本发明实施例中,在将所述消息元素复制到粘贴板中之后,可以将粘贴板中的内容复制到粘贴目标处。
本发明实施例中,所述触屏操作手势可以是第一手势或者第二手势。本发明实施例中,第一手势设置为点击手势,第二手势设置为按压手势,上述设置为可选的方式,也可以采用其他的设置方式。
其中,所述触屏操作手势可以包括一个或多个触摸点,在本发明的一种实施例中,所述触屏操作手势包括2~5个触摸点。例如,所述触屏操作手势包括3个触摸点。例如,所述触屏操作手势为两个手指同时点击,或所述触屏操作手势为两个手指同时按压,或所述触屏操作手势为三个手指同时点击。通过多个触摸点启动复制操作,可以区别于现有常用的操作手势,避免与现有操作系统中已使用的触屏操作手势相冲突。
步骤S100中,判断触屏操作手势的触摸点是否在复制源的范围中包括:确认触摸点的坐标,如果包括多个触摸点,则获取多个触摸点的坐标,根据触摸点的坐标、以及复制源的坐标范围,判断触屏操作手势的触摸点的坐标 是否在复制源的坐标范围之内。
本发明实施例中,步骤S200包括:根据触屏操作手势对应的触摸点的个数,按照预定的提取规则提取复制源中的一个或多个消息元素。
对应地,在本发明的一种实施例中,在步骤S100中,判断触屏操作手势的触摸点是否在复制源的范围中还包括:获取在同一个复制源的范围中的触摸点的个数。
上述预定的提取规则包括如下规则中的一个或多个:当所述触摸点的个数为1个时,提取复制源中的全部消息元素;当所述触摸点的个数为N个时,提取复制源中的第N-1个消息元素;其中,N为2、3、4或5。
上述提取规则的设置方式仅为示例性的说明,也可以设定为其他的提取规则,例如,预定的提取规则为:根据触摸点的个数以及预设的不同类型的消息元素的优先顺序,提取不同类型的消息元素,具体包括:
当所述触摸点的个数为1个时,提取类型为电话号码的消息元素;
当所述触摸点的个数为2个时,提取类型为邮件的消息元素;
当所述触摸点的个数为3个时,提取类型为超级链接的消息元素;
当所述触摸点的个数为4个时,提取类型为图片的消息元素;
当所述触摸点的个数为5个时,提取类型为文本字段的消息元素。
上述示例中,消息元素的优先顺序从高到低依次设置为:电话号码、邮件、超级链接、图片、文本字段。在本发明的一种实施例中,上述优先级顺序可以由用户进行设定。
在本发明的一种实施例中,本发明实施例中,步骤S200包括:
步骤S210、系统判断所述触屏操作手势是按压手势还是点击手势;
可选地,如果触摸操作持续,并超过预定的第一时间阀值,则判定触摸手势为按压手势,如果触摸操作小于预定的第一时间阀值,则判定触摸手势为点击手势。例如,可以将第一时间阈值设置为400ms~1s,例如,第一时间阈值可以是500ms、800ms或1000ms。
其中,所述触屏操作手势包括一个或多个触摸点,在本发明的一种实施 例中,所述触屏操作手势包括2~4个触摸点,例如,所述触屏操作手势包括3个触摸点。例如,所述触屏操作手势为两个手指同时点击,或所述触屏操作手势为两个手指同时按压,或所述触屏操作手势为三个手指同时点击,
步骤S220、当所述触屏操作手势是第二手势时,选择复制源中的所有的消息元素。
步骤S230、如果是点击手势,则根据第一手势的触屏次数,则按照预定的优先级顺序提取复制源中的相应的消息元素。
其中,
在本发明的一种实施例中,在步骤S220之后、以及在所述步骤S300之前还包括:将所述所有的消息元素作为可选项目,根据通过触屏输入的选择操作,保留所述可选项目中的一个或多个消息元素作为提取的消息元素。
步骤S230包括:
步骤S232、当所述触屏操作手势是单次第一手势时,按照预定的优先级顺序提取复制源中第一个消息元素。
步骤S233、当所述触屏操作手势是连续多次第一手势时,根据连续多次第一手势的点击次数,按照预定的优先级顺序在多个消息元素中依次切换并提取其中的一个消息元素。
在本发明的一种实施例中,步骤S230还包括步骤S231,步骤S231在步骤S232之前;
步骤S231:如果所述触屏操作手势是点击手势,继续判断是连续多次点击手势还是单次点击手势,在连续多次点击手势情况下,还需要判断连续多次第一手势的点击次数。
例如,预定的优先级顺序设置为复制源的范围中多个消息元素的优先级别为从先到后的顺序,那么,当点击一次时,提取第一个消息元素,连续点击两次时,提取第二个消息元素,依次类推。
在判断连续多次点击手势时,相邻两次点击的时间间隔小于预定的第二时间阈值,则可以将相邻的两次点击判断为连续点击手势,例如,可以将第二时间阈值设置为0.5~5s,例如,第二时间阈值可以是1s,2s、3s或4s。 一般来说,判断连续多次点击手势必须都在同一个复制源的范围中,且连续多次点击手势中不能包括其他的手机控制操作动作。
需要说明的是,对于上述实施例中给出的步骤S200的具体实现方式,可以单独使用,也可以组合使用。下面结合附图在具体的实施场景下进行说明。
请参阅图2A~2D,为本发明实施例提供的不同场景下的消息复制方法的操作示意图。
如图2A~2D所示,手机触摸屏幕的左侧包括复制源100,复制源100为一条文本消息,包含2个消息元素,分别为电话号码1234567和电子邮件地址abcd@zte.com,手机显示界面的右侧包括粘贴域200,粘贴域200为一记事本窗口内的编辑区。
