Description

ENVASE UTILIZADO COMO ELEMENTO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN  PACKING USED AS A CONSTRUCTION ELEMENT
The invention corresponds to a container containing liquids (soft drinks, water or liquids in general), of plastic material, which allows it to be recycled, being used in the field of construction once its original use as a liquid container and based on construction system that incorporates packaging as modules.
The objective is that, by creating an alternative use, it maintains or increases its value once its first function has been fulfilled. By maintaining its value, the container ceases to be waste and this condition finances a collection network and its final application.
Its use and final destination is as a construction material, used as a masonry, but it constitutes a mold within a cross-linked system that aims both to reduce its cost and to contribute to the sustainable construction market, in addition to raising a concrete response to the global problem of pollution caused by plastic waste. This invention aims to recycle a waste, which becomes an economic, standard and sustainable building material.
The scope therefore occurs both in the business of packaging and in the field of construction. In the first, its impact is environmental as it removes waste dumps or landfill containers from recycling costs. The second area is responsible for its definitive use, benefiting from the fact that production costs are absorbed by the first use.
ESTADO DE LA TECNICA STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE
At present, the bottling market, oriented to soft drinks, bottled water and other liquids, is strongly related to the use The packages are currently of two types, returnable (which can be used up to 12 times before being permanently discarded) and disposable (which are immediately discarded).
Los envases poseen una forma cilindrica.  The containers have a cylindrical shape.
The containers have a traditional bottle shape with aesthetic considerations.
They are economical, even their manufacturing cost is cheaper than recycling already discarded containers.
Once used containers become waste and end up in landfills, sanitary landfills, and a large percentage at sea.
There is a recycling process that has not been successful, which is generating a global environmental problem.
Currently, the construction based on modular elements, uses almost 100% clay bricks or cement blocks.
Today there are attempts to make constructions based on plastic waste containers. Collection and storage campaigns are usually carried out, filled with plastic bags and arranged in parallel on the basis of some binder in overlapping rows. This technique involves the image of constructions or houses made on the basis of waste, occupying elements not designed for that purpose, but adapted and out of all standards. They also constitute a very precarious solution, which generates walls that are too thick, use too much binder and are not very efficient because they are elements that do not respond to their use.
In the state of the art there have been several attempts to provide packaging, which once its content has been consumed, these are used as construction elements, thus avoiding going to a dump. Thus, for example, German patent document DE 19643439 discloses a bottle that is formed by a rectangular rectangular parallelepiped, which on one side has a convex curvature, and on the opposite side, has a concave curvature, in such a way as to allow a fit between said curved faces to form, for example, wall blocks. The lower face of the bottle has a cavity to accommodate the neck of the upper face, so that this generates a tongue and groove to secure the blocks when they are installed when forming the wall.
EP 0857664 discloses a container formed by a rectangular rectangular parallelepiped, with a square base, where on one of its lateral faces it has circular projections, and on the opposite side, it has cavities of circular section, where the circular projections can fit in the cavities to secure the containers with one another for the construction of walls, thereby generating a first tongue and groove joining means. The lower face of the container also has a cavity to accommodate the neck positioned on the upper face, so that this generates a second tongue and groove to secure the blocks when they are installed on the wall.
The document US 4,057,946 discloses a glass container formed by a rectangular rectangular parallelepiped, with a square base, where on its perimeter faces it has cavities in the form of a corrugated cone trunk, and on its lower face, it also has a trunk-shaped cavity of flattened cone, so that the neck located on the upper face, can be fitted in any of these cavities to generate a locking means. With this system, it is possible to build walls, where the containers act as blocks of building. When the necklaces are introduced into the cavities, they leave a gap between container and container so that they, acting as building blocks, are also joined by mortar.
Document US 5,035,098 discloses a container formed by a rectangular rectangular parallelepiped, which has on its outgoing perimeter faces and on reliefs, which act as means of fitting between adjacent containers. This container can be used as a building block.
WO 201 1/020128 discloses a package that can be used as a building block, when it is empty. The package is made up of two portions, one lower and the other upper. The lower portion is a straight rectangular parallelepiped, which has square-based projections on two of its perimeter faces and on the other two lateral faces, square-based cavities continue, so that the projections fit into the cavities, generating a tongue and groove joint. Both the tongue and groove means and the neck of the neck on the lower face of the lower portion are the means for the container to be used as a construction element.
