请参阅图1,本发明较佳实施方式的具有双洗涤单元的洗衣机10,包括第一洗涤单元12、第二洗涤单元14、进水系统16及排水系统18。第二洗涤单元14位于第一洗涤单元12上方,第二洗涤单元14开设有朝上的取衣口。进水系统16用于执行向第一洗涤单元12及第二洗涤单元14供水。排水系统18用于执行第一洗涤单元12及第二洗涤单元14的排水。第一洗涤单元12与第二洗涤单元14用于同时洗涤以实现衣物分类洗涤。
本发明较佳实施方式的洗衣机10,由于采用第一洗涤单元12与第二洗涤单元14进行分类洗涤,第一洗涤单元12可洗涤成人衣物,第二洗涤单元14可洗涤女性内衣或婴幼儿衣物,避免交叉感染。同时该洗涤方式具有节约能源的好处,无须将小件衣物置于原有洗涤单元中进行洗涤。第二洗涤单元14设于第一洗涤单元12的上部,第二洗涤单元14开设有朝上的取衣口,用户使用第二洗涤单元14时,取放衣物方便,无须弯腰,充分考虑用户使用便利性。
在本实施方式中,第一洗涤单元12包括矩形第一箱体120、圆筒状第一外桶122、圆筒状第一内桶124及第一电机126。第一外桶122收容于第一箱体120内。第一内桶124收容于第一外桶122内。第一外桶122上设有用于驱动第一内桶124转动的第一电机126。第一电机126的电机轴1260与第一内桶124固定连接。
在本实施方式中,第一箱体120的前侧设有第一门盖1200,第一外桶122的外侧面设有第一电机126以驱动第一内桶124垂直旋转。第一洗涤单元12从洗衣机10的前侧取放衣物。
在本实施方式中,第二洗涤单元14包括矩形第二箱体140、圆筒状第二外桶142、 圆筒状第二内桶144、波轮146及第二电机148。第二外桶142收容于第二箱体140内。第二内桶144收容于第二外桶142内。波轮146收容于第二内桶144且位于第二内桶144底部。第二外桶142上设有用于驱动波轮146转动的第二电机148。第二洗涤单元14与第一洗涤单元12通过紧固件30固定连接。紧固件30连接第一箱体120的顶面与第二箱体140的顶面。
如此,第二洗涤单元14通过波轮146可将衣物洗涤得更干净。
当然第二洗涤单元14可以选用带波轮式也可以选用无波轮式。
在本实施方式中,第二箱体140的顶面设有第二门盖1400以封闭第二洗涤单元14的取衣口,第二外桶142的底面设有第二电机148以驱动波轮146水平旋转,第二电机148与第二内桶144通过内桶轴14a连接且在连接处设有连接件14b,波轮146连接有波轮轴14c,波轮轴14c与内桶轴14a连接。
在本实施方式中,进水系统16包括进水管160、料盒162、第一进水分管164、第二进水分管166、第三进水分管168、第四进水分管16a、第一进水控制阀16b、第二进水控制阀16c、第三进水控制阀16d及第四进水控制阀16e。进水管160用于引入冷水。料盒162固定于第二箱体140内。第一进水分管164与进水管160及第二外桶142连接。第二进水分管166与进水管160及料盒162连接。第三进水分管168与料盒162及第一外桶122连接。第四进水分管16a与料盒162及第二外桶142连接。第一进水控制阀16b设于第一进水分管164上。第二进水控制阀16c设于第二进水分管166上。第三进水控制阀16d设于第三进水分管168上。第四进水控制阀16e设于第四进水分管16a上。
如此,通过进水系统16实现第一洗涤单元12与第二洗涤单元14的进水与洗涤剂的投放。
在本实施方式中,排水系统18包括第一排水管180、第二排水管182、第一排水控制阀184、第二排水控制阀186及排水泵188。第一排水管180与第一外桶122连接。第二排水管182与第二外桶142及第一排水管180连接。第一排水控制阀184设于第一排水管180。第二排水控制阀186设于第二排水管182。排水泵188设于第一排水管180与第二排水管182连接处。
如此,通过排水系统18实现第一洗涤单元12与第二洗涤单元14的排水。
在本实施方式中,第一外桶122内设有第一加热器128。第一加热器128固定于第一外桶122的外侧面且靠近第一外桶122的底面。
如此,用户可根据实际情况进行高温煮洗等功能,第一洗涤单元12可通过第一加热器128进行高温杀菌,洗涤的衣物更加干净。
在本实施方式中,第二外桶142内设有第二加热器14d。第二加热器14d固定于第 二外桶142的底面。
