存储或处理等。其它部件的功能与现有类似,此处不再赘述。用远程终端1600的各部件可以通过专用硬件、固件、软件或其结合来实现,而不偏离本发明的范围。
通过本实施例的远程终端,可以根据中继重选指示信息触发中继重选,避免了因中继链路故障导致的业务中断。
实施例9
本发明实施例提供一种基站,该基站包括如实施例6所述的中继重选装置。
图17是本发明实施例的基站的一构成示意图。如图17所示,基站1700可以包括:中央处理器(CPU)1701和存储器1702;存储器1702耦合到中央处理器1701。其中该存储器1702可存储各种数据;此外还存储信息处理的程序,并且在中央处理器1701的控制下执行该程序,以接收中继设备或远程终端发送的各种信息、并且向中继设备或远程终端发送各种信息。
在一个实施方式中,中继重选装置的功能可以被集成到中央处理器1701中。
在另一个实施方式中,中继重选装置可以与中央处理器1701分开配置,例如可以将中继重选装置配置为与中央处理器1701连接的芯片,通过中央处理器1701的控制来实现中继重选装置的功能。
此外,如图17所示,基站1700还可以包括:收发机1703和天线1704等;其中,上述部件的功能与现有技术类似,此处不再赘述。值得注意的是,基站1700也并不是必须要包括图17中所示的所有部件;此外,基站1700还可以包括图17中没有示出的部件,可以参考现有技术。
通过本实施例的基站,可以协助中继设备触发远程终端进行中继重选,并协助远程终端重选中继,避免了因中继链路故障导致的业务中断。
实施例10
本发明实施例还提供一种通信系统,包括如实施例7所述的中继设备、实施例8所述的远程终端,以及实施例9所述的基站。
图18是本发明实施例的通信系统的一构成示意图,如图18所示,该通信系统1800包括:中继设备801、远程终端802以及基站803。其中,
中继设备801可以有一个或一个以上,其位于基站803的覆盖范围内,可以通过实施例7的中继设备来实现,其内容被合并于此,在此不再赘述。
远程终端802可以有一个或一个以上,其可以位于基站803的覆盖范围内,也可以不位于基站803的覆盖范围内,可以通过实施例8的远程终端来实现,其内容被合并于此,此处不再赘述。
基站803可以通过实施例9的基站来实现,其内容被合并于此,此处不再赘述。
通过本实施例的通信系统,远程终端可以在中继链路故障的情况下重新选择合适的中继,避免了因中继链路故障导致的业务中断。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读程序,其中当在中继重选装置或中继设备中执行所述程序时,所述程序使得计算机在所述中继重选装置或中继设备中执行实施例1所述的中继重选方法。
本发明实施例还提供了一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质,其中所述计算机可读程序使得计算机在中继重选装置或中继设备中执行实施例1所述的中继重选方法。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读程序,其中当在中继重选装置或远程终端中执行所述程序时,所述程序使得计算机在所述中继重选装置或远程终端中执行实施例2所述的中继重选方法。
本发明实施例还提供了一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质,其中所述计算机可读程序使得计算机在中继重选装置或远程终端中执行实施例2所述的中继重选方法。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读程序,其中当在中继重选装置或基站中执行所述程序时,所述程序使得计算机在所述中继重选装置或基站中执行实施例3所述的中继重选方法。
本发明实施例还提供了一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质,其中所述计算机 可读程序使得计算机在中继重选装置或基站中执行实施例3所述的中继重选方法。
本发明以上的装置和方法可以由硬件实现,也可以由硬件结合软件实现。本发明涉及这样的计算机可读程序,当该程序被逻辑部件所执行时,能够使该逻辑部件实现上文所述的装置或构成部件,或使该逻辑部件实现上文所述的各种方法或步骤。逻辑部件例如现场可编程逻辑部件、微处理器、计算机中使用的处理器等。本发明还涉及用于存储以上程序的存储介质,如硬盘、磁盘、光盘、DVD、flash存储器等。
以上结合具体的实施方式对本发明进行了描述,但本领域技术人员应该清楚,这些描述都是示例性的,并不是对本发明保护范围的限制。本领域技术人员可以根据本发明的精神和原理对本发明做出各种变型和修改,这些变型和修改也在本发明的范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种中继重选装置,应用于中继设备,其中,所述装置包括:
    监测单元,其监测通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件;
    判断单元,其判断通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件是否满足;
    发送单元,其在中继通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件满足时,向以所述中继设备为中继的远程终端发送中继重选指示信息,触发所述远程终端进行中继重选;
    其中,所述通知远程终端进行中继重选的触发条件为T310计时器启动或T310计时器正在运行或T310计时器过期,或者接收到停止中继功能的通知,或者所述中继设备的电量不足。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述发送单元通过边链路传输向所述远程终端发送所述中继重选指示信息,指示所述远程终端进行中继重选;
    其中,所述中继重选指示信息包括:所述中继设备的中继标识,以及空口连接暂时中断和/或服务小区停止中继功能和/或中继设备的电量不足;
    其中,所述中继设备的中继标识包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述发送单元通过空口向基站发送所述中继重选指示信息,指示所述基站通知所述远程终端进行中继重选;
    其中,所述中继重选指示信息包括:所述远程终端的终端标识,以及空口连接即将中断和/或中继设备的电量不足;
    其中,所述远程终端的终端标识包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的终端标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中,所述中继重选指示信息还包括:所述中继设备的中继标识,包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    接收单元,其接收远程终端通过边链路传输广播的所述远程终端的终端标识;