Document DE 19753179 discloses a container formed by a rectangular rectangular parallelepiped, which on its upper face has a neck and on its lower face has a cavity to accommodate a neck of an adjacent container, when said container is used as a building block. All state-of-the-art containers that are used as building blocks when they are empty, have the disadvantage that they cannot act as a structural element, given that they are conceived as LEGO ® type blocks, so their application is limited.
Patent document CL 3007-2013, by the same author as the present invention, addressed this problem, although plastic was not a resistant material or suitable for construction, it was proposed to solve this problem, using the containers as bricks or modules as a internal molds, in which it is possible to introduce construction and mortar locks, to form structural walls in conjunction with the concrete, and where in addition, said container is provided with grooves, to allow the external mortar to adhere and the modules to be hidden , inside the resulting cement wall letting the concrete fulfill the structural function and letting the brick / module constitute the inner mold that allows the insulation and economy of material as a kind of interior vacuum system similar to those resulting in concrete blocks. Unlike masonry, in which the bricks are part of the wall and work structurally with it, although this system is assembled by way of masonry, it is actually the mold of a concrete grid system similar to a block wall of concrete.
More specifically, in document CL 3007-2013, a liquid container is disclosed, of plastic material, which can be recycled through its use in construction, based on a construction system that incorporates the containers as modules, which has a hollow body rectangular prism shape, with an open end that ends in neck and thread to receive a plastic cover; at its base it has a cavity of equivalent size to that of its neck and cap; and that it has two voids of tubular form that cross it from side to side where around the entrance and exit of the tubular holes that leave said voids, it has a set of four protuberances that end in a plane at its outer end; where on its other two opposite sides it has longitudinal striations; also having a transverse central groove of the same characteristics as the longitudinal grooves, located equidistant to both tubular voids.
In addition, document CL 3007-2013 discloses a construction process that uses the container containers defined above and acts as an internal mold of a concrete wall constituting the empty spaces of the wall similar to those of concrete blocks, comprising the following steps:
a) llenar los envases vacíos, con áridos o tierra, en estado seco y cerrado con tapa plástica (1 );  a) fill the empty containers, with aggregates or earth, in a dry and closed state with plastic lid (1);
b) colocación de los envases sobre un radier o cimiento, habiendo colocado antes una capa de mortero de aproximadamente 2,5 cms de espesor mínimo; b) placement of the containers on a radier or foundation, having placed before a layer of mortar of approximately 2.5 cm of minimum thickness;
c) colocar en forma longitudinal a modo de hilada de ladrillos/módulos calzando el cuello y tapa de cada una dentro de la cavidad localizada en la base de la siguiente, cuidando que las protuberancias queden localizadas en la cara inferior y superior;  c) place longitudinally by way of a brick / module course, fitting the neck and cover of each one inside the cavity located at the base of the next one, taking care that the protuberances are located in the lower and upper face;
d) colocar una segunda capa de mortero sobre la hilada y rellenar los espacios entre envases;  d) place a second layer of mortar on the course and fill the spaces between containers;
e) colocar sobre ésta una segunda hilada de envases pero desplazados, de manera de calzar las protuberancias y permitir la continuidad de los vacíos tubulares en su vertical;  e) place on it a second row of containers but displaced, in order to fit the protuberances and allow the continuity of the tubular voids in its vertical;
f) repetir la operación de manera similar a una albañilería hasta alcanzar la altura requerida;  f) repeat the operation in a manner similar to a masonry until reaching the required height;
g) recubrir ambas caras del muro resultante con mortero o estuco ocultando la exposición de los contenedores al exterior.  g) cover both sides of the resulting wall with mortar or stucco, hiding the exposure of the containers to the outside.
Document CL N Q 3007-2013, tried to implement a new brick-like construction material, made of plastic material from the waste container of soft drinks, water or liquids in general, assigning it a second use and destination once its completion original use as a container. The objective was that by having an alternative use, it maintains or increases its value. By maintaining or increasing its value, it ceases to be waste and this finances a secondary collection and application network.
Its second use is as a building material (a type of brick) that aims both to reduce and contribute to the sustainable construction market, and to raise a concrete response to the global problem of pollution produced by plastic waste.
The scope therefore occurs both in the business of packaging and in the field of construction. In the first, its impact is environmental as it removes dumps or landfill containers, from recycling costs and brings them closer to the field of construction for new use.