如此,用户可根据实际情况进行高温煮洗等功能,第二洗涤单元14可通过第二加热器14d进行高温杀菌,洗涤的衣物更加干净。
在本实施方式中,第二箱体140上设有操作面板14e。操作面板14e上设有各种功能按键。
如此,使用者可通过操作面板14e选择自己需要的洗涤方式。
在本实施方式中,第二内桶144的顶面设有内门盖1440。
如此,能增强第二洗涤单元14的密封性以保证洗衣机10的安全性。
请参阅图2,在本实施方式中,第二外桶142与第二箱体140之间设有吊杆14f以固定第二外桶142。
如此,通过吊杆14f固定第二外桶142。
在本实施方式中,第一外桶122的底面与第一箱体120的底面之间设有第一减震器12a。第一外桶122的顶面与第一箱体120的顶面之间设有第一挂簧12c。
如此,能减轻洗衣机10在使用过程中的震动。
请参阅图3,在本实施方式中,第二外桶142的底面与第二箱体140的底面之间设有第二减震器14g,第二外桶142的顶端与第二箱体140的顶面之间设有挂簧14h。
如此,通过挂簧14h与第二减震器14g悬挂固定第二外桶142,且能减轻洗衣机10在使用过程中的震动。
在本实施方式中,第二外桶142的顶端与第二箱体140的顶面之间设有门封14i。第一外桶122与第一门盖1200之间设有第一门封12b。
如此,门封14i能防止在第二洗涤单元14在洗涤过程中第二外桶142中的水飞溅出来,第一门封12b能防止第一洗涤单元12在洗涤过程中第一外桶122中的水飞溅出来,能保证洗衣机10的安全性。
具体地,第一洗涤单元12的洗涤原理:自来水进入进水管160中,第二进水控制阀16c打开,自来水流入第二进水分管166中,再流经料盒200,将洗涤剂一起带出,然后第三进水控制阀16d打开,自来水与洗涤剂的混合液流入第三进水分管168中,最终混合液流入第一外桶122中;添加完成后,由第一洗涤单元12的第一电机126带动第一内桶124旋转洗涤。当第一洗涤单元12洗涤完成后,第一排水控制阀184打开,第一洗涤单元12的第一外桶122中的水流入第一排水管180中,最终由排水泵188排出。第一洗涤单元12脱水时,第一电机126带动第一内桶124高速旋转,最终将衣物中的水分离,排出洗衣机10的外部。
第二洗涤单元14的洗涤原理:自来水进入进水管160中,第一进水控制阀16b打 开,自来水流入第一进水分管164中,最后流入第二外桶142中;同时进行添加洗涤液,第四进水控制阀16e打开,洗涤液从料盒162中输出到第四进水分管16a中,最终流入第二外桶142中;待进水和洗涤液都添加完成后,由第二洗涤单元14的第二电机148通过波轮轴14c带动波轮146旋转进行洗涤;当需要加热时,第二加热器14d启动。第二洗涤单元14洗涤完成后,第二排水控制阀186打开,第二洗涤单元14的第二外桶142中的水流入第二排水管182中,最终由排水泵188排出。第二洗涤单元14脱水时,第二洗涤单元14的第二电机148驱动内桶轴14a并通过连接件14b最终带动第二内桶144旋转,将衣物中的水离心脱出,最终排出洗衣机10外部。
当用户需要将成人衣物与婴幼儿衣物、女性内衣等分类同时洗涤时,可以将成人衣物放入第一洗涤单元12中洗涤,婴幼儿衣物或女性内衣放入第二洗涤单元14中洗涤。操作步骤:先打开第一洗涤单元12的第一门盖1200,将成人衣物投入到第一洗涤单元12的第一内桶124中,关闭第一门盖1200,将洗涤剂、洗衣服、柔顺剂添加到料盒162中,再打开第二洗涤单元14的第二门盖1400,将婴幼儿衣物或女性内衣投入到第二洗涤单元14的第二内桶144中,关闭第二门盖1400,用户洗衣前准备工作完成后,启动电源,在操作面板14e中选择第一洗涤单元12及第二洗涤单元14的洗涤模式进行洗涤。
当然,第一洗涤单元12与第二洗涤单元14可单独洗涤。当第一洗涤单元12单独洗涤时,洗衣准备完成后,启动电源,在操作面板14e中选择第一洗涤单元12的洗涤模式。
当第二洗涤单元14单独洗涤时,洗衣准备完成后,启动电源,在操作面板14e中选择第二洗涤单元14的洗涤模式。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    第一洗涤单元;
    位于所述第一洗涤单元上方的第二洗涤单元,所述第二洗涤单元开设有朝上的取衣口;
