通过上述步骤S11和步骤S12可知,在识别出来的第二指定面部头像没有与之匹配的本地面部头像时,可以通过获取该第二指定面部头像对应的联系人,进而新建立该第二指定面部头像与之对应的联系人的对应关系,从而可以完善本地联系人与面部头像之间的对应关系。
在本实施例中还提供了一种照片的分享装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及可选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”“单元”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的照片的分享装置结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括:识别模块22,设置为对获取到的照片进行面部识别,识别出一个或多个面部头像;匹配模块24,与识别模块22耦合连接,设置为将一个或多个面部头像与预存的面部头像进行匹配,其中,每个预存的面部头像与一个联系人存在对应关系;分享模块26,与匹配模块24耦合连接,设置为在存在匹配一致的一个或多个第一指定面部头像时,依据对应关系将照片分享到与指定面部头像对应的联系人。
可选地,识别模块22,还设置为从当前拍照的照片或本地存储的照片中识别出一个或多个面部头像。可选地,该识别模块24可通过自动或手动勾选执行面部识别操作,识别出一个或多个面部头像。
图3是根据本发明实施例的照片的分享装置可选结构框图一,如图3所示,在对获取到的照片进行面部识别之前,装置还包括:第一建立模块32,与识别模块22耦合连接,设置为建立一个或多个面部头像与本地联系人之间的对应关系;获取模块34,与匹配模块24耦合连接,设置为在存在匹配不一致的一个或多个第二指定面部头像时,获取第二指定面部头像对应的联系人;第二建立模块36,与获取模块34耦合连接,设置为建立第二指定面部头像与该第二指定面部头像对应的联系人之间的对应关系,并存储对应关系。
下面结合本发明的可选实施例对本发明进行举例说明;
本可选实施例提供了一种照片的分享方法,本可选实施例方法的主要思想为:终端侧保留有联系人的面部信息和联系方式以及对应的社交软件;当与别人或者多人一起合照后,通过面部识别技术对照片中的面部进行自动识别,或者通过在屏幕上画圈勾选相应的拍照人脸部,进行手动选定的合照人进行识别。
其中,自动识别或者手动识别出合照的联系人后,将识别出来的联系人面部图像与终端之前存储的相应的每个联系人照片进行比对,找出相应的联系人。识别出相应的联系人后,进行批量的一一对应,按照用户选定的分享方式,例如微信分享,QQ分享,彩信分享,来进行实时的照片批量发送。
基于上述思想,本可选实施例涉及到如下单元,图4是根据本发明可选实施例的照片的分享装置结构框图,如图4所示,该装置包括:终端联系人存储单元402,用于存储用户的联系人信息,包括相应的联系人面部图像信息,对应的联系方式,比如手机号码,社交软件信息,例如微信,QQ等;
拍照单元404,与终端联系人存储单元402耦合连接,设置为对一个或者多个人员拍照并存储;
面部识别单元406,与拍照单元404耦合连接,设置为对拍摄的照片中的人员进行面部识别,面部识别功能用户可以根据需要来设定为自动识别和手动画圈勾选识别两种;
画圈手势识别单元408,与面部识别单元406耦合连接,设置为当用户设定为手动画圈勾选识别照片中的联系人头像时,实现用画圈勾选手势对画圈范围内的图像进行选取,并且传递给面部识别单元进行识别;
搜索选取单元410,与画圈手势识别单元408耦合连接,设置为面部识别出联系人后,后台对终端已经保存的联系人面部图像进行搜索对比,找出对应的联系人;
分享发送单元412,与搜索选取对应联系人单元410耦合连接,设置为对已经找出的对应的联系人,用户可以预先设定分享的途径,例如:彩信,微信,QQ等;也可以在菜单上选择相应的发送路径,进行批量的人员实时照片分享。
基于上述本可选实施例的装置,图5是根据本发明可选实施例的拍照的分享方法流程图,如图5所示,该方法的步骤包括:
步骤S502:用户在终端存储相应的联系人信息;
其中,联系人信息包括相应的联系人面部图像信息,对应的联系方式,比如手机号码,社交软件信息,例如微信,QQ等;
步骤S504:预先设定好,照片的分享方式;
其中,该分享方式可以为彩信,微信,QQ等;
步骤S506:进行拍照操作或者网上下载图片以及其他渠道获取图片到终端等;
步骤S508:对拍摄的照片或者其他渠道获取的照片和图片进行手动或者自动的面部识别;
步骤S510:面部识别出联系人后,后台对终端已经保存的联系人面部图像进行搜索对比,找出对应的联系人;
步骤S512:对已经找出的对应的联系人,用户可以根据预先设定的分享途径实时发送;
其中,分享的途径可以是彩信,微信,QQ等;也可以在菜单上选择相应的发送路径,进行批量的人员实时照片分享。