At present, the problem has been addressed with the recycling and use of returnable containers (which can be used up to 12 times before being discarded) The results in the USA are less than 7% (Diana Cohen Plastic Pollution Coallition) and in Chile of Less than 5% success. There are examples of constructions based on plastic containers but these involve the image of houses based on waste, occupying elements not designed for that purpose, but adapted and out of all standards. They also constitute a very precarious solution because they are elements that do not respond to their use.
Although document CL 3007-2013 can be implemented based on the blown extrusion system, the beverage market and its corresponding packaging is based on a production based on the blown injection system (based on the blowing of a preform) which is a faster and more massive system besides economic. This last aspect is very relevant in the mass product packaging market due to its enormous advantages of production speed and cost. Although the package of document CL 3007-2013 is feasible in the first system, it cannot be implemented in the second system because this second system moves a needle through the center of the container as it blows inside. As the condition of having two holes that cross the container from side to side in the center of the container, prevent it from being implemented in the PET injection system, a new solution has been proposed for this trouble.
RESUMEN DE LA INVENCION  SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In order to solve this problem, the holes in the container disclosed in document CL 3007-2013 shifts the two through holes side by side, so as to obtain four half holes that pass tangent to the container resulting in four circular notches in the edges intended to allow in the same way the reinforcement of reinforcement metal bars in their construction implementation. This modification entails a couple of relevant improvements to this new model.
First, the holes continue to allow the passage of metal reinforcement embedded in mortar, however being on the sides allows it to be placed on the sides, which constitute the true structural support of the construction system, which conceptually corresponds to a concrete wall with internal molds that provide air cavities that allow to save material, but using a reticular structure that fulfills the structural function. By placing the metal bars on the sides instead of the center, they collaborate better by improving the structural result of the constructive solution.
Secondly, the fact of moving the steel bars towards the sides, has an impact on the system of implementation of the construction system because in the first case when placing each of the bricks / containers, they must be passed through the upper end of the bar making the process slower and cumbersome. By placing the bars through the sides of the container, it can simply be placed between the bars, saving time in its construction while allowing the bars to keep it static during the construction process. Finally, its base has been modified with a petal system to enable its potential use with gasified liquids.
It has been designed, a package that maintains the characteristics of the disclosure made in document CL 3007-2013 in order to make them compatible with the system of injected blow on matrix and thus overcome the barrier of implementation to the market of PET liquid containers to while improving the structural characteristics and its construction process.
The advantages obtained are: better structural performance; faster construction; the possibility of being implemented under the PET injection system; the possibility of containing gasified liquids.

DESCRIPCION DETALLADA DE LA INVENCION  Figure 12: It is a side sectional view of a wall formed by a stack of containers of the present invention, joined by mortar and construction bars, mounted on the overgrowth and foundation of a construction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention corresponds to a container containing liquids (soft drinks, water or liquids in general), of plastic material, which allows it to be recycled, being used in the field of construction once its original use as a liquid container and based on construction system that incorporates packaging as modules.
Specifically, the present invention relates to a package (1) that can be blown. Said container (1) is formed by a body (2) in the form of a rectangular rectangular parallelepiped that has a petaloid base (3) and an upper cover (4) pyramidal trunk that ends in a neck with lid (5).
In the upper middle potion, of each of the front and rear faces, there is a first cavity (7) of semi-cylindrical cross section, and in the lower middle potion, of each of the front and rear faces, there is a second cavity ( 6) also of semi-cylindrical cross section. Referring to Figure 2, the upper middle portion of the right lateral face has two pairs of cone-shaped protrusions (12) on and under the first cavities (7) and in the lower middle portion of the right lateral face it has on and under the second cavities (6) two pairs of protuberances in the shape of a cone trunk (13).
The lower middle portion of the left lateral face has two pairs of cone-shaped protrusions on and under the first cavities (7)
(10) y en la porción media inferior de la cara lateral derecha posee sobre y bajo las segundas cavidades (6) dos pares de protuberancias en forma de tronco de cono(10) and in the lower middle portion of the right lateral face it has two pairs of cone-shaped protrusions on and under the second cavities (6)
(1 1 ) . (eleven ) .
Referring to Figure 3, the base (3) has four petals (14) oriented towards the corners and a central concave cavity (15), in order to withstand the pressure of soft drinks.