    进水系统,所述进水系统用于执行向所述第一洗涤单元及所述第二洗涤单元供水;及
    排水系统,所述排水系统用于执行所述第一洗涤单元及所述第二洗涤单元的排水;
    所述第一洗涤单元与所述第二洗涤单元用于同时洗涤以实现衣物分类洗涤。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第一洗涤单元包括:
    第一箱体;
    收容于所述第一箱体内的第一外桶;
    收容于所述第一外桶内的第一内桶;及
    所述第一外桶上设有用于驱动所述第一内桶转动的第一电机。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第一箱体的前侧设有第一门盖,所述第一外桶的外侧面设有所述第一电机以驱动所述第一内桶垂直旋转。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第二洗涤单元包括:
    第二箱体;
    收容于所述第二箱体内的第二外桶;
    收容于所述第二外桶内的第二内桶;
    收容于所述第二内桶且位于所述第二内桶底部的波轮;及
    所述第二外桶上设有用于驱动所述波轮转动的第二电机。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第二箱体的顶面设有第二门盖,所述第二外桶的底面设有所述第二电机以驱动所述波轮水平旋转,所述第二电机与所述第二内桶通过内桶轴连接且在连接处设有连接件,所述波轮连接有波轮轴,所述波轮轴与所述内桶轴连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述进水系统包括:
    进水管,所述进水管用于引入冷水;
    固定于所述第二箱体内的料盒;
    与所述进水管及所述第二外桶连接的第一进水分管;
    与所述进水管及所述料盒连接的第二进水分管;
    与所述料盒及所述第一外桶连接的第三进水分管;
    与所述料盒及所述第二外桶连接的第四进水分管;
    设于所述第一进水分管上的第一进水控制阀;
    设于所述第二进水分管上的第二进水控制阀;
    设于所述第三进水分管上的第三进水控制阀;及
    设于所述第四进水分管上是第四进水控制阀。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述排水系统包括:
    与所述第一外桶连接的第一排水管;
    与所述第二外桶及所述第一排水管连接的第二排水管;
    设于所述第一排水管的第一排水控制阀;
    设于所述第二排水管的第二排水控制阀;及
    设于所述第一排水管与所述第二排水管连接处的排水泵。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第一外桶内设有第一加热器。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第二外桶内设有第二加热器。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第二箱体上设有操作面板。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第二内桶的顶面设有内门盖。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第二外桶与所述第二箱体之间设有吊杆以固定所述第二外桶。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第一外桶的底面与所述第一箱体的底面之间设有第一减震器。
  14. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第二外桶的底面与所述第二箱体的底面之间设有第二减震器,所述第二外桶的顶端与所述第二箱体的顶面之间设有挂簧。
  15. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第二外桶的顶端与所述第二箱体的顶面之间设有门封。
