Claims (9)
- 係止部を有する車装部品の、前記係止部に係止されると共に、車体に設けられた被取付部の取付孔に挿入されて固定され、前記車装部品を前記被取付部に取付けるための、部品取付具であって、
前記係止部を挿通可能な開口部を有すると共に、対向して配置された壁部、及び、該壁部の対向方向に交差して配置された少なくとも一対の側壁部を有する枠状をなしており、前記車装部品の係止部を収容し、かつ、前記取付孔に挿入される収容部と、
前記収容部の壁部に延設され、前記収容部に収容された前記係止部に係止する係止片と、
前記収容部の一対の側壁部に、撓み可能にそれぞれ延設された一対の弾性係合片とを有しており、
各弾性係合片は、前記取付孔の裏側周縁に係合する係合爪と、該係合爪が前記取付孔の裏側周縁に係合した状態で前記取付孔の表側に配置されると共に、前記弾性係合片を収容部内方に撓ませて、前記係合爪と前記取付孔の裏側周縁との係合を解除可能とする、操作ノブとを有していることを特徴とする部品取付具。 - 前記一対の弾性係合片は、前記一対の側壁部から外方に延出されており、前記収容部の内方に向けて撓ませたときに、前記側壁部、又は、前記収容部に収容された前記車装部品の係止部に当接して、その撓みが規制されるように構成されている請求項1記載の部品取付具。
- 前記収容部の側壁部は、前記弾性係合片を設けた一対の外側枠状部と、該一対の外側枠状部に対して所定間隔をあけて内側に配置された一対の内側壁部とを有しており、前記弾性係合片を内方に撓ませたときに、前記内側壁部に当接して、同弾性係合片の撓みが規制されるように構成されている請求項1記載の部品取付具。
- 前記操作ノブは、前記弾性係合片の係合爪が前記取付孔の裏側周縁に係合した状態で、前記取付孔の表側周縁から所定間隙を設けて配置されるように構成されている請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の部品取付具。
- 前記操作ノブの、操作時の把持面は、前記係合爪から離れる方向に向けて拡径した傾斜面をなしている請求項1~4のいずれか1つに記載の部品取付具。
- 前記係止片と前記係止部との係止状態を解除する係止解除手段を更に有しており、該係止解除手段は、前記収容部の、前記係止片を設けた壁部に対向する壁部に形成された、工具の先端部を挿通可能な工具挿通孔からなる請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の部品取付具。
- 前記係止片と前記係止部との係止状態を解除する係止解除手段を更に有しており、該係止解除手段は、前記収容部の、前記係止片を設けた壁部に形成され、工具の先端部を係止可能な溝部からなる請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の部品取付具。
- 前記一対の弾性係合片は、前記収容部の側壁部の、前記取付孔への挿入方向先端側から、同挿入方向基端側に向けて、斜め外方にそれぞれ延設されている請求項1~7のいずれか1つに記載の部品取付具。
- 前記収容部の側壁部の、前記弾性係合片の両側には、リブがそれぞれ形成されており、各リブは、前記取付孔への挿入方向先端側に向けて先細テーパ状をなした部分を有しており、