. Halfway up the container (1) and on the body (2) there is a perimeter groove (8) whose front and back faces are crossed by a pair of longitudinal grooves (9), which begin near the base (3 ) of the container (1) and extend parallel to the fence of the upper cover (4) pyramidal trunk, crossing even the first cavities (7) of semi-cylindrical cross section located in the upper half and the second cavities (6) of semi-cylindrical cross section located in the lower half.
As noted in the statement of the present invention, the packages of the present invention are intended for a second use after their liquid content has been consumed.
The second use is to use it as a brick or building block type construction element to be used with construction bars and mortar. Referring to this second use, Figure 9 shows the form of stacking that the containers (1) must have, to be used as building elements.
First, the shortened containers (1) are placed in rows, one adjacent to the other, so that the neck and cap (5) is fully abutted with the cavity (15) of the base (3). On a first lower row formed of the aforementioned form, a second upper row is placed, overlapping with the first, so that the first cavities (7) of semi-cylindrical cross-section located in the upper half of the containers placed in the first row , are collinear with the second cavities (6) of semi-cylindrical cross section located in the lower half of the containers placed in the second upper row. To ensure this collinearity, the cone-shaped protrusions (10, 1, 1, 12, 13) are used, such that, for example, the protrusions (10) of the lower row, are fully abutted with the protuberances (13) of the upper row. This is done like this, for a quick assembly of the rows of containers on the wall to be built.
As shown in Figures 10, 1, 1 and 12, a cavity is constructed on the ground (21) to form the foundation (20). On this foundation, an overgrowth (19) or lower chain is constructed. From the foundation (20) emerge front construction bars (18) and rear construction bars (17), which generally can be overlapped, as shown in said figures, or they may be one in front of the others.
Once the foundation (20) and the overlay (19) are forged and the construction bars (17, 18) are erected, the rows of containers (1) are placed in the manner explained above, in the way of forming an internal mold to receive the mortar (16). After the wall has reached the desired height with the plurality of rows, you touch the cavities, interstices and stretch marks are filled with mortar (16) thus forming the wall (22).
In this way, it is possible to state the following manufacturing procedure that includes the following steps:
a) conformar un cimiento (20) y una sobrecimiento (19) para afianzar una pluralidad barras de construcción (17, 18),  a) forming a foundation (20) and an overgrowth (19) to secure a plurality of construction bars (17, 18),
b) colocar una capa de mortero (16) de aproximadamente 2,5 cms de espesor mínimo sobre el sobrecimiento (19);  b) place a layer of mortar (16) of approximately 2.5 cm minimum thickness on the overgrowth (19);
c) colocar sobre la capa de mortero (16) en el sobrecimiento (19) una hilera de envases (1 ) calzando el gollete y tapa (5) dentro de cavidad cóncava central (15) de la base (3),;  c) place a row of containers (1) on the mortar layer (16) in the overlay (19), placing the neck and cap (5) inside the central concave cavity (15) of the base (3);
d) colocar una segunda capa de mortero (16) sobre la hilada y rellenar los espacios, intersticios y estrías de los entre envases (1 );  d) place a second layer of mortar (16) on the course and fill in the spaces, interstices and stretch marks between the containers (1);
e) colocar sobre dicha segunda capa de mortero (16) una segunda hilera de envases pero traslapados, de manera de calzar las protuberancias (10, 1 1 , 12, 13) y que éstas queden traslapadas; de tal forma que las primeras cavidades (7) de la sección transversal semicilíndrica ubicadas en la mitad superior de los envases (1 ) colocados en la primera hilera, queden colineales con las segundas cavidades (6) de sección transversal semicilíndrica ubicadas en la mitad inferior de los envases colocados en la segunda hilera superior;  e) place on said second layer of mortar (16) a second row of but overlapping containers, so as to fit the protuberances (10, 1, 1, 12, 13) and that these are overlapped; such that the first cavities (7) of the semi-cylindrical cross-section located in the upper half of the containers (1) placed in the first row are collinear with the second cavities (6) of semi-cylindrical cross-section located in the lower half of the containers placed in the second upper row;
f) repetir los pasos c) a e) de manera similar a una albañilería hasta alcanzar la altura del muro (22) requerida;  f) repeat steps c) to e) similar to a masonry until reaching the height of the wall (22) required;
In the process described above, the containers (1) can be used in an empty way, or be filled with some type of material, such as land that is generated in the same excavation of the foundations of the building that will be built.