如图2A所示,当手机操作系统检测到在当前屏幕中,复制源100中有触摸点110时,系统根据所述触屏操作手势提取所述复制源中的消息元素。根据系统的设置将执行不同的提取过程,下面以系统设置为判断所述触屏操作手势是按压手势还是点击手势,并根据按压手势和点击手势执行不同的操作为例进行说明。
如果触摸点110对应的触屏操作手势为点击手势,则提取第一个消息元素,并将所述消息元素复制到粘贴板中,粘贴板实际为系统设置的粘贴用的缓存,用户可以将粘贴板中的内容粘贴到其他的粘贴域。同时,系统可以弹出如图2A右侧所示的提示框210,提示当前复制的内容,即提取的消息元素为电话号码1234567。
如图2B所示,如果触摸点110对应的触屏操作手势为按压手势,则提取全部的消息元素,将所述所有的消息元素作为可选项目,并显示选择提示框220,用户可以通过选择提示框220对需要粘贴的消息元素进行选择,系统根据通过选择提示框220输入的选择操作,保留所述可选项目中的一个或多个消息元素,例如,本示例中,用户选择第二个消息元素,则系统将所述第二个消息元素复制到粘贴板中,同时,系统可以弹出如图2B右侧所示的提示框230,提示当前复制的内容,即提取的消息元素为电子邮件地址 abcd@zte.com。
下面以系统设置为根据触屏操作手势对应的触摸点的个数,按照预定的提取规则提取复制源中的一个或多个消息元素为例进行说明。
如图2C所示,如果触屏操作手势对应的触摸点120为1个,则根据预定的提取规则,提取全部的消息元素,同时,系统可以弹出如图2C右侧所示的提示框240,提示当前复制的内容,即提取的消息元素为电话号码1234567和电子邮件地址abcd@zte.com。
如图2D所示,如果触屏操作手势对应的触摸点130为2个,则根据预定的提取规则,提取第1个消息元素,同时,系统可以弹出如图2D右侧所示的提示框250,提示当前复制的内容,即提取的消息元素为电话号码1234567。
基于与上述方法实施例相同或相似的构思,本发明实施例还提供一种消息复制装置,可以设置于终端设备,如智能终端。
请参阅图3,为本发明实施例提供的一种消息复制装置的结构示意图,如图3所示,本发明实施例提供的消息复制装置法包括:
监听单元10,设置为检测触摸屏的触屏操作手势;
提取单元20,设置为当检测到触屏操作手势且触屏操作手势的触摸点在复制源的范围中时,根据所述触屏操作手势提取所述复制源中的消息元素;
复制单元30,设置为将所提取的所述消息元素保存到粘贴板中。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述监听单元10还设置为在检测到触屏操作手势时,判断触屏操作手势的触摸点是否在复制源的范围中。
本发明实施例中,所述提取单元20包括:
第一提取模块21,设置为根据触屏操作手势对应的触摸点的个数,按照预定的提取规则提取复制源中的一个或多个消息元素。
本发明实施例中,所述提取单元还包括:
第二提取模块22,设置为当所述触屏操作手势是第一手势时,根据第一手势的触屏次数,按照预定的优先级顺序提取复制源中的某一个消息元素。
本发明实施例中,所述第二提取模块22包括:
单次提取子模块222,设置为当所述触屏操作手势是单次第一手势时,按照预定的优先级顺序提取复制源中第一个消息元素;
多次提取子模块223,设置为当所述触屏操作手势是连续多次第一手势时,根据连续多次第一手势的点击次数,按照预定的优先级顺序在多个消息元素中依次切换并提取其中的一个消息元素。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述第二提取模块22还包括判断子模块221,设置为判断所述触屏操作手势是连续多次第一手势还是单次第一手势,以及在触屏操作手势是连续多次第一手势是判断连续多次第一手势的点击次数。
本发明实施例中,所述提取单元20还包括:
第三提取模块23,设置为当所述触屏操作手势是第二手势时,选择复制源中的所有的消息元素,并且,将所述所有的消息元素作为可选项目,根据通过触屏输入的选择操作,保留所述可选项目中的一个或多个消息元素作为提取的消息元素。
本发明实施例中,所述消息复制装置还包括:消息提示单元40,设置为在提取复制源中消息元素完成之后,显示用于表示提取已完成的提示消息,所述提示消息中包括所述消息元素的内容。
本发明实施例还提供一种智能终端,所述智能终端包括上述实施例中任一消息复制装置。例如,该智能终端可以是智能手机、平板电脑、具有触摸屏输入的个人电脑等。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件(例如处理器)完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,例如通过集成电路来实现其相应功能,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现,例如通过处理器执行存储于存储器中的程序/指令来实现其相应功能。本发明不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改 或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