    所述发送单元还用于通过边链路传输向所述远程终端发送所述中继设备的中继标识;
    其中,所述中继设备的中继标识包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID);
    其中,所述远程终端的终端标识包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的终端标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述发送单元还用于通过边链路传输广播所述中继设备的中继标识;
    其中,所述中继设备的中继标识包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  7. 一种中继重选装置,应用于远程终端,其中,所述装置包括:
    接收单元,其接收中继重选指示信息;
    选择单元,其在所述接收单元接收到所述中继重选指示信息后触发中继重选。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述接收单元接收中继设备通过边链路传输发送的中继重选指示信息;
    其中,所述中继重选指示信息包括:所述中继设备的中继标识,以及空口连接暂时中断和/或服务小区停止中继功能和/或中继设备的电量不足;
    其中,所述中继设备的中继标识包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述接收单元接收基站通过空口发送的中继重选指示信息;
    其中,所述中继重选指示信息包括:所述远程终端的终端标识,以及空口连接即将中断和/或中继设备的电量不足;
    其中,所述远程终端的终端标识包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的终端标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述中继重选指示信息还包括:所述中继设备的中继标识,包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述选择单元包括:
    第一发现模块,其通过边链路传输发现中继设备;
    第一测量模块,其测量所述远程终端与各中继设备之间的边链路信道;
    第一选择模块,其根据所述边链路信道的信道质量和电池余量选择一个中继设备。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述第一发现模块接收中继设备通过边链路传输广播的所述中继设备的中继标识,以发现所述中继设备;
    其中,所述中继设备的中继标识为:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述第一发现模块通过边链路传输广播所述远程终端的终端标识,接收中继设备通过边链路传输发送的所述中继设备的中继标识,以发现所述中继设备;
    其中,所述远程终端的终端标识为:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的终端标识(ProSe UE ID);
    其中,所述中继设备的中继标识为:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  14. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述选择单元包括:
    第二发现模块,其通过边链路传输发现中继设备;
    第二测量模块,其测量所述远程终端与各中继设备之间的边链路信道;
    发送模块,其将测量结果和各中继设备的中继标识发送给基站;
    接收模块,其接收所述基站发送的中继设备指示信息;
    确定模块,其根据所述中继设备指示信息确定基站为所述远程终端选择的中继设备。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述第二发现模块接收中继设备通过边链路传输广播的所述中继设备的中继标识,以发现所述中继设备;
    其中,所述中继设备的中继标识为:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述第二发现模块通过边链路传输广播所述远程终端的终端标识,接收中继设备通过边链路传输发送的所述中继设备的中继标识,以发现所述中继设备;
    其中,所述远程终端的终端标识为:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的终端标识(ProSe UE ID);
    其中,所述中继设备的中继标识为:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  17. 一种中继重选装置,应用于基站,其中,所述装置包括:
    接收单元,其接收远程终端发送的所述远程终端与各中继设备之间的边链路信道的信道测量结果和各中继设备的中继标识;
    选择单元,其根据所述信道测量结果和所述中继标识为所述远程终端选择中继设备;
    发送单元,其将选择的中继设备通知给所述远程终端;
    其中,所述中继设备的中继标识包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,
    所述接收单元还用于接收中继设备发送的中继重选指示信息,所述中继重选指示信息包括:空口连接即将中断和/或中继设备的电量不足,远程终端的终端标识;
    所述发送单元还用于将所述中继重选指示信息发送给所述远程终端,指示所述远程终端进行中继重选;
    其中,所述远程终端的终端标识包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的终端标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,所述中继重选指示信息还包括:所述中继设备的中继标识;
    其中,所述中继设备的中继标识包括:小区无线网络临时标识(C-RNTI)、边链路无线网络临时标识(SL-RNTI),或者针对边链路的中继标识(ProSe relay UE ID)。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,
    所述发送单元还用于向中继设备发送停止中继功能指示信息,以指示所述中继设备停止中继功能。