在本可选实施例中,采用通过自动或者手动圈选来进行面部识别,识别出现场合照或者其他途径获取的图片上的联系人,并且进行实时的照片图片分享,大大提升了拍照的用户体验和分享效率。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种软件,该软件用于执行上述实施例及优选实施方式中描述的技术方案。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种存储介质,该存储介质中存储有上述软件,该存储介质包括但不限于:光盘、软盘、硬盘、可擦写存储器等。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的 计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
上述仅为本发明的可选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
通过本发明实施例,采用对获取到的照片进行面部识别,进而识别出一个或多个面部头像,由于本地预先存储有本地联系人与面部头像之间的对应关系,通过识别出来的面部头像与预存的面部头像进行匹配,在存在匹配一致的一个或多个第一指定面部头像时,依据该对应关系将该获取到的照片分享到与第一指定面部头像对应的联系人,即通过对照片的面部识别,如识别出有面部头像与本地联系人对应,则可以直接通过该对应关系进行照片的分享;通过本发明实施例,解决了相关技术中采用直接给对方看照片或通过彩信,电子邮件或蓝牙的方式发送到对方手机上的分享照片的方式,操作繁琐以及体验感差的问题,进而到达了提高用户体验的效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种照片的分享方法,包括:
    对获取到的照片进行面部识别,识别出一个或多个面部头像;
    将所述一个或多个面部头像与预存的面部头像进行匹配,其中,每个所述预存的面部头像与一个联系人存在对应关系;
    在存在匹配一致的一个或多个第一指定面部头像时,依据所述对应关系将所述照片分享到与所述指定面部头像对应的联系人。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,对获取到的照片进行面部识别,识别出一个或多个面部头像包括:
    从当前拍照的照片或本地存储的照片中识别出所述一个或多个面部头像。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,从当前拍照的照片或本地存储的照片中识别出一个或多个面部头像包括:
    从当前拍照的照片或本地存储的照片中,通过自动面部识别或手动勾选面部识别,识别出所述一个或多个面部头像。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,在对获取到的照片进行面部识别之前,所述方法包括:
    建立所述一个或多个面部头像与本地联系人之间的所述对应关系。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在存在匹配不一致的一个或多个第二指定面部头像时,获取所述第二指定面部头像对应的联系人;
    建立所述第二指定面部头像与该第二指定面部头像对应的联系人之间的对应关系,并存储所述对应关系。
  6. 一种照片的分享装置,包括:
    识别模块,设置为对获取到的照片进行面部识别,识别出一个或多个面部头像;
    匹配模块,设置为将所述一个或多个面部头像与预存的面部头像进行匹配,其中,每个所述预存的面部头像与一个联系人存在对应关系;
    分享模块,设置为在存在匹配一致的一个或多个第一指定面部头像时,依据所述对应关系将所述照片分享到与所述指定面部头像对应的联系人。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,
    所述识别模块,还设置为从当前拍照的照片或本地存储的照片中识别出所述一个或多个面部头像。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,
    所述识别模块,还设置为从当前拍照的照片或本地存储的照片中,通过自动或手动勾选执行面部识别操作,识别出所述一个或多个面部头像。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,在对获取到的照片进行面部识别之前,所述装置还包括:
    第一建立模块,设置为建立所述一个或多个面部头像与本地联系人之间的所述对应关系。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    获取模块,设置为在存在匹配不一致的一个或多个第二指定面部头像时,获取所述第二指定面部头像对应的联系人;
    第二建立模块,设置为建立所述第二指定面部头像与该第二指定面部头像对应的联系人之间的对应关系,并存储所述对应关系。