工业实用性
上述技术方案可以通过操作手势直接提取待复制的消息元素,从而完成复制的操作,简化了复制和粘贴时的操作流程。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种消息复制方法,所述消息复制方法包括:
    当检测到触屏操作手势且触屏操作手势的触摸点在复制源的范围中时,根据所述触屏操作手势提取所述复制源中的消息元素;
    将所提取的所述消息元素保存到粘贴板中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述触屏操作手势提取所述复制源中的消息元素包括:
    根据触屏操作手势对应的触摸点的个数,按照预定的提取规则提取复制源中的一个或多个消息元素。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述预定的提取规则包括如下规则中的一个或多个:
    当所述触摸点的个数为1个时,提取复制源中的全部消息元素;
    当所述触摸点的个数为N个时,提取复制源中的第N-1个消息元素;其中,N为2、3、4或5。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述触屏操作手势提取所述复制源中的消息元素包括:
    当判断所述触屏操作手势是第一手势时,根据第一手势的触屏次数,按照预定的优先级顺序提取复制源中相应的消息元素。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述根据第一手势的触屏次数,则按照预定的优先级顺序提取复制源中的某一个消息元素包括:
    当所述触屏操作手势是单次第一手势时,按照预定的优先级顺序提取复制源中第一个消息元素;
    当所述触屏操作手势是连续多次第一手势时,根据连续多次第一手势的点击次数,按照预定的优先级顺序在多个消息元素中依次切换并提取其中的一个消息元素。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述触屏操作手势提取所述复制源中的消息元素包括:
    当所述触屏操作手势是第二手势时,选择复制源中的所有的消息元素,并且,将所述所有的消息元素作为可选项目,根据通过触屏输入的选择操作,保留所述可选项目中的一个或多个消息元素作为提取的消息元素。
  7. 如权利要求1~6任一项所述的方法,其中,所述消息元素的类型包括文本字段、电话号码、邮件、超级链接、和图片中的一种或多种。
  8. 一种消息复制装置,所述消息复制装置法包括:
    监听单元,设置为检测触摸屏的触屏操作手势;
    提取单元,设置为当检测到触屏操作手势且触屏操作手势的触摸点在复制源的范围中时,根据所述触屏操作手势提取所述复制源中的消息元素;
    复制单元,设置为将所提取的所述消息元素保存到粘贴板中。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述提取单元包括:
    第一提取模块,设置为根据触屏操作手势对应的触摸点的个数,按照预定的提取规则提取复制源中的一个或多个消息元素。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述提取单元还包括:
    第二提取模块,设置为当所述触屏操作手势是第一手势时,根据第一手势的触屏次数,按照预定的优先级顺序提取复制源中的某一个消息元素。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述第二提取模块包括:
    单次提取子模块,设置为当所述触屏操作手势是单次第一手势时,按照预定的优先级顺序提取复制源中第一个消息元素;
    多次提取子模块,设置为当所述触屏操作手势是连续多次第一手势时,根据连续多次第一手势的点击次数,按照预定的优先级顺序在多个消息元素中依次切换并提取其中的一个消息元素。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述提取单元还包括:
    第三提取模块,设置为当所述触屏操作手势是第二手势时,选择复制源中的所有的消息元素,并且,将所述所有的消息元素作为可选项目,根据通过触屏输入的选择操作,保留所述可选项目中的一个或多个消息元素作为提取的消息元素。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述消息复制装置还包括:消息提示单元,设置为在提取复制源中消息元素完成之后,显示用于表示提取已完成的提示消息,所述提示消息中包括所述消息元素的内容。
  14. 一种智能终端,其中,所述智能终端包括如权利要求8~13中任一项所述的消息复制装置。
  15. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1~7中任一项所述的方法。
